83'
R. Quaison has scored a goal for Sweden U21!

82'
All the play is now in the Sweden half but every move seems to be ending with Carlgrad getting his hands on the ball.

Minute
Description
76'
Carlgrad is being tested regularly now as Bech puts in a dangerous low cross from the left that is diverted towards goal by Thomsen, but the goalkeeper gets behind it to hold on. The goalkeeper seems to have hurt himself though, and will require some treatment.
74'
Denmark again create a chance as the ball is worked into Poulsen's path, but his touch is heavy and that allows Carlgrad to come off his line and collect the ball.
72'
R. Quaison enters the game and replaces S. Tibbling.
Ericson has seen enough and makes his second change of the night as Tibbling is replaced by Quaison. Both Sweden goalscorers have now gone off.
71'
Hjoberg wins a free-kick around 25 yards from goal, but the Bayern Munich man cannot beat the wall before his effort from the rebound is also blocked.
69'
BIG CHANCE! Sisto has his first real impact as he whips in a cross from the left that lands at Vestergaard's feet, but the defender cannot bring it down and Carlgrad does well to dive at his feet and grab the loose ball.
67'
We are into the final quarter of the match now and it is Denmark who are running the game now. Bech's goal has given them all the momentum and Sweden seem unsure whether to sit back or go for a third goal to kill the tie off.
65'
P. Sisto enters the game and replaces R. Falk.
Denmark sense an opportunity now, and they make their second change of the night as Sisto replaces Falk.
63'

Hjobjerg does well to cut inside and create an opening for himself, but his low shot from 20 yards is turned away by Carlgrad.
GOAL!!! BECH PULLS ONE BACK! Denmark are back in it, and it is there best player on the night who gets the goal as the ball falls for Bech inside the area and he pokes the ball past Carlgrad. Game on.
62'
JUST WIDE! Tibbling has again been impressive tonight and he almost makes it 3-0 with a rasping drive from 20 yards. Replays show Busk got a touch to tip it wide, but the officials award a goal-kick to Denmark.
61'
M. Ishak enters the game and replaces J. Guidetti.
60'
J. Vestergaard gets yellow.
Sweden also make a change, with the impressive Guidetti replaced by Ishak for the final half an hour. A goal and an assist for the former Celtic loanee tonight.

Denmark are frustrated as Thomsen is wrongly flagged offside by the linesman inside the box, and Poulsen is shown a yellow card for his protests.
57'
L. Vigen enters the game and replaces J. Jønsson.
Denmark do make a change, and it is Lasse Chiristensen who is thrown on in place of Jonsson. The Fulham man should give his side a little more forward momentum from midfield.
54'
Hjobjerg comes to life on the edge of the box before playing in Poulsen, but the striker is flagged offside. That's not the first time he's been penalised for making his runs too early tonight.
52'
It will be interesting to see how Thorup waits before making a change. The likes of Sisto and Fischer have already scored in this tournament and may be the first men he looks to when thinking about substitutions.
50'
Sweden are proving very difficult to break down already in this second half as Denmark look to plot a way through to goal. Carlgren is still to be forced into a meaningful save.
48'
And now Sweden create a chance of their own from a dead ball situation as Khalili lifts a free-kick into the box and Lewicki wins a header at the back post that drops narrowly wide of the opposite upright.
47'
Early chance for Denmark as Hjobjerg again puts in a fine cross from a free-kick but Vestergaard cannot get enough on his header and it flashes well wide of the post.
46'
No changes from either side at the break, and Denmark kick-off to get us back under way...
45' +2
There was only meant to be one minute of stoppage time, but an injury to Guidetti after a tough challenge from Vestergaard has delayed the half-time break. The striker eventually gets to his feet after treatment.
45'
Denmark win a free-kick on the right that is whipped in towards Vestergaard. The big defender wins the header and knocks it down for Falk, butt he striker is always leaning back and sends it well over the crossbar.

