It's Everton who need two goals, but Arsenal who are getting the better of the chances in this added time. They have plenty of space to work with on the counter, but are more content on trying to keep possession and wind these final minutes off the clock.
90' +3
SHOULD BE THREE! Bellerin makes another surging run along the right and sends a magnificent cross in for Giroud, who is all alone in the centre but misses the target with his header! What a letoff that is for Everton, though it may not matter much in the grand scheme of the match.
90' +1
Into the first of seven minutes of stoppage time now, as a result of the lengthy injury delays we have had throughout this second half.
89'
T. Rosický has scored a goal for Arsenal! Assist by M. Özil.
C. Chambers enters the game and replaces F. Coquelin.
ROSICKY DOUBLES ARSENAL'S ADVANTAGE! It is very unlucky for Everton as the substitute's shot looked relatively harmless, but picked up a generous deflection on its way to goal, beating a helpless Tim Howard.
88'
Arsenal make successive changes with Danny Welbeck first replacing Sanchez. Play resumes momentarily and then comes to a halt again as Coquelin is down with more blood coming from his nose. He is visibly groggy and I don't think he should have been allowed to play on after that collision with Giroud.
87'
D. Welbeck enters the game and replaces A. Sánchez.
86'
Ospina lunges in bravely at the near post to punch away a cross, but takes a hard shot from Lukaku in the process. The keeper is down and in some pain here, and though it was a strong punch from him, Koscielny did look to have Lukaku beaten to be able to head clear.
84'
D. Gibson enters the game and replaces G. Barry.
STAT ATTACK: Everton have lost six of their last seven Premier League matches away from home. The last time they did that without overlapping seasons was in February to May of 2001.
82'
T. Rosický enters the game and replaces A. Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Arsenal make a change in the hopes of solidifying things in midfield. Tomas Rosicky is on to replace Oxlade-Chamberlain, who failed to replicate his performance from Wednesday night.

Description
80'
GREAT BLOCK! Sanchez and Ozil spearhead a counter, with the German taking a pass and breaking into the area. He tries to flick the ball in at the far post with the outside of his foot, but Stones gets across to make an important block.
78'
L. Koscielny gets yellow.
Koscielny picks up a yellow card and Everton have another chance from a set piece. The delivery is whipped in at the far post but Arsenal just seem to want it more as again they are first to it to head clear and start back the other way on the counter.
77'
S. Naismith enters the game and replaces M. Bešić.
76'
Everton get back into attack and win a corner, deciding to make a substitution before it is to be taken. Steven Naismith is introduced at the expense of Besic, as Roberto Martinez starts to gamble here with 15 minutes left.
74'
Attacking has been a rarity for Arsenal in this second half but they do manage a good spell in the final third. The left channel sees plenty of action with Gibbs and Sanchez playing off eachother well. They could really do with a second goal here with Everton looking capable at erasing this lead.
72'
STRAIGHT AT OSPINA! That was a superb chance for Everton to equalize as Coleman surges down the right flank and sends a brilliant cutback pass into the path of Lennon inside the area. The Tottenham loanee has to reach forward to direct it goalwards, but sends it straight at Ospina. Either side of the keeper and it is 1-1.
70'
There will certainly be a bulk of time added on at the end of the match now as the medical staff is still out attending to Coquelin. A concussion is likely the prognosis, though I am not a doctor. The Frenchman is able to walk off on his own feet but has his nose plugged to stop the bleeding.
68'
There is a stop in the match now with Coquelin down after a nasty collision with his own teammate, Giroud. The two French players both went for the same ball and clashed heads. It was a nasty looking coming together and the midfielder definitely got the worst of it.
66'
TREMENDOUS SAVE! The technique from Lukaku is brilliant as well, getting on the end of a nifty little chipped pass from Barkley and hitting a thunderous volley at goal. Ospina reacts well to get a hand to it and guide it over the bar.
64'
STAT ATTACK: Everton have scored just one second half goal in their last five trips to the Emirates (D2, L3).
62'
A. Lennon enters the game and replaces Kevin Mirallas.
Everton make their first change and it was much needed as Aaron Lennon comes on to a chorus of boos - due to his Tottenham roots - with Kevin Mirallas giving way. The Belgian looks tired and uninterested and it has plagued the Toffees in attack.
60'
Bellerin is so positive in his play and that has proved difficult for Everton to deal with. The Spaniard is very eager to get forward and attack, but has this innate ability to pick his spots to do so. He has added excellent width to the Gunners going forward.
58'
Arsenal are defendng very well in and around their own penalty area. In midfield they are not having much success slowing Everton's transitional play, but their last-ditch defending has been top notch. Gabriel and Koscielny are sliding in at the vital moment with some strong challenges and you can sense the frustration building in the Everton camp.
56'
The game is opening up and the pace has increased in this second half, with Everton taking a few more chances in their pursuit of an equalizer. The Gunners are looking to counter at every opportunity and have some great width to their attack which is helping them in doing so.
