FULL TIME! That's the whistle as Celtic run riot at the end in a 4-1 win - 6-1 over the two legs.
90' +3
S. Johansen has scored a goal for Celtic!
GOAAAAL! Another for Celtic and it's Johansen with the goal, knocking in a smart pull-back from Mulgrew for a comfortable 4-1 triumph on the night.
90'
Three minutes of added time have been signalled.
88'
L. Griffiths has scored a goal for Celtic!
GOOOAAAL! And that's that. Celtic have a third in this game, and a fifth on aggregate, with a simple tap-in. Mackay-Steven lures the keeper out with a run into the box and his pass across goal is knocked into an empty net from the former Wolves man.
85'
Just over five minutes of play left now with the game slowing down. Stjarnan have not let themselves down today - with a brave performance - but have always been second-best with Celtic the dominant force.
82'
T. Rogić enters the game and replaces N. Çiftçi.
SUBSTITION: Another change now, this time for Celtic, as Rogic comes on for Ciftci. He's still searching for that all-important first goal for his new club, but the Turkish striker has put in a good shift today.
80'
J. Barðdal enters the game and replaces J. Hansen.
SUBSTITUTION: Barddal comes on for Hansen in a further change for the hosts.
78'
CHANCE! Mulgrew hits the free-kick from distance, curling his effort towards the corner of the goal. But Nielsen gets down low to stop it from sneaking inside the post.
77'
Ciftci carries the ball forward with intent and has options either side of him, driving through the middle of the pitch, but he is fouled by Punyed as Celtic have a free-kick in a good position.
75'
CHANCE! That could have been a third for Celtic as Mackay-Steven was set free on the left inside the box, drilling his shot low on goal at the near post only for Nielsen to parry up into the air before the ball is cleared.
Minute
Description
74'
Griffiths tries to spark an attack into action but drives with the ball into traffic. A Stjanan counter attack is quelled by Boyata at the other end but play is starting to get a little more open now.
69'
A fine double save from Gordon keeps the hosts at bay as Finsen's effort from the left is parried and Hansen is thwarted on the re-bound - by both Gordon and the offside flag.
67'
Biton puts the ball in the back of the net from a free-kick, running in from close range to prod past Nielsen, but the officials pull play back for offside with the midfielder the culprit.
65'
A good spell from Stjarnan sees Gudjonsson get forward from the back to reach a right-wing cross inside the area. Ambrose is a little weak in his challenge, allowing the defender to get his header on goal, which falls just wide of Gordon's left post.
62'
L. Griffiths enters the game and replaces S. Armstrong.
SUBSTITUTION: Griffiths comes on in the place of Armstrong for Celtic.
CHANCE! Griffiths is so close to making an instant impact. Biton heads the ball forward, looping over the defence. The Scot latches onto the ball inside the box and pokes an early effort on goal but it trickles just wide of the post with the keeper in no-man's land.
61'
B. Guðjónsson gets yellow.
59'
V. Gunnarsson enters the game and replaces Þ. Rúnarsson.
SUBSTITUTION: Another change for the hosts as Gunnarsson comes on in the middle for Runarsson.
Finsen has the ball played forward to him on the edge of the box but it bounces awkwardly off his heel. He's forced to look for a pass rather than the shot and tries to pick out Gunnarsson - fresh from the bench - but Boyata sweeps in to clear for a corner.
57'
Bjornsson tries to break for the hosts down the right but he runs into Mulglrew, and into trouble, fouling him in the process. A foul for Celtic midway through their own half.
54'
Brown tries to play a through-ball into Armstrong who darts into the box but Nielsen reads the play well and comes out to collect.
52'
E. Ambrose enters the game and replaces M. Lustig.
51'
First change for Celtic now as Ambrose comes on for Lustig.
49'
C. Mulgrew has scored a goal for Celtic!
GOAAAAAL! It's two! It falls Celtic's way! And it couldn't have been struck any sweeter! It's a fantastic strike from Mulgrew who nestles an effort into the corner of the net from long range. Nielsen in the Stjarnan goal - nor their defence - expected an early effort from the left-back as the ball is pulled across to the edge of the area. Brown was the man with the assist.
46'
H. Björnsson enters the game and replaces A. Björgvinsson.
SECOND HALF! We're underway for the second half!
SUBSTITUTE: The hosts make a change at the break as Bjornsson comes on for Bjorgvinsson on the right-hand side.
