VERONA WIN IT AT THE DEATH! INCREDIBLE! Siligardi with a sensational effort from the free-kick, driving a left-footed strike beyond the wall, off the underside of the bar and into the back of the net! It's a lightning bolt from the forward who keeps Verona's slim survival hopes alive in the most dramatic fashion!
90' +4
Zapata is penalised for a handball atop the area and Verona will have a chance to win it from a free-kick right atop the area with the last kick of the game...
90' +3
DONNARUMMA AGAIN WITH THE SAVE! The keeper produces an excellent stop to deny Siligardi, and Milan break the other way on the counter. Honda plays Bacca through, but the striker completely misses the ball and wastes the opportunity!
90' +2
Two of the four minutes of added time have elapsed, but Verona have continued their push for a winner. They win a corner that Milan can only partially deal with, and the pressure has stayed on here...
90'
OUTSTANDING SAVE! Juanito surges forward on the counter, steps inside his marker and unleashes an effort at goal that Donnarumma somehow manages to knock over the bar! It's truly remarkable from the teenager who is keeping Milan in the game late on!
88'
THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN! Pressure stays on following a Milan corner, and Antonelli's ball across the face of goal is nearly turned in at the far post by Zapata, but the defender was just a split-second late arriving!
86'
STAT: These two sides have met 51 times in Serie A: Milain have won 24 games, compared to only eight for Verona.
84'
CLOSE! Verona knocking on the door as they search for a dramatic winner! Juanito, who has been lively since coming on, makes himself a nuisance again inside the area, but lifts a clever shot onto the roof of the net with Donnarumma scrambling to get across.
83'
It's puzzling to see the Rossoneri sit on their hands and not make a second substitution here when it's clear they could use an injection of fresh legs in attack. They're really labouring at the moment, but the likes of Luiz Adriano or Kevin-Prince Boateng could really help them over the final five minutes or so.
81'
The tempo has fizzled out again as we enter the final 10 minutes. Both teams desperately need all three points, Milan even more so than their opponents, so it should figure to pick up again closer to the conclusion. Verona are enjoying more possession, and there's a real stubbornness about them.
Minute
Description
79'
The clock is winding down on Verona's life in Serie A - needing three points to stay alive - but it hasn't stopped the fans from showing their support. They're soaking up every bit of this, because it could be some time before they play host to a club of Milan's pedigree again.
78'
Luiz Adriano enters the game and replaces J. Mauri.
Substitution José Mauri Luiz Adriano Souza da Silva
77'
L. Checchin enters the game and replaces G. Pazzini.
The hosts make their final change of the match as Luca Checchin replaces Pazzini.
76'
CRITICAL BLOCK! Milan are looking all sorts of vulnerable now as Verona get forward in search of a second. They're finding plenty of space and looking very lively in possession. Pazzini forces Donnarumma into a save, before a block from Zapata denies the hosts a goal just seconds later!
74'
STAT: Verona have scored 20 goals from set-piece situations in Serie A this season (joint-record with Roma); Gialloblu have netted 71% of their league goals from this situation.
72'
Penalty goal scored by G. Pazzini for Verona!
PAZZINI GIVES VERONA LIFE! The hosts aren't relegated just yet! Donnarumma guesses right but there's no chance he was keeping out that perfect penalty from Pazzini!
71'
J. Mauri gets yellow.
PENALTY TO VERONA! It's an incredibly harsh decision from the referee! Juanito's header strikes the arm of Romagnoli inside the area, but the defender knew little about at as he was be shoved by a Verona player and had no time to react before the ball struck his arm!
Yellow card José Mauri
69'
SHOULD BE TWO! Bacca is played into the area and a shot from a tight angle is again not properly dealt with by Gollini who pushes the ball straight into the path of Menez. The striker stares at a gaping goal as he looks for his brace, but Pisano recovers brilliantly to block the effort behind for a corner and keep his side in the game!
67'
C. Zapata gets yellow.
Honda misses a chance at one end, and Zapata goes into the book for a rash challenge that halted a Verona counter.
65'
Tempers rise as Bacca loses his footing in the area and winds up clattering into Gollini, accidentally. Verona players jump to the defence of their keeper, with the striker looking only to apologise, but his explanation falls upon deaf ears as the keeper stays down in need of attention from the training staff.
63'
STAT: Milan haven’t scored more than one goal in the last nine Serie A games, while failing to score in three of those contests.
61'
J. Gómez Taleb enters the game and replaces P. Wszołek.
Verona make their second change of the afternoon as Wszolek is replaced by Juanito.