40'
Scholz gets forward down the right-hand side and delivers a testing cross into the box, but Milosevic rises well to head clear under pressure from Poulsen.
38'
Sweden look comfortable as the game moves towards the half-time break. Carlgrad is yet to make a real save in this game with Denmark not at their best in the final third.
36'
Guidetti has come to life since opening the scoring, and he almost gets his second of the game as he turns and shoots towards the bottom corner, but Busk gets down to his right to hold on.
34'
Thorup is out in his technical area as he tries to plot a way back into this game. You feel the Danes need get Hjobjerg back on the ball but the Bayern Munich man has been quiet thus far.
32'
Denmark seem to have settled again and Bech does well to turn on the edge of the box and hit a shot across Carlgren, but his effort is always heading wide of the post.
30'
BIG CHANCE! Denmark really should have pulled one back as Knudsen delivers a good cross from the left that Poulsen rises to meet, but he sends his header wide of the post. He also seems to have hurt himself in the fall and will require some treatment.
28'
Denmark totally dominated the opening quarter of the match, but now they have a real mountain to climb if they are to reach the final. Their fans remain in full voice, but the team seem shell-shocked at present.
26'
S. Tibbling has scored a goal for Sweden U21!
GOAL!!! TIBBLING MAKES IT 2-0! Denmark are all over the place at the back as Guidetti carries the ball to the edge of the box before his pass into the area evades Knudsen who slips, and Tibbling makes no mistake with a composed finish.
25'
That is the first time Sweden have scored first in a match in this tournament, and they now look full of running after making a slow start to proceedings.
23'
Penalty goal scored by J. Guidetti for Sweden U21!
GOAL!!! GUIDETTI GIVES SWEDEN THE LEAD! No mistake made from the Manchester City forward as he sends Busk the wrong way from 12 yards. Denmark remain upset by that decision, but they must now move on and look to find an equaliser.
22'
PENALTY TO SWEDEN! Denmark cannot believe it as Scholz bundles into Thelin as the striker goes to win a header in the box, and the referee points to the spot. Guidetti steps up...
21'
Sweden finally seem to be getting a foothold in this game with the tempo of the match slowing slightly.
19'
As he did against Serbia, Jonsson is looking to pick up the ball between the two Denmark centre-backs and trying to find Hjobjerg ahead of him. That is also allowing Vestergaard to move forward on occasion.
17'
Denmark boss Thorup will be pleased with the way his side have started here, with the Danes controlling the tempo of the game and looking to carry the ball into dangerous areas.
15'
At the other end Lindelof carries the ball to the edge of the area before cutting inside and shooting with his left foot, but his shot is half-blocked and Busk can smother it with his dive.
14'
Vestergaard has come forward from defence a couple of times already, and this time he skips past a challenge before trying his luck from 20 yards but he pulls his shot wide of the post.
13'
Sweden have not got going as yet with Lewicki and Hiljemark being overrun in midfield, meaning Guidetti has seen very little of the ball ahead of them.
11'
GOAL? NO! Denmark have the ball in the net from the resulting corner as Poulsen bundles the ball home from close range, but the referee pulls him up for controlling it with his hand prior to his finish.
10'
Good again from Denmark as Poulsen has a shot from distance blocked before Falk sees his header deflected behind after a good ball in from Hjobjerg on the right.
9'
With Bech leading the line Denmark are able to counterattack at pace, and they almost create a chance following a speedy break down the field, but Sweden eventually get the ball clear.
7'
Sweden create their first opportunity of the night as Khalili whips in a cross from the left but Thelin can only send his header well wide of the post.
5'
Bech wins a free-kick in a dangerous position on the right-hand side of the area, but Hojbjerg's delivery is too strong and evades everyone waiting inside the area.
3'
Denmark have started brightly in front of a raucous crowd, with Bech already looking bright as he looks to take his chance in his first start of the tournament.
1'
The pre-match formalities are done, and Sweden kick-off to get us under way...
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Under-21 European Championship semi-final between Denmark and Sweden. A place in the final is at place for the two Scandanavian sides, and I - Tom Maston - will be guiding you through all the action from Prague.
Awaiting the winner of tonight's clash are Portugal, who thrashed pre-tournament favourites Germany 5-0 earlier in the day to secure their place in Tuesday's final. Whomever comes through in the second semi-final will certainly be the underdogs against Rui Jorge's impressive outfit.
Denmark come into this one having topped Group A despite losing 3-0 to Germany in their second match of the tournament. They recovered to beat Serbia 2-0, and after being tipped as dark horses before the tournament, start tonight as slight favourites.
Sweden, meanwhile, secured their passage into the last four in dramatic circumstanes as substitute Simon Tibbling's 89th minute equaliser against Portugal saw them edge out Italy and finish second in Group B. That result also means they join the rest of the semi-finalists in qualifying for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
Before we go any further, the two team line-ups have been announced ahead of kick-off in the Czech capital...
Denmark recall Jon Knudsen after the left-back missed the win over Serbia through suspension while Viktor Fischer - who scored the second goal in that game - is only a substitute with Uffe Bech starting in his place.
Sweden also make two changes as Tibbling is rewarded for his display against Portugal with a start on the right-hand side of the midfield while Filip Helander comes back into the defence at the expense of Joseph Baffo.
The two teams make their way out onto the pitch in Prague and line up ahead of the two national anthems. Once they are completed, we will almost be ready to go.
The half-time whistle eventually blows and it is the Sweden fans who are cheering the loudest as their side lead 2-0. I'll be back in 10 minutes to see if Denmark can find a way back into the game.
The teams are making their way back out onto the pitch, and Denmark will have to produce something special to even take this to extra-time. At present, it looks as if it will be Portugal v Sweden in the final, but that could still change.
And with that the full-time whistle blows, and Sweden's players go across to celebrate with their fans. They will take on Portugal in Tuesday's final. For now, I've been Tom Maston and thanks for joining me.
