We're into the second minute of three added on at the J Stadium.
88'
A terrific run from Alves as he drives inside from the right and looks to combine with Marchisio, but the midfielder’s return pass is a poor one and the move breaks down.
86'
There's a real party atmosphere at the J Stadium, as the Serie A champions ease towards the quarter-finals. There is no doubt that Juve are real contenders for the Champions League trophy this time around.
83'
CLOSE! Ane excellent counter from Porto results in Jota driving into the area unchallenged, but he can only dink his effort into the side-netting from an acute angle.
82'
While their team may well have given up the fight long ago, Porto's fans are still in great voice, enjoying the final 10 minutes or so of their Champions League campaign.
80'
Juve have switched to a more traditional 4-3-3 now, with Rincon sitting at the base of the midfield. As I write, Higuain gets in behind Porto’s defence, but is deemed offside.
79'
And here, indeed, is that change. Tomas Rincon is on, and Paulo Dybala makes way, receiving a standing ovation in the process.
78'
T. Rincón enters the game and replaces P. Dybala.
A final change is in the offing for Juve, as Rincon warms-up in the touchline.
75'
Half-hearted appeals for another penalty from Juve, as Alves goes down under pressure from Felipe. However, the Porto man had just got to the ball first.
72'
Porto seem to have given up all hope of snatching a consolation goal in Turin, though in credit to visitors they have defended resiliently in the second half given their numerical disadvantage.
Minute
Description
70'
Otávio enters the game and replaces Óliver Torres.
A third and final Porto substitution sees Oliver Torres make way for fellow youngster Otavio.
69'
MISS! Brilliant from Juve as Alex Sandro finds space down the left, proceeding to float a wonderful cross to the back post. Dybala rushes to meet it, but he gets his volley all wrong.
67'
Diogo Jota enters the game and replaces Y. Brahimi.
A second change for Porto. Off goes Yacine Brahimi, and on comes Diego Jota.
66'
Superb combination play from Marchisio and Alves leads to Higuain picking up possession in the centre of the area. The former Napoli striker turns away from two defenders and directs a strike goalwards, but it flashes away fro a goal-kick.
65'
Porto have all nine outfield players back in their own half at the moment, as Juve tease and probe the visitors’ defence. Higuain tries his luck from the edge of the area, but Marcano makes an excellent block.
63'
Another injury now, this time for a Porto man, as Danilo goes down following a nasty clash of heads with his teammate Boly.
61'
A second Juve substitution takes place. Medhi Benatia, who seemed to be struggling with an injury, is replaced by the veteran Andrea Barzagli.
60'
A. Barzagli enters the game and replaces M. Benatia.
CLOSE! Terrific play from Mandzukic as he helps on a cross from the right with a lovely flick-on. Pjaca brings the ball down with his chest before unleashing a volley from close-range, but the youngster drags it wide.
59'
A rare foray forward for Porto, though it comes to nothing after Dybala draws a foul from Andre, relieving the pressure.
57'
Wasteful! Khedira opens up space for himself with a wonderful dummy shot, but his resulting pass is overhit, and Pjaca is unable to latch onto it.
56'
Cuadrado’s absence has seemed to leave them a bit less fruitful in the final third, though, with Pjaca lacking the lightning-quick pace of the Colombian. As I write, Felipe makes a charging run from deep, but is soon crowded out, and Juve counter...
53'
Juve are moving the ball around neatly, without overly-entering themselves. Despite Porto’s chance, their seems little danger of them not progressing this evening.
51'
A terrible miss from Soares, who could have given Porto a glimmer of hop there. However, Juve’s clean-sheet is still in tact.
49'
END TO END! Madness in Turin! This tie could well have just been summed up in the space of thirty seconds here. First, Casillas pulls off an instinctive stop to prevent Danilo’s header inadvertently squeezing into the back of Porto’s net. Then, on the counter, Soares shirks off his marker to race through on goal, only to slip his effort wide of the upright.
46'
M. Pjaca enters the game and replaces J. Cuadrado.
W. Boly enters the game and replaces André Silva.
Welcome back! There’s been one change per-side at the break. For Porto, Willy Boly - a defender - replaces Andre SIlva.
