Three minutes of added time allocated by the referee here as Inter look to claim a late win. All hands on deck for Parma at the back now! Do we have a winner in this?!
90'
Hernanes enters the game and replaces X. Shaqiri.
89'
Another throw of the dice from Mancini now as he introduces Hernanes on for the rather disappointing Shaqiri. If the hosts are going to claim all three points then they need to start pounding at that Parma door! The visitors hanging on for the point currently!
87'
Things are just not happening for Inter, and their home fans are getting incredibly frustrated at their side's inability to convert chances. Palacio is the villain on this occasion as he fails to get a decent connection on a header after a terrific cross from Shaqiri.
85'
Inter's build-up play has actually been okay today but they have displayed a desperate lack of quality in their final product inside the box. They need Icardi back from his suspension to put these chances away!
84'
M. Cassani enters the game and replaces C. Jorquera.
83'
What is Ranocchia doing?! The Inter captain latches on to a loose ball at the back post and instead of nodding inside to the unmarked Guarin, goes for goal himself from a very tight angle! Mirante collects comfortably and the Colombian is furious at not receiving the cut-back!
81'
A terrible misjudgement from both Medel and Juan Jesus allows Coda to pounce of possession and drive forward into the final third area. The substitute finds Ghezzal, but he ends up looping an awful finish over the bar from 15 yards out!
80'
Shaqiri pops up down the left-hand side now and sends a deep left-footed cross to the back post, which Podolski looks to get on the end of. The German looks poised to get the header away but Feddal is on hand to make the vital interception! Great defending!
78'
Parma follow suit as Roberto Donadoni makes his second substitution of the match. Belfodil is the man coming off and he'll be replaced as the central striker by Massimo Coda, who started the previous match against Torino.
Minute
Description
77'
M. Coda enters the game and replaces I. Belfodil.
A very positive substitution now from Roberto Mancini as he withdraws Felipe, who has done well on his Inter debut, for Podolski. A defender off and an attacker on; the former Manchester City coach is going all-out for the win!
76'
Ł. Podolski enters the game and replaces Felipe.
75'
Another booking for Inter now and it is probably the most deserved one you will ever see as Varela skips past Felipe down the touchline only to be cynically scythed down by his former team-mate. Both Inter central defenders into the book.
74'
Felipe gets yellow.
73'
Inter get the free kick around 35 yards out and Guarin fancies a crack at goal. The Colombian steps up and smashes a low shot under the Parma wall and it looks destined to find the bottom corner, but Mirante does brilliantly to make up the ground across goal to make the save.
71'
Shaqiri collects the ball with his back to goal and swiftly turns before finding himself in plenty of space. The Swiss has Palacio square to him and seems to be indecisive in whether to shoot or pass, as he ends up dinking a nothing strike into the hands of Mirante. Curious decision there!
69'
Shaqiri floats a lofted pass up top and Palacio collects with a brilliant first touch before allowing the ball to bounce and then smashing a sweet half volley towards goal. Mirante scrambles across but he is let off the hook as the attempt from the Argentine goes a yard wide. Would have been a superb goal had the strike found the net!
67'
Brozovic strides forward unopposed through the middle and decides to have a crack at goal. The Croatian unleashes a right-footed strike from 25 yards out that gives Mirante a cause for concern, but ends up flashing just wide of the post. Good initiative from Inter's January signing.
65'
Ghezzal goes on a marauding run down the right flank and successfully takes on two defenders before reversing a pass inside. Belfodil gets ahead of his marker to meet the cross, but ends up fluffing his lines to send a strike horribly wide of the post! That was a massive chance!
63'
There has been a pretty scandalous lack of movement from the Inter frontline at the moment as the midfielders lackadaisically move the ball around in central areas. Just a severe lack of intensity from the hosts - but still plenty of time to inject some pace into proceedings.
61'
A. Ranocchia gets yellow.
Ranocchia is the first man to enter the book and it is for yet another rather cynical foul near the halfway line on Belfodil. That duel has been one of the more entertaining factors of the game so far. You have to say that the Algerian has come out on top up to this point!
59'
Palacio releases Juan Jesus down the left and the full-back does brilliantly to make the most out of what was a pretty poor pass. The cross eventually is swung inside but Mendes clears the danger from near the front post.
57'
Plenty of enthusiasm coming from Parma here but they should perhaps be showing a little more attacking ambition considering Inter are playing highly within themselves. Signs of frustration and discontent coming from the San Siro faithful!