60'
Milan are looking increasingly dangerous on the front foot, with Bacca finally starting to come to life in attack. The striker produces a clever bit of skill to turn beyond a defender inside the area, but he can't beat Gollini who did well to come off his line and close down the angle.
58'
The free-kick is finally taken following protests from both sides as the referee sorts out the mess. It's Menez who delivers, but his cross is struck rather poorly as it lifts over the bar and behind for a goal-kick.
56'
Handball! Antonelli has been excellent since coming on for the injured De Sciglio, and he's at it again with some excellent running on the overlap. His cross is blocked by the arm of Pisano, but the referee awards a free-kick on the very edge of the area when it very well could have been a penalty!
54'
The tempo has picked up considerably as the match becomes quite stretched following the restart. Verona are starting to commit more bodies forward with the knowledge that they need three points to keep their slim hopes of survival alive.
52'
STAT: Verona have lost their last three home Serie A games, after four league home matches unbeaten (W2, D2).
50'
VITAL INTERVENTION! Verona break threateningly and it's Siligardi who is played through into the area, to the left of goal. He sends a pass across the face of goal but Abate slides in and somehow lifts it over the bar and behind for a corner!
48'
M. Albertazzi gets yellow.
Positive start for the visitors in this second half, as they show a greater intent to keep the ball and add to their lead. Kucka whips in an inviting free-kick, but a good defensive header sends the ball behind for a corner before Gollini collects the subsequent cross.
Albertazzi is booked for a foul which will give the visitors a free-kick in a dangerous area.
46'
Back underway at the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi!
45' +2
HALF-TIME: VERONA 0-1 MILAN.
45'
There will be two minutes added on at the end of this first half, as a result of De Sciglio's injury stoppage.
43'
STAT: AC Milan have lost only one of the last 11 Serie A matches against Verona (W5, D5).
41'
SHOULD BE TWO! Desperate defending from Moras who does everything he can to stick with Menez and prevent the striker from getting on the end of Antonelli's ball across the face of goal after Pisano was burned on the flank.
39'
Rômulo enters the game and replaces A. Rebić.
Ante Rebic has been poor in this first half, and his attitude is in need of an adjustment as well. The coach is none too pleased with his effort and as a result has opted to sub him off with Romulo taking his place.
36'
NEARLY AN INSTANT IMPACT! Antonelli gets forward into a promising area and sends a pass in for Bacca. The striker's first attempt is saved smartly by Gollini, but he knocks the rebound in... only the offside flag goes up so it won't count!
34'
L. Antonelli enters the game and replaces M. De Sciglio.
De Sciglio's wound refused to close and Milan decide enough is enough as they replace him with Luca Antonelli.
33'
STAT: AC Milan and Verona have scored the most goals from corners in this Serie A campaign (eight each).
31'
Milan are down a man again as De Sciglio's wound has re-opened. The left-back is ordered off the pitch again to get patched up, and it looks like he'll require a new jersey as well. This is a nasty gash on his cheek and it's proving difficult to try and stop the bleeding.
29'
CLOSE! That's much better from Milan who work the ball around well as they break into the final third. Honda plays a teasing ball through to pick out the run of Menez at the near post, but this time Gollini is up to the task.
27'
There really isn't much of a tempo to this match, however, despite Verona's best attempts to play attacking football. Milan are content with slowing the game in possession and really suffocating the hosts when they try and get forward.
25'
Verona have responded really well to falling behind, starting to force the issue in attack in search of an equaliser. They win a pair of corners, but the quality in their end product has let them down up to this point. Donnarumma makes a straightforward catch and the pressure is relieved.
23'
STAT: Verona have lost the last three Serie A matches in a row. They lost four consecutive games in December, before a draw against Milan.
21'
J. Ménez has scored a goal for AC Milan!
MILAN DRAW FIRST BLOOD! It's a nightmare for Gollini who's unable to collect Honda's strike from range, spilling it straight to Menez who knocks the rebound off the near post and in. Verona's fate is almost sealed now...
19'
Milan have really struggled to impress with their time on the ball, as they're kept predominantly on the fringes. They haven't been able to pass their way into the area or any real dangerous positions for that matter, with Verona keeping their shape brilliantly.
17'
Verona are really starting to grow into the game and play with a bit of sizzle in attack. They don't look like a side facing relegation, perhaps thriving a bit with the pressure finally off - they aren't officially relegated but Luigi Delneri has admitted it's inevitable at this point.
