Five minutes of injury time. We are in the last minute of play!
90' +3
SERGIO RAMOS!!! A corner kick is floated in and the Madrid captain rises above everyone to head at goal, but his attempt goes wide of the left-hand post!!
90' +2
DIEGO LOPEZ IS UP FOR THE CORNER!!!
90' +1
Felipe Santana enters the game and replaces S. Bender.
Is there time for one more Madrid chance?!
90'
Kuba cleverly goes down with injury, but it looks as if it may be a real one as he's leaving on a stretcher. Felipe Santana is his replacement. We still don't know how much injury time!
89'
This, ladies and gentleman, is squeeky-bum time for Borussia Dortmund. Everyone is looking at Howard Webb. How much stoppage time will be added?
88'
Sergio Ramos has scored a goal for Real Madrid! Assist by K. Benzema.
GOOOOOOOAAAAAAL GOOOOAAAAAAL GOOOOAAAAAAL!!!! 2-0 MADRID!!! THIS.IS.INCREDIBLE!!! Benzema takes the ball down brilliantly on the byline and lays the ball back to Sergio Ramos who smashes the ball into the top of the net!! This can't happen?! CAN IT?!!
87'
S. Kehl enters the game and replaces R. Lewandowski.
86'
Jurgen Klopp looks to further solidify his rearguard by introducing the experienced Sebastian Kehl in place of Lewandowski. It's everyone back for Dortmund now!!!
85'
This is crazy stuff here! Madrid are mercilessly pounding at the Dortmund door! There's surely not enough time for two goals!
Minute
Description
84'
Roman Weidenfeller is booked for holding onto the ball after the Madrid goal, he's trying to waste every moment possible!
83'
R. Weidenfeller gets yellow.
K. Benzema has scored a goal for Real Madrid! Assist by M. Özil.
GOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAL FOR REAL MADRID!! THE HOSTS CLAW ONE BACK!! Kaka lays the ball out to Ozil who whips a ball into the six yard box, and Benzema is on hand to side-foot home! 1-0 but it may be too little too late!
81'
S. Khedira gets yellow.
I don't think anyone would have predicted this being 0-0 before kick-off. With the attacking talent on show and a place in the Champions League final at stake, it promised to be a goal fest!
80'
Sami Khedira is the next player to enter the book for a scything challenge on PIszczek. That's just about the only contribution to the game the German has given since coming on.
79'
Sergio Ramos gets yellow.
78'
Sergio Ramos will miss the next Champions League match for Madrid after picking up a deserved yellow card. At least he probably wont miss the final in Wembley...
77'
The Madrid bench and Jose Mourinho are giving the fourth official an absolute ear bashing for that decision, and they probably have a case. It was outside the box though so it would only have been a free kick.
76'
Definite handball from Subotic there! Modric flashes a pass through the middle and it comes to the feet of Ronaldo, who looks to flick the ball into the path of Benzema, but the Serbian's hand appeared to touch the ball as he slid on the ground. Howard Webb plays on! That should have been a free kick to Madrid1
74'
Fantastic play from Dortmund, they should be 1-0 up!! Reus leaves Michael Essien for dead down the left wing and burst a gut down the flank before cutting inside and laying off to Lewandowski. The Pole languishes in possession and eventually sees his shot blocked! Incredible run from Reus!
73'
You have to hand it to Dortmund. They are famed for their deadly counterattacks but their defence tonight has been rock solid for the most part. Subotic and Hummels have cleared just about everything that has been thrown at them.
72'
Benzema hasn't been as bright since his introduction. A few touches here and there but he hasn't looked a threat as of yet.
71'
Unlucky from Kaka. Di Maria displays superb speed down the left and whips the ball to front post where the former Milan man cleverly flicks an attempt towards goal, but it just goes the wrong side of the post. Kaka has looked bright since his introduction.
69'
In the first half the cheers and support of the Real Madrid fans was deafening, but now it's the visiting German support who are creating the atmosphere in Santiago Bernabeu. They are getting ever closer to a trip to Wembley, and they know it!
68'
Absolutely fantastic challenge from Subotic! Modric and Kaka link-up on the edge of the box and the ball comes to the Brazilian who sets himself up for a shot, but at he last minute the Serbian comes in and claws possession away with a slide tackle.
67'
S. Khedira enters the game and replaces Xabi Alonso.
Third and final change from Real Madrid. Sami Khedira eneters the fray in place of Xabi Alonso. It must be an injury for the former Liverpool man.
66'
DI MARIA! HE SHOULD HAVE DONE A LOT BETTER!! Kaka flicks a pass out to left channel for the Argentine, but his eventual cross-come-shot into the box goes wayward by the post! He had three team-mates in the box to aim for there!