54'
Tremendous from both players! Giroud takes a pass at the top of the six-yard box and battles away with Jagielka. It is a great tussle between the two, which Giroud appears to win, but the defender just manages to get a block in. It struck his hand actually, before going behind, but went unnoticed by referee and players alike.
52'
STAT ATTACK: Everton are winless in their last 20 trips to the Emirates (D4, L16). They last recorded a victory over Arsenal in London in January of 1996. Their last before that came in 1987.
50'
Everton have made a very positive start to this second half. A free kick from nearly the exact same spot is delivered in again by Garbutt and ushered behind by Gabriel. The pressure is kept on by the Toffees who win successive corners.
48'
Giroud is shown the first yellow card of the match as he clips the heels of Coleman after the right-back made a promising run along the right. Garbutt delivers the ensuing free kick and it's a tremendous cross into the area. No one gets their head to it, forcing Ospina to react quickly to knock it behind at the far post.
46'
O. Giroud gets yellow.
Everton get us underway in the second half at the Emirates. No changes to tell you about at the break.
45' +2
The first half ends with Everton in attack, but in what is something of a microcosm of their season, Coleman waits close to 20 seconds trying to throw the ball back in play from near the corner flag with his teammates fighting for position, prompting referee Andre Marriner to mercifully bring the half to an end.
45'
There will be two minutes of stoppage time at the end of this first half, as is indicated by the fourth official.
43'
The Emirates crowd has been invigorated following the Giroud goal and it has given Arsenal loads of confidence in their pursuit of a second. Cazorla picks up a pass atop the area and uses the run of Ozil as a decoy to create space for a shot, but Howard manages to tip his effort over the bar and behind for a corner.
41'
STAT ATTACK: Arsenal have not been held scoreless at the Emirates this season in the Premier League. They have netted at least one goal in each of their last 18 home matches in the top flight, last failing to find the back of the net in a scoreless draw against Manchester United on February 12 of last season.
39'
O. Giroud has scored a goal for Arsenal! Assist by M. Özil.
GIROUD GIVES ARSENAL A MUCH-NEEDED LEAD! It's sheer determination from the Frenchman who eludes Stones on a corner kick and meets the low cross with his weaker right foot, guiding it into the far corner. It is his fourth goal in his last four games against Everton and boy did he ever need that!
38'
MAGNIFICENT DEFENDING FROM THE BRAZILIAN! Everton counter threateningly and Arsenal are stretched at the back. Lukaku takes it the whole way himself, darting into the area and getting in close for a shot, but as he is getting set to pull the trigger, Gabriel slides in superbly to break up the move!
37'
Arsenal have really grown into the game well after a more than sluggish start, but are still lacking a little bit of creativity and decisiveness in the final third. Everton are being put under significant pressure at the back but their defenders have held firm thus far.
35'
SUPERB BLOCK! Ozil and the Ox link up well along the right. The midfielder sends a wonder one-touch pass into the path of Bellerin who comes charging in from the flank. The defender gets inside the area and takes aim, but Jagielka dives across brilliantly to get a block in!
33'
STAT ATTACK: In their last 18 league matches, Arsenal have conceded just five first-half goals, compared to 18 in the second half. They have kept seven clean sheets over that span.
31'
Disappointing! Everton win a free kick from a promising spot along the left, from about 35 yards out. They get all their big men into the penalty area and it is begging out for a good delivery. Garbutt tries to whip it in but there is not nearly enough pace behind it, allowing Ospina to make a simple catch.
29'
Selfish from the Frenchman. A threatening counter is started by Sanchez as he surges forward in possession. He lays a pass off for Ozil, who in turn sends a good ball forward to pick out the run of Giroud on the left. The striker has teammates running into the centre for a return pass put goes for goal himself from a difficult angle and Stones gets an easy block in.
27'
INCHES WIDE! Much better there from the hosts. Sanchez does well on the left and chips a superb cross into the centre. Stones is caught napping as Giroud surprises him by creeping in from behind, but his diving header misses by the narrowest of margins at the near post.
25'
Through the first 25 minutes now and we await the first shot on target. The only real chance of the match came off Gabriel's error, and these home fans are being lulled to sleep. It is hardly the start Arsenal would have wanted after their European debacle. The game is certainly there for the taking, they just don't look all that interested at the moment.
23'
Everton's midfield trio have had a lovely first half so far. They are keeping their shape very well and seem to have such a good understanding of one another. They are generating turnovers and making it very difficult on the Gunners to transition into the final third.
21'
STAT ATTACK: Arsenal have won six consecutive Premier League matches at the Emirates, averaging just under three goals per game over that span. They have not won seven home league games in a row since the start of the 2005 season (August to November).
19'
Sanchez is posing a greater threat with each attack and you can see his teammates feeding him the ball with every opportunity. The Chilean is linking up well with Cazorla and his trickery in the area is proving a handful to deal with, but this time McCarthy comes back to help out and shows good strength to block his run and usher the ball behind for a goal kick.
