Three minutes of added on time in the Coliseum Alfonso Perez. It doesn't look like we're going to get any more goals, as both sides seem to want the final whistle now.
88'
Sergio Ramos is lucky to not go into the book here as he comes in through the back of Diego Castro just inside the Madrid box. The Los Blancos captain is on four yellow cards, and with Atletico Madrid on the horizon in a few weeks, would he begrudge a suspension against Osasuna next week? Hmm...
86'
It's all been pretty easy for Los Blancos this evening, and it looks like they've barely hit third gear in their attempts to claim three points off of their city rivals. A small second half ascendancy from Getafe was quickly put to bed through Modric's goal.
84'
Bale cuts inside from the right-hand side before reversing a pass on the overlap to Arbeloa, but once again the 30-year-old fails to impress in an attacking area as he attempts a strike from 30 yards that goes way over the bar.
83'
Casemiro enters the game and replaces Á. Di María.
82'
It looks like Madrid are going to get the three points here, and so Madrid will go level on points at the top of the table with Atletico Madrid and Barcelona. Sixty points each for La Liga's top three sides, and it really couldn't be closer at the summit of the league.
80'
Illarramendi enters the game and replaces L. Modrić.
Second change of the match from Carlo Ancelotti as he introduces Asier Illarramendi in midfield in place of Luka Modric, who once again has been impressive in the middle of the park for Madrid.
78'
Marceloooo! Unlucky! The Brazilian, who is experiencing somewhat of a goalscoring lull, bursts out of his left-back position and drives ahead before unleashing a strike at goal from the edge of the box. Moya is on his toes though, and beats the strike wide of goal.
77'
Á. Di María gets yellow.
76'
Di Maria is the latest player to go into the book as he deliberately touches the ball with his hand to stop the path of a pass through to Sarabia. Deserved yellow card for the Argentine.

Description
75'
L. Modrić gets yellow.
74'
Isco enters the game and replaces K. Benzema.
Real Madrid follow suit and make a change of their own as the second goalscorer, Benzema comes off for Isco. That will probably mean Jese moving into the centre forward position, or the former Malaga man adopting a 'false 9' role, which he was employed in against Atletico during the week.
72'
Pablo Sarabia enters the game and replaces Pedro León.
Last substitution of the match for Getafe as Pedro Leon is withdrawn for Pablo Sarabia, who started his career with Real Madrid. Can he come on to land a blow to his former club?
71'
Alexis is trying to get Sergio Ramos into the bother here as he goes down holding his face after a collision in the air with the Madrid captain. There's nothing in it, and the referee sees it that way too.
69'
That's some dodgy goalkeeping from Diego Lopez! Pedro Leon swings a cross into the box and the former Sevilla keeper comes out attempting to punch the ball, but flaps at it badly as it breaks loose inside the box. Madrid manage to recover though, and clear up the park.
68'
Juan Valera gets yellow.
Juan Valera is the latest player to go into the book as he pulls the shirt of Jese after the Madrid youngster had sped by him. The Getafe man has certainly had his hands full with the 20-year-old tonight.
66'
L. Modrić has scored a goal for Real Madrid! Assist by Marcelo.
GOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLL FOR REAL MADRID!!! Los Blancos curb the ascendancy of Getafe! Marcelo tees up Modric on the edge of the box and the Croatian fires a precision strike into the bottom corner past Moya! Three-nil!
64'
M. Lacen enters the game and replaces Borja Fernández.
Second change of the match from Luis Garcia Plaza as Borja is replaced in the middle of the park by Mehdi Lacen, who'll add some legs to that central area.
62'
Once again Pedro Leon has the opportunity to get some service into the box after he is bundled over by Sergio Ramos. The former Madrid man doesn't take the opportunity, though, and shoots, from 40 yards, over the bar.
61'
Madrid made a very promising start to the second half and forced Moya into a couple of excellent saves, but Getafe have grown in confidence over the past few minutes and are starting to ask questions in attack.
59'
Di Maria lofts a pass over the Getafe defence for Benzema, who meets the ball at the byline to cushion a pass back into the danger area. It's begging to be smashed home, but there are no takers for Madrid!
57'
Lafita, who came on as a substitute for Adrian Colunga a few minutes ago, cons the ref slightly as he goes down very easily under the challenge of Sergio Ramos. Getafe get the free kick down the right wing.
55'
Ohhh what a chance that is for Juan Rodriguez! Pedro Leon curls a free kick into the box from the right-hand side and the 31-year-old meets it outside the six yard box, but completes mishits his volley and the ball trickles out for a Madrid goal kick!
53'
Di Maria again! The former Benfica star drills a shot at goal from the edge of the box but he is foiled again by Moya, who makes the save. Jese latches on to the rebound but thumps his attempt way over the bar!
52'
Lafita enters the game and replaces Adrián Colunga.