A first substitution for Juve has seen Juan Cuadrado make way for Marko Pjaca, who netted in the first leg.
45' +1
Mandzukic slips through a tidy ball into the path of Alex Sandro, but the former Porto man is crowded out by the visitors’ defence. Moments later, Cuadrado finds space down the left, but his efforts soars over the crossbar.
44'
It’s a cruel blow for Porto, and in all truth it may have been a harsh decision to send Pereira off, as it did not appear to be a deliberate handball. However, the visitors are now down to 10 men, and it is most likely now a matter of damage limitation.
42'
Penalty goal scored by P. Dybala for Juventus!
GOOOOOAAAAAALLLL!!! Dibble calmly converts from 12 yards, thumping a low strike into the right-corner, sending Casillas the wring way.
40'
M. Pereira goes off after a red card!
CLOSE! Khedira challenges for the header, but Marcano manages to head it wide.
PENALTY TO JUVE! Well, this could well be game over! Mandzukic’s header was saved by Casillas, only for Higuain to pick up the rebound. His effort looks set to nestle in the corner, but Pereira makes the block with an outstretched hand, and the official has no choice but to point to the spot and send off the Porto full-back.
39'
Andre Silva has been directly involved in two-thirds of Porto’s goals in this season’s Champions League (six out of nine), scoring four and assisting two, but he has had little joy going forward this evening so far, and has now conceded a free-kick after bringing down Alex Sandro.
36'
André André gets yellow.
A second booking in quick succession for a Porto midfielder, as Andre picks up a caution after dragging Higuain back. Juve take a quick free-kick, but Khedira’s header does not trouble Casillas.
35'
Brilliant defending from Marcano, who just manages to take Dybala’s fantastic delivery away from Mandzukic, who was ready to head home from close-range.
33'
Juve aren’t playing with their usual guile or intensity, but despite Porto’s fighting display, it is the hosts who have created the majority of the chances in what has been an enthralling opening 30 minutes or so.
31'
No escape for Layun on this occasion, as after a third dig at Cuadrado, finally picks up a booking.
30'
M. Layún gets yellow.
28'
Somehow, Juve fail to take the lead. After latching onto Alves’ superb reverse pass, Higuain spins away from his marker exquisitely, engineering enough space for a cross. His delivery finds Dybala in the six-yard box, but the youngster can’t adjust his feet quickly enough, and merely slices the ball clear.
26'
Another fantastic cross, this time from Alves, causes issues for Porto’s defence. Casillas races out, but is caught in no man’s land. Higuain looks all set to head home past his former Real Madrid teammate, but Felipe gets across at the vital moment to make a timely intervention.
24'
CHANCE! Wonderful play from Juve, who with one move carve open Porto at ease. Cuadrado is given far too much time on the ball out on the right, and he duly delivers a quality cross. Mandzukic meets it at the far post, but his header lacks the power to beat Casillas.
22'
Magnificent skill from Dybala, who flicks the ball over the towering Danilo before bursting forward at pace, drawing a clumsy - albeit soft - foul from Andre.
20'
No team has conceded fewer goals than Juventus this season in the Champions League, letting in only two efforts across seven matches, and despite a recent glut of Porto pressure, the hosts have shown little signs of wilting so far.
17'
A reckless challenge from Layun - perhaps getting his own back on Cuadrado - goes unpunished by the official, though it does relieve some of the pressure that had been building on Juve’s back-line.
16'
Juve are simply sitting in two banks of four when out of possession, and although both Torres and Brahimi are roaming inside from their wide berths, Porto can’t find any space in between the lines, and are ultimately forced to utilise the wings.
14'
The set-piece, though, is a poor one, and Brahimi’s cross is easily cleared. Layun, meanwhile, appears to be feeling the after-effects of that collision with Cuadrado.
12'
J. Cuadrado gets yellow.
No hesitation from the official, as he shows Cuadrado a yellow cards after he had dived in on Layun. The Colombia winger seemed to win the ball, though did have his studs raised, and Porto now have a free-kick deep in Juve’s territory...
