A. Kolarov enters the game and replaces S. Agüero.
The substitution is finally made, with Kolarov on for Aguero, which will surely see a bit more time added on at the end of the three minutes.
90' +2
In absolutely no rush to come off is Sergio Aguero, who is being shoved towards the touchline by a few of the PSG players, with the home fans shouting at him from the stands. The forward takes close to 40 seconds to make his way off the pitch, set to be replaced by Aleksandr Kolarov.
90'
There will be four minutes added on at the end of this match, which is met by a pessimistic groan from the home supporters.
88'
W. Bony enters the game and replaces David Silva.
Wilfried Bony comes on to replace David Silva for the final couple of minutes, in a bit of a curious change from the City manager.
87'
PSG appear to have run out of steam. Fatigue has set in and they're showing little ability to get the ball forward and break down this City defence. The visitors are in no rush themselves, more than willing to let the hosts keep possession on the periphery.
85'
Jesús Navas gets yellow.
Navas takes one for the team as he commits himself into a cynical challenge to prevent PSG from getting forward on the counter. He picks up a yellow card for the tackle.
83'
E. Mangala gets yellow.
Mangala becomes the third City player booked as he slides in carelessly, preventing Matuidi from turning into attack.
82'
STAT: Only once (in six games) has an English club beaten PSG at the Parc des Princes in European competition. It was José Mourinho's Chelsea in September 2004 (3-0).
80'
City have packed it in defensively, keeping just about everyone behind the ball as PSG send bodies forward in search of a winner. The hosts are desperate to grab a third goal, and it would be no less than they deserve considering the balance of play in the second half.

Description
78'
G. van der Wiel enters the game and replaces S. Aurier.
Lucas Moura enters the game and replaces A. Rabiot.
Fans still haven't taken kindly to Aurier following his derogatory comments about Laurent Blanc, as the right-back is booed off, replaced by Gregory van der Wiel.
PSG bring on another outlet in attack as Lucas replaces Adrien Rabiot.
77'
F. Delph enters the game and replaces K. De Bruyne.
The first change of the night sees City bring on Fabian Delph for Kevin de Bruyne as they look to see this draw through to full-time.
76'
Into the final 15 minutes now and the tempo has slowed a bit as the to managers prepare their substitutions. Tired legs are clearly setting in, and these sides are about set to bring on the necessary reinforcements.
74'
As entertaining a game as this has been, there has been some really sloppy play leading to goals tonight. It's not the sort of quality you would expect at this stage of the competition, but it's made for the most unpredictable of matches - and there still figures to be another twist in the tale.
72'
Fernandinho has scored a goal for Manchester City!
AGAINST ALL ODDS, CITY RESTORE PARITY! It's absolutely chaotic in the PSG area as Sagna's cross comes in, deflecting off both Aurier and Thiago Silva before falling gratuitously for Fernandinho who nestles a finish in at the far post! What a massive goal that could prove to be!
71'
STAT: PSG have lost only one of their last 38 home games in European competition (W25, D12), against Barcelona in April 2015 (1-3).
69'
City are starting to enjoy a bit more of the ball as they enter their best spell of the second half. They're creating precious little with it, however, as they're kept on the fringes, hardly able to enter the final third. They're understandably reluctant to commit bodies forward, as they can ill-afford to concede another.
67'
Theres the first chance of the second half for City, who finally manage to pass their way into attack on the break. The end result is dreadful in the end, however, as Navas selfishly goes for goal himself from a difficult angle, never threatening to hit the target.
65'
City are dropping deeper and deeper in defence and this is becoming a real worry for Pellegrini. They haven't had a single attack in this second half as PSG continue to pile the pressure on. It's looking like only a matter of time before they extend their lead, unless City can make a tactical adjustment.
63'
SHOULD BE THREE! PSG applying relentless pressure now! Di Maria with an exquisite cross to pick out Ibrahimovic at the far post, and the striker absolutely bullies Sagna to send a header back across goal, but it rattles off the underside of the bar and stays out! The rebound is volleyed onto the roof of the net by Cavani.
