Mr Probert blows his whistle and Leicester make it three wins in a row!
90' +1
We are now into the first of three additional minutes at the end of this game.
89'
A. King has scored a goal for Leicester City!
ANDY KING! 2-0 TO LEICESTER - GAME OVER!! And it's a howler for Fabianski! Cambiasso whips in a powerful free kick that the Swans keeper parries when he should gather, and King is first on the scene to finish and surely give Leicester another three points!
88'
J. Shelvey gets yellow.
The noise levels increase at the King Power as Mahrez is awarded a free kick on the edge of the box, after another positive run is thwarted by Shelvey who has his name taken.
87'
As things stand, only goal difference is keeping Leicester inside the bottom three. They are just two goals shy of Hull City who aren't in action this afternoon.
85'
Elsewhere, Stoke have turned things around against Southampton! Charlie Adam has just put them 2-1 up and put a huge dent in the Saints' Champions League hopes.
83'
GREAT EFFORT FROM MAHREZ! In trademark style, he skips in onto his left foot from the right hand side, and unleashes a fierce strike that has to be pushed around the post by Fabianski.
82'
He should have done better there, however. He was found in the box and under pressure from the Swansea defence, he sent his shot way off target. Another good position wasted by the hosts.
80'
Vardy really is the epitomy of Leicester in their fight against the drop. His work rate is second to none and he is always looking to make things happen.
78'
NO PENALTY! Vardy races into the box and goes down under pressure from Williams and Mr Probert is not interested in the Leicester man's appeals. While penalties have been awarded for a lot less, it would have been harsh at it was a 50-50 challenge.
Minute
Description
77'
Can Leicester hold on as we approach the closing stages of this contest? They are showing the right attitude at the moment, still searching for more goals.
75'
M. Emnes enters the game and replaces Nélson Oliveira.
Final changes for both sides. It's a conservative one for Leicester as Danny Drinkwater comes on for Kramaric, while it's like for like for Swansea with Marvin Emnes replacing Oliveira.
74'
D. Drinkwater enters the game and replaces A. Kramarić.
73'
GREAT GOALKEEPING FROM FABIANSKI! Leicester break on the counter attack and it's two against one with Vardy laying the ball off for Mahrez, but Fabianski spreads himself well to deny the substitute's attempt to lift the ball over him.
72'
DID HE MEAN THAT?! Sigurdsson's low free kick across the ground misses everyone in the box and runs for an unmarked Montero, whose shot is deflected over the bar.
70'
N. Dyer enters the game and replaces W. Routledge.
Another change here but for the Swans this time, with Nathan Dyer coming on for Routledge. He is a very good player and has the ability to cause problems down the right flank.
68'
R. Mahrez enters the game and replaces L. Ulloa.
Leicester are making that change now and Ulloa is the man who is going to be replaced. He has worked hard for three quarters of this game and won't complain given that he wasn't even in the initial starting 11. Mahrez enters the action.
67'
Well held once more by Schmeichel! From the resulting corner, Shelvey unleashes a fierce drive from outside the box and the Leicester keeper does well to hold the ball.
66'
WHAT A SAVE BY SCHMEICHEL! His father would have been proud of that one! Oliveira skips over the challenge of Huth and looks to steer the ball into the far corner, but Schmeichel leaves his leg trailing and manages to knock it to safety.
64'
There is some activity on the Leicester bench. It looks like they're going to bring on Riyad Mahrez, who will definitely brighten things up down the wings.
62'
Incredibly, this is the Ecuadorian's 15th appearance in the Premier League as a subsitute this season. That is five more than he has started, but he is still searching for his first goal in the English top flight.
60'
The Swans will be hoping that Montero can provide them with some much needed firepower. They have seriously been lacking it up to the hour mark.
58'
J. Montero enters the game and replaces Ki Sung-Yueng.
Swansea make their first change of the afternoon and it's an attacking one, with Jefferson Montero coming on in place of Ki who has had a disappointing afternoon in all fairness.
56'
Kramaric should do better! Ulloa's cross from the right is mishit by Vardy but runs very kindly to the Croatian, whose side-footed effort ends up in the stands.
54'
CLOSE FROM ULLOA! Vardy brings the ball out wide and sits a cross up for his centre forward, who just can't get over the header and sends it looping just over the bar.
