We are into three minutes of stoppage time and the Sweden fans are jubilant. The semi-finals are within touching distance now.
89'
S. Tibbling has scored a goal for Sweden U21!
GOAL!!! TIBBLING EQUALISES! Sweden get the equaliser they desperately need as the ball falls for Tibbling inside the box and his shot is deflected beyond Sa. Just like that, they are back in the tournament.
87'
Guidetti comes to life as he breaks into the box before shooting left-footed but Sa gets down to parry before a free-kick is awarded in Portugal's favour.
85'
Sweden are now trying to get the ball forward as quickly as possible but it is Portugal who remain on top. They look set to top the group with ease now.
83'
R. Quaison enters the game and replaces A. Khalili.
Sweden react by replacing Khalili with Quaison as they go in search of an equaliser.
82'
Gonçalo Paciência has scored a goal for Portugal U21!
GOAL!!! PACIENCIA GIVES PORTUGAL THE LEAD! Disaster for Sweden as Medieros plays in Paciencia on the edge of the box and he finishes well into the bottom corner. As it stands, Sweden are out and Italy are through.
80'
F. Helander enters the game and replaces J. Baffoe.
Baffo will not be able to continue and Helander is on in his place for the final 10 minutes.
78'
Baffo has stayed down by the byline with an injury to his shoulder, but he really should have done better up against Paciencia. Sweden cannot afford mistakes like that at this stage.
76'
Two of Portugal's substitutes combine as Paciencia robs Baffo inside the box before laying the ball back for Medeiros, but Carlgren watches the shot well to hold on low to his right.
74'
Iuri Medeiros enters the game and replaces Ricardo Pereira.
Portugal make their third and final change of the night as Ricardo is replaced by Medeiros for the closing stages.

Description
72'
A further update from tonight's other game is that Benassi has his second of the night and Italy are now 3-0 up on England. That changes very little other than if any side loses here, they will now be eliminated.
70'
Of the two teams, it is Sweden who have shown slightly more invention in this second half, but as yet they have struggled to find a way past Sa. The goalkeeper is still to concede in the tournament.
68'
Both sides have very vocal support in the stands despite the stadium being far from full, and both are in good voice as their sides move closer to a place in the last four.
66'
We are approaching the final quarter of this game with both sides knowing a draw would likely seem them both into the semi-finals.
65'
Sérgio Oliveira gets yellow.
64'
Sergio Oliveira becomes the first Portugal player to have his name taken by the referee as he pulls Khalili back on the Sweden left. No arguments from the captain.
62'
Thelin is having more of an impact in this second half with Sweden looking to deliver more crosses into the box for the big striker. Guidetti remains relatively quiet.
60'
PENALTY? NO! Portugal want a spot-kick as Ricardo looks to skip past Lindelof before going down, but the referee waves away their appeals.
58'
Gonçalo Paciência enters the game and replaces Ivan Cavaleiro.
Better from Sweden as the ball is worked to Khalili on the edge of the box but his shot is too close to Sa who is able to hold on.
57'
Cavaleiro becomes the second Portugal player to be replaced as Paciencia comes on in his place.
56'
Portugal continue to push down the left-hand side though they are not quite having the same joy as they had in the first half.
54'
Bernardo Silva comes to life for the first time in the second half as he skips past a couple of challenges before getting a shot in on goal, but his effort is only drilled into the side-netting.
52'
S. Tibbling enters the game and replaces B. Hrgota.
Sweden make their first change of the night as the disappointing Hrgota is replaced by Tibbling in midfield.
51'
BIG CHANCE! Sweden create their best opportunity of the night as Guidetti crosses from the right towards Thelin at the back post, but his header into the ground bounces over the bar with Sa beaten.
49'
Portugal work the ball well before Ricardo lays the ball back for Sergio Oliveira, but the midfielder's shot is a poor one as he slices it high and wide of the goal.
48'
As with the first half, Portugal have been the brighter in these opening stages, with Guerreiro again looking to get forward and join in attacks down the left.
46'
No changes for either side at the break, and Portugal kick-off to get us back under way...
45' +1
Just the one minute of stoppage time at the end of the first half as Portugal come forward before Carvalho's long-distance shot is blocked.
44'
Khalili has been the brightest player for Sweden in the first half, and he tests Sa with a low effort from 30 yards that the goalkeeper gets down to hold onto.
42'
Portugal seem content now to see the game through to half-time despite having failed to score in this first half. Remember, as it stands both these teams will be going through.
40'
Bernardo has less of the ball in the last 15 minutes though Portugal are still trying to find him on the left-hand side and try and launch their attacks down that flank.
38'
Portugal's defence get themselves in a mess for the first time as Paulo Oliveira and Esgaio get in each other's way, but Hiljemark' shot from 20 yards is wayward and lands among the Sweden fans behind the goal.
36'
Cavaleiro has been very bright in this first half, and he works himself a shooting opportunity by cutting inside before unleashing a shot that Carlgren holds onto.