55'
How has Guarin escaped a yellow here?! Mauri has his back to the Inter goal and looks to quickly turn to find some space, but is put onto his backside by not one but two hacked challenges from the Colombian. The Parma midfielder is asking for a booking to be issued, but somehow it evades Guarin.
53'
Juan Jesus collects possession just outside the box down the left and curls a teasing cross into the middle of the penalty area. Kovacic meets it with a powerful header but the attempt lacks direction and ends up flying far wide. Good run but a poor finish.
51'
It looks like the second half is going to follow the same formula as the opening 45 minutes with Inter enjoying the majority of possession and Parma looking to break on the counterattack. A little more tempo and intensity required from both though.
49'
Belfodil receives the ball to feet on the halfway line and cleverly earns the foul out of Ranocchia, who was a little too eager to win possession with the rash challenge. The Inter pressure temporarily lifted from the Parma defence.
47'
A couple of changes to report for you at half time as both sides shake up their attacking ranks. Kovacic replaces Puscas for Inter and Ghezzal replaces Lila for Parma.
46'
A. Ghezzal enters the game and replaces A. Lila.
M. Kovačić enters the game and replaces G. Puşcaş.
We are back under way at San Siro!
44'
A. Lila has scored a goal for Parma! Assist by Silvestre Varela.
GOOOOOAAAAAAALLLLLL FOR PARMA! DONADONI'S MEN EQUALISE! Varela is involved positively again as he breaks down the right before whipping a cross into the box. Lila gets ahead of Medel all too easily and brilliantly sends a looping header into the top corner! One-one! GAME ON!
42'
PUSCAS GOES CLOSE! Palacio drifts into the right wing and then shifts on to his left foot before curling a cross to the edge of the six-yard box. The 18-year-old gets on the end of it and glances a header towards the bottom corner, but it goes just wide!
40'
Felipe commits a needless foul around 30 yards out and Parma get the free kick. Costa steps up and lashes the set-piece towards goal, but Handanovic retreats and manages to tip over the bar. A really decent attempt there, but comfortable enough in the end for the Inter keeper.
38'
Parma counterattack at pace and Belfodil eventually receives the ball before ominously bursting into the box. The Algerian cleverly leaves Ranocchia for dead with a lovely bit of skill before smashing a shot at goal, but Felipe helps out his defensive partner with an important block.
36'
Mauri gets into a great position on the edge of the box and looks to find a yard of space to get a shot away. The right-footed strike eventually comes but takes a deflection on its route to goal, which means it trickles harmlessly into the hands of the grateful Handanovic.
34'
Brozovic clips a searching pass down the left channel and Puscas bursts a gut to get on the end of it, before looking to dink the ball through the legs of Mendes. The Parma defender stands tall and solidly tackles out for a throw-in though.
32'
Varela pops up down the right and takes on Juan Jesus before whipping a wicked cross to the near post. Belfodil looks to get on the end of it but Santon is on hand to clear away the danger behind for a corner kick. Much better from the visitors!
30'
Inter just continue to implement a period of possession in the middle of the park as they aim to tire out the relegation candidates. Medel has been at the heart of it with short, stabbed passes from deeper areas near the centre circle.
28'
Ranocchia and Felipe comfortably play the ball around at the back without any pressure coming from the Parma attackers. The home side are in no rush to find another goal at the moment, with Donadoni's men looking slightly down heartened.
26'
Inter probably deserve that lead based on possession but they haven't had to work particularly hard for it. Parma need to focus and concentrate at the back otherwise this could be yet another nightmare afternoon in Seria A for them.
25'
F. Guarín has scored a goal for Inter Milan! Assist by G. Medel.
GOOOOAAAAAAAALLLLLL FOR INTER!! THE NERAZZURRI TAKE THE LEAD! Medel plays square to Guarin and the Colombian fires a strike at goal which takes a wicked deflection off Mauri before nestling into the corner! Bad luck for Parma on that one but Inter won't care! One-nil!
24'
Just beyond the midway point in the first half at the San Siro and it has near enough been a training session for Inter. Parma have shown glimpses of a threat on the counterattack through Varela and Belfodil, but Handanovic hasn't been tested at all yet.
22'
Inter have certainly dominated proceedings so far, but Mirante in between the sticks for Parma hasn't been particularly taxed by the attackers. Some more creativity and dynamism required from the hosts in the final third.