53'
GOOD SAVE FROM SCHMEICHEL! Shelvey drives at the Leicester defence, plays a couple of neat one-twos before bending an effort towards the far corner and the Leicester keeper is at full stretch to palm the ball away.
50'
NOT TOO FAR AWAY, KRAMARIC! He picks the ball up just inside the Swansea half and cuts inside on the edge of the box, before curling an effort that is inches from nestling in the top corner.
48'
JUST WIDE FROM ALBRIGHTON! Great work and cross from Schlupp on the left hand side finds his opposite winger, who controls the ball on his chest but just drags his shot fast the post.
46'
R. De Laet enters the game and replaces M. Wasilewski.
Leicester get us back underway!
45' +2
Mr Probert looks at his watch and brings the first half to a close.
45' +1
Meanwhile, we're into the first of two added minutes at the end of his first half.
45'
Danger for Leicester as Sigurdsson cleverly weaves in and out of a couple of challenges, but a deflection takes the sting out of his shot and Schmeichel can collect once more.
44'
Shelvey tries his luck from distance with a bending effort, but Schmeichel gathers without too much difficulty. The former Liverpool man could have done better, but he is trying to make something happen for his side.
42'
A dangerous cross comes over from the Leicester right and Fabianski comes a long way out of goal, but just gets enough on the ball to claw it away from danger. Garry Monk will have had his heart in his mouth for a split second then!
40'
Speaking of four, Leicester are looking to score two goals or more in four straight Premier League games for the first time since May 2000 - that year they qualified for Europe!
38'
Swansea's ability isn't in question though. It's now their fourth season in the Premier League and they have firmly established themselves in the top flight. Should they avoid defeat today, it will be the first time since January 2013 that they have gone four matches unbeaten.
36'
The balance of play is switching in Swansea's favour here. Leicester are being pegged back at the moment and don't want to rest on their laurels too much. They have the attacking quality so they should make it tell.
34'
Very good defensive work from Albrighton! He made up vital yards for his side to deny a threatening Routledge from getting an almost certain shot on goal.
32'
Interestingly, this season is the first that the two sides have faced off in the top flight. Before the start of this campaign, all 31 meetings had come in the second tier or cup competitions.
30'
A very good score coming in for Leicester is that Burnley have just fallen behind at Everton. Kevin Mirallas has put the Toffees in front at Goodison Park.
28'
There is a slight concern though for the Swans. Routledge has just gone down and is receiving attention from the physio. Nigel Pearson is taking the opportunity to get his players together and restore their focus.
26'
Swansea are enjoying their first meaningful spell in this game. They have spent the majority of the last two or three minutes camped inside the Leicester half, but just need a bit more creativity in the final third.
24'
Leicester may have a decent record against the Swans on home turf, but the visitors have won three of the past four meetings between the sides albeit their wins all came at the Liberty Stadium.
22'
ALBRIGHTON MUST DO BETTER! The winger cleverly cuts inside Angel Rangel and has a free shot at goal, but bends it wide of the target. Goal difference is going to be vital at the end of the season - Leicester can't waste too many chances like that.
21'
It was written in the script for Ulloa to make an impact on this game. Remember, he wasn't even meant to be starting and only came in as a late replacement for the injured Nugent. A definite blessing in disguise for Leicester, so far!
19'
IT'S A LOVELY FINISH BY ROUTLEDGE... BUT HE'S OFFSIDE! He just springs the offside trap a fraction too early to latch onto a through ball and is rightly flagged offside. Nevertheless, he beautifully lifts the ball over Schmeichel - just a shame it doesn't count really.
17'
It really has been the perfect start by the hosts - just what they need to do if they're going to avoid the drop. They cannot take their feet off the gas now, they must keep searching for more goals.
15'
L. Ulloa has scored a goal for Leicester City! Assist by W. Morgan.
GOAL FOR LEICESTER - LEONARDO ULLOA! They have the breakthrough and you cannot say they don't deserve it! The Argentine wins the initial long ball forward by Wasilewski and Morgan cushions it back into his path, before he drills home past the flat-footed Fabianski for his 10th goal of the season.