11'
Brahimi finds space by cutting inside from the left wing, allowing the ball to roll across his body before lifting in a clever cross that almost finds Soares, but the striker just can’t quite make contact. Moments later, Porto’s No.29 is picked out by Danilo at the culmination of a powerful run, but his effort is easily saved by Buffon.
9'
Juventus have avoided defeat in 10 of their last 11 Champions League knockout games at home (W6 D4), while Porto have won just one of their previous nine second-leg knockout matches away from home.
7'
Not far off! Bonucci’s cross-field ball picks out Dybala, who has thrived in a No.10 role in recent months. The former Palermo star takes the ball down with a fantastic first touch before unleashing an effort from range, but it slides wide of the upright.
5'
Juve have only ever conceded three goals in one game on one occasion at this stadium, and though Porto have looked to try and get on the front foot, the hosts are simply sitting deep in order to restrict the space, with the pace of Dybala and Cuadrado offering an out-ball on the counter.
3'
CLOSE! Dybala reacts swiftly to pick up a loose ball 20 yards out from Porto’s goal, heading the ball down into his path before powering into the area. Marcano manages to forces him wide, and though the Argentine still manages to get an effort off, it sails just over the bar.
2'
Early pressure from Juve, who are in the midst of a remarkable 45-game unbeaten run across all competitions at home. Dani Alves finds space down the right, but Higuain cannot direct his header on target from the edge of the area.
1'
KICK-OFF! Porto, donning their dark away strip, get proceedings underway at the J Stadium!
Hello and welcome, football fans, to LIVE coverage of the second-leg of the Champions League last-16 clash between Juventus and Porto!
Serie A holders Juve hold the advantage heading into this leg, having beat 10-man Porto 2-0 at Estadio Do Dragao three weeks ago courtesy of quick-fire efforts from Marko Pjaca and Dani Alves.
That defeat is one of just two suffered by Porto so far in 2017 and Nuno Espirito Santo’s side have been in fine form since the first leg, winning their last three league fixtures, scoring 12 goals without conceding as they challenge Benfica for the Primeira Liga title.
TEAM NEWS - Juve (4-2-3-1): Buffon; Dani Alves, Benatia, Bonucci, Alex Sandro; Khedira, Marchisio; Cuadrado, Dybala, Mandzukic; Higuain.
There are four changes in total for the hosts compared to the side that started the first leg in Porto. Miralem Pjanic, Stephan Lichtsteiner, Andrea Barzagli and Giorgio Chiellini drop out, with Claudio Marchisio, Dani Alves, Mehdi Benatia and Leonardo Bonucci coming in.
TEAM NEWS - Porto (4-4-2): Casillas; Pereira, Felipe, Marcano, Layun; Torres, Danilo, Andre, Brahimi; Silva, Soares.
TEAM NEWS - Porto substitutes: Boly, Neves, Depoitre, Sa, Herrera, Jota, Otavio.
On the other hand, three new faces are placed into the Porto line-up. Following his sending off in the first-leg, Alex Telles misses out, with Miguel Layun his replacement at left-back. In midfield, Hector Herrera and Ruben Neves make way for Andre Andre and Oliver Torres.
Juve are unbeaten against Porto (W3 D1) in European competitions, and no team has ever progressed having lost the first-leg of a Champions League knockout tie by a scoreline of 0-2 at home, so the odds are certainly not in the favour of the Portuguese giants.
It's a full-house in Turin, and the Juventus Stadium atmosphere is absolutely electric as the two sides make their way out onto the field.
HALF-TIME: Juventus 1-0 Porto!
It’s 3-0 on aggregate then to Juve, with Dybala’s penalty having put them ahead moments before the half-time whistle. And with Porto down to 10 men for the second time in this tie, there seems little hope of them coming back in this one.
FULL-TIME! Juve ease into the quarter-finals of the Champions League with a confident 3-0 aggregate victory over Porto.
Well, that's all from me for now. Thank you and goobdye!
Paulo Dybala's penalty secured it on the night for Juve, who have every chance of competing for this famous trophy once again this season. Porto, meanwhile, will have to focus on the charge for their domestic league title.
