IT'S ALL OVER! The visitors can't muster as much as a shot on goal as they go out without a whimper.
90' +1
Bruno Gama enters the game and replaces V. Luchkevych.
Dnipro make their third and final change as Bruno Gama enters the match. It's hardly a tactical change, but rather a way to milk precious time off the clock.
90'
The board goes up to indicate three minutes of stoppage time. Can Club Brugge pull it off?
88'
Club Brugge are the only remaining unbeaten team in the competition this season, having not lost a match since entering the third round of qualifying, setting a Europa League record (W11, D4). That mark is in serious jeopardy if they don't score in the dying minutes here, and at the moment they can't even get possession back!
87'
O. Oularé gets yellow.
86'
Víctor Vázquez enters the game and replaces N. Storm.
T. Dierckx enters the game and replaces J. Izquierdo.
It's a double change for Club Brugge as they try whatever it takes to rescue this tie. Victor Vazquez, who has five goals in the competition, and Tuur Dierckx come on in place of Storm and Izquierdo.
84'
Well, it's desperation time now for the visitors! Instead of being rewarded for adopting a more positive approach, it comes back to bite them in the behind. They certainly aren't out of it yet, however, as a late equalizer would see them go through on away goals.
82'
Y. Shakhov has scored a goal for Dnipro! Assist by R. Rotan.
BRUGGE ARE CAUGHT ON THE BREAK AND DNIPRO BREAK THE DEADLOCK! It couldn't have come at a better time for the hosts! The visitors are caught as they pushed for a winner, allowing Dnipro to break with pace. Shakhov latches onto a pass from Rotan and takes a step towards the centre before driving a left-footed shot past Ryan with the aid of a slight deflection!
81'
J. Kankava gets yellow.
80'
Club Brugge continue to enjoy a positive spell in possession but are seriously lacking in creativity. It's looking far too easy for the Dnipro defence, and the visitors have also got to be careful not to be caught on the break.
Minute
Description
78'
The visitors are taking a few more chances as they begin to commit some men forward into attack. They still have a title chase on their hands, and with a lengthy list of injuries, they will not want to play another 30 minutes of football if they can avoid it.
76'
A rare corner is awarded to Club Brugge, and they have a few big men who can make themselves a threat from these set pieces, but another inadequate delivery - this time from Rafaelov - sees the opportunity wasted.
74'
STAT ATTACK: Dnipro are making their first ever appearance in the quarter-finals of the competition, though they did reach this stage of the European Champion Clubs' Cup in both 1985 and 1990, both times resulting in aggregate losses to Bordeaux and Benfica.
72'
N. Kalinić enters the game and replaces Y. Selezniov.
GOOD START! Oulare lets fly from 30-yards out but doesn't miss by a great distance. It's the most positive sign we've seen from the visitors in attack in this second half. Meanwhile, Dnipro make their second change as striker Nikola Kalinic comes on to replace Seleznyov.
70'
O. Oularé enters the game and replaces T. De Sutter.
The visitors make their first change of the match and it should help them going forward. Oulare is on to replace De Sutter up top, and he provides much more agility and pace, which has been so desperately lacking from Brugge.
68'
There's been very little happening in attack for either side in the last 10-15 minutes, with the match just screaming out for a goal. It's as if both teams started the second half playing for extra time. A goal from either side would do wonders to open things up for the final 20 minutes.
66'
Full credit has to be given to De Fauw for his admirable defensive work tonight. The right-back has been as busy as an accountant during tax season, with Dnipro feeding Konoplyanka the ball in attack - though for the most part, he's done an admirable job of keeping the winger out.
64'
De Sutter is playing the role of Tom Hanks in Cast Away in this second half. The striker has nothing to accompany him in attack but a ball, which he actually does well to hold up here and win a free kick. Brugge send men forward as they get set to take it, but Vormer's delivery is well below par.
62'
STAT ATTACK: Dnipro are unbeaten in their six home matches in 2015, across all competitions (W5, D1). They have yet to allow a single goal at home in the New Year, last conceding on the first of December in a 1-1 draw with Metalurh Donetsk.
60'
Club Brugge are defending with nine men at the moment. De Sutter is the lone player not behind the ball, as he waits by the halfway line, but it's generally a very cautious approach from the visitors. Even if they did get the ball up to the striker, he would be surrounded by blue shirts with no options for a pass.
59'
R. Rotan gets yellow.
58'
Izuierdo's pace has proven to cause a bit of panic in defence for Dnipro, but the winger has had very few chances to put his speed on display. The visitors need to start getting him the ball, because absolutely nothing else has been working for them going forward.
56'
THE BALL IS IN THE BACK OF THE NET! For the first time in this tie, the ball is turned in. Seleznyov made the run to get on the end of a ball over the top, but Ryan hardly moved in goal as the flag went up right away to indicate an offside. It's only a teaser from the hosts.
