That's it! The last kick of the game produces a winner for Juventus, in the most dramatic fashion!
90' +4
D. Osvaldo has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by S. Lichtsteiner.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAL! Incredible! From hero to villain, as Pablo Osvaldo surely wins the match for Juventus with a great finish into the top corner! Everyone is off the bench to celebrate with him. Lichtsteiner with the assist after a nice run and an even better cross to pick out Osvaldo. What a moment for him, and what a moment for Juventus!
90' +1
Torosidis takes down Marchisio after a nice run, giving Juventus a free kick just outside the box, near the touch line. Pirlo takes it, but his cross is very poor as it curls harmlessly long at the far post and behind for a goal kick.
90'
V. Torosidis gets yellow.
Four minutes of added time here...
88'
Totti is shown a yellow card now for a tackle on Chiellini. Three yellow cards for Roma today, and every one of them came after a challenge on Chiellini. The Juventus defender has been a real nuisance today with his antics, and Roma don't seem to be tolerating it.
87'
F. Totti gets yellow.
ANOTHER SAVE FOR SKORUPSKI! Pogba gets into his shooting range, where he is so dangerous, and has a powerful shot at goal, but the Polish keeper dives across to make the save and hold on to prevent any rebound!
85'
Another delay now, with trainers out on the pitch, as Michel Bastos is down injured. The stretcher is coming out and it looks unlikely that he will be able to carry on here. Roma have no substitutions left, either.
83'
C. Marchisio enters the game and replaces S. Padoin.
INCREDIBLE! STORARI ABSOLUTELY ROBS NAINGGOLAN! The Belgian midfielder makes an incredible run, full of pace and power. He beats two defenders with his speed and has a go from the top of the box that Storari dives to his right to save. He follows his own rebound, with Juventus standing and staring, and has a wide open goal. He gets off the shot, and it's a good one, but Storari quite incredibly scurries over and makes a desperation save to keep it out!
81'
WHAT IS POGBA DOING?! He gets into the box after a nice run, and is in a prime shooting position from seven yards out, but inexplicably tries to cross it instead of having a shot.
80'
A. Florenzi enters the game and replaces M. Destro.
Minute
Description
79'
The delay is over as Chiellini is helped off. Meanwhile, Destro is the last Roma player to come off as he isn't fit enough for a full 90 minutes having just returned from serving a four match suspension.
77'
Another delay now as Chiellini is down and in considerable pain and is being attended too by the medical staff....
75'
D. Osvaldo enters the game and replaces Fernando Llorente.
The pace of this match was at an unsustainable rate, and we've reached a bit of a stand still here, as both teams collect themselves and prepare for the final 15 minutes.
74'
M. Cáceres enters the game and replaces A. Barzagli.
73'
First two changes by Antonio Conte, as Martin Caceres and Pablo Osvaldo come on for Juventus. Osvaldo is given a loud reception, after once being a club hero here just a couple few short years ago.
71'
R. Tolói enters the game and replaces M. Benatia.
BRILLIANT SAVE BY SKORUPSKI! Lichtsteiner gets on the end of a long ball forward and breaks into the box before trying to pick out the top corner. The Polish keeper reacts incredibly well, diving to his right and just getting fingertips to that one to deny the shot at goal!
69'
Pogba fouls Torosidis now, as frustration appears to be setting in for the champions. Antonio Conte watches on as his midfielders are uncharacteristically dominated here, but doesn't appear ready to make any substitutions.
67'
VITAL TACKLE BY CHIELLINI! Another giveaway by Juventus in midfield as Roma win the ball back. It's worked to Gervinho on the left, and he breaks into the box with options in the middle. He tries a low cross, but Chiellini recovers well, sliding in to block the cross and put it behind for a corner.
65'
Possession again starting to shift in Roma's favour as they begin to take this match back from Juventus. Pjanic with more great work in midfield, dribbling past defenders before winning a free kick. He takes it himself, and has a shot from about 35 yards out. He tries to pick out the bottom corner, but can't get enough bend on it as Storari gets low to make the save.
63'
Fantastic stuff from Torosidis! He makes an exceptional run, dancing his way past defenders and through a crowded penalty area. His cross is blocked by Chiellini, however, and is cleared for a throw. It's taken quickly and worked to Bastos, who lets an ambitious effort fly from 40 yards out that sails over the bar.
61'
STAT ATTACK: Juventus and Roma have combined to lose five matches this season, fewer than any singular team in the Serie A (Napoli have the fewest losses after them, with six).
59'
M. Pjanić gets yellow.
TEMPERS FLARING IN ROME! The ball is worked back up the pitch, and Pjanic takes the opportunity to exact revenge, as he takes down Chiellini with a hard challenge, and finds himself in the book with a yellow card. An eye for an eye is the expression, but Pjanic comes out a bit worse for wear after this exchange as he is the only one to be shown a card.
58'
WELL WELL WELL! Miralem Pjanic is down in the box and attended to by his teammates. The replay shows Chiellini throwing his elbow out at the Bosnian, but it went unnoticed by the referee. The defender gets away with one there.
