There's the final whistle! Madrid have won this match 4-1!
90' +1
The corner is thumped clear by Pepe though. On the sideline the fourth official signals for two minutes of added time.
90'
Arbeloa heads over his own goal with Negredo breathing down his neck and Sevilla have a corner and a chance to grab a second goal.
88'
Álvaro Morata gets yellow.
ANOTHER YELLOW CARD! Morata wipes out Medel on the halfway line and is booked for his troubles.
87'
Manu del Moral has scored a goal for Sevilla! Assist by Fernando Navarro.
MANU SCORES A CONSOLATION GOAL FOR SEVILLA!! The substitute turns past Albiol before driving into the Madrid area and slotting a neat finish under the advancing Lopez and into the bottom right corner.
86'
L. Modrić gets yellow.
I don't know how Ramos thought he would get away with that! He's just crawled all over Negredo as he tried to win a header. Sevilla are awarded a free kick as a result of his misdemeanor.
84'
GREAT SAVE BY BETO!! Madrid nearly score on the counter again, but Callejon is thwarted by a very good save from the Sevilla goalkeeper after combining effectively with Essien.
82'
Arbeloa gets yellow.
Arbeloa hacks Negredo about a minute after the Sevilla forward had offloaded the ball and the referee correctly shows the Madrid right-back a yellow card.
80'
H. Maduro gets a second yellow card and is sent off.
AND NOW SEVILLA ARE DOWN TO 10 MEN!! MADURO IS OFF! The Dutchman follows Higuain down the tunnel for a second bookable offence after catching Essien with a late sliding tackle.
79'
Manu threads a fine pass through to Negredo who is lurking inside the Madrid box, but he fails to test Lopez from 15 yards as Sevilla continue to show a lack of killer instinct in front of goal.
Minute
Description
78'
Javi Hervás enters the game and replaces G. Kondogbia.
Kondogbia is replaced by Javi Hervas after putting in an energetic performance for Sevilla. The 19-year-old certainly has a good future ahead of him based on his displays this season.
77'
Madrid win a free kick 30 yards from goal that Modric lifts towards the head of Callejon only for the Spaniard to be beaten in the air by Medel.
75'
Essien links well with Modric and Morata on the edge of the Sevilla box but Madrid cannot work a shooting opportunity due to some solid defending from Spahic and Fazio. That is definitely the first time I've used 'solid defending' and 'Fazio' in the same sentence tonight.
74'
NEGREDO MISSES THE TARGET!! The Sevilla frontman blazes an effort high and wide with his left foot from inside the Madrid penalty area after being found by a clever pass from Navas.
73'
The referee is leaving his mark on the game having sent Higuain off and having one-on-one chats with a number of players for petty fouls. I'm not sure there's any need for that to be honest.
71'
Manu del Moral enters the game and replaces José Antonio Reyes.
Alberto Moreno enters the game and replaces G. Medel.
Coentrao concedes a corner on the left, but Navas' set piece fails to beat the first man and Madrid are able to clear the ball under little pressure from the visiting side.
69'
Los Blancos will be delighted to have Pepe back and fit after a long spell on the sidelines, particularly with Varane out injured.
68'
José Callejón enters the game and replaces K. Benzema.
Pepe enters the game and replaces Kaká.
67'
Madrid are using up their second and third substitutions now, as Benzema and the impressive Kaka are replaced by Pepe and Jose Callejon.
66'
G. Higuaín gets a second yellow card and is sent off.
RED CARD FOR HIGUAIN!! The Argentine receives a second yellow card for a foul on Navarro, which when added to his harsh booking for handball in the first half means he is off! Madrid down to 10 men for the remainder of this game.
65'
STAT: Ronaldo has scored more hat-tricks than any other player in the last 10 seasons. 17 to Messi's 16. Take that Leo.
64'
H. Maduro gets yellow.
63'
Álvaro Morata enters the game and replaces Cristiano Ronaldo.
And there is that change! Ronaldo leaves the pitch to thunderous applause after a wonderful 63 minutes. Alvaro Morata is the man replacing the Portugal international.
61'
Surely Mourinho will take Ronaldo off now? He's scored a hat-trick, the crowd will want to give him a standing ovation and they are playing Manchester United in four days.
60'
That was an electrifying attack from los Merengues!
59'
Cristiano Ronaldo has scored a goal for Real Madrid! Assist by G. Higuaín.
RONALDO COMPLETES HIS HAT-TRICK!! 4-0 TO MADRID!! Reyes' free kick was cleared by Ramos up one end and within the space of about 10 seconds Madrid had scored up the other end through Ronaldo! Their ability to punish teams on the counter-attack is scary. Ronaldo carried the ball 60 yards before playing it out to Higuain on the right who then curled a return pass back to him to knock in from close range.
58'
Kaká gets yellow.
57'
Navas is like a greyhound when he gets going on the right wing for Sevilla! He eats up the ground to latch on to Negredo's hopeful pass forward before teasing a foul from Kaka which results in a free kick for the visitors.
