The referee blows his whistle and PSG have held on for the three points!
90'
Kyei almost had another chance there but he just couldn't stretch fair enough to get a header on goal. We're now into three minutes of stoppage time.
89'
G. Kyei has scored a goal for Reims! Assist by O. Mfulu.
KYEI PULLS ONE BACK FOR REIMS! Late drama here as the visitors give themselves another sniff at a possible point. Oniangue shows great strength to win the ball back and find the substitute, who finishes well into the top corner. Is it just too late though?!
87'
As things stand, Reims will finish the season in 15th place. While it may be their worst since returning to Ligue 1, it doesn't really reflect their overall ability and achievements.
85'
That was the Uruguayan's 18th goal of the season in Ligue 1, taking him to just one behind Ibrahimovic. Only Lyon's Alexandre Lacazette and Marseille's Andre-Pierre Gignac have scored more.
83'
E. Cavani has scored a goal for PSG! Assist by E. Lavezzi.
CAVANI DOES IT AGAIN! GAME OVER?! Lavezzi races onto a long ball downfield and pulls it across the area where Cavani waits to blast home and surely kill off the visitors' hopes.
82'
Rabiot looks to have got a little carried away following his first-half strike. He attempts a side-footed volley from the edge of the area but only succeeds in sending it over.
80'
Zlatan Ibrahimovic watches on from the stands as he remains sidelined with a calf problem. He would have liked to have played tonight, having scored three goals in his last three appearances against Reims, including two in the 2-2 draw on the opening day of this season.
78'
Reims haven't picked up a point here since their return to the top division. Their only win came at Stade Auguste Delaune two years ago, when Grzegorz Krychowiak scored the only goal of the game.
77'
E. Lavezzi enters the game and replaces Lucas Moura.
Minute
Description
76'
The Parc des Princes rises as Lucas makes way following a very impressive night. He is taken off in the hosts' final change to be replaced by Ezequiel Lavezzi.
75'
Odaïr Fortes enters the game and replaces G. Charbonnier.
74'
Another former PSG player leaves the pitch in Charbonnier. That chance he blasted straight at Douchez could prove vital as he goes off to be replaced by Odair Fortes.
72'
ABSOLUTELY WASTED BY DIEGO!! Moukandjo puts the ball across the face of goal and Camara fails to clear. Diego races in completely unchallenged but blazes his shot way over the crossbar and quite rightly buries his head in his shirt.
70'
Y. Cabaye enters the game and replaces T. Motta.
69'
END TO END STUFF HERE! Fofana makes a brilliant interception after some brilliant link-up play between Cavani and Pastore, while, at the other end, Camara makes a strong block to deny Kyei's effort.
67'
We are into the final quarter of the Ligue 1 season here and this really is anybody's game. While PSG are the clear favourites, Reims look very dangerous themselves going forward.
65'
Motta embarks on a rare run forward and finds Lucas before looking for the return pass in the area, but it is well cut out by the Reims defence.
63'
O. Mfulu enters the game and replaces M. Albæk.
The visitors make their second change of the night as Albaek makes way to be replaced by promising youngster Omenuke Mfulu. The 23-year-old made his first start for Reims last weekend and big things are expected of the Congolese international.
61'
SMART REACTIONS FROM AGASSA! Cavani has a go with a bending effort from the corner of the penalty area which is well beaten away by the visitors' keeper.
59'
G. Kyei enters the game and replaces D. N'Gog.
David Luiz enters the game and replaces Thiago Silva.
There is a change for both sides here. The one for the hosts sees David Luiz replace countryman Silva, while former PSG man N'Gog's night is over for Reims as he is replaced by Grejohn Kyei.
58'
That was a chance for Charbonnier to show his former employers what they're missing out on. During his single season here, he scored 12 goals in 28 matches for the reserve side.
56'
REIMS FANCY THIS! Signorino is pulling the strings once again as he gets the better of Van der Wiel before finding Charbonnier, who goes past Silva but shoots straight at Douchez. That was a chance!
