Deep into stoppage time now, and it's all just about finished.
90'
Vitinho enters the game and replaces G. Milanov.
ELM! Honda deceives everyone by lining up a free kick, only to leave it for the substitute, who bends one in, but Neuer saves!
88'
J. Green enters the game and replaces M. Götze.
Look at this! Boateng leads the attack down the centre, and tees up Robben inside the box, The Dutchman powers one at goal, but Akinfeev is equal to it with a fine save!
86'
Robben sees a shot blocked well after shifting the ball onto his favored left foot.
84'
Not much happening out on the pitch now, as both sides are seemingly accepting of the current scoreline. Hard on CSKA, but Bayern were the side that took their chances, and are set to wrap up top spot in the group.
81'
The jig just about up for CSKA I think. Bayern weathered their storm, and are now back on the ball, passing it into oblivion.
80'
K. Bazelyuk enters the game and replaces A. Musa.
79'
J. Kirchhoff enters the game and replaces Javi Martínez.
TOSIC HITS THE POST! Great pressure from the hosts, as Honda finds Milanov on the overlap, who in turn squares to Tosic, whose lovely finish cannons back off the woodwork!
77'
Thiago Alcântara gets yellow.
Lovely ball in from Muller on the right, but Thiago, despite getting ahead of his man, cannot steer his header on target.
Minute
Description
75'
CSKA have done well since going two goals behind, it has to be said. They're starting to throw caution to the wind, and are getting men forward in good positions.
73'
Nababkin with a driven shot from an advanced role on the right flank that fails to test Neuer seriously.
71'
Decent cutback from Milanov, and Tosic latches onto it with a first time shot, but it goes wide. First action for the Serbian international in a long, long while.
69'
ROBBEN! An indirect free kick given for Akinfeev picking up a back pass is set up for the Dutchman to strike, and he bends his effort the wrong side of the post!
68'
R. Elm enters the game and replaces S. Zuber.
65'
Penalty goal scored by T. Müller for Bayern Munich!
What drama, as Gotze smashes a shot off the post, Robben collects the rebound and goes down against Schennikov. Clear penalty, and here comes Muller...
IT"S IN! Carbon copy of Honda's penalty moments ago, low to the left, with the keeper diving the opposite side.
Thrill a minute at the moment! CSKA suddenly find themselves staring up a mountain again after a lapse at the back. The old, mostly useless adage that you've most vulnerable when you've conceded has found some relevance here.
64'
BAYERN HAVE A PENALTY!
63'
Credit to Honda to take that opportunity on. Lesser players would have had their confidence eroded after the chances he's spurned, but he had ice water pumping through his veins from the spot.
62'
Penalty goal scored by K. Honda for CSKA Moscow!
NO MISTAKE! Low and hard to the left. Not the best penalty, but Neuer dives the wrong way! 2-1 and game back on!
61'
Dante gets yellow.
Dante penalized for a handball, perhaps a tad harsh as the Brazilian could do little to get his hand out of the way. Meanwhile, guess who...Honda is set to take the penalty.
60'
MUSA! Inches from connecting with a low cross that would have put the cat right back amongst the pigeons had he converted!
CSKA HAVE A PENALTY!
58'
Honda will be kicking himself now after spurning two gilt, gilt edged chances to score. The match was finely poised, but Bayern now can strangle the life out of the game without taking any risks at the back.
56'
M. Götze has scored a goal for Bayern Munich!
ANOTHER BAYERN SPECIAL! 2-0!
What deft, dexterous footwork from the German! He goes weaving past three players at the top of the box, before angling in a fine finish into the opposite side! Nimble and magnificent, and most likely game over.
54'
Musa makes himself available on the break, and whips in a cross to the top of the box. That man Honda is there again, and slingshots in a decent half volley which is read all the way by Neuer.
52'
CSKA playing much, much better in this half, suddenly finding their groove on the counter attack. Bayern under the cosh at the moment.
50'
HONDA AGAIN! He continues to defy belief! Nababkin whips in an excellent ball on the overlap, and the Japanese attacks it from point blank range, but scuffs his finish completely when it was begging to be tapped in!
48'
HONDAAA...how has he not scored! A long goalkick from Akinfeev beats the centre backs and finds him acres in the clear, onside, but indecision gets the better of him and he is smothered by Neuer. He had time to pick his spot, perhaps too much time...
46'
Here we go again.
45' +2
That will do it for the first half!
45' +1
MUSA! A good ball from Honda sees the forward beat Dante for pace, but his finish is weak and right at Neuer!
44'
Muller nearly gets himself into goalscoring position again, as Rafinha's hooked cross is almost prodded in by the striker at the edge of the six yard area.
43'
Javi Martínez gets yellow.
First booking for Martinez, who hacks down Tosic and gets pulled up by the ref.
42'
Oh, nearly there for Bayern. Robben has space opening up on in the centre to run into, Kroos makes a good overlapping run on the left, but the Dutchman's pass to his teammate is too far behind, halting the German's run.