61'
STAT: The last three Champions League knockout encounters between Ligue 1 and Premier League clubs have all seen the French team eliminate their English counterpart.
59'
A. Rabiot has scored a goal for PSG!
FROM BEHIND, PSG LEAD! The ensuing corner from Di Maria is headed at goal quite incredibly by Cavani, forcing Hart into a diving save. The rebound comes straight to Rabiot who has the simplest of tasks as he rolls it into the empty net to give PSG their first lead of the tie!
58'
NEARLY AN OWN GOAL! PSG are looking much more dangerous on the front foot now. A good ball out wide for Maxwell sees the defender whip in a cross, which Otamendi knocks off Mangala, before deflecting just beyond the near post.
56'
The ball is forced to be put into touch as Ibrahimovic, not one to go down easily, stays on the ground injured after picking up a knock following a committed challenge from David Silva. The stoppage will allow these players a much-needed breather, while the striker doesn't appear to be in any danger of having to be subbed off.
54'
PSG continue to enjoy the bulk of possession, but as was the case in the first half, the majority of the chances are coming right after the ball changes hands. Neither team has managed to create much in their approach, but on the break it has been another story altogether.
52'
Important from Sagna! Cavani does very well to control a chip over the top, before turning and crossing for Ibrahimovic at the far post. The striker is unable to direct a header on target, however, as Sagna shows good strength, doing just enough to put him off.
50'
STAT: PSG had the joint-best defensive record in this season’s Champions League entering the quarter-finals (3 goals conceded in 8 games, level with Atletico and Real Madrid). They are also the only team yet to concede a goal in the second-half of a Champions League game in 2015/16.
48'
B. Matuidi gets yellow.
Matuidi's torrid night continues! It's a bit of bad luck as he happens to catch Otamendi accidentally from behind, and the referee shows him a yellow card, meaning he will miss the second leg in Manchester. Laurent Blanc can't believe it.
46'
Back underway in Paris! No changes at the break.
45' +1
HALF-TIME: PSG 1-1 MANCHESTER CITY.
45'
WHAT'S MATUIDI DOING?! Wonderful vision from Di Maria to play Matuidi through in the left channel, and the midfielder has Cavani wide open to his right. All he has to do is square the ball for him and PSG would steal the lead before the interval, but instead he inexplicably rifles a cross miles over everyone's head and behind for a goal-kick. I haven't the slightest clue what he was trying to accomplish with that!
43'
Well this first half has been full of twists and turns, perhaps none more surprising than that! City, who worked so hard to get their lead, give it away so cheaply in the most absurd way possible! It's not on Joe Hart, but the keeper should have scurried back into his net after rolling the goal-kick to Fernando - though he wouldn't have expected anything like that to happen.
41'
Z. Ibrahimović has scored a goal for PSG!
FROM HERO TO VILLAIN - PSG ARE LEVEL! It's such a dreadful error from Fernando! Hart rolls a simple goal-kick to the midfielder, who dropped back to the top of the area to provide an option for his keeper. Fernando is too nonchalant as he turns and sees Ibrahimovic, rushing a clearance which ends up smacking off the striker and beyond a stranded Hart! Unbelievable!
40'
STAT: PSG have been eliminated in the quarter finals in each of the last three campaigns. Their last (and only) Champions League semi-final appearance to date was in 1994/95.
38'
K. De Bruyne has scored a goal for Manchester City! Assist by Fernandinho.
That's exactly what City want to see from Fernando, who won possession and picked out the perfect pass to record the assist.
TEXTBOOK COUNTER AND CITY HAVE A PRECIOUS AWAY GOAL! It's a terribly poor pass from Matuidi who gives the ball away to Fernando in midfield. He quickly breaks the other way and picks out De Bruyne on the right, and he smashes a finish beyond Trapp with authority!
37'
PSG have completely taken over, at least as far as possession is concerned, in the last 10 minutes. Far too much time is elapsing now between each City attack. The visitors have to do a better job of picking out the right passes in their own end when they do win the ball back, because they're giving it back cheaply now.
35'
Fernando gets yellow.