57'
Juventus win a free kick now in Andrea Pirlo range, about 25 yards out to the left of goal. He decides not to have a shot, however, and tries to slip in Pogba, but his ball runs too far and behind for a goal kick. Disappointing from the midfielder.
55'
Taddei enters the game and replaces D. De Rossi.
54'
The first substitution of the match is being made by the hosts, as Daniele de Rossi is taken off after picking up a bit of a knock. He gets a loud applause from the home fans, who will see him sporting the Azzurri blue in a month's time as he looks set to represent the Italians in Brazil.
52'
Gervinho hasn't seen a whole lot of the ball, but he's been dangerous when he does. This time he runs at the Juventus defence from a deeper lying role, and lays it off for Totti. The midfielder's shot takes a slight deflection, taking it just over the bar.
50'
GREAT CROSS! Torosidis gets forward and sends in a perfect cross for Destro, just curling away from Storari in goal, but the forward can't get a vital touch on it as he was smothered by Bonucci as it came in.
48'
M. Destro gets yellow.
Destro is shown a bogus yellow card now as Chiellini goes down easily after the slightest mid-air contact. Destro shied away from the defender, if anything, but Chiellini does a good job of selling it and earns the Roma striker a yellow card.
46'
Juventus kick-off and the second half underway! No changes to report at the break, but players are warming up for both teams at the moment. Roma win the ball back straight away and a nutmeg by Pjanic elicits a loud cheer from the home supporters.
45'
That's all the action for the first half, and despite a magnitude of chances, we've yet to see a goal. Chances a plenty at both ends, but it's all scoreless as we reach half-time.
44'
OFF THE POST! Pogba has three defenders on him, as he dribbles out of danger at the top of the box, drags the ball to his right and lets fly. It's struck with real power, and Skorupsi is beaten clean, but it hits off the inside of the far post and is eventually cleared.
42'
Roma are losing their killer instinct in attack. Nainggolan gets forward well, but has no support, so he opts to have a shot from 35 yards out that's blocked straight away, allowing Juventus back in possession.
40'
Juventus win a free kick from about 40 yards out now, and Pirlo picks out a pass for Padoin, who then plays it into the box. Chiellini gets to it, but sees his shot deflected behind for yet another corner, as the referee stops the game to have a word with a few players tussling inside the box.
38'
HORRENDOUS MISS BY GERVINHO! Juventus turn it over in midfield and Pjanic plays a sensational ball to send Gervinho in clear behind the defence. He has time and space but tries to chip the keeper. It's a poor effort that Storari saves with ease. It really should be 1-0 after that chance. It looks like Gervinho had plenty of room to slot the ball inside the right post, with the keeper scurrying to cover.
36'
The match has really shifted into Juventus' favour now. They're playing along the flanks with a lot of success. This time Torosidis puts a cross behind for a corner. The ensuing ball into the box is poor, however, and collected by Skorupski.
34'
Llorente causing all sorts of problems for Roma in defence, but again he can't finish! He gets into a dangerous area using his strength, but puts his effort wide at the near post.
32'
STAT ATTACK: With their victory over Sassuolo last week, Juventus set a Serie A record for wins in a season at 31, surpassing the mark set by Inter (30) in 2006-07.
30'
LLORETE AGAIN! Fantastic run from Pogba, who gets into space on the left before breaking into the box. He chips a short cross towards Llorente at the far post, but his header is caught right on the goal line by Skorupski! How many chances does he need to score here?!
28'
BRILLIANT RUN BY GERVINHO! He shows excellent pace and dribbling skill to beat Bonucci clean along the right, before cutting it back for Totti. His pass just eludes him, but falls for Nainggolan who can't hit the target with his attempt. The chances are coming at both ends now, but we're yet to have a breakthrough.
26'
CLOSE FOR LLORENTE! But more great goalkeeping by Skorupski to stand his ground and deny the Spaniard's strike, sending it behind for a corner. He should have really done better with the shot, however, but he failed to pick out a corner, putting it much too close to the Polish keeper.
24'
TOTTI! What a strike from the midfielder, who nearly puts Roma in front! Destro brings a ball down for Totti at the top of the box, and he hits it first time, but it sails just inches over the bar. Hauntingly close for Francesco Totti.
22'
G. Chiellini gets yellow.
Chiellini is shown the first yellow card of the match as he takes down fellow countryman Francesco Totti from behind. They know each other quite well, and exchange a few words as the Roma midfielder certainly made the most of that challenge.
21'
STAT ATTACK: With a win or draw today, Roma would keep their perfect home record in-tact this season. They haven't managed that since the 2001-02 season, when there were 18 teams in the league.
19'
Juventus back in attack, through Lichtsteiner and Padoin along the right. The Swiss winger sends in a brilliant cross towards Llorente at the far post, but some very brave goalkeeping by Skorupski as he dives fearlessly at the ball to fist it away from danger.