54'
A. Mandi has scored a goal for Reims! Assist by F. Signorino.
GAME ON - REIMS HAVE PULLED ONE BACK!! And it's the centre half Aissa Mandi! Signorino is the architecht as he receives the ball following a short corner, and delivers a perfect cross which Mandi heads home for his sixth goal of the season.
52'
Cavani once again proves that he is human as he just starts his run too early when looking to spring the offside trap. Prior to tonight, he'd had a whopping 104 shots this season!
50'
Former assistant Geugan was brought in with seven games to go to try and save them and he has done. As a player, he had two spells with Reims, the second in the 2009/10 season. Both of these came in the third tier of French football which, alone, shows you just how far they've come in recent years.
48'
PSG have been in control so far but it's worth mentioning their opponents, who showed great character to secure their top-flight status for a fourth consecutive season.
46'
HERE WE GO! Reims get us going once more!
45' +2
And, with that, the referee brings the first half to a close!
45'
A. Rabiot has scored a goal for PSG! Assist by Lucas Moura.
PSG DOUBLE THE LEAD AND IT'S RABIOT!!! Lucas is the driving force for the hosts once again as he wriggles away from a couple of challenges before feeding the midfielder, who takes a touch and smashes the ball past the helpless Agassa. 2-0!
43'
Cavani is PSG's top appearance maker in Ligue 1 this season with a total of 35 appearances, 30 of which have been starts. Only Pastore has begun more domestic matches during the campaign.
42'
JUST WIDE FROM CAVANI! Yet again, he springs the Reims defensive line to latch onto a beautiful ball from Pastore but cannot quite steer his powerful volley on target.
40'
The hosts have certainly got their tails up after the goal. They are effectively camped inside their opponents' half and constantly looking to find a way through. Reims have no answer at the moment.
38'
GOOD BLOCK FROM SIGNORINO! Van der Wiel has acres of space once again on the right and steps inside a challenge before his goalbound effort hits the Reims left-back and goes behind.
37'
ALL GOOD FROM PSG... UNTIL THE FINAL DELIVERY! Some more give-and-go passing around the midfield sees Verratti look for Van der Wiel, but he catches his attempted cross wrong and sends it over the crossbar.
35'
M. Albæk gets yellow.
Albaek is the second Reims player to have his name taken by Mr Turpin this evening. He went into a tackle strongly on Verratti and just caught the Italian a little late.
33'
SIDE NETTING FROM PASTORE! Signorino fails to properly clear Lucas' cross for Cavani and the Argentine sends an effort straight back in but is narrowly off target.
32'
Cavani really is one of the best in the world at breaking the offside trap like that. He almost did so again in the space of a couple of minutes, but just went too early on this occasion.
30'
E. Cavani has scored a goal for PSG! Assist by M. Verratti.
PSG HAVE THE BREAKTHROUGH AND IT'S EDINSON CAVANI!! The striker beats the offside trap brilliantly and latches onto Verratti's measured through ball, before finishing under the sprawling Agassa for his 17th league goal of the season.
28'
CONTE HAS A GO FROM 35 YARDS! He's not too far away either as his powerful shot bends towards the top corner, and Douchez makes a wonderful save to deny him the opening goal.
26'
ANOTHER GREAT RUN BY LUCAS! The Brazilian once again looks most likely to unlock the Reims defence with his electric pace taking him into the penalty area, before a well-timed challenge prevents him from an almost certain goal.
24'
The only real improvement that PSG will be hoping for is on the continent. While they have been solid Champions League quarter-finalists over the past couple of seasons, they should now be looking to kick on and really challenge for the trophy.
22'
In the end, Cavani strikes the resulting free kick into the wall. The home fans remain in good voice though and why shouldn't they be? Their side have just completed a hat-trick of league titles and with the likes of Angel di Maria and Paul Pogba linked with moves to the capital, the future certainly looks bright for them.
20'
M. Fofana gets yellow.
LUCAS BURSTS INTO LIFE! The pace of the game slowed down over the past couple of minutes but Lucas looks to make something happen by racing at the heart of the Reims defence, with Fofana bringing him down and receiving a yellow card.