54'
Storm is penalized for a challenge on Konoplyanka, with the Ukrainian adding to his stats as the most fouled player in the tournament. The ensuing free kick is played short and eventually knocked behind for a corner, but it results in nothing for the hosts.
52'
STAT ATTACK: Club Brugge won both their knockout stage matches away from home this season by scores of 3-1. They trailed Besiktas 1-0 in Turkey before turning it around with three second half goals.
50'
The high-flying start to the half from the hosts didn't last very long as we get pack to the congested ways of the opening 45 minutes. Both teams are getting so many men behind the ball in defence that it is going to take something special to break the deadlock.
48'
THAT HAD TO BE THE OPENER! It's agonizingly close to the breakthrough for Dnipro. Rotan provides a stunning ball over the top to play Konoplyanka through, but his shot from in tight rolls just inches wide at the far post!
46'
Y. Shakhov enters the game and replaces R. Bezus.
Here we go again! Yevhen Shakhov is on to start the second half for the hosts, after missing the first leg due to a suspension. He replaces Roman Bezus in midfield, which likely pushes Rotan into a more attacking role.
45'
NEAR DISASTER! Michel Preud’homme shakes his head in disbelief as a miscommunication between Ryan and Mechele nearly gifts Bezus the opener! The midfielder fails to take advantage, however, as the first half comes to an end.
43'
Much better from Rafaelov! The winger has been kept quiet for the most part in the first half, but he provides Dnipro with a glimpse of what he's capable of as he makes a strong run into attack, before winning his side a free kick atop the area. He takes the ensuing delivery, but it's quite poor as the first defender manages to clear.
41'
STAT ATTACK: Dnipro are the lowest scoring team in the knockout stage, among those still remaining in the competition. They have six goals in their five matches from the round of 32 and beyond.
39'
TREMENDOUS BLOCK! Kankava makes a rare run into attack and gets on the end of a pass from Seleznyov. He's through on goal from a bit of a tight angle, but can't even get a shot through as Mechele recovers brilliantly to slide in and turn it aside.
37'
Neither side has opted to try and take control, with the match certainly there for the taking. Both teams are aware of the repercussions of conceding the first goal, and thus have been very cautious in their approach as the first half begins to wind down.
35'
The hosts win yet another corner and pile their big men forward into the box. The end result is a real letdown, however, as Konoplyanka's delivery has far too much height to it, sailing far at the back post and forcing Cheberyachko into a foul as he works to try and win possession.
33'
LOVELY BREAK! Much better, that, from the visitors. They have so much pace going forward that could see them really threaten Dnipro on the counter, but we have seen very little of that through the opening half hour. This time Vormer provides good defensive support, before winning the ball back and playing a tremendous ball forward for Izquierdo. The winger cuts into the centre and has a chance at a shot before being taken out atop the area. No foul is given, but the Colombian had a real case for one there.
31'
GOOD CHANCE! Some tidy build-up play from the hosts there! Bezus does well to find a pocket of space and he picks out Seleznyov inside the area. The striker nudges it onto his right and lashes an effort at goal, but fails to hit the target. That was a real shooting chance and he has to be doing better from there.
29'
STAT ATTACK: These two teams have met once previously in their history, in the 2004 UEFA Cup group stage. Dnipro battled back from a 2-1 deficit to win the game 3-2 in Ukraine en route to finishing as group winners.
27'
The hosts are looking to send the ball to Konoplyanka at every chance they get, and while he's done well to create some space for himself, he's being largely smothered in possession. They have to start taking a few chances and committing men forward in support, or we could well be in for another scoreless draw.
25'
Brugge enjoy a brief spell in possession following a Bezus foul, but they fail to get the ball up to their front three, who have been starved of service throught the match thus far. There are very few ways through the midfield third thus far, which has been about as congested as the Tokyo subway during rush hour.
23'
The tactical battle in midfield has been quite intriguing. At the risk of limiting their offensive output, Rafaelov and Izquierdo have tracked back well defensively, helping the Belgian side to clog up the midfield third. It's forcing Dnipro to try and play the ball over the top from deeper-lying positions, an approach which has been largely unsuccessful thus far.
21'
It has been all Dnipro in the last 15 minutes, as the hosts continue to dominate possession. Konoplyanka has largely been their only creative outlet thus far in attack, however, as they struggle to make life difficult on the visitors in defence.
19'
STAT ATTACK: Dnipro have played five home matches in the Europa League this season (W3, D2), four of which have ended with a 1-0 scoreline. The lone other was a 2-0 victory for the Ukrainian side over Olympiakos in the round of 32, meaning none of their five home matches have seen both teams score a goal.
17'
Konoplyanka is growing more dangerous with each touch on the ball and another delicate run down the flank causes Brugge a few problems. The winger wins his side a corner, but Rotan's delivery is punched clear by Ryan.
15'
The tides are starting to turn in favour of the hosts, but much like the first leg, it's all fizzling out in the final third for them. An encouraging move through the centre presents Bezus with a shooting chance, but he drives his effort miles over the bar. That would have been three points if we were playing American football.
