We're into the dying embers of the game and Spurs aren't surrendering control. Pochettino's side have been efficient on the ball, while excellent off it. They certainly look to have taken their new coach's philosophy on board.
87'
AEL continue to be forced to sit deep, despite needing several goals to even be in contention for progression into the group stages. After a solid home performance, the Cypriot side have fallen apart somewhat in the English capital.
86'
M. Veljković enters the game and replaces V. Chiricheș.
85'
Five minutes is left on the clock, with White Hart Lane buoyant. Pochettino looks to have navigated yet another game without defeat, despite rotating his side heavily. Lloris races out to make a timely clearance, but the Frenchman has been largely an isolated spectator.
83'
Davies goes close! The Welshman fires across goal with his left foot, forcing Romero to get down well to his left and turn the ball behind for yet another corner! Well hit from 30 yards.
81'
AEL win a free-kick in a deep area, which is slung into the box. Cadu rises well at the back post to outjump Kaboul, but the Portuguese can only nod wide of the upright! Lloris had his angles covered, but that wasn't a good effort from the AEL defender.
80'
M. Tagbajumi enters the game and replaces Adrián Sardinero.
Kane breaks into the penalty area once again, but is outmuscled by two AEL defenders as he tries to cut inside and test Romero once again. With ten minutes to go, its still Spurs who are looking most likely to find the next goal, despite the current scoreline.
79'
Romero frustrates Spurs once again! Townsend drops a shoulder to earn himself half a yard to shoot, before rasping a long-range drive at goal from 25 yards! The goalkeeper turns it over the crossbar for a corner, before punching the resulting delivery away.
78'
L. Holtby enters the game and replaces Sandro.
Lewis Holtby replaces Sandro, with the Brazilian receiving a great reception from the home crowd. The former Schalke midfielder will provide some much-needed fresh legs to a Spurs engine room which has been working hard this evening.

Description
77'
Romero denies Kane once again! The substitute goalkeeper is able to use his legs to deny the Englishman once again, after fantastic work through the middle from Lennon to set his teammate through on goal.
76'
Only a quarter of an hour remains of this contest, which appears to be a complete formality. Spurs are happy to slowly build from the back, with AEL unwilling to press too high. Sandro lets fly from 30 yards, but Romero is able to claim easily.
74'
AEL work their way down the right-hand side, but Davies does well to stand firm and rob Danielzinho of the ball. The tempo has slowed down for Spurs in possession, but out of it Pochettino's side are closing angles and shutting down passing lanes excellently.
72'
Edmar cuts in from the left, before Paulinho is able to easily intercept his compatriot's attempted through ball. The pressing and harrying from the hosts has been impressive in this second half, with their intensity really showing that players have a point to prove in this heavily rotated line-up.
70'
Pochettino's side are happy to move the ball from side to side, making the tiring away team work and cover extra ground. The third goals really has made AEL go flat in terms of belief, with Spurs having this tie in a stranglehold now.
68'
Spurs' back four are pushed right up onto the half-way line, as their pressure shows no signs of relenting. Despite wholesale changes from their last match, Pochettino's men are cohesive and hungry for more goals - AEL look powerless to resist.
66'
Penalty goal scored by A. Townsend for Tottenham Hotspur!
GOOOOOAL! TOWNSEND CONVERTS! It's 3-0 on the night to Spurs, with Townsend sending Romero the wrong way to send the ball into the bottom right corner! The goalkeeper had no chance even if he'd guessed right!
64'
PENALTY FOR SPURS! It's another spot-kick for the hosts, as Naughton's attempted clipped ball strikes the outstretched arm of Edmar!
63'
The crowd are getting behind the home team once again, after a lull following Paulinho's goal. Spurs are well on top, dominating play and pegging AEL deep into their own half. The visiting forward players will have to make up a lot of ground to support Gikiewicz.
61'
Lennon tries a cheeky chip! The Englishman is able to try and flick a clever effort over the onrushing Romero, but Carlitos is able to get back onto the line and head behind for a corner! The home side fail to make anything of the resulting set piece, however.
60'
Half an hour remains for Spurs to see out if they are to head into the Europa League group stages. AEL are struggling to break out of their two banks of four, with their counter-attacking strategy not having any joy against the hosts' pressing.
58'
Sandro gives away possession with a poor pass around the corner to Naughton, but Diego's attempted first touch bobbles into the path of Chiriches, who clears. Nearly a costly mistake from the Brazilian holding midfielder!
56'
Gikiewicz releases his opening shot of the game, but it's well within the reach of Lloris, who catches with ease. A bit of hope for AEL, but the Polish striker hasn't been involved nearly enough to trouble Pochettino's game-plan.
55'
Lennon skips through midfield, exchanging a one-two with Sandro, before picking out Townsend on the right. He tries to skip past Edmar, but the Brazilian is once again more than a match for the Spurs winger. Over both legs, the AEL left-back has done well.
53'
Spurs are looking composed and confident, in total control of this tie. They'd have to concede a few goals in the next half an hour, which isn't looking likely whatsoever. AEL haven't threatened Lloris all game.