65'
Poor from Ozil. The German initially does well to shake off the attention of Bender but his pass through the middle to Ronaldo is over-hit.
64'
Almost, almost for Dortmund. BVB counterattack once again and the ball comes to the marauding Pisczek who looks to slide a pass inside to the unmarked Lewandowski, but Ramos just stretched out a foot to block the path.
63'
Penalty shout for Dortmund! A cross is floated into the box and Lewandowski looks poised to head at goal, but Ramos just came in with an under-the-radar tug to put the Pole off balance! Howard Webb never saw it!
62'
Not bad for Iker Casillas' supposed stand in!
61'
WHAT AN INCREDIBLE SAVE!! Reus gets to the byline and reverses a ball to the back post! Lewandowski smashes a shot at goal from close range but Diego Lopez somehow, SOMEHOW gets across to block the attempt with his body!
59'
Poor from Di Maria! The Argentine exchanges a neat one-two with Kaka before bursting inside, but instead of having a crack at goal, attempt a very difficult through pas to Benzema, which is intercepted. He should have let rip with a shot at goal!
58'
Just over 30 minutes left for Real Madrid to score three goals. It's tough to say how the game will go if they manage to get the opening goal. Will Dortmund cave or keep their heads?
57'
Kaká enters the game and replaces Fábio Coentrão.
K. Benzema enters the game and replaces G. Higuaín.
It looks like Madrid are going three at the back. They are going for it now, and they have to!
56'
Double change from Jose Mourinho, and it's ambitious. Fabio Coentrao and Gonzalo Higuain are replaced by Karim Benzema and Kaka.
55'
Miscommunication between Ronaldo and Di Maria. The Argentine flicked the ball up to the head of the former Manchester United man, but the returned header went back to where it came, and goes out for a throw-in.
54'
Ohh a poor touch just lets Pisczek down! The Pole exchanged a pacey one-two with Bender inside his own half but just allowed Ramos to come in, claim possession, and slide the ball back to the 'keeper.
53'
As time ticks on it's just going to get more and more tense inside the Santiago Bernabeu. Dortmund have really found their defeat in defence, though, and aren't giving away a lot of space at the back.
52'
Replays show that Diego Lopez may have got a touch on that shot by Lewandowski. If he did, it may be the save of the season!
51'
The opening goal is just so crucial here. If Dortmund bag it, the tie may be over. If Madrid claim it, we are in for a special climax.
50'
What a match this is. Madrid looked to have started the second half in the same vein as the first but Dortmund show their danger again by coming within inches of getting a vital away goal.
49'
LEWANDOWSKI AGAIN!!! DORTMUND SHOULD BE ONE UP!! Reus releases his team-mate down the right channel who drives into the box and absolutely leathers a shot at goal that cannons off the underside of the crossbar! Diego Lopez was beaten!
48'
LEWANDOWSKI!! A real chance for Dortmund! Grosskreutz does brilliantly to get to the byline and dig out a cross into the box. The Pole strike the ball first time but his attempt goes way over the bar! Last week Lewandowski smashes that in the top bag!
47'
Madrid begin the second half with a succession of corner kicks. Mats Hummels bullets the first straight back out, and the second results in a foul committed by Ramos.
46'
We are back under way in Santiago Bernabeu!
45' +1
S. Bender gets yellow.
45'
Ohhh that's way off! Ronaldo steps up and smashes the ball high and wide into the stand! That attempt was met by groans from the Madrid faithful, they're used to better than that from their star man!
44'
Free kick to Real Madrid here, and it's definitely in Ronaldo territory. Bender earns a yellow card for a foul on the Portuguese. That's Dortmund's two central midfielders on bookings now.
43'
G. Higuaín gets yellow.
İ. Gündoğan gets yellow.
Lewandowski does well to earn a free kick on the halfway line. The ball comes to the frontman who turns sharply before nicking the ball past Ramos, who commits the foul with another forearm smash. How many of those is he going to get away with?
42'
First Dortmund booking goes to Ilkay Gundogan for a lunge on Di Maria. Another deserved yellow card.
41'
Madrid are getting really frustrated by these constant offside calls. To be fair to the officials though, they are getting the vast majority correct.
40'
Coentrao bursts up the touchline and looks to get the better of Piszczek with a nutmeg inside, but the right-back remains solid to put the ball out for a throw-in. Don't think he was every falling for that one!
39'
Terrific goalkeeping again from Weidenfeller. The towering Dortmund 'keeper gets off his line and commands his area wonderfully by coming out to claim a dangerous cross right off the head of Ronaldo.
38'
Poor pass from Grosskreutz. A potential counterattack for BVB breaks down as the substitute hits a heavy pass down the line for Reus. Would Gotze have got that one right?
