M. Friedrich enters the game and replaces K. Huntelaar.
Handanovic up for the free-kick as Filipovic deliveres, but it's cleared by Meyer. Schalke make a late change with Huntelaar off for Friedrich. Viler crosses well but it's gathered by Fahrmann who has had little to do in this second-half.
90'
Bohar deliveres well but Kirchhoff cleares superbly. The three central defences for Schalke have been superb tonight, given Maribor nothing in this second-half. We have three minutes of added time.
88'
K. Ayhan enters the game and replaces M. Höger.
Schalke defending well with Bohar and Vrsic trying to creat an opening outside the box, but nothing comes from it. Schalke camping themselves in their own half for these final minutes.
Bohar breaks superbly and finds Vrsic down the left. His cross-come-shot drifts wide of Fahrmann's goal. Holger is down now for Schalke with what looks like hamstring trouble, he'll be replaced by Ayhan.
84'
Maribor running out of time as they look to get a goal that would see them draw all three of their home games with a score of 1-1. Vrsic with an awful deliverly from a free-kick sums up the home side's second-half.
83'
L. Zahović enters the game and replaces A. Ibraimi.
Ibraimi does really well down the left, shadowed by Uchida. The ball is delivered in and falls to Filipovic on the edge, but again he blazes over the bar. Ibraimi, who was a good watch, replaced by Zahovic.
80'
Filipovic collects the ball 30 yards from goal and with little options around him, shoots high over Fahrmann's goal as we enter into the final 10 minutes of this game.
78'
Fuchs fires it in and collects the ball again after it's cleared, thanks to Aogo's pass. He drives into the box, but is out-muscled by Ibraimi and it's a goal-kick. Maribor becoming frustrated in attack, especially the Brazilian Tavares.
76'
D. Vršič enters the game and replaces P. Stojanović.
Stojanovic replaced by Vrsic due to injury. He did well down the right for Maribor and won't be too happy picking up another injury to go with his broken nose. Schalke with an opportunity close to the home side's goal with a free-kick.
74'
Tavares works well with Ibraimi, who finds Viler and Filipovic but his shot blocked and that was a scare for Schalke. Still, the away side comfortable in possession.
72'
Fierce strike from Aogo, from all of 25 yards. Handanovic tips the ball over the bar. Howedes smashing in on Tavares and gives a shout to his teammates that they mean business. Stojanovic calling for a substitution after he challeneged Hoger.
Minute
Description
70'
Schalke bringing the tempo of the game right down with possession in defence, as they are in control of this contest. Twenty minutes from the knockout rounds does that to you, I guess.
68'
Fuchs happy to watch a cross from Viler go behind for a goal-kick. Despite their attack threat from Tavares and Ibraimi, a lot of Maribor's threats have come from their full-backs tonight. Schalke equal to it thus far.
66'
Schalke pressing the home side well and Meyer brings them forward, he looks for Uchida in the box, but is called offside rather late by the linesman. A much needed spark in the German team from Meyer since coming on.
65'
J. Mendy enters the game and replaces S. Sallalich.
Hoger comes forward and has a shot wickedly deflected behind for a corner, which Maribor clear. Sallalich does well on the break and is brought down by Hoger and that's the last Sallalich will do, as he comes off from Mendy.
62'
M. Meyer has scored a goal for Schalke 04!
GOAL! Schalke take the lead through Max Meyer after just coming on. The ball comes in from Hoger and Handanovic decides to punch clear, but he can only find the 19-year old on the edge of the box and he fires home! Schalke heading through.
61'
Uchida finds Meyer in the middle, who turns well and shoots on goal. Blocked though, by Arghus. Fuchs does superbly to get into the box on the other side, but makes the wrong decision with a cut-back to Uchida, who can't make anything of the chance.
59'
Maribor now looking to come forward, with Sallalich down the right. Schalke able to break up the play with too much ease, though and Huntelaar is caught offisde as he's played in on goal.
56'
M. Meyer enters the game and replaces T. Barnetta.
Huntelaar!? The Dutchman goes so close. Barnetta's deflected shot falls to the forward whose effort comes back off the post, across the line, and eventually cleared by the Slovenians. The closest we've come to a goal and you'd have put your house on Huntelaar scoring that!
