Bruno Gama is called offside after appearing to sneak past his man towards the near post. He headed the ball back across the face of goal and Inter would have struggled to deal with that had the referee allowed play to continue.
90' +1
GOAL RULED OUT! Konoplyanka whips in a lovely ball towards the near post, but Seleznyov, who headed it home, was apparently an inch ahead of the last defender! Close call, and is that the end of Dnipro?
89'
Konoplyanka runs at Campagnaro and manages to squeeze in a low cross, but it's cleared by the defence. Campagnaro has been excellent against the winger since his introduction.
87'
HUGE FROM HANDANOVIC! Konoplyanka collects a lovely cross on the far side and advances to the back post, but the Slovenian is quickly off his line to divert the ball out for a corner! Handanovic has earned his corn tonight, and then some.
85'
The frustration starting to build from a Dnipro perspective as another long-range attempt goes begging. They've introduced two forwards in place of a pair of defenders but it hasn't had the desired effect.
83'
Matheus misses the target rather poorly after an over-ambitious strike from at least 35 yards. Perhaps that last effort was a sign that Dnipro are starting to run out of ideas?
82'
Y. Selezniov enters the game and replaces O. Mazuch.
81'
SO VERY CLOSE! Rotan curls the ball brilliantly over the wall and it's clear that he's aiming for the top corner. Handanovic can only stand and watch as the ball spins millimeters shy of the frame of the goal!
80'
Free kick right on the edge of the area for Dinpro, and a cheap one for Inter to concede. Kalinic, attempting to spin away on the turn, was clipped by Juan Jesus, and Rotan lines this up...
78'
Osvaldo is prevented from bursting into the box thanks to a timely challenge by Mazuch. Rare attack from Inter but it allows them to milk the clock more, far way from their own goal.

Description
76'
Inter haven't gotten out of their own half for a long while now, but are coping just fine with Dnipro's attempts to break them down. It's been easy to forget that they only have 10 men.
74'
Bruno Gama, fresh off the bench, tries to buy a corner off Medel, but the Chilean terrier stands firm and manages to win the last touch off the substitute. Good hustle play there.
73'
Bruno Gama enters the game and replaces S. Kravchenko.
72'
Konoplyanka has been perhaps the biggest disappointment of the second half. He's simply not endeavouring to take on his man as much, and Dnipro's ambition has died along with it.
70'
Matheus enters the game and replaces A. Fedetskyi.
Dnipro are probing around the Inter half, but are struggling to break down the Nerazzurri ranks. One-way traffic at the moment, but can the visitors find a way through to Handanovic's goal?
68'
After a breathless 50 minutes or so, the game has wound down in the past quarter of an hour. Inter have been increasingly committed defensively the longer they stand on this narrow lead.
66'
F. Guarín gets yellow.
Guarin gets pulled up by the referee for clumsily bundling into the heels of Vlad, who had him beat for pace. The Colombian gets right in the face of the referee and has to be careful that he doesn't leave his side with nine men!
64'
Fedetskiy hooks in a great in-swinging cross towards the far post that Kalinic comes close to making contact with. However, good marking from Campagnaro puts him off the shot.
62'
Kalinic forces a save from Handanovic with an acrobatic effort from the top of the box. His overhead kick is right down the throat of the keeper though, who makes no mistake.
61'
J. Obi enters the game and replaces Hernanes.
60'
Dnipro aren't playing with the same intensity as they did before Inter's second goal. The Nerazzurri seem to have their number now, and are getting bodies in the crucial area in front of their own box.
58'
Guarin has done more in the 12 minutes with the armband than in the 46 that preceded it. He has shown more interest and purpose, giving a great two-way display in the second half.
56'
Lovely swing on a cross from the left flank, and Guarin rises highest, only to see his header go over the bar. How has it taken seeing their captain dismissed to get Inter out of their shell and performing?
55'
M. Andreolli enters the game and replaces M. Icardi.
54'
I know that I've praised Dnipro's display a lot in this game, but at what point do you start to criticize them for not taking their chances? They've been awarded a penalty and are playing a man up, but are somehow behind.