37'
The Madrid forward line are guilty of not controlling their runs. Ronaldo and Higuain are both flagged for offside in quick succession despite looking right along the line. It's only natural they are eager to get forward but it's breaking down attacks.
36'
Ramos and Lewandowski is becoming a real battle in the final third. The Spaniard leaves his mark on the striker with a naughty forearm to the back of the head.
34'
Mourinho's men just aren't pressing at the moment. They must be fairly knackered after their swashbuckling start to the match!
33'
Excellent interception from Gundogan. Ronaldo turns swiftly just inside the Dortmund half and looks to drive at pace towards goal, but the midfielder managed to claw the ball back out from the feet of the Portuguese, much to his frustration.
32'
It looks like Dortmund may have weathered the storm here. It would have been hard for Madrid to keep up the extremely high tempo of their play, it was just too fast. The German side has benefited, and they are just patiently keeping the ball at the moment.
30'
Wasteful from Di Maria. The Argentine down well to take on Schmelzer down the right wing but cuts inside and curls a nothing ball into the centre of the park. Bender cleans up and slides the ball out to Reus out on the left.
29'
Once again we get a chorus of crazy boos from the Madrid crowd as Dortmund take some time over the taking of a throw-in. Just imagine how loud it will get in the second half if the score remains the same!
28'
Madrid will definitely be kicking themselves that they didn't take advantage of their period of pressure at the start of the match. They should be leading this game, but their finishing has been poor.
27'
After a rip-roaring opening 27 minutes, Dortmund have just started to feel their way back into the match. As I said, it was vital that Gundogan and Bender got on the ball more, and they have did just that. The visitors looking a lot more calm now.
26'
Fábio Coentrão gets yellow.
Jurgen Klopp is furious with that challenge! He wants more than a yellow card for the Madrid man!
25'
First booking of the match goes to Coentrao, and it's a deserved one. The Portuguese goes over the top of the ball and catches Lewandowski on the top of the foot.
24'
Just a couple of afters involving Ramos and Lewandowski after that little tussle in the middle. Keep your eye on that one folks, it promises to be an interesting duel.
23'
Superb defending from Sergio Ramos. Dortmund counterattack once again and the ball comes out to Grosskreutz who chips a ball into the box. Lewandowski looks poised to head at goal but the Madrid captain is on hand to glance away in the nick of time.
22'
Poor challenge from Kuba! The Pole absolutely scythes down Coentrao near the corner flag, and Madrid get the free kick in a really useful position.
20'
Madrid are just given a reminder of how dangerous Dortmund can be on the counterattack! Gundogan threads a lovely pass down the right for Piszczek who gallops down the pitch before cutting inside. He had options available but the hosts eventually manage to clear. There were five-men in that attack for the Germans!
19'
Ronaldo a tad guilty of trying to force a goal. He picks up the ball on the left wing and cuts inside before lashing a shot at goal that goes wide of the post. He had better options inside, there.
18'
This is like a totally different Real Madrid side from last week. There is intensity, there is tempo, there is spirit.
17'
Bender and Gundogan really need to get into the game here. Xabi Alonso and Luka Modric are having the freedom of the pitch to spray balls around.
16'
Dortmund just have not settled at all here. Schmelzer, in particular, is looking really susceptible at the back. They need to get their head in the game, and quick!
15'
It is indeed bad news for Dortmund. Mario Gotze has had to go off, and he'll be replaced by Kevin Grosskreutz.
14'
K. Großkreutz enters the game and replaces M. Götze.
MESUT OZIL!!! WHAT A MISS!! The German runs through on goal and has all the time in the world to pick his spot, and ends up dragging his shot wide of the right-hand post! How are Real Madrid not leading here?!
13'
RONALDOOOO!!! OHHHH WHAT A SAVE!!! The Madrid man takes a superb chested touch before rifling a volley at goal, but Weidenfeller once again gets off his line to make a big, big save!!
12'
Some worrying scenes for Dortmund now as wonderkid midfielder Mario Gotze is currently receiving treatment on the sidelines. He's clutching his hamstring. Not good.
11'
HIGUAIN!! Wait, offside! The Madrid man earns a free kick on the right wing and then gets on the end of the resulting set-piece to power a header at goal. It goes wide, and the linesman puts up his flag. It did indeed look like he was ahead of play.
10'
An absolutely breathtaking opening 10 minutes in Santiago Bernabeu. Dortmund have been able to burst out of their own half a few times but, for the most part, it has been all Madrid.
9'
RONALDO!!! First chance for the former Manchester United man! Ozil, who has made a bright start, slides the ball inside to the Portuguese who smashes a strike over the bar from 16 yards. A lot of warnings being given to the Germans here!