51'
Alexis gets yellow.
K. Benzema gets yellow.
Alexis and Benzema both go into the book after handbags spat a few yards outside the box. Nothing in it really, but both players see a yellow card.
50'
That's lovely from Valera. The right-back sees Di Maria rushing at him out of the corner of his high and terrifically does a keepy-uppy over the head of the Argentine.
48'
Di Mariaaaa! Unlucky! The Argentine easily shifts pass the tackle of Borja before rifling a shot at goal from 25 yards, but Moya does well to palm the ball away with a solid save!
47'
COLUNGAAAAAA! Poor miss! Getafe's centre forward gets in between Pepe and Sergio Ramos and has the opportunity to test Diego Lopez with a shot on goal, but horribly skews his strike wide! Madrid let off the hook!
46'
We are back under way at Coliseum Alfonso Perez!
45'
I've no idea how Jaime Gavilan hasn't been booked here. The Getafe captain must have committed five or six late fouls on Madrid players, but still hasn't seen a yellow card. That will maybe change in the second half if he keeps this up.
44'
Vigaray, who makes his debut for Getafe today, takes the ball down the left with a few powerful strides before nudging a pass out to Colunga. The 29-year-old swings a cross into the box but Diego Lopez comes out to easily claim for his first duty of the match.
42'
Borja wins the ball brilliantly from Marcelo down the right-hand side but his cross inside is bravely blocked by Pepe. The Brazilian eventually brings the ball out, before being fouled by Valera.
40'
Ancelotti's men counterattacks at lightning speed once again and this time it is Di Maria who takes the ball for a run down the middle. The Argentine drives ahead and then slides the ball out wide for Jese, who's cross into the box is blocked out for a corner kick.
38'
Juan Rodríguez gets yellow.
Ohhh that looked a chance for Modric. A clever set-piece from Madrid sees Di Maria play the short ball inside to Xabi Alonso who clips a ball to the byline for the Croatian, who got to the ball before Moya but can only manage to it go out. The Getafe keeper may have just done enough to put him off.
36'
Madrid just passing the ball around at half-pace at the moment. Pepe and Sergio Ramos have got the freedom of the pitch to make runs out of defence to distribute the ball. Next to no fightback from Getafe.
34'
BAAALEEEE! WHAT A MISS THAT IS! Madrid counterattack at tremendous pace through the middle with Benzema leading the charge. Before reaching the box he slide the ball to the right for the former Spurs man, who, with the entire goal in which to aim, drags a strike wide of the post!
33'
Not much, as it turns out. With Ronaldo out, Bale is the senior free kick taker, but on this occasion the Welshman's set-piece goes harmlessly into the solid Getafe wall.
32'
Modric drifts into the same position 25 yards out but is unceremoniously hacked down by Gavilan. Real Madrid get the free kick in a very useful position. Let's see what they can make of it.
30'
Jese moves in from his position on the right and finds some space in the hole just in front of the Getafe defence. He looks to slice the defence open with a threaded pass through to Benzema, but Lisandro is well-placed on this occasion to intercept.
28'
Two goals within the first 30 minutes for Real Madrid, and with no real signs of a threat from Getafe. Could be a very, very long night for the hosts here if the current tempo of the match doesn't subside.
27'
K. Benzema has scored a goal for Real Madrid! Assist by Á. Di María.
GOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAALLLLL FOR REAL MADRID!!! Di Maria finds space on the left wing and picks out a cracking cross into the box for Benzema, who chests down before smashing a half volley past Moya! Two-nil to Los Blancos!
26'
G. Bale gets yellow.
Bale must have not been too happy that previous tackle, as he receives the first yellow card of the match after returning the favour on Borja. This tackle wasn't quite as fair as the previous one, though!
24'
Bale goes on a superb run through the middle and skips past two or three challenges before setting himself for a strike, but before he can pull the trigger, Borja comes in with a truly superb tackle to steal possession back for Getafe.
22'
What a fantastic challenge from Pepe! The Portuguese initially loses the ball in a dangerous position at the back and allows Colunga to drive towards goal. The centre forward is poised to have a crack at goal but the Madrid man had made up the ground to slide the ball out with a goal-saving tackle!
21'
Bale goes on a signature run down the right and cuts inside on his left foot before smashing a bouncing strike towards goal. It gives Moya a little problem as it zips off the surface, but the Getafe goalkeeper manages to claim.
19'
Arbeloa finds himself in an advanced position in the box only six yards or so from goal, but decides against having a shot on goal and instead misplaces a pass inside to Benzema. The former Liverpool man had a nosebleed that high up the park it seems!
18'
An aspect of Madrid's play so far has definitely been balls played over the top of the Getafe defence. The midfielders are clearly looking to utilise the pace of Bale, Benzema, and Jese in attack.