17'
ROMA SCORE BUT IT'S DISALLOWED! Torosidis gets forward exceptionally well from right-back, and makes himself an option inside the box. He gets on the end of a cross and puts it into the back of the net, but does so with his arm. The crowd erupts but referee Carmine Russo called it back straight away.
15'
FIRST CHANCE FOR JUVENTUS! End to end stuff now as the match begins to open up a bit. Tevez takes a pass at the top of the box and has a go at goal, but it deflects behind for a corner. Lichtsteiner was wide open towards the far post, screaming for the ball, but Tevez never saw him.
13'
Juventus turn the ball over and Roma break with four men forward on the counter. Again, however, a rare mistake from Totti who gives the ball away and the attack goes begging. Juventus have yet to get themselves into this match.
11'
Roma are having a lot of success getting their full-backs involved in the game. Bastos gets forward and links up well with Totti, but the captain's final ball is intercepted as Juventus sniff out the danger.
9'
STAT ATTACK: Juventus and Roma have each allowed 23 goals this season, fewest in the league. Napoli is next best, conceding 36 times in 36 matches.
7'
Roma starting to make some moves forward now as Storari is put to the test for the first time by Destro, but he is up to the task as he catches the shot with ease. Some good possession from the hosts as they have seen the bulk of the ball early on.
5'
Finally the first shot of the match, as Francesco Totti lets fly from long range! He's the leading scorer in club history, but came nowhere close to adding to that tally here as his shot drifts well high and wide of the far corner.
3'
Slow start to the match as neither side has managed an attack to this point. The ball is being played about in midfield, with an uncharacteristic amount of turnovers in the first few minutes. About every player has had their touch of the ball, so we should see things pick up in just a bit!
1'
Roma kick-off, and we're finally underway in the nation's capital, about five minutes behind schedule. The hosts, moving from right to left, are wearing their Giallorossi red kits, with Juventus sporting their black and white stripes.
Good evening Serie A fans around the world, and welcome to today's match between the top two teams in Italy, Roma and Juventus, at the Stadio Olimpico. I'm Alex Moretto and I'll be your in-game host, guiding you through the match LIVE as it happens!
There may not be anything at stake in terms of positioning today, with Juventus already clinching the title, but this match will mean a lot to both teams. With the World Cup just a short month away, players from either side have one last chance to make an impression with the hopes of being selected to represent their national teams in football's most prestigious tournament. As many as seven players on Roma will be hoping to make the trip to Brazil, while over half the Juventus squad, up to 17 players to be exact, can expect the same. Final impressions go a long way – and there's no better way to give a coach a selection headache than by ending the season on form.
Roma put up one heck of a fight, matching Juventus blow for blow in the past two months, but ended up falling just short in their quest to de-throne the Serie A champions. Despite their failed efforts, the Giallorossi will find themselves playing Champions League football next season for the first time in four years. Rudi Garcia's men have also already set a club record for points in a season with two games to spare. They will take the pitch today with the hopes of beating Juventus and proving themselves as worthy contenders to the Scudetto for next season. It's been a dream season for Roma and there would be no better way to cap it off than with a victory over the champions in their final home game of the season.
Juventus may have the title wrapped up, but they're certainly not about to pack it in. Antonio Conte and his players have said time and time again how much it would mean to them to reach the prestigious 100-point plateau, and they still have a realistic shot at doing so. Sitting at 96 points with two games remaining, they would need to pick up at least a draw today to give themselves a shot at reaching triple digits in points against Cagliari in the final week of the season.
The teams have been announced, so let us have ourselves a look at today's starting line-ups:
ROMA XI (4-3-3): Skorupski; Torosidis, Benatia, Castan, Bastos; Nainggolan, De Rossi, Pjanic; Gervinho, Totti, Destro.
STAT ATTACK: Roma have won consecutive home matches against Juventus for the first time since 1995.
Beautiful scenes at the Stadio Olimpico as 'Roma Roma Roma' echoes through the loud speakers, with the crowd singing along in unison. The pitch is draped in Giallorossi colours, as red and yellow smoke blows through the stadium. Fantastic scenes, and quite a sending off for the players in their final home game of the season!
Players are still shaking hands and showing their appreciation for the fans, so it looks like we're headed towards a bit of a late kick-off here.
HALF-TIME: ROMA 0-0 JUVENTUS. End to end stuff in this first half, but nothing to separate the two sides as we enter the break. We've seen some real attacking prowess from Juventus, with Roma taking a bit of a back seat at the match went on. The hosts are looking quite dangerous on the counter, however, as the pace of Gervinho and Destro has given Juventus something to think about.
STAT ATTACK: The last three H2H meetings between the two teams in Rome have produced just four goals.
FULL-TIME: ROMA 0-1 JUVENTUS. Pablo Osvaldo's last second goal proved to be the difference, as he deals a blow to his former club. It's a harsh result on Roma, who were the better team in large parts of that second half, but couldn't find a way past Storari. The win vaults Juventus to 99 points, a new Serie A record, with a chance to reach 100 against Cagliari in the final week of the season.
I'm Alex Moretto and I'd like to thank you all for joining me here today. Good bye!