Dreadful challenge! Sumptuous interplay from PSG, capped off by a lovely one-two between Luiz and Cavani. Fernando is caught just out of position and lunges in at the feet of the Brazilian, despite little chance of getting the ball. He's shown yellow as a result.
33'
Ibrahimovic, who certainly isn't one to lack in the confidence department, opts to try his luck from nearly 35-yards out from a free-kick. Hart sets the wall up well, however, as they do their job and get the block in. It was an ambitious effort anyhow from the striker, but if anyone's capable it's him... or Dimitri Payet.
31'
PSG are doing a good job of keeping the ball in the City half as they switch to a more patient approach. They're being kept to the outside fairly well by the visitors, who are doing well to keep their shape at the back, but they're starting to come under a fair bit of pressure now as Aurier and Maxwell join the attack.
29'
STAT: Manchester City have kept fewer clean sheets than any other of the 2015/16 quarter-finalists in this season's Champions League (1 in 8 games).
27'
Relentless, end-to-end action at the Parc des Princes. The tempo has been excellent in this first half and is showing no signs of slowing down. City are very much in this game, but their frailties at the back are being exposed a fair bit thus far, and they'll consider themselves very lucky not to be behind right now.
25'
HOW HAS HE MISSED THAT?! Absolutely dreadful from Otamendi who is caught in possession by Matuidi following a futile attempt to make a run into attack. Rabiot quickly picks up the ball and plays it first-time to send Ibrahimovic clean through on goal. The striker tries to curl an early effort in at the far post beyond Hart, and has the keeper beaten easily, but gets the power all wrong as he lifts it just high and wide!
23'
The momentum is starting to switch once again, this time in City's favour. Aguero shows some clever footwork along the right to get into a nice pocket of space, but support is lacking as his attempted ball in for De Bruyne is cut out by Silva before Luiz rushes a clearing header out for a throw.
21'
Much better from Navas! That's the sort of end product Pellegrini will want to see from his winger. The Spaniard is played into space down the right and picks out an excellent early cross to set-up Silva, but the attacking maestro can't direct his header on target! He has to do better from there.
19'
STAT: Zlatan Ibrahimovic has scored in each of his last four Champions League games. Only twice before has he gone five in a row in the competition.
17'
What a sensational start it has been in Paris! If you blink, you're going to miss something. The referee has had three critical decisions to make already, and while everyone will have their own opinion, it has to be said he's handled them admirably.
15'
PSG get right back on the front foot and Ibrahimovic is again denied by Hart, though this time the header at the near post doesn't pose as much of a threat for the City keeper.
14'
Penalty saved by J. Hart!
HART KEEPS IT OUT! The keeper is back in the side and makes a massive contribution here, guessing right and showing strong hands to knock Ibrahimovic's penalty behind!
For Ibrahimovic, he misses out on what would have been a landmark goal, as it would have pulled him level with Pauleta for most goals for the club at the Parc des Princes across all competitions.
13'
PENALTY TO PSG! A loose touch from Sagna sees the ball comes to Luiz just inside the top of the area following a corner, and as he tries to cut inside onto his right, he's tripped up by the defender. This time the referee wastes no time in pointing to the spot.
11'
G. Clichy gets yellow.
PSG are starting to amplify the pressure now, as City are pegged back on their heels. Clichy lunges into a careless challenge on Aurier and immediately apologises to his counter-part, recognising the danger he put himself in. His remorse isn't enough to avoid a yellow card.
9'
STAT: Manchester City have reached the quarter-finals of the Champions League for the first time in their history. They have won only one of their six games in the Champions League knockout stages (D1, L4).
7'
MASSIVE PENALTY SHOUT! Early controversy in Paris! PSG break with pace following a City corner. Ibrahimovic flicks a header on for Cavani, who plays Matuidi through on goal. The midfielder goes to ground under a bit of contact from Mangala who did well to recover, but the referee waves play on! There was undeniably contact, but was the intent there? It's a tough call for the referee because if he gives the penalty Mangala almost certainly has to be sent off.