51'
AEL are trying to commit more bodies forward, but the hosts are pressing very effectively. With the away side only having one more change left to make, tiredness could become an issue for Petev's men.
49'
Paulinho has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur! Assist by V. Chiricheș.
GOOOOOAL! PAULINHO MAKES IT TWO! The Brazilian manages to shoot from a very tight angle, squeezing a finish below the despairing glove of Romero! Spurs' high pressing helps them out again, winning possession at the edge of the box to give the former Corinthians man the chance!
47'
Captain Nikolaou is withdrawn for the away side, with the rather brilliantly named Danielzinho coming into the fray. Spurs aren't willing to let their opposition settle from the start, pressing high upfield.
46'
Danielzinho enters the game and replaces M. Nikolaou.
We are back underway in the second half! Spurs are looking confident and stand in a good position to go through, but AEL have made a change to try and get back into the tie!
45' +5
Sielis appeals for a penalty, but the AEL defender seems to have dived! He waves his arms, asking the referee, but the official isn't interested whatsoever. Kaboul stands up to his opponent, showing him exactly what he thinks of his attempted simulation!
45' +4
A. Townsend gets yellow.
Townsend picks up a yellow card for cynically tugging on an opposition shirt. Adrian breaks down the left before whipping in a near post cross, but Kaboul hooks the ball away from the danger zone.
45' +3
Spurs are happy to hold onto possession and ensure that they get into the break without conceding an away goal. AEL are continuing to sit in their two banks of four before looking to break, but they've failed to trouble Lloris whatsoever with their current system.
45' +1
There are seven minutes of stoppage time due to the injury to Fegrouche.
45'
H. Kane has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur! Assist by Paulinho.
Awful shot from Townsend! The ball zips into Kane's feet, before the Englishman sets a pass back to his compatriot Townsend. The winger takes a touch out from underneath him, before leaning back far too much - resulting in the ball spiralling harmlessly over the crossbar.
GOOOOOOAL! KANE GIVES SPURS THE LEAD! He may have missed an early penalty, but he makes no mistake this time! Dembele slides the English forward in behind, before Kane slots beyond Romero to make it 1-0!
43'
The hosts continue to retain possession well, which is all that they really need to do - AEL are the side which needs goals. Lennon shoots from 25 yards, with Romero stupidly palming behind despite the ball clearly heading way wide. He punches the resulting set piece clear.
42'
Luciano Bebé gets yellow.
41'
Lloris is called into action for the first time of the evening, as Diego Barcellos slips a through ball into the path of Adrian Sardinero, sliding in to take the ball well.
39'
Spurs keep up the pressure, but a combination of resolute defending and Romero commands his area has thus far led to frustration. Townsend tries his luck from range following a quick free-kick routine, but the England international blasts the ball into the stands behind the goal!
37'
Kane blazes over! The Englishman manages to turn in the penalty area under some pressure, but spirals an effort over the crossbar with his left foot from 12 yards! He's had chances, but as yet hasn't been able to take them.
36'
Townsend whips in a back post cross from a free-kick, but Romero manages to get there ahead of Kane! The goalkeeper punches high into the air, but claims at the second attempt.
35'
Nikolaou now goes down injured, with the away side captain's leg appearing to give out from underneath him following pressure from Sandro. He gets back to his feet and looks fine to carry on, however.
33'
Dembele fires wide! The Belgian sees a pass blocked by Luciano Bebe, before collecting the rebound and driving towards the edge of the box. He musters up a strike, but drags the ball way wide of the near post!
32'
The atmosphere is somewhat flat in a rather sparsely populated White Hart Lane, but whenever the hosts drive past the half-way line at pace, the home supporters begin to urge their side on! AEL are sitting back in two banks of four and hoping to frustrate.
30'
Half an hour has now gone, although plenty of time was spent removing Fegrouche from the field of play at the ten minute mark. Petev is animated in his technical area, as he knows that Spurs look the most likely side to score before the break - something AEL can't afford to happen.
28'
Kane has another opportunity, as Naughton whips in a decent near post cross! He gets his head on the ball, but it deflects off Cadu and behind for a corner - the resulting set piece is claimed well by Romero.
26'
Adrian has a half-sight of goal, following a half-clearance from Chiriches! The Spaniard races into a pocket of space on the edge of the box, but blazes way over the bar with his first touch!
24'
AEL are struggling to launch any kind of attack, with Gikiewicz again offering absolutely nothing up front for the away side - mainly due to the lack of service. Pochettino's men are looking comfortable, but still need a goal to really settle down.
22'
Cadu gets his body in the way again! The Portuguese defender steps across brilliantly to deny Davies as the left-back found himself racing through on goal after being fed possession by Townsend. If it wasn't for Cadu, Spurs may have had a couple of clear cut chances by now.
21'
Davies tries to whip in a cross from the left flank, but Sardinero manages to make a block with his face. Spurs are starting to exert a bit more pressure, but Kane remains the only man who has been able to test AEL's new goalkeeper thus far.
19'
Kane is denied again! The lone striker drives aggressively towards goal once again, before letting fly from the edge of the penalty area. Romero does just enough to half-clear, with the rebound narrowly avoiding Lennon.