56'
STAT: Madrid are on a 22-game unbeaten run in La Liga at the Santiago Bernabeu.
54'
Kaka slides a pass into the path of Ronaldo on the right but after he does well to keep the ball from running out of play his chipped cross towards Higuain is off target and is nodded away by Fazio.
52'
Straight into the wall!! The Sevilla forward fails to test Lopez as his effort hammers into a body of Madrid players and cannons away.
51'
Negredo is lining up the free kick...
50'
Sevilla work the ball forward well using the pace of Navas to stretch Madrid's defence, before Medel wins a free kick after drawing a foul from Albiol 20 yards from Lopez's goal.
49'
Ronaldo dallies on the ball, no really, and chooses to try and set Modric up when he could and should have had a shot at goal.
47'
3-0 to Madrid now thanks to Ronaldo's 181st goal for the club. And he's supposed to be injured...
46'
Cristiano Ronaldo has scored a goal for Real Madrid! Assist by Arbeloa.
Sevilla get proceedings under way... AND IMMEDIATELY RONALDO SCORES!! Fazio fails to track the run of Ronaldo who takes one touch before firing a low shot under Beto and into the bottom right corner after being played in by Arbeloa.
45' +1
And there is the referee's whistle to mark the end of the first half!
45'
Madrid/Ronaldo have/has another nicely-positioned free kick, but this one fails to test Beto as it strikes the wall and loops up and into the goalkeeper's arms.
44'
BETO IS CALLED INTO ACTION AGAIN!! Modric swings the resulting corner onto the head of Ramos, and his effort is heading towards the bottom right corner only for Beto to dive down and claw it out.
43'
GOOD SAVE FROM BETO!! The goalkeepers saves well from his fellow countryman as Ronaldo's bouncing free kick nearly flicks over his head and in.
42'
Jesús Navas gets yellow.
Ramos is there to head the ball upfield though, under pressure from Negredo. Madrid try and counter immediately through Benzema but that is cut short by a cynical trip from Navas. Now Madrid have a free kick and guess who fancies it?
41'
Coentrao flies into a tackle on Navas on the right and Sevilla have another set piece to fire into the Madrid box.
40'
LOPEZ CATCHES THE FREE KICK COMFORTABLY!! The former Sevilla goalkeeper knows exactly what is coming as he steps to his left and catches Reyes' free kick.
39'
G. Higuaín gets yellow.
The referee adjudges Higuain to have handled the ball as he tried to break with the ball at his feet and Sevilla now have a free kick 25 yards out, while Higuain also gets a yellow card for his troubles.
38'
AMAZING STAT: Ronaldo has scored 180 times in 179 appearances for Madrid.
37'
Terrible refereeing! Two players clash heads at the set piece but instead of stopping play so they can receive treatment the man in yellow-and-black allows play to continue and Ronaldo very nearly scores! Emery is furious about that and understandably so. I don't know what the ref was thinking there.
36'
Sevilla have a corner over on the left-hand side...
35'
STAT: Los Nervionenses have lost seven of their last eight meetings with Madrid.
34'
Ramos looks to have stolen the ball from Negredo but he then overruns it and loses out in a tackle with Kondogbia. The Frenchman cannot control his pass forward though, and the ball bounces out for a Madrid goal kick.
33'
GOOD POSITIVE PLAY FROM NAVAS!! The Sevilla speedster races down the right before cutting a pass back into the path of Negredo, who shifts the ball onto his left foot before hitting a low shot towards the bottom corner that Lopez dives to his right to keep out.
31'
Modric bundles into Kondogbia in the centre circle and despite being about a foot shorter than the Sevilla attacker, manages to send him tumbling to the floor. Free kick to Sevilla.
29'
Even Mourinho smiled when that Ronaldo shot hit the back of the net! What crisis, eh?
27'
2-0 Madrid lead now and they deserve that. Sevilla on the other hand have looked poor, particularly Medel and Maduro in defensive midfield.
26'
Cristiano Ronaldo has scored a goal for Real Madrid! Assist by Kaká.
GOALLLL!!! RONALDO SMASHES A SHOT PAST BETO!! The Madrid star dances past the challenge of Maduro before unleashing an unstoppable left foot shot into the corner from 20 yards - that was superb.
25'
Madrid are looking far sharper tonight than they did in their loss to Granada last week, which will please Mr. Mourinho on the sideline. They were abject in that 1-0 defeat and look much more in-tune with one another in this game.
24'
STAT: Benzema's goal this evening is his 50th in La Liga. Congratulations on that milestone Karim!
22'
RONALDO WATCH: He is definitely not 100% out there. Again he is shown looking less than comfortable after winning a corner for his side on the right-hand side.
21'
And there's Kaka with another shot! Beto has to make another decent stop from the former Sao Paulo man after he had fired a dipping strike at goal form 25 yards.
19'
Kaka looks well and truly up for this match - the Brazilian is everywhere at the moment! He's shooting on sight, creating chances for his team-mates and tackling in his own half!
