The ball falls to the edge of the area and Fryatt has a go from 20 yards out, Brezovan easily holds onto it. Brighton immediately counter with Forster-Caskey who hits it low and hard at Harper but the former Newcastle man keeps it out.
90' +1
K. LuaLua gets yellow.
90'
J. Obika enters the game and replaces David López.
Brighton have a corner, Chester headed it out. It's fizzed into the six yard box but Harper punches it away. There will be three minutes of added time.
88'
Upson looks long toward Ulloa but Davies heads it away. Hull are very deep now, Brighton really on the front foot. Not long left. Whatever happens Garcia can be proud of his players, they've been excellent this half.
86'
CLOSE! Just four minutes left, can Brighton score. They almost do, Ulloa turns wonderfully on the edge of the area and curls a shot from 25 yards out just wide. Harper wasn't getting to that.
84'
S. Quinn enters the game and replaces D. Meyler.
David Meyler hits a shot wide from 20 yards and that will be his last involvement as he's replaced by Stephen Quinn. The attendance tonight is just 10,795 (486 Brighton fans), oh how the FA Cup has changed.
82'
Hull have a corner, Koren curls it into the near post toward Davies but Upson gets there first and nods it away. Lua Lua receives it on the right and runs at the Hull defence and draws a corner. He's been good since he came on, helped stretch the Tigers.
80'
We have 10 minutes (of normal time) remaining. This one could go to extra-time and penalties, Hull continue to be pegged back in their own half by Brighton.
78'
Worrying moments for Hull, Davies plays the ball back to Harper who is hunted down by two Brighton players, he gets rid of it just in time. Chester just passes the ball straight out of play, Hull look rattled.
77'
Y. Sagbo gets yellow.
Minute
Description
76'
G. Boyd enters the game and replaces S. Aluko.
Sagbo produces a proper strikers challenge on Andrews. Brighton have another free kick. It's a poor delivery this time and Harper gets his hands to it. Hull don't look comfortable now, Brighton look like they can score.
74'
Hull now chasing the ball. Garcia is barking orders at his players, they now have a free kick on the edge of the Hull area. Andrews looks like he'll take it. He does and tries to slip in Forster-Caskey but Koren reads it and clears the danger.
72'
Bruce looks a lit nervy now in his technical area, he won't want extra time and penalties. Andrews looks long to Ulloa but Davies reads it and nods it down to Koren.
70'
Now we're set for a really exciting final 20 minutes. Can the Seagulls come back from 2-0 and reach the quarter finals. They look a different side to the first half, they're pinging the ball around with a bit more zip and are looking to equalise.
69'
L. Ulloa has scored a goal for Brighton & Hove Albion! Assist by David López.
GOAL! Would you believe it! Ulloa ha scored Brighton's last five goals, and he's done it again. Brighton get a free kick from around 40 yards out, Lopez puts in a great delivery and Ulloa just flicks it past Harper with his head. Very good finish and Brighton are back in it.
66'
Fraytt does well, he nicks the ball off Andrews near the centre circle and runs at three Brighton players, he holds it up well and finds Aluko, who knocks it back to Koren. Hull are just keeping hold of the ball a bit better now, can they get a third?
64'
Time is running out for Brighton to get back into this. They're definitely trying more this half. Hull counter brilliantly, Meyler slips Aluko in but he delays his shot and Dunk can block the effort. The Tigers have a corner.
62'
Brighton win a corner after Andrews cross is blocked. It's not a great delivery and Figueroa heads it away but Brighton have the ball again and try to build another attack.
60'
S. March enters the game and replaces R. Ince.
I think Hull are getting a bit complacent, they're not passing it as well as in the fast half and are getting caught in possession. They need to get that third goal, then they can relax. Brighton are still in this, all they need is a goal.
58'
CHANCE! Figueroa does brilliantly down the left skipping past three players, he switches it inside to Aluko who picks out Figueroa again at the back post but the defender's effort is tipped round the post for a corner.
56'
Harper launches the ball down field toward Aluko but the young Nigerian is unable to control it and Upson brings it out of defence for the Seagulls. Aluko looked better when he played deeper last week, I wonder if Bruce will drop him in there a little later?