17'
Sandro drives down the left channel, attempting to get to the byline, but Cadu comes across well to outmuscle the Brazilian midfielder and shepherd the loose ball out of play for a goal-kick.
15'
Cadu is nearly picked out at the back post following a free-kick delivery from deep, but Davies does just enough to ensure that the Portuguese isn't able to turn a header towards goal.
14'
Penalty saved by Pulpo Romero!
SAVED! Romero manages to save Kane's penalty with his trailing legs! The new goalkeeper celebrates wildly and Spurs are denied the perfect start!
13'
Pulpo Romero enters the game and replaces K. Fegrouch.
K. Fegrouch gets yellow.
The referee decides to book Fegrouche, meaning that AEL won't be reduced to ten men early on in this fixture. Fegrouche is finally taken off, with an oxygen mask strapped to his face. Romero comes into the fray and his first contribution could be a penalty save.
11'
The AEL 'keeper is only just being moved onto the awaiting stretcher, with the paramedics taking no chance with what appears to be a head or neck injury. We will have a long wait on our hands until we get back underway, while first half stoppage time will be lengthy.
9'
The stretcher is on for Fegrouche, with Romero now warming up intensely and stripped off and ready for action. The referee still hasn't booked the Moroccan goalkeeper, while Kane paces around the penalty area waiting for his spot-kick.
7'
The AEL goalkeeper is still down on the turf and doesn't appear able to continue. Naughton's knee appeared to clash with his opponent, leaving him in clear discomfort. Romero is warming up on the sidelines for the away side.
6'
PENALTY TO SPURS! The hosts are seeing much of the early possession, though AEL desperately need to find a couple of goals to stand a chance. Naughton breaks into the box and Fegrouche comes racing out, completely clearing out the legs from underneath the Englishman.
4'
Kane drives through the heart of the defence, before shifting play out to the right-hand side for Naughton to attack. The right-back looks to beat Edmar, but the Brazilian stays strong and shows the Spurs man out of play.
2'
It appears that Pochettino's men are lining up in a 4-2-3-1, with Paulinho the man sat in behind Kane. Plenty of responsibility is being placed on the shoulders of the young Englishman, but he has recently shown that he knows how to find the back of the net.
1'
We are underway in the first half! Spurs are in their customary white, while AEL are in bright yellow.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of tonight's Europa League clash between Tottenham Hotspur and AEL Limassol, with Mauricio Pochettino's side holding a 2-1 aggregate lead following the first leg in Cyprus. The Premier League side left it late last time out in European competition, but currently are in good shape to progress - with the visitors needing two away goals to even stand a fighting chance.
I'm Simon Harrison and I will be keeping you up to date with all of the action from White Hart Lane, with the hosts hoping for a much better performance tonight. AEL held their own for long periods in the opening game of this tie, with Spurs' supposed quality coming in a short burst from substitute Erik Lamela - who isn't included in the hosts' squad tonight.
TEAM NEWS: Substitute star Erik Lamela isn't included in the matchday squad, with Danish playmaker Christian Eriksen also seemingly rested for the league fixture against Liverpool on Sunday. Andros Townsend is given a start once again, but Nacer Chadli's goalscoring exploits against QPR don't reward him with a starting berth. Ben Davies starts at left-back, while goalscoring defensive purchase Eric Dier is on the bench.
TEAM NEWS: AEL opt for the exact same starting eleven as last time out, with Petev hoping for some kind of consistency. But for Lamela's introduction, the Cypriot side were a match for Spurs, so confidence should be high with the Argentine forward absent. Despite disappointing as a lone striker during the first leg, Lukasz Gikiewicz retains his place at the head of the attack.
With less than a quarter of an hour until kick-off, be sure to stick around for all of the action, as Spurs try and negotiate their way into the group stage of the Europa League. Sardinero's opener last time out, however, showed Pochettino's men that tonight's visitors by no means personify an easy result.
The two teams are out on the field and therefore we are only a few minutes away from kick-off! The home crowd are expectant and will hope to see a much-improved performance compared to the away leg.
HALF TIME! Following plenty of stoppage time, due to an early injury to goalkeeper Fegrouche, the first half comes to a close! Kane's opener is the only thing separating the two sides, with the Englishman also failing to capitalise on a penalty opportunity.
Spurs have been much the better team, with Kane in particular having plenty of half chances in and around the box. AEL continue to try and break from deep, but three goals in the second half looks to be currently beyond Petev's men! Stranger things have happened in the Europa League tonight, however!
FULL TIME! Spurs make their way into the group stages of the Europa League, following a comfortable 3-0 home win over AEL Limassol. The away side didn't threaten whatsoever throughout, with goals coming from Kane, Townsend and Paulinho.
It could have been more, with several good saves from Romero, including one from an early Kane penalty. The visitors only managed to register a couple of shots on target, as Spurs' off the ball work impressed once again.
That's all we have time for from White Hart Lane, as Spurs romped to an efficient 3-0 victory over AEL Limassol. Pochettino's continues to be unbeaten as coach, with his philosophy clearly taking effect too. I've been Simon Harrison and I hope to see you again next time.