13'
DECENT EFFORT! Mechele is penalized for a handball, awarding the hosts their first chance from a set piece. The always dangerous Konoplyanka steps up to take it, but his drive from 30-yards out is straight at Mathew Ryan who makes a comfortable stop.
11'
De Sutter does well to hold the ball up in the attacking half, moving surprisingly well in possession for a man of his stature, before winning a free kick off a foul by Fedetskiy. The ensuing set piece is played short by Rafaelov, but the hosts sniff it out well.
9'
Dnipro start to up the tempo themselves and Yevhen Konoplyanka issues his first warning signs to the Club Brugge defence as he wiggles his way into the area. The visitors have enough men back this time around, however, as they swarm the winger like a pack of wolves, intercepting his attempted cutback and clearing the threat.
7'
STAT ATTACK: Club Brugge are unbeaten in their five away matches in the Europa League proper this season, posting the most goals of all remaining teams away from home, while outscoring their opponents 13-2.
5'
It's been a very encouraging start for the visitors. They've enjoyed a few positive forays into attack and have the Dnipro back line on their heels a bit to start. The wing play from Brugge has been excellent thus far, suggesting Leo Matos and Artem Fedetskiy will have their hands full throughout the 90 minutes.
3'
Davy De Fauw and Nikola Storm link-up well on the right, carving the Dnipro defence open like your Thanksgiving turkey. The duo win their side a corner, but an important defensive header from Roman Bezus sees the danger cleared.
1'
Off we go then! Dnipro in blue, Club Brugge in orange. It's a perfect evening for football in Ukraine.
Hello and welcome to Ukraine, where the Europa League quarter-final comes to a close tonight! The Olimpiyskiy Stadium in Kyiv is our venue as Dnipro try to make history by booking their place in the semi-finals against a Club Brugge side continuing their chase of the treble. I am Alex Moretto and I will be your in-game host, guiding you through the match LIVE as it happens!
Dnipro remain three points back of Shakhtar for second place in the Ukrainian League, with six games remaining. A top two finish would give them a chance at qualifying for next season's Champions League, but there is another route for Myron Markevych's men – a Europa League title. They are considered big outsiders to raise the trophy in May, but have relished the role of underdogs throughout the tournament as they continue to defy the odds. A scoreless draw in the first leg in Belgium has put them in a good position to go through to the last four today, but an away goal for Brugge could change the entire dynamic of the tie.
Club Brugge are continuing their illustrious, improbable and admirable quest for the treble. It would be more than a remarkable achievement for the Pro League side, who lead the domestic league with seven games to play, while already winning the Belgian Cup for the first time since 2007. The Blue-Blacks are also is position to end a 10-year wait since they last topped their domestic league, meaning a victory or scoring draw here today to advance to the semi-finals of the Europa League would keep the dream alive for Club Brugge.
CLUB BRUGGE SUBS: Silva, Vazquez, Kujovic, Coopman, Van den Buijs, Dierckx, Oulare.
Valeriy Fedorchuk is suspended for the Ukrainian side after his booking in the first leg. His place in midfield is taken up by Ruslan Rotan, while Roman Bezus comes off the bench to start as the number 10 in support of striker Yevhen Seleznyov, also new inclusion in the starting lineup ahead of Nikola Kalinic. Those are the lone two changes for the hosts, however, as Roman Zozulya and Egidio remain injured.
Bjorn Engels, Felipe Gedoz and Thomas Meunier remain injured for the Belgian side, though Oscar Duarte is a welcome return. The Costa Rican assumes his usual position at centre-half, pushing Timmy Simons into his natural spot in midfield, while Francisco Silva is dropped to the bench. The visitors have also brought 20-year-old midfielder Nikola Storm into the starting lineup in place of Victor Vazquez, who disappointed in the first leg. The third and final change comes up top, where Tom De Sutter gets the start this time ahead of Mamadou Obbi Oulare, after being held to a role as a substitute in last week's match in Belgium.
It's not their usual home stadium, but it's the adopted Europa League home for Dnipro and their fans have done an excellent job to make it just that. The support for both sides is here in abundance, making for a wonderful atmosphere ahead of the start of the match.
HALF TIME: DNIPRO 0-0 CLUB BRUGGE. There's been three halves of play in this two-legged tie and we still await the first goal. Both sides have shown intent to get forward, but a lack of creativity has everything fizzling out in the final third. This match is crying out for a hero, but who will it be?
FULL TIME: DNIPRO 1-0 CLUB BRUGGE. Yevhen Shakhov's dramatic late winner secures the Ukrainian outfit's first ever semi-final appearance in European competition. The Belgian side see their chance at the treble come to an end, though they only have themselves to blame after a largely disappointing performance.
CLUB BRUGGE (4-3-3): Ryan; De Fauw, Duarte, Mechele, De Bock; Simons, Vormer, Storm; Rafaelov, Izquierdo, De Sutter.