34'
A ball is sent into the Sweden box for Mario to head down into Cavaleiro's path, but Carlgren comes out to collect it before the striker can get on the end of it.
32'
Sweden are being backed by a vocal group of fans behind the goal they are attacking, but as yet they have struggled in the final third. Portugal looking comfortable.
30'
Yet again Portugal attack down the left Cavaleiro cuts inside to deliver into the box, and Carlgren misjudges it somewhat before touching it behind with his feet.
29'
Tobias Figueiredo enters the game and replaces Tiago Ilori.
Portugal are going to have to make an early change as Ilori limps off for Portugal with Figueiredo on in his place in defence.
28'
Sweden create their first real chance of the game as Khalil delivers a free-kick from the left-hand side that Lindelof meets, but his header drops over the crossbar.
26'
And further news is that Italy have scored a second goal in quick succession through Benassi. If that score stayed the same, only one of Portugal and Sweden would be able to join them in the last four.
24'
An update from the other game tonight is that Italy have taken the lead against England through Belotti. If results stay the same, then Portugal and Sweden would go through to the semi-finals.
22'
Gudetti finds some space on the edge of the box but the flag goes up much to his bemusement. It's been a quiet start for the Manchester City striker.
20'
Most of Portugal's most potent attacks are coming down the left-hand side with Guerreiro getting forward to support Bernardo and Sergio Oliveira. Sweden just have not got going yet.
18'
O. Lewicki gets yellow.
Lewicki becomes the first man to go into the referee's book tonight as he climbs over the back of Ricardo before bring him down by the halfway line.
16'
JUST OVER! Portugal continue to dominate as Bernardo and Carvalho are again heavily involved before Ricardo flashes a drive from the edge of the box over the crossbar.
14'
Portugal create another opportunity as Bernardo does well on the left before pulling the ball back for Sergio Oliveira 20 yards from goal, but the midfielder fires his effort narrowly wide of the post.
13'
Sweden are looking to attack down the flanks when they can, but Esgaio and Guerreiro have held firm thus far.
11'
After strong play in midfield from Carvalho it is Cavaleiro who picks up the ball on the edge of the area, but he cannot get his through-ball into Bernardo's path.
9'
Some concern here for Sweden as Milosevic after he caught on the head by a stray boot from Cavaleiro, but eventally the defender gets to his feet and is fine to continue.
7'
GOOD SAVE! Huge chance for Portugal as Bernardo does well down the left before Carvalho is played in and has time to decide what he wants to do. In the end he opts to take it around Carlgren but the goalkeeper stands firm and takes the ball off the Sporting man's toes.
5'
Khalili looks to cut inside and cross from the left, but his ball is far too strong and Sa can watch it drift out for a goal-kick.
3'
Portugal have begun the match on the front foot, with Bernardo already picking up the ball in pockets of space and looking to create opportunities. No real chances on goal as yet.

The pre-match formalities are complete, and Sweden kick-off to get us under way...
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Under 21 European Championships clash between Portugal and Sweden. A win for either side would send them into the semi-finals as Group B comes to a conclusion this evening. I'm Tom Maston and I'll be guiding you through all the action from the Czech Republic.
Portugal lead the group on four points heading into the final round of matches and know they only need a draw tonight to reach the last four. A win would secure them top spot and a semi-final against Germany while defeat could still see them qualify if England draw with Italy in tonight's other match.
Sweden, meanwhile, lost to England last time out meaning only a win would see them definitely qualify. A draw would also see them through if Italy win the other match, but defeat would lead to them eliminated of the tournament.
Before we go any further, the two team line-ups have been announced ahead of kick-off...
Portugal (4-3-3): Sa; Esgaio, P. Oliveira, Ilori, Guerreiro; Mario, Carvalho, S. Oliveira; Ricardo, Bernardo, Cavaleiro.
Portugal make two changes to the team that drew with Italy last time out as Ivan Cavaleiro and Ricardo are recalled to the starting XI. Sweden, meanwhile, welcome Alexander Milosevic back into the team after he missed the defeat to England with suspension following his red card against Italy.
As well as this match, I'll also be providing the latest score from England's clash with Italy where both sides also have a chance of reaching the semi-finals. Those on course to reach the knockout stages is set to change multiple times throughout the night.
The two teams make their way down the tunnel and out onto the pitch, and after the two national anthems, we will be almost ready to get going in this crucial clash.
The half-time whistle blows and both teams will be pretty content with how that first half has gone. If Italy go onto beat England both these teams will progress, so we may not see the most enterprising second period. I'll be back in 10 minutes to see if that is the case.
The teams are making their way back out onto the pitch and we are almost ready to get back going.
The full-time whistle blows, and both Sweden and Portugal have secured a place in the semi-finals. Late drama but eventually both teams did enough while Italy beat England 3-1 in tonight's other game.
So there we have it, the semi-final line-up is complete. Sweden will face Denmark in an all-Scandinavian affair while Germany will take on Portugal. For now though, I've been Tom Maston, and thanks for joining me.