15'
De Sciglio is back on the pitch as Milan return to full strength, with Verona unable to do anything with their numerical advantage. In fact it's Milan who manage the only shot during that period, though Honda's strike was lifted well over the bar.
13'
Yikes! De Sciglio gets stuck into a duel with Wszolek and comes out worse for wear as his ear is cut open. It's not entirely clear how the side of his face was cut, but it could have been from the hard landing as well. Nonetheless, he's in a lot of pain and will have to step off for a bit to be patched up.
11'
STAT: Milan won the last away match in the league against Sampdoria, after picking up just two points in the previous four on their travels.
9'
GLORIOUS CHANCE! Horrible defending from Romagnoli who completely misjudges a ball over the top, allowing Pazzini to control and run clean through on Donnarumma. The striker has the goal at his mercy, but somehow sends his shot straight at the keeper from in close, as the game remains scoreless!
7'
Milan finally venture forward and win the game's first corner, but they keep themselves out wide with a short pass from the set-piece, and the eventual ball into the box catches Zapata in an offside position. Back the other way come Verona, but Pazzini can't navigate his way behind the defence despite some good running.
5'
This continues to be a very underwhelming showing from both teams, who are lacking any real quality in possession. It's quite sloppy at the moment as the two sides struggle to string more than a few passes together.
3'
It has been a very quiet start to proceedings, with neither side particulary keen to push the tempo or force the issue in attack early on. The ball has been contained largely in midfield, with Montolivo attempting the game's first strike, but he misses the target from range.

Underway in Verona!
Hello and welcome to live coverage from the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi as Milan and Verona do battle with a crucial three points on the line. Desperation will be high today as these two sides clash. The Rossoneri trail Fiorentina by six points in the race for fifth place and a spot in Europe, making victory essential for them today. Verona’s Serie A status is hanging by a thread, and anything but three points from this match would seal their spot in the bottom three.
It has been a disappointing season for both these sides who, regardless of how the final month of the season plays out, will be finishing much lower than where they had anticipated. Milan had their sights set on a return to the Champions League, which is now mathematically impossible, while Verona were hoping to build on last season’s 13th place finish and crack the top 10 – instead they have to win their remaining four games and hope two of Capri, Palermo or Frosinone falter down the stretch to have any hope of playing top-flight football next season.
CONFIRMED TEAM NEWS:
MILAN (4-3-1-2): Donnarumma; Abate, Zapata, Romagnoli, De Sciglio; Kucka, Montolivo, Mauri; Honda; Bacca, Menez.
SUBS: Lopez, Mexes, Adriano, Ely, Poli, Antonelli, Abbiati, De Santis, Vido, Boateng, Locatelli, Calabria.
Christian Brocchi has made six changes to his side from their scoreless draw against Carpi on Thursday. Alex and Mario Balotelli are suspended, while Giacomo Bonaventura is suffering from a hip injury. The trio are replaced by Cristian Zapata, Jeremy Menez and Jose Mauri, while also brought into the starting line-up are Mattia De Sciglio, Juraj Kucka and Keisuke Honda at the expense of Luca Antonelli, Andrea Poli and Kevin-Prince Boateng.
Verona are without the suspended duo of Samuel Souprayen and Federico Viviani, which has prompted coach Luigi Delneri to bring Michelangelo Albertazzi and Luca Marrone into the team, having sat on the bench in the defeat to Empoli in midweek. The hosts have made a pair of other changes as well, handing starts to Vangelis Moras and Ante Rebic, with Samir and Leandro Greco giving way. Verona are also without Luca Toni off the bench as a result of an injury he picked up in a brief substitute appearance on Wednesday.
Despite a largely inconsistent and lethargic showing, Milan lead at the interval thanks to Jeremy Menez who pounced on a Pierluigi Gollini error. Giampaolo Pazzini missed a glorious chance at the other end as Verona have struggled to produce the end product in attack despite a rather confident showing through 45 minutes. They'll be fighting for their Serie A lives in the second half...
That's all for our live coverage from the Bentegodi, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
FULL-TIME: VERONA 2-1 MILAN. Luca Siligardi keeps the Gialloblu's slim survival hopes alive as his sensational 95th minute free-kick completes the comeback and sinks the Rossoneri at the Bentegodi. Giampaolo Pazzini's penalty cancelled out a Jeremy Menez opener, setting the stage for some late drama in Verona, as the relegation-bound club deal a massive blow to Milan's European hopes.