17'
TREMENDOUS WORK FROM OSPINA! Everton boot the ball up the pitch in order to clear the Arsenal threat, and Gabriel takes a chance on letting the ball drop and is made to pay for it. Lukaku surges in from behind and nudges it past the unsuspecting defender to get through on goal. Ospina charges out and gets just enough of the ball to prevent the striker from getting around him, then rushes over to his right to slide in and knock the ball out for a throw.
15'
Barry sends a long ball forward for Lukaku and the Belgian does well to track it down. He makes quick work of Gibbs and steps around Coquelin before seeing his shot blocked. Besic steps in on the follow up but his effort cannons way over the bar.
13'
The Gunners have settled in now and are seeing much more of the ball than they had through the first 10 minutes. Sanchez and Giroud work a one-two atop the area, but the Frenchman's return pass is deflected by Jagielka safely into the hand of Tim Howard.
11'
Arsenal manage their first attack of the match, and it results in their first corner. The delivery isn't dealt with and Alexis Sanchez keeps the ball in along the left. He does well to escape the challenge of Stones, but his ball into the box is very poor as it sails behind for a goal kick.
9'
STAT ATTACK: Everton have 28 points through 26 matches, a staggering 17 fewer than they did at this stage of the season in 2013/14 – Roberto Martinez's first in charge.
7'
Everton certainly appear up for the occasion today, passing it around well and dominating possession in the opening stages of the match. Arsenal appear much more like the team who got run over on Wednesday by Monaco than they do the one who have won six straight league matches at home.
5'
Everton win a free kick along the right and the ball is whipped in dangerously. Francis Coquelin makes a good defensive header to clear, but the threat stays on from the Toffees. A period of chaos ensues in and around the area and Arsenal are forced to put the ball out of play as John Stones and Phil Jagielka are down injured.
3'
Possession changes hands a few times early on as the two teams try and feel eachother out and settle into the match. The shadows on the pitch are a bit distracting and the sun is shining in the face of these Arsenal defenders.

The Gunner get us underway! Arsenal in red, moving left to right. Everton in blue. Here we go!
Hello Premier League fans around the world, and welcome to London! The Emirates is our venue today as Arsenal look to put their midweek Champions League defeat behind them against an Everton side struggling to find their form domestically. I am Alex Moretto and I will be your in-game host, guiding you through the match LIVE as it happens.
Arsenal suffered a horrendous defeat against Monaco on Wednesday, essentially bringing an end to their season in Europe, barring a miracle in the return leg. Their finishing was well below par and they defended poorly and they were made to pay - it's really as simple as that. The fans at the Emirates were understandably upset after the match, which is why it is so crucial for the Gunners to have a short memory and claim all three points today. The top four race remains incredibly tight, but Arsenal can move five points clear of Southampton in fifth, taking advantage of the Saints' defeat at the Hawthorns yesterday.
Everton are cruising in Europe, first topping a difficult group before breezing past Young Boys in the round of 32 to the tune of a 7-2 aggregate scoreline. The same can't be said about their form domestically. We are into March now and the Toffees have just one win in the league in 2015. They still find themselves uncomfortably close to the bottom three, and while pundits are reluctant to consider them legitimate relegation candidates, they have shown little in their play of late to instill confidence in their fans.
Gabriel Paulista makes just his second start since arriving at the Emirates, but his first in the Premier League, replacing Per Mertesacker who had a rough go at things on Wednesday. Manager Arsene Wenger has made just one other change, rewarding Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain for his goal against Monaco with a place in the starting lineup ahead of Danny Welbeck. Jack Wilshere has not fully recovered from his minor ankle surgery and is forced to miss out, with Aaron Ramsey and Mathieu Flamini joining him in the infirmary.
Romelu Lukaku's injury scare in the midweek Europa League clash proved to be nothing serious and he is in the starting XI. Roberto Martinez has made just three changes of his own following the Toffees 3-1 victory over Young Boys on Thursday. John Stones, back from suspension, replaces Antolin Alcaraz at the back, while Darron Gibson and Steven Naismith give way to Muhamed Besic and Ross Barkley.
The players make their way out onto the pitch on what is a beautiful, sunny afternoon at the Emirates. Just a few minutes away now from kick-off, in what is a massive game for both teams.
HALF TIME: ARSENAL 1-0 EVERTON. It was hardly a half of football to write home about, but Olivier Giroud's goal has the Gunners in front at the break. They started off poorly, perhaps feeling the ill-effects of Wednesday's defeat, but have since come alive and were the better of the two teams in the final 20 minutes. Everton failing to pose any sort of threat in attack outside of Lukaku and the onus has to be put on Barkley and Mirallas to help him out, having been largely anonymous for most of the first half.
FULL TIME: ARSENAL 2-0 EVERTON. It was not the most exciting or convincing from the Gunners, but goals from Olivier Giroud and Tomas Rosicky vault them back into third place in the Premier League table, and they are now just four points back of Manchester City in second. For Everton it is more of the same. The effort was lacking from them as yet another defeat has left them on the brink of a relegation battle.
I am Alex Moretto and I would like to thank you all for joining me here today! Good bye.