16'
Colunga gets beyond the Madrid defence and plays the ball back to Gavilan on the wing. The Getafe captain swings a cross into the box and the ball falls to Juan Rodriguez, but the midfielder's volley from the edge of the area goes wide of the mark.
14'
Modric lofts a ball out to Benzema and the Frenchman takes the ball away from Vigaray with a neat headed touch. The ball eventually comes to Bale on the overlap but the cross to the near post from the Madrid man is pounced upon by Moya.
12'
Pedro Leon gets the opportunity to stretch his legs down the right wing and hits the byline before whipping a cross to the front post. Adrian Colunga is hovering around that area, but Sergio Ramos was well-placed to smuggle the ball out for a corner.
11'
Marcelo moves the play up the left-hand side and aims to clip the ball over the top of the Getafe defence for Benzema, but the Frenchman was flagged as offside. That looked tight!
10'
A decent period of possession for the home side at the moment, which is taking some pressure off the defence. They've barely had a chance to breathe since the opening whistle.
9'
Marcelo finds himself in an advanced position up top and aims to lift the ball over the oncoming Lisandro Lopez, but the Getafe defender does well to stick out a leg and block the path to goal for the Brazilian. He cleanly takes the ball, and Getafe move the play up the pitch.
8'
What a start from Madrid here. Plenty of pace, intensity, and pressing in their tempo in the final third. Getafe better collect themselves, and quick.
6'
Prior to today, Jese had been directly involved in 8 goals (4 goals, 4 assists) in 392 minutes of La Liga football this term; one every 49 minutes. Not bad!
5'
Jesé has scored a goal for Real Madrid! Assist by G. Bale.
GOOOOOOOOAAAAAAALLLLLL FOR REAL MADRID! A LOVELY GOAL FROM JESE! The 20-year-old receives the ball in the left channel and quickly shifts the ball onto his right before curling a beautiful strike into the far corner! One-nil Madrid!
3'
Di Maria drills a pass into the box and Bale attempts to chest the ball into the path of Benzema, but it doesn't really come off. The Welshman may have been been better having an attempt himself there.
2'
Modric collects possession in a deep position and midfield and looks to curl a pass round the back of the Getafe defence for Bale, but Vigaray comes in to make the important interception.
1'
We are under way in Madrid!
Good afternoon folks! Welcome to LIVE coverage of the Spanish Primera Division clash between Getafe and Real Madrid from Coliseum Alfonso Perez!
I'm Martin Macdonald, and I'll be taking you through the action!
TEAM NEWS.
Getafe (4-2-3-1): Moya; Valera, Lisandro Lopez, Alexis, Vigaray; Juan Rodriguez, Borja; Pedro Leon, Diego Castro, Gavilan; Colunga.
The pressure is on for Los Blancos today as both Barcelona and Atletico convicingly recorded victories in their respective league matches yesterday.
They require a win today to match those two sides on 60 points at the top of the table.
Carlo Ancelotti is still unable to call upon the services of Cristiano Ronaldo, as the Portuguese is still serving a suspension. However, a front three of Bale, Benzema, and Jese still promises plenty of goals!
Getafe are suffering from somewhat of a defensive crisis and are missing three regular defenders for this clash. Rafa, Roberto Lago, and Alvaro Arroyo all miss out, and featuring at the back is Alexis, Lisandro Lopez, and Vigaray.
Madrid go into this match as heavy favourites due to their current blistering form, but it will be on their mind that the last time they visited Coliseum Alfonso Perez, they went down 2-1 to their city rivals.
Madrid come into this clash off the back of an impressive 5-0 aggregate Copa del Rey semi-final victory over Atletico, and aiming to extend their unbeaten run in the league to 14 matches.
In contrast, Getafe are on the brink of going a 10th match without a win in all competitions, which would be their longest such run since 2008.
The home side may now be in good form at the moment, but they will still more than likely look to former Real Madrid man, Pedro Leon, to provide some inspiration.
Real Madrid (4-3-3): Diego Lopez; Arbeloa, Ramos, Pepe, Marcelo; Di Maria, Xabi Alonso, Modric; Bale, Benzema, Jese.
Half time in Madrid. In what has seemed like a regular training session for Madrid, Jese and Karim Benzema have been on target to give Los Blancos a 2-0 lead as we go into the break. Getafe have been woefully ineffective in attack, and it looks like a case of 'how many goals?' for Ancelotti's outfit here.
Full time in Coliseum Alfonso Perez. Goals from Jese Rodriguez and Karim Benzema in the second half and a second half goal from Luka Modric see Real Madrid on their way to an extremely comfortable 3-0 victory over city rivals, Getafe. The home side never really looked in contention bar a six-minute period in the second half, in which their tales were up slightly. Los Blancos move up to 60 points in La Liga, which is level with title rivals Atletico Madrid and Barcelona. I'm Martin Macdonald, thanks for joining us, see you next time!