Barnetta replaced by the talented 19-year old, Max Meyer. He'll look to bring a different look to Schalke's attack, with his ability on the ball and passing range. Schalke looking most likely to open the scoring in the second-half.
54'
Tavares plays a classy one-two with Bohar, who shows quick feet to find the Brazilian forward with a backheel. In the end, his shot drifts wide of Fahrmann. Good play from Maribor.
52'
Fuchs delivers from a free-kick, but Maribor hold a bravely high-line and catch Huntelaar and a few other Royal Blues - or White's as they are tonight - offside. Choupo-Moting being frustrated by the accomplished masked-man Stojarovic.
50'
Another corner for Schalke in the early stages of the second-half, but it's cleared well. This strong and determined Maribor team is proving a tough nut to crack for the Germans.
48'
Fuchs does well to win a corner down the left, but Kirchhoff can't get a real connection on the ball in with his head and it goes behind for a goal-kick. Fantastic atmosphere again, thanks to the home fans.
46'
We're back underway in Slovenia! Schalke have 45 minutes to win this game and progress to the knockout stages.
44'
Lovely move from Maribor as Bohar brings them forward, Tavares' final ball finds no-one, however, and Schalke then break. Huntelaar is played through and as Arghus slips in front of him, the Dutchman blazes over with a great chance. He looked unaware that the defender in front of him had slipped.
42'
Both keepers have been solid in everything they've done so far. Arguably the two best players on the pitch, in what has been a compact game. Hoger again does well down the right, he finds Choupo-Moting, who plays in Huntelaar, but he drags what looked like a shot, wide.
40'
Tavares finds Stojarovic down the right, he plays the ball inside to Ibraimi, whose shot is straight at Fahrmann in the Schalke goal. Schalke then immediately come forward with Barnetta, who can't get his cross into the box as it hits the roof of the net.
38'
Howedes brings down Sallalich as he looked to take the home side forward on the counter-attack. No card for the World Cup winner. Hoger does well down the right but again, Schalke can't find an end product.
36'
Tavares plays a lovely pass through to Ibraimi, who is just offside as he looked up towards goal. Choupo-Moting has another tame effort from distance, which deflectes through to Handanovic. Easy pickings for the Slovenian keeper, so far.
34'
Tavares gets to the by-line, but Kirchhoff - who is just returning from a nasty knee ligament injury - does well to block and win a goal kick. Choupo-Moting found by Hoger in the box, but no problem for Handanovic with the forward's header.
32'
Filipovic has started well in the middle, he finds Bohar with a neat pass that opens up space for Sallalich to then shoot, but too easy for Fahrmann. Schalke then on the attack, but can't make anything of it again, as Choupo-Moting looks for Uchida down the right, but the Japanese full-back couldn't be found.
30'
Viler joins Neudstadter with a shot from distance, with a similar result as it ends up in the stand behind the goal. Schalke really struggling to connect up to, with Huntelaar seeing little of the ball. Choupo-Moting does well down the right, but goes down too easily for the referees liking in the box.
28'
Silly stuff from the Maribor fans, who delay the game for all of 30 seconds and we resume play. Tavares doing well up front, with Ibraimi, who are closing down the Schalke defence superbly and forcing them to play long balls.
26'
Shot from distance from Neudstadter, which sails into the home end of the Maribor fans. Lots of pyro-technics currently going off in that home end, with some coming on to the pitch, which has forced the referee to stop play.
24'
Neither side able to take full control of this game, still, as we go past the halfway point of the first half. Ibraimi being made to work hard by the Schalke defence, when in possession.
22'
Bohar and Sallalich working well down the left, with Viler creating space with a run down the left. Sallalich shoots and it's deflected behind for a corner. Corner swung in and a great chance for Maribor, as Rajcevic's header is cleared off the line by Uchida and the follow-up from Tavares is blocked by the Japanese right-back!
20'
Schalke assured in possession in this first-half, as they should be with so many in defence. Maribor, who have been Slovenian Champions for four years on the bounce, don't look out of place whatsoever. Ibraimi looking lively with his notorious left foot waiting to be unleashed.
18'
Hoger does well to manufacture a cross down the right, he finds Barnetta in the middle, who can't get his header on target. Promising, though for Schalke, who do need to win to have any chance of progressing into the knockout stages tonight.