52'
OFF THE LINE! Dnipro are dumbfounded as to how they're not level. Handanovic springs to his left to make a world-class save on Kalinic, before the rebound is hacked off the line by Jesus, with the keeper prone!
50'
D. Osvaldo has scored a goal for Inter Milan! Assist by Hernanes.
INTER ARE AHEAD! Would you believe it! The 10 men, after being outplayed for almost all of this game, have come from behind! Hernanes' pass has just enough weight on it for Osvaldo to stab home!
48'
Handnaovic had to be on his toes to push a close-range finish from Rotan around the post! Inter fell asleep completely on a free kick, and it was left to the keeper to bail the defence out!
46'
A. Ranocchia gets a second yellow card and is sent off.
Here we go again!
RED CARD FOR INTER! Disaster for the Nerazzurri, as Rotan is brought down by Ranocchia, who is awarded his second yellow. The Inter skipper walks down the tunnel and leaves his side with 10 men!
45'
Cheberyachko is close to breaking through on the top of the box, only for a last-ditch block to prevent him from getting the killer ball in. It seems like Dnipro don't want the half-time whistle to come!
43'
An offside call on Kravchenko allows Inter to get away with a haphazard bit of defensive organization. They're allowing too much space both in front of and behind the back line.
41'
YET ANOTHER free kick conceded by Inter against the threat of Konoplyanka. The hosts can only use illegal measures to stop him it seems. It's taken short, and a dangerous ball needs a stellar clearance from Ranocchia to douse the danger.
39'
FREE HEADER FOR THE VISITORS! Douglas is holding his head in his hands after he rose unmarked at the far post to attack a lofted ball, but he plants it about a foot over! Let off for the Nerazzurri.
38'
Nagatomo has struggled since that challenge with Boyko, and he departs with what looks like a shoulder injury. Campagnaro will replace him, providing a more cautious presence on the right flank.
37'
H. Campagnaro enters the game and replaces Y. Nagatomo.
36'
OH, THAT WAS A BAD MISS! Inter carve Dnipro apart from open play for the first time in this game. Hernanes flicks a lovely pass into the area. Kuzmanovic, offside, leaves it for Nagatomo, but he slashes the ball wildly off target as Boyko raced off his line to confront the Japanese!
34'
Kravchenko has a strike from 20 yards that is well held by Handanovic, after Inter failed to get rid of a half-baked cross into the box. Dnipro don't seem fazed by being pegged back!
32'
Hernanes comes in with a strong challenge on Konoplyanka, earning him a yellow card. Konoplyanka has drawn a number of fouls and has already forced two Inter players into the book.
31'
Hernanes gets yellow.
30'
Z. Kuzmanović has scored a goal for Inter Milan! Assist by F. Guarín.
KUZMANOVIC TIES IT UP! Well they did take heed of the warning down at the other end! Hernanes plays a free kick into the mixer, Dnipro fail to clear their lines and Kuzmanovic stabs home an accomplished finish from just inside the box, into the bottom corner!
29'
Will Inter finally take a hint that the points are a long way from guaranteed? They've been bailed out there by Handanovic, who has made a habit of coming up with the goods when faced with an opponent from 12 yards out!
28'
Penalty saved by S. Handanovič!
SAVE BY HANDANOVIC! Konoplyanka misses a great chance to pile further misery on the hosts with a rather disappointing spot kick that is anticipated correctly by the Slovenian.
26'
PENALTY TO DNIPRO! Cheberyachko broke into the penalty area, and he is bundled over clumsily by Guarin. The Dnipro players appeal for it and it's given! Correct decision in my mind.
24'
The delay to set up the wall seems to have phased Konoplyanka, who slams his set piece into the line of Inter players. A little disappointing given the start to the game that he's had.
22'
A. Ranocchia gets yellow.
Konoplyanka has been an active presence on the left, and Ranocchia is left with no choice but to slice him down on his latest run forward. Yellow card for the Inter skipper and a promising free-kick chance...
20'
That's more like it! Icardi strides down the flank ahead of his man and plays a low cross into the six-yard area, where Hernanes narrowly misses his conversion under pressure from a defender!
18'
You can't say that Dnipro's opener has been a complete surprise. Inter need to show more hustle in all aspects of their play. Hopefully that goal will wake them up and we can have a game on our hands.