54'
Aluko gets fouled on the halfway line and Chester will take the free kick. Better spectacle this half so far, Brighton have looked a little brighter but are yet to create anything meaningful.
52'
A few statistics from the first half, Hull had 61 per cent to Brighton's 39, while the Tigers also had more shots than the Championship side with five to two.
50'
OFF THE BAR! Brighton almost get exactly what they need. Lopez digs out a cross from the left and it falls to Dunk who smashes an effort onto the bar. Good start by Brighton.
48'
Lua Lua has replaced Rodríguez at the break, I think Garcia is hoping for some pace and width, something Brighton didnt have at all in the first half. Elmohamady puts in a great cross again from the right, Upson just got his head to it and out to safety.
46'
K. LuaLua enters the game and replaces David Rodríguez.
Hull kick us off and would love an early goal to really see of the Seagulls.
45'
Justt one minute of added time.
44'
The game just hasn't got going. You'd think both these sides would be fired up for this. The winner of this tie will face Sunderland at home, which is a decent draw, if they win that they'd be in the semi finals at Wembley. This feels more like a Intertoto Cup match.
42'
Figueroa siwtche sthe play to the right, Koren receives it in the middle and tries to feed Aluko early but Upson intercepts. Brighton need a goal before half time if they're to get back in this.
40'
Some argument that Fryatt was actually offside and interfering with play when the free kick was taken. I don't think it would have made much difference, Brighton look a beaten team already.
38'
Well it looks a long way back for Brighton now, they've looked second best all night and Hull deserve their lead. You feel there are more goals in this game and you'd expect Hull to score them.
36'
R. Koren has scored a goal for Hull City!
GOAL! It has been coming and Koren doubles the Tigers lead. Another dangerous free kick for Hull after Aluko is fouled by Ward right on the edge of the Brighton area. Koren steps up, and hits it low and hard, it takes a slight deflection which wrong foots Brezovan and loops in the net.
34'
Brighton are going to have to do something about Ahmed Elmohamady on the right, he seems to have so much space on the right hand side. The Seagulls are playing a narrow three in the middle and sitting too deep at the moment.
32'
Hull now having plenty of possession, they look in total control. I'm sure Bruce would like a second goal to see off Brighton before the end of the first half. Sagbo finds Aluko in the middle but he's ushered away by a crowd of Brighton players and Andrews brings it away.
30'
Good idea by Meyler, he sees Sagbo make a good run in behind Upson and chips it through to him, Sagbo almost gets hold if it but it's just too long and Brezovan eaisly collects.
28'
Hull have a free kick in a dangerous place, a corner is whipped in and falls to Davies on the egd eof the area who is fouled. It looks like Aluko is going to hit it, he does but straight into the wall and Brighton survive.
26'
Brighton seeing plenty of the ball since going behind but haven't craeted anything so far. Brighton do all of their good work in the middle third, but when they get near the Hull area it keeps breaking down.
24'
Just over the half way stage of teh furst half, and Hull look very comfortable. Brighton have yet to cause the home sides any problems yet, Calderon gets down the right and tries to put in an early cross but it goes out for a goal kick.
22'
Not the biggest of crowds tonight but the Hull fans are still in good voice trying to encourage their side. Hull have another free kick, Harper again to take it. Game has gone a little flat, it has a pre season friendly about it.
20'
Brighton manager Garcia played 69 times for Barcelona in a side that contained Romario, Figo and Ronaldo. Not the worst company in the world. Hull have a free kick in their own area after Ulloa fouled Figueroa.
18'
Brighton get hold of the ball and try to pass it round a little but you can see this isn't a regular Brighton side. They're lacking fluidity and so far haven't got near the Hull area.
16'
What can Brighton do? They don't concede very often, they're a very disciplined side and Garcia will be desperately disappointed his side conceded from a set piece. Hull now pushing for a second, again camped on the edge of the Brighton box.