8'
Dortmund need to settle themselves down a bit! Subotic nearly causes a calamity as he slices the ball towards his own goal from inside the box! Luckily for him it goes out for yet another corner kick.
7'
Madrid have already had two or three corners in the match, but each time Dortmund have done well to deal with the aerial threat. Madrid turning up the heat in the early stages!
6'
Piszczek typically drives down the right-hand side and flashes a cross into the Madrid box, which is eventually cleared. The pressure is taken off the hosts when Sergio Ramos is cheaply fouled.
5'
HIGUAIN!!! MADRID SHOULD BE AHEAD!! Ozil squeezes the ball through to the Argentine, who turns and blasts the ball off the oncoming Weidenfeller from seven yards out! Terrific goalkeeping, but that was a real chance!
4'
Vital interception from Hummels!! Ozil turns sharply just in front of the Dortmund box and looks to slide a pass down the inside-right channel for Higuain, but the German manages to stick out a leg to block the ball!
3'
Weidenfeller takes a little longer than he should to take a goal kick, and the Madrid fans shower him with a sea of roaring boos! Bit early for that, Roman!
2'
What a fantastic atmosphere inside the Santiago Bernabeu! Madrid will certainly need their fans tonight, who are certainly making their voices heard!
1'
We are under way in Madrid!
I'm Martin Macdonald, and it's my real pleasure to take you through the action this evening!
Last week, Dortmund shook the foundations of football when Robert Lewandowski netted an incredible four goals to see the German side on their way to a superb 4-1 first leg victory over Madrid at the Westfalenstadion.
However, Cristiano Ronaldo's first half goal in that match has just added that little bit of edge to the match tonight. A 3-0 victory sees Jose Mourinho's men progress. Can they do it? Or will Dortmund progress to their first Champions League final since 1997, when they were victorious over Juventus.
TEAM NEWS.
Real Madrid (4-2-3-1): Diego Lopez; Varane, Ramos, Coentrao, Essien; Xabi Alonso, Modric; Cristiano Ronaldo, Ozil, Di Maria; Higuain.
Unless you are a Madrid fan, last week was an absolute footballing treat. I think we can expect more of the same tonight!
Real Madrid are bidding to reach their 13th European Cup final. The last time they lost in the showpiece was in 1981.
Los Blancos lost to German opposition - Bayern Munich - in last season's semi-finals. This is the third straight year that they have reached this stage.
BVB lost at this stage of the competition to Real Madrid in 1998, with the Spaniards going on to win the competition.
Robert Lewandowski became the first player to score four goals against Madrid in the Champions League in the first leg. You wouldn't bet against him netting again tonight!
As you all know, though, Madrid have their own superstar goalscorer. Ronaldo has scored in each of his last six Champions League games, equalling the record by Marouane Chamakh and Burak Yilmaz.
A place in the Champions League final at Wembley is the prize for the winner tonight. It is quite a deficit for Madrid to overcome, but their free-scoring forward line just adds a smidgin of doubt to Dortmund's progression.
The Spanish side can also take heart from the following, very interesting stat...
BVB have surrendered a three-goal first-leg lead before. It was in the 1987/88 UEFA Cup third round against Club Brugge KV. Probably not what their fans wanted to hear!
The Champions League theme sounds out in the Santiago Bernabeu, we are almost ready!
@iambemshima writes on Twitter: "Gundogan and Bender ought to hold the ball more or it might just get ugly for BvB. Tonight's Madrid team plays with enthusiasm" - Agreed, but the enthusiasm slightly waned towards the end of the first half.
@horpehmi_Azlert has given us a prediction on Twitter: "Madrid 2-1 Dortmund"- If Madrid could finish it could have been more than that and it's only half time.
Half time in Madrid. An absolutely breathtaking opening 20 minutes saw Real Madrid miss an array of chances including a one-on-one chance for Mesut Ozil, but Dortmund managed to weather the early storm. The German side eventually grew into the match and began to look a threat in their own right. A sensational first half, the only thing missing was a goal!
Real Madrid's shot accuracy in the first period was just 25 per cent, which shows just how lackadaisical they have been in front of goal. They'll need to improve on that to have any hope of progression.
FULL TIME. DORTMUND ARE THROUGH TO THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL!
An absolutely sensational ending saw Real Madrid score two in the last 10 minutes through Karim Benzema and Sergio Ramos, ensuring an unbelievable finale. But Jurgen Klopp's me vitally held on in the remaining minutes to ensure they left Santiago Bernabeu with a narrow 4-3 aggregate victory.
That there is what football is all about folks. What next for Real Madrid? What next for Jose Mourinho? One thing is not under questions, the Germans will be heading to Wembley!