16'
R. Rotan has scored a goal for Dnipro!
DNIPRO HAVE THE LEAD! They simply wanted it more on that play, as Konoplyanka cracks a thunderous effort off the woodwork, only for Rotan to follow up with a forceful rebound at the back post!
13'
The hustle from the visitors is admirable in forcing Inter into mistakes in their own half. The Nerazzurri are unable to get much going offensively, with a series of offside calls halting their momentum.
11'
There's been some surprisingly poor first touches from the Inter players, as Osvaldo and Medel both give up possession thanks to their lack of control. The game has still struggled to really burst into life.
9'
Cheberyachko has been locking down the defensive midfield area for Dnipro so far, pressuring Hernanes off the ball on a number of occasions. Inter haven't been at the races and are looking very lethargic.
7'
This has been a very encouraging start from the Ukrainian visitors. They've kept possession well, but are lacking in their execution in the final third. Inter are a bit underwhelming here.
5'
Dnipro continue to pepper Handanovic's goal in the early goings, as Kravchenko is the latest to take aim. This time, the keeper is forced into a save, but it's one that you would expect him to make.
3'
Dnipro have started this game by having a few cracks at Handanovic's goal. Nothing on target but a positive sign of intent from the visitors, who are very much the underdogs here at San Siro.

We're off!
Hello and welcome to another night of Europa League action. It's been a typically busy week across the continent, and tonight, we're set for Dnipro's trip to San Siro to face Inter. The hosts need only to avoid defeat to assure themselves of a top-two finish in Group F. I'm Keeghann Sinanan and I'll be taking you through all the drama from Milan.
Under former boss Walter Mazzarri, Inter racked up a solid record in this season's Europa League, despite domestic wobbles. They won two and drew two to open up a four-point lead on the chasing pack at the Group F summit. One point is enough to wrap up a Round of 32 place, and Inter are unbeaten in seven games against Ukrainian sides, including a 1-0 win over tonight's opponents on the first matchday.
Dnipro have lost all of their previous three games in Italy, but their fate will not be decided tonight. They cannot qualify nor can they be eliminated no matter what happens in Group F on matchday five. They come into this match on the back of two consecutive draws in the Ukrainian Premier League but still sit second, three points behind leaders Dynamo Kiev.
Inter (4-3-1-2): Handanovic; Nagatomo, Ranocchia, Juan Jesus, Dodo; Guarín, Kuzmanovic, Medel; Hernanes; Osvaldo, Icardi.
Mancini chooses Dani Osvaldo to start ahead of Rodrigo Palacio, while Hernanes also gets the nod, with Mateo Kovacic heading to the bench. Mauro Icardi will partner Osvaldo up top, in front of a relatively narrow midfield quartet.
Nikola Kalinic has been on fire recently, and it's no surprise to see him lead the line for the visitors. The Croatian has struck six goals in his last seven games, including both strikes in a vital 2-1 win at Qarabag earlier in November. Yevhen Konoplyanka will also be a key player on the left flank, going directly against Yuto Nagatomo.
The end of a first half that has just flown by! Inter can count themselves lucky to be on terms after being outplayed on their own patch by the spirited Ukrainians. Konoplyanka has been a constant menace, playing a role in the opener, but he did miss a spot kick to allow Inter back into the game. Stay tuned for the restart in just a bit.
Inter snatch victory from a seemingly un-winnable position. They survived a red card, a penalty and a slew of Dnipro chances to come back from a goal down to win, which confirms them as Group F winners. The Round of 32 beckons for them now as Dnipro will have to wait until the final matchday to potentially join them. Credit to the visitors for a spirited display, but they really have no one to blame but themselves for losing.
I've been Keeghann Sinanan and it's been fun!
Roberto Mancini is suspended for his first European match in his second spell as Inter boss, thanks to an incident while at Galatasaray. His first game to kick off his reign was a 1-1 draw against Milan in the Derby della Madonnina over the weekend. He won seven trophies while at the Nerazzurri from 2004-08 and is still beloved by a large section of the Inter faithful. However, he inexplicably chose one of his first press conferences in the hotseat to express his desire to manage Arsenal one day.