13'
Cambiasso is rolling back the years so far. He is dictating the pace of the game like he used to do in his days at Real Madrid and Inter. His experience is going to be vital in the closing stages of the season.
11'
Swansea have weathered the early storm a little. They have settled down now and started to string a few passes together. Leicester just need to keep doing what they have been over the first 11 minutes.
9'
Another statistic that favours Leicester's chances this afternoon is that the last seven competitive meetings between these two have all been won by the home side.
7'
This opening from Leicester has made it difficult for Swansea to find a rhythm early on. They were never going to expect an easy game here though, the last time they won in Leicester was back in 1950!
5'
It's been a very bright start indeed by the Foxes, but even more so for West Brom (who Leicester beat last weekend) who have taken an early lead at Crystal Palace through James Morrison.
3'
J. Amat gets yellow.
Amat picks up the first booking of the afternoon as he is judged to have brought down King, who made a lot of it in all fairness. Leicester have a free kick in a dangerous area.
2'
BLISTERING START FROM LEICESTER! They have caused Swansea problems on three occasions inside the opening couple of minutes. Vardy very nearly pounced and got in behind straight from the kick off, he then had a cross that was dealt with as did Albrighton.
1'
HERE WE GO! Swansea get the ball rolling on a sunny afternoon - perfect football weather!
Good afternoon and welcome to LIVE text commentary of the Barclays Premier League. We're at the King Power Stadium today as Leicester City take on Swansea City. I'm Jonathan Davies and I'll be guiding you through the action.
The teams are in and Leicester have made three changes to the side that won late at West Bromwich Albion last week. Marcin Wasilewski, Andy King and Andrej Kramaric come into the starting 11 with Ritchie De Laet, Matty James and Leonardo Ulloa dropping to the bench. Both of Swansea's changes from the draw with Everton are forced. With Bafetimbi Gomis injured and Neil Taylor suspended, Nelson Oliveira and Jordi Amat are brought in by Garry Monk.
LEICESTER CITY (4-4-1-1): Schmeichel; Wasilewski, Huth, Morgan (c), Schlupp; Albrighton, King, Cambiasso, Vardy; Nugent; Kramaric.
LEICESTER CITY SUBS: Schwarzer, De Laet, Konchesky, Drinkwater, James, Ulloa, Mahrez.
SWANSEA CITY (4-3-3): Fabianski; Amat, Fernandez, Williams (c), Angel Rangel; Ki, Cork, Shelvey; Routledge, Oliveira, Sigurdsson.
SWANSEA CITY SUBS: Tremmel, Britton, Emnes, Dyer, Montero, Grimes, Bartley.
Two sides with very different agendas this afternoon. Bottom club Leicester are looking to continue their recent revival and take a huge step towards climbing out of the drop zone, while eighth-placed Swansea are hoping to close the gap on Tottenham to four points.
The teams are out and kick off is just moments away! Lee Probert is our referee today - it's over a year since he took charge of a match involving either side.
LATE CHANGE! Leicester have been forced into a change on the eve of kick off! Nugent was injured in the warm-up and is replaced by Ulloa in the starting line-up. Tom Lawrence takes his place on the bench.
HALF TIME - LEICESTER CITY 1 SWANSEA CITY 0
Nigel Pearson will be very pleased with his side at the break. They hit the ground running and were good value for their lead, but need to regain authority in the second half. Swansea slowly got themselves into the contest but need to offer a lot more in that final third.
There have been goals in every game so far in the Barclays Premier League. West Brom are still a goal to the good at Crystal Palace, as are Everton at Swansea. Southampton are keeping their Champions League ambitions alive at Stoke, Morgan Schneiderlin scored the only goal of the game on 22 minutes.
The teams are back out and Leicester have made a change at the break. Ritchie De Laet has come on at right-back in place of Wasilewski.
FULL TIME - LEICESTER CITY 2 SWANSEA CITY 0
Leicester take a huge stride towards Premier League survival as goals from Leonardo Ulloa and Andy King move them to within a point of safety. A disappointing day for Swansea who failed to close the gap on Tottenham in seventh place.
And that's it for this afternoon. Thank you for following the LIVE action from the King Power Stadium. I've been Jonathan Davies and until next time, have a very good weekend!