40'
Gotze with a lovely ball in towards Muller, who is very, very close to getting his head onto the delivery to trouble Akinfeev!
37'
It really is a game of cat and mouse on the edge of the CSKA box, as Bayern pass the ball around and CSKA, while starved of possession, are holding their ranks well at the back and at long last, tightening up those gaps.
35'
Robben slices in a low free kick and Dante is in the box in a menacing position, but fails to make any contact with the ball! Akinfeev would have been in big trouble had the Brazilian gotten a touch.
32'
Still struggling to decipher how exactly CSKA will get themselves back into this game. Bayern completely in control.
30'
Kroos tries to loft a panic-inducing ball into the heart of the area with two runners inside, but Ignashevitch is right on point to make a crucial clearing defensive header.
28'
Thiago Alcântara enters the game and replaces P. Lahm.
A loose pass from Alaba is lapped up by Musa, but with Honda in support, he elects to go it alone from 20 yards, and doesn't come close to testing Neuer.
27'
Lahm seems to be struggling here, and it has been noticed by Guardiola, who instructs Thiago to get stripped up and ready.
25'
Bayern are just toying with the hosts now. CSKA are chasing shadows across the snow at the moment. Could be a second soon!
23'
BRILLIANT ball from Kroos to find Robben streaking in behind the fullback on the right hand side. Akinfeev rushes out to meet the Dutchman, and successfully puts him off making contact with the ball, which would have surely meant 2-0.
21'
Bayern looking eminently more comfortable since the opener. All of a sudden, the ball is moving around the pitch exactly where they intend, and the gaps are beginning to appear.
19'
Well, CSKA were comfortable, but they now find themselves behind, and have to watch out as Bayern have the ball back in the opposition half in a good position.
17'
A. Robben has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by T. Müller.
ROBBEN! TREMENDOUS GOAL!
A simple yet splendid attack from Bayern. Muller is released on the run down the left flank, and tees it across the box, where Robben arrives late and bangs in a lovely finish, which bends around Akinfeev and inside the post!
16'
By contrast, CSKA have just strung together a lovely passing sequence in their own half with a series of one-touches. You would expect the Russian side to be more acclimatised to the weather though.
14'
It's becoming very difficult for Bayern to pick a pass out under the conditions. Even Neuer's normally excellent distribution from the back has fallen flat.
12'
Wernboom rises highest to attack a floated ball, but despite making clean contact, his header is right at Neuer, who smothers with little difficulty.
10'
IGNASHEVICH! The defender's glanced header is just about hacked off the line by Dante! CSKA causing panic through Honda's deliveries into the Bayern box!
8'
Bright start from the home side, but they're not able to keep up the pressure on the Germans consistently, as the surface conspires to make them lose the ball on more than one occasion.
5'
What a chance for the opener! Honda's corner catches Bayern being tentative in their own area, it's just about dug out if the mixer, but only as far as Tosic, whose acute strike is blocked off the goal!
3'
Lots of snow packed onto the ground here in Russia, and it continues to fall from the skies. The players have reacted in kind, and are moving very gingerly around the surface to try to get a handle on the conditions.
1'
And we're underway.
Greetings all, and welcome to another night of Champions League action, as CSKA Moscow play host to Bayern Munich. I'm Keeghann Sinanan, your guide for all the action.
BAYERN SUBS: Starke, Van Buyten, Kirchhoff, Thiago, Weiser, Hojbjerg, Green.
Two big names missing for CSKA, as stars Alan Dzagoev and Seydou Doumbia lose the race for fitness in time to be named into the matchday squad. Kirill Nababkin and Steven Zuber come into the side.
Bayern have left the likes of Franck Ribery off the plane to Russia, but it's still a fearsome lineup from the all conquering Bavarians. Pep Guardiola makes one change from his side's 3-0 Der Klassiker win over Borussia Dortmund, with erstwhile BVB hero Mario Gotze replacing namesake Mandzukic in the XI.
This match still holds some relevance, despite Bayern and Manchester City already booking their spots in the knockout phase. The Bavarian giants can wrap up top spot in the group with a win, while CSKA, three points ahead of table proppers Viktoria Plzen, are angling to beat the Czech side to third spot, and a berth in the esteemed Europa League that's totally worth their time.
Bayern are the only team left in this season's competition with a 100 per cent record, and another three points will equal a club record for consecutive away wins in Europe, with that tally standing at five games, extending back into the previous campaign.
Bayern good value for their league at this point, thanks to Robben's neat opener. The champs have barely had to break sweat, though CSKA have shown that they might have a goal in them. Stay tuned for the restart in just a bit.
Bayern Munich become the first team to win 10 successive matches in the competition, and equal their own away European record of six straight wins. CSKA had their chances, but Bayern were the ones who took theirs and now look to the knockout stages assured of first place.
That's it from me, it's been a pleasure. Till next time.