5'
PSG are starting to settle in, but it's proving to be a slow process as City charge down the ball with great gusto. The high-flying approach from the visitors could well be to combat their defensive frailties which have been on display this season, especially in the absence of their skipper Vincent Kompany.
3'
Manchester City have started adventurously, enjoying plenty of time on the front foot, which has frustrated these Parisien supporters. Navas makes strides down the right and gets himself into a prominent position on the edge of the area, but as is often the criticism of the Spaniard, he fails to pick out the required final ball.
1'
David Luiz gets yellow.
Manchester City get the game underway, attacking left to right in their changed yellow strip, with PSG in their usual blue home kits.
David Luiz gets off to a nightmarish start as a lapse in concentration allows Aguero behind him and he's forced to drag the striker to ground to prevent a dangerous early chance. He'll be suspended for the second leg as a result.
Hello and welcome to Parc des Princes for live coverage of the first leg of this Champions League quarter-final tie, as a red-hot PSG side play host to a Manchester City team trending in the opposite direction. Both teams are funded by a deep well of oil money, and the strong financial backing has led to an abundance of domestic success in recent years, with the duo combining to win six league titles dating back to the 2011/12 season – but what’s most puzzling is how their inspiring domestic form has failed to translate to success in Europe’s most illustrious club competition.
PSG have been eliminated at this stage in each of the last three seasons, failing to reach the semi-final since their buyout by Qatar Sports Investments in 2011. Manchester City are making their debut in the Champions League quarter-finals, having largely disappointed in the competition since returning to the Premier League summit in 2012. The pressure on both sides couldn’t be much higher, with another early exit likely to be deemed unacceptable by both fans and ownership. The time is now for these financial powerhouses to prove their worth on the big stage – one will be joining the other European giants in the last-four, while the other will be left watching from their living rooms.
Laurent Blanc has decided to put personal grievances aside and do what's best for the team as he hands Serge Aurier his first start since the right-back insulted his coach and a few team-mates on social media. Marquinhos drops to the bench to make room. The hosts make a pair of changes in attack following their 4-1 victory over Nice, though neither come as much of a surprise as Angel di Maria and Edinson Cavani are restored in the starting line-up, flanking Zlatan Ibrahimovic, at the expense of Lucas and Hervin Ongenda.
Manuel Pellegrini's side are given a massive boost ahead of the first leg with Joe Hart being deemed fit to start in goal for the first time since the Manchester Derby. With Vincent Kompany and Raheem Sterling still unavailable, however, Eliaquim Mangala remains the accomplice to Nicolas Otamendi in defence, while Jesus Navas keeps his spot in attack, alongside Kevin de Bruyne, David Silva and Sergio Aguero. Fernando and Fernandinho resume their partnership in midfield, though Bacary Sagna has been chosen to start at right-back, replacing Pablo Zabaleta who featured in the 4-0 victory at Bournemouth on the weekend.
It's a bit of a cool and wet night by Paris' standards, but it has done nothing to dampen the spirits of these supporters who have made for an excellent atmosphere ahead of kick-off. The players faces are a picture of intensity as the Champions League anthem sounds, and we are just moments away now from what promises to be an excellent match!
Parity reigns at half-time at the Parc des Princes at the end of a wildly entertaining first half. Zlatan Ibrahimovic should have put PSG ahead from the spot early on, but Joe Hart was able to come up big, before the striker missed another excellent chance on the break shortly after. His negligence would be punished as City stole the lead through Kevin de Bruyne at the end of an emphatic counter-attack. It would be short-lived, however, as a gift from Fernando allowed Ibrahimovic to equalise just minutes later, before Matuidi somehow failed to set Cavani up for the go-ahead goal just before the break.
That's all for our live coverage from Parc des Princes, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
Fernandinho's equaliser provides Manuel Pellegrini's side with a slight advantage heading into the second leg as they hold Les Parisiens to a high-scoring draw in the capital. The hosts will be made to rue their missed opportunities in the end, including a Zlatan Ibrahimovic penalty which was kept out by Joe Hart, as City make the most of their chances to take a result with them back to the Etihad, putting the pressure on Laurent Blanc's men who will need to win or earn a 2-2 draw or higher themselves to progress.