18'
K. Benzema has scored a goal for Real Madrid!
BENZEMA SCORES FOR MADRID!! Sevilla are adamant that was offside! The France international makes it 1-0 to Madrid after Fernando Navarro had directed Ronaldo's cross towards his own goal, leaving Benzema with an easy finish from a yard out.
16'
Sevilla curl a free kick into the Madrid box from the right and Lopez is quite lucky Fazio doesn't make contact with the cross as the Madrid goalkeeper had opted to stay on his line.
15'
Kaka has been impressive in the opening quarter of an hour for the home side, forcing Beto into a strong stop a moment ago and then bursting into the Sevilla box and cutting a pass back to Ronaldo that was then wasted.
14'
STAT: Real Madrid have won just one of their last four matches in all competitions (W1, D2, L1).
13'
That's a silly foul from Essien! The Ghanaian midfielder catches Gary Medel with an elbow as they jump for a header inside the centre circle and gifts Sevilla a free kick.
12'
A really poor pass from the Sevilla right-back Koke runs straight through to Lopez, when Navas was open in space on the right and screaming for the ball. Not good decision-making from the stand-in fullback.
10'
Luka Modric opens up his body well to glide past the challenge of Hedwiges Maduro and sweep a pass out to Ronaldo on the left, but the Madrid attacker cannot find a team-mate with his first-time cross into the Sevilla box.
9'
RONALDO WATCH: The Madrid magician is wincing slightly after straining to control a pass from Michael Essien...
7'
Negredo tussles with Ramos in the Madrid left-back position and looks to have won a corner for his side only for the linesman to signal a goal kick. The some-time Spain international does not look best pleased with that call from the official.
6'
The linesman on the near side raises his flag to stop play just as Jesus Navas thinks he is through one-on-one with Diego Lopez. The nippy Sevilla winger would not have been caught by Ramos or Raul Albiol there if he hadn't been flagged offside.
4'
Ex-Madrid player Jose Reyes pokes a tame pass forward to Alvaro Negredo that falls some way short of reaching its intended target, which allows Sergio Ramos to step in and seize possession for his side.
3'
That man Ronaldo has the first shot on goal in this one, but the Sevilla goalkeeper Beto pats the Portuguese attacker's effort down comfortably before catching the ball.
2'
Keep an eye on Cristiano Ronaldo tonight by the way guys and girls. He's been carrying a knock for the past few weeks, but starts regardless. That could backfire spectacularly if he were to aggravate it this evening and miss the eagerly-anticipated match against Manchester United - the club he left to join Madrid - on Wednesday.

Real Madrid get this game started at the Bernabeu...
Good evening everyone and welcome to Goal.com's LIVE coverage of this evening's Liga clash at the Santiago Bernabeu that pits reigning champions Real Madrid against Unai Emery's Sevilla.
My name is Charlie Scott and I will be your go-to man this evening, providing minute-by-minute updates as the game unfolds over in Madrid. You can get involved with this live commentary by posting in the comments box to the right or sending your tweets to @charliefscott.
Jose Mourinho has mixed things up a bit with his starting line-up for this match, with a certain Brazilian midfielder making only his second league start of the season for Madrid...
WELCOME BACK KAKA!! The former Milan ace is starting in attacking midfield for los Blancos, with Mesut Ozil making way to accommodate the Brazil international. That's enough teasing from me, I've got both team's starting XIs coming right up...
Real Madrid (4-2-3-1): Lopez; Arbeloa, Ramos, Albiol, Coentrao; Essien, Modric; Ronaldo, Kaka, Benzema; Higuain
So, what do we think about that Madrid XI? Looks fairly attacking to me, with Karim Benzema AND Gonzalo Higuain starting, when normally Mourinho chooses one or the other. It looks like the Madrid coach may have one eye on the Champions League clash against Manchester United on Wednesday if you throw a glance at the bench. Sami Khedira and Mesut Ozil are likely to start in Europe, but both are named as subs tonight.
HALF-TIME: REAL MADRID 2-0 SEVILLA Los Blancos look a completely different outfit to the one that lost 1-0 to Granada last weekend, and have been impressive in this first half despite Jose Mourinho playing a weakened side with Manchester United visiting on Wednesday. Karim Benzema opened the scoring from close range after good play from Cristiano Ronaldo, before the Portuguese star scored a sensational goal with his left foot to make it 2-0.
Join me in just over 10 minutes for the second half of this enjoyable Liga clash at the Bernabeu!
The teams are on their way out for the second half over in Madrid.
FULL-TIME: REAL MADRID 4-1 SEVILLA Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 20th hat-trick for los Blancos while Karim Benzema notched his 50th Liga goal for the club as Jose Mourinho's side ran out easy winners against Sevilla at the Santiago Bernabeu. The win closes the gap between them and second-placed Atletico to four points, with Diego Simeone's side playing Rayo Vallecano tomorrow. Manchester United are up next for Madrid in the Champions League on Wednesday, with Ronaldo going into the match against his old team in supreme form.
That's all from me for tonight, join me on Wednesday for LIVE coverage of Real Madrid against Manchester United at the Bernabeu. Good night everyone!