16'
Tavares has the home sides first effort on goal, from distance. It bounces through kindly enough for Fahrmann in the Schalke goal. Couple of big challenges from Maribor's centre-back pair of Arghus and Rajcevic, on Huntelaar and Choupo-Moting.
14'
Schalke starting to come alive down the right, with their Japanese right-back Uchida getting forward. Huntelaar couldn't find Choupo-Moting with a through ball, however. Fuchs then does well on the other side, defensively, stopping Stojarovic getting forward.
12'
Viler does well to find Ibraimi with a lovely long ball over the top. The forward takes the ball on his chest and tries the speculative first time volley, on the turn, with an outcome that wasn't pleasing on the eye. Goal-kick.
10'
Wonderful atmosphere in and around the Ljudski vrt tonight. Fireworks going off right now, as well as choreo from the home support. Just what we want to see in this elite competition. Aogo has started well for Schalke, good range of passing and pressing in that crucial midfield, which is very tight at the moment.
8'
Stojarovic, again, working well down the right. Sallalich brings down Barnetta after giving the ball away, which breaks up the home side's attack. Quiet start for Schalke's front-two of 'The Hunter' and Choupo-Moting.
6'
Ibraimi and Stojarovic working well down the right-side for Maribor, with the Slovenian's masked right-back looking to scare away his opossite for the night, Christian Fuchs. Just the one shot from Barnetta so far.
4'
Tavares can't hold up the ball as Bohar looks for neat play outside of the Schalke box. The Germans three-centre back set-up, however, deals with it easily. The atmosphere is electric, too. Barnetta gets a shot off, but a wide one, after a nice ball from Fuchs.
2'
Possession for either sides in the opening minutes. The Slovenian Champions love to attack on the counter, so look out for that. Tavares always lively up top for the same, with the same being said for Huntelaar and hat-trick hero from the weekend, Choupo-Moting, for Schalke.

Kick-off in Slovenia! We're underway between Maribor and Schalke!
Hello and welcome to updates from the final Matchday in the UEFA Champoions League. I'm Alex Chaffer and I'm hear to talk you through the Group G match between Maribor and Schalke.
The Slovenian hosts currently lie bottom of the group, with 3 points. While their German opponents are just ahead of them in third, with 5 points. Depending on results elsewhere, Schalke still have a possibility of qualifiying for the knockout stages, as long as they win.
Maribor haven't lost at the home in the Champions League this season, with 1-1 draws against Sporting and Chelsea. Schalke, on the otherhand, have been poor on their travels this season. They've only won twice in 10 away games this season, in all competitions.
The players are ready and waiting in the tunnel, I'm ready here and I hope you are, too! It should be a fantastic end to an enthralling UEFA Champions League group stage.
The line-ups are out for both sides and here they are, starting with the home side: Maribor (4-2-2-2): Handanovic; Stojanovic, Arghus, Rajcevic, Viler; Mertelj, Filipovic; Sallalich, Bohar; Tavares, Ibraimi.
Subs: Cotman, Suler, N'Diaye, Mejac, Zahovic, Mendy, Vrsic.
Here is how the away side line-up: Schalke (5-3-2): Fahrmann; Uchida, Neustadter, Kirchhoff, Howedes, Fuchs; Barnetta, Hoger, Aogo; Choupo-Moting, Huntelaar. Subs: Giefer, Friedrich, Meyer, Clemens, Sane, Ayhan, Sobottka.
The referee blows for half-time in Slovenia, with score at 0-0. Chances for Tavares and Huntelaar especially in that first-half with Schalke's compact defence able to hold off the exciting and lively Slovenian attack.
Schalke, remember, need to win this game regardless of the result between Chelsea and Schalke. The London club are currently giving the Royal Blues a chance, as they lead 2-0. Maribor looking to win and claim Europa League football. Should be a lively second-half.
FULL TIME! That's it, Schalke are through to the knockout stages with a 1-0 win against Maribor, thanks to Max Meyer's strike. Maribor head out of European competition for this season.
Schalke head into Monday's draw for the Round of 16 and pip Sporting to 2nd spot behind group winners Chelsea. A brave performance from Maribor who will feel unlucky to lose.