20'
Brozovic leads the Inter charge through the middle and eventually fires a pass into the feet of Palacio. The Argentine turns sharply and then looks to release Puscas with an incisive pass through the middle, but Feddal is covering across to make the interception.
18'
Guarin receives the ball to feet in the inside right channel and searches for Puscas with a right-footed cross. The Romanian is sniffing around looking to get a header away but the ball is superbly cleared by Mendes, who turns behind for the first Inter corner kick of the match.
16'
Belfodil drives down the left flank and then shifts back inside before jinking past Ranocchia. The Algerian hits a searching cross into the box but there are no takers for Parma! A nice move, but no final product for Donadoni's men!
14'
SAVE FROM MIRANTE! Palacio hits the byline and then drifts into the box before playing inside to Shaqiri, who opens up his left foot to direct a strike towards the near post. The Parma keeper is once again well-positioned to make the block, though. Nice build-up from Inter there!
12'
Santon gets into an advanced position down the right-hand side and clips a teasing cross into the box. The ball bounces directly in front of Mirante and the Parma keeper does really well to keep a hold of it and claw possession into his chest.
10'
Nocerino robs Medel of possession in the middle of the park and drives ahead before releasing Belfodil. The former Inter attacker searches for a team-mate inside the box but is forced back, which allows the hosts to retreat back into a defensive position. Parma probably could have made a lot more from that!
8'
Perhaps predictably, Inter have dominated these early proceedings at San Siro. Shaqiri is playing in his favoured position just between the midfield and attack, and it is allowing the Switzerland international to pull the strings in dangerous areas.
6'
Puscas gets in behind the Parma defence and looks poised to smash a strike into the corner, but the play is pulled back as the Romanian is flagged as offside. Just as well, as his poorly executed finish was eventually saved by Mirante! Should be interesting to see what the 18-year-old is made of in Icardi's absence.
4'
Juan Jesus is being deployed in his new role at left-back today, and already he has shown his ambition to get down the wing to provide width in attack. His first venture up the field ends with a blocked cross, which allows him to collect possession again and pass inside to Brozovic.
2'
Our first strike on goal in the match comes from Varela, who bursts down the right wing before cutting inside on his left foot and firing a shot towards Handanovic. The Inter goalkeeper easily sees it over the bar, though. Decent attempt!

We are under way at San Siro!
Good afternoon football fans! Welcome to LIVE coverage of the Serie A clash between Inter and Parma from San Siro!
I'm Martin Macdonald, and I'll be taking you through the action!
Indeed, Parma have altogether bigger issues to deal with than simply relegation as they continue to battle against liquidation. Roberto Donadoni's side should however be playing with a certain freedom – as they are more or less doomed to Serie B already.
Mancini has made four changes from the previous match, which was a 1-0 loss to Sampdoria. Vidic, D'Ambrosio, Icardi, and Podolski miss out and coming into the starting XI is Santon, Felipe, Palacio, and Puscas.
The race for the European places in the Serie A table continues today as Roberto Mancini's outfit aim to end a poor run of four consecutive games without a win. This dip in recent form has seen Inter drop down to ninth in the table with just 37 points taken from 28 matches this campaign. However, they will certainly fancy their chances today against a Parma side who are horribly adrift at the bottom of the table with just nine points recorded this season.
Inter's form heading into the international break is certainly cause for concern, but they are playing the statistically worst defence in the league in Parma, who have conceded 53 goals. When you combine this with the fact that the Nerazzurri are the fourth highest scorers in the league despite their position, all signs are pointing to a home win today.
Parma also make four changes. Iacobucci, Cassani, Lucarelli, and Coda are replaced by Mirante, Feddal, Gobbi, and Mauri.
The teams have made their way to the pitch and we are almost ready for kick off!
Half time at San Siro. Inter are men with a chorus of boos as the whistle goes as they head into the break all-square with Parma. The hosts have dominated the opening 45 minutes in terms of possession and went ahead through deflected Guarin strike, but Parma rallied and eventually equalised on the stroke of half time thanks to Lila. Should be a very entertaining second half!
Full time at San Siro. The final whistle catalyses a chorus of boos from the home fans as Inter at held at home 1-1 by Serie A rock bottom side, Parma. Guarin gave the Nerazzurri the lead in the first period with a deflected strike, but Donadoni's outfit battled hard and eventually clawed a goal back through Lila. Second half a story of missed chances. European football ever quickly appearing to evade Inter! I'm Martin Macdonald, thanks for joining us, see you next time!