17'
PSG were named the highest-paying side in the world this week and the quality on the bench alone this evening is nothing short of envious, with the likes of Cabaye, Lavezzi and David Luiz all waiting in the wings should they be required.
15'
PSG may be the team to beat in France nowadays but, historically, their opponents have been the more successful side domestically with six Ligue 1 titles, as well as two appearances in European Cup finals during the 1950s.
13'
GOOD SAVE FROM AGASSA! Some clever play from Pastore before he finds Cavani, but a combination of the defender's deflection and the Reims keeper's foot take the ball behind.
11'
The visitors are just starting to settle down and into their rhythm. They certainly will not roll over this evening, as they knock the ball around with great comfort themselves.
9'
Another reason for both sides wanting to go out with a bang this evening is that they are both currently on winning streaks. Reims have won their last two to guarantee survival, while PSG have won their last 10 in all competitions.
7'
The big question was whether it crossed the line or not. PSG were obviously convinced that it had but, although it was close, replays show that the whole of the ball hadn't gone over.
5'
OFF THE LINE! Lucas embarks on a surging run into the area and lays the ball back across the area for an unmarked Pastore, whose goalbound shot is brilliantly by Signorino.
3'
PSG have begun the match very much on the front foot. They are enjoying nice spells of possession and, apart from clearing danger, Reims have hardly touched the ball.
1'
OFF WE GO!! PSG get us underway kicking from left to right!
Good evening and welcome to LIVE text commentary of Ligue 1. The French domestic season comes to a conclusion with champions Paris Saint-Germain taking on Stade de Reims at Parc des Princes. I'm Jonathan Davies and I'll be guiding you through the action.
With the title safely in the bag for the third consecutive year and next weekend's Coupe de France final in mind, Laurent Blanc makes six changes to the PSG side that overcame Montpellier last week. Thiago Silva, Edinson Cavani and Javier Pastore are among the survivors of that 11, while there are rare starts for Nicolas Douchez, Adrien Rabiot and 36-year-old Zoumana Camara. Thiago Motta and Marco Verratti return from suspension.
Reims secured their safety from relegation with a win over Stade Rennais last Saturday, which ensured a fourth straight season in the French top division. They have made just three changes from that game, with Mohamed Fofana, Benjamin Moukandjo and Gaetan Charbonnier coming into the starting 11. The latter is one of three former PSG players in the line-up, along with David N'gog and Antoine Conte.
PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN (4-3-3): Douchez; Van der Wiel, Thiago Silva, Camara (c), Digne; Motta, Verratti, Rabiot; Lucas, Cavani, Pastore.
PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN SUBS: Sirigu, Cabaye, Marquinhos, Matuidi, Aurier, Lavezzi, David Luiz.
With both sides already achieving their season's ambitions with a game to spare, they will be looking to finish their campaigns on a high. Clement Turpin is the referee this evening. He took charge of PSG's 6-1 win over Lille here this time last month.
The teams are out and kick off is now just moments away!
HALF TIME - PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN 2 STADE DE REIMS 0
Well, PSG took half an hour to break the deadlock but they have looked good value for their lead since Cavani put them in front. Rabiot's strike on the stroke of half time put the icing on the cake of a dominant display.
How will Reims respond in this second half? Olivier Geugan should look to rekindle the spirit of his side's performances in their last two outings if they're to get anything from this game.
The teams are back out and the second half is upon us.
FULL TIME - PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN 3 STADE DE REIMS 2
The champions finish with victory but they were made to hang on at the end. They looked in control when Edinson Cavani and Adrien Rabiot put them 2-0 up before half time, but they were shocked into life when their opponents pulled one back through Aissa Mandi early in the second half. Cavani's second seven minutes from time proved decisive, despite Grejohn Kyei's consolation in the dying moments. They will now look to complete the treble against Auxerre in the Coupe de France final next weekend.
And that's all from Parc des Princes this evening. Thank you for following the LIVE action - hope you've enjoyed it. I've been Jonathan Davies and until next time, Au Revoir!