14'
C. Davies has scored a goal for Hull City! Assist by R. Koren.
GOAL! Hull take the lead, and it's Curtis Davies who gives them a lead. Simple goal, corner taken by Koren and Davies sends a looping header over Brezovan toward the far post. Great start for the Tigers.
13'
Shout for handball in the Brighton penalty area, Sagbo finds himself on the left hand side of the box and tries to cross it low into the near post but Calderon slides to intercept it but seems to stop it with his hand. Referee waves play on despite the Hull players claiming a penalty.
11'
Hull have their first corner, David plays it short out to Dunk who tries to play it deep into the box but Figueroa heads it clear. The Tigers look patient in their build up, gradually building the pressure.
9'
Brighton just trying to get a touch on the ball at the moment, Hull look in confident mood. Fryatt goes close but the travelled striker is unable to hit the target.
7'
Hull starting to show some Premier League class, passing it aroun din the Brighton half testing and probing, waiting for an opportunity. But the Seagulls have nine players behind the bal and stop the attack.
5'
The ball is passed back to Harper who kicks it away first time, not messing about. Elmohamady gets down the right and puts in a very decent cross toward Koren but he doesn't connect properly and Brighton survive.
3'
Brighton looking positive and energetic in the opening exchanges. Looking long toward Ulloa, their topscorer almost gets in behind but Figueroa nods it away.
1'
We're off, Brighton kick off from left to right in their white away strip.
Hello and welcome to this evening's LIVE play-by-play commentary of the FA Cup Fifth Round Replay between Premier League side Hull and Championship outfit Brighton here at the KC Stadium. My name is Greg Taylor and I'll be guiding you through all the action.
After last weeks 1-1 draw, Hull will be pleased to have another chance to reach the quarter finals. For much of that match, Brighton looked the equal of their Premieer League counterparts, but were unable to hold on to their slender 1-0 lead.
Hull also looked impressive at the weekend, a resounding 4-0 away win at Cardiff moved them further away from the relegation zone and slightly nearer to Premier League survival. Brighton meanwhile were beaten 2-1 at home by Wigan, with the Latics already in the quarter finals, Brighton will be desperate to join them.
Before we go any further, let's have a look at how both sides are lining up, starting with the home side.
Brighton make five changes from Saturday with Peter Brezovan, Inigo Calderon, Lewis Dunk, Keith Andrews and Jake Forster-Caskey all returning to Oscar Garcia's side, while Leonardo Ulloa who scored against Hull last Monday, will be hoping for more of the same tonight.
The side that scored four in Wales has also been altered. Nikica Jelavic and Shane Long are both cup tired, so Sone Aluko and Matty Fryatt replace them up front. Also returning the starting lineup is Steve Harper, James Chester, Robert Koren and Yannick Sagbo as Hull look to book their place in the next round.
So despite just two days rest for both sides, here they are ready to do battle. Both managers expressed their disdain that the fixture was scheduled for tonight, apparently it's because Uefa won't allow FA Cup matches to clash with Uefa matches. It's true, how on earth could the likes of Barcelona and PSG compete with Hull and Brighton for viewers.
The players are out on the pitch so we'll be underway very shortly.
HALF TIME: There's the whistle for the break and Hull will be delighted with that first half. Never really got out of third gear but find themselves comfortably leading 2-0 thanks to goals by Koren and Davies.
The game has been a bit slow but Bruce won't care, it looks like his side will be in the quarter finals of the FA Cup. Brighton just haven't got going and haven't offered anything going forward. This is the problem with playing two games in three days, you get tired players and a tired looking match.
The players are back out on the pitch, we'll be back underway shortly.
That's it from me, I've been Greg Taylor, thanks for being with us.
FULL TIME: Hull do enough and progress to the FA Cup quarter finals where they'll meet Sunderland. The damage was done in the first half with Davies and Koren putting them 2-0 up. But Brighton were a different animal in the second half, they showed more commitment and effort and got their reward when Ulloa scored to bring them back into the tie.
Brighton pressed hard for an equaliser but Hull showed great experience to see the game out. Bruce will be delighted his side overcame the Seagulls in the end, it took a while top get going but it was a good second half and Garcia can be proud of his players efforts.