45'
HALF TIME! No added time at the end of this half as the referee blows his whistle for the interval. Stjarnan 1-1 Celtic.
43'
A fine ball from Mulgrew on the left is headed out for a throw-in by Stjarnan as Celtic continue their dominance with the ball. Ciftci was the target there. He's yet to have a clear opening on goal himself but has played well for his team in the final third so far.
40'
Biton, who has had a taste of goal already with that equaliser, finds the ball at his feet on the edge of the box after Ciftci's cross deflects into his path. He drills a powerful effort on goal but Nielsen matches it with a strong save down low.
39'
Stjarnan attempt to launch an attack of their own as Punyed carries the ball forward through the middle. He picks out Finsen on the left but he drills a shot-cum-cross into the side netting.
36'
CHANCE! So nearly a second for Celtic! Mackay-Steven has the ball pulled back to him inside the box and he fires a low cross into the area. Armstrong is the recipient and he manages to flick the ball into the air, just enough to hit a shot across goal on the spin. But it bounces inches wide of the post to Nielsen's right!
35'
Well that's a goal of huge importance for Ronny Deila's side who were finding it hard to break the hosts' defence down. It's no less than they deserve on the balance of play as they continue to press and search for more.
33'
N. Bitton has scored a goal for Celtic!
GOAL!!!!!! Celtic have levelled through Biton! And it's no surprise to see it come from a corner having threatened from set-pieces all game. Johansen - who initially won the corner off Arnason - swings in the ball and Biton meets it at the near post to guide past Nielsen. A well-taken header and a vital away goal.
27'
Close again from Celtic but the hosts just about manage to bundle the ball out of danger. Very little space in these set-piece plays for Celtic and it proved difficult again for them there as Ciftci's attempted back-hell is blocked.
26'
Mackay-Steven wins a corner on the right after he plays a cross off the Stjarnan defender.
22'
Celtic put the ball into the back of the net after a free-kick is smartly pulled to the edge of the box for Johansen to lash an effort on goal. He does just that and Boyata flicks it in but he is called as offside. Not much complaint from the visitors.
20'
PENALTY!? A half-hearted handball appeal from the hosts is turned down as Punyed's cross just inside the corner of the box comes off the hand of Boyata. His cross bounced off a Celtic boot and onto the hand of the former Manchester City man, but it is not intentional.
17'
A foul against Celtic now as Biton lunges in on Punyed in the middle of the pitch while stretching for the ball, catching his ankles.
15'
For a side who have yet to win a game at home in the league this season, Stjarnan are looking comfortable at the minute with their one goal lead. A compact midfield and solid defensive lines has left little for Celtic to feed off as a ball over the top trickles straight to Nielsen in goal.
12'
Celtic have resumed with much of the same so far since the goal and are patient in their build-up play. Armstrong spots the run of Ciftci inside the box towards the near post but the Turkish striker can't quite pull his shot back on goal from a tight angle.
10'
A shock start to this game then as Celtic trail early on. They had been in control of the early stages of the game, putting pressure on from set-pieces, but their defence fell to pieces at the back as they were carved open by just three passes.
7'
Ó. Finsen has scored a goal for Stjarnan!
GOAL! Stjarnan take an early lead with their first effort on goal! Hansen carries the ball forward into the box and plays the ball inside to Finsen. He has bodies in front of him but isn't closed down quick enough and cooly finishes past Gordon in goal.
5'
Mulgrew swings in the corner and, after bobbling around, Biton swings a leg at it at the near post but not before it's headed clear for a second corner. This one is similarly unsuccessful as Boyata fouls at the back post by climbing on his marker.
3'
A first corner of the match falls to Celtic as Lustig's cross from the right-hand side is blockdd by Arnason.
1'
KICK OFF! Celtic get us underway, kicking from left to right.
Hello and welcome to live commentary of the Champions League second qualifying round as Stjarnan host Celtic in the second leg. My name is Tom Davis and I'll be guiding you through all the action.
Celtic are at the Samsungvollur tonight - home of current Icelandic league champions, Stjarnan. 90 minutes of football and an expected capacity crowd in a ground that holds just 1,000 people is all that stands between them and a spot in the third qualifying round.
A debut goal from defender Dedryck Boyata and second from Stefan Johansen means the Bhoys carry a 2-0 lead from the first leg. Stjarnan failed to register a shot on target that day, compared to Celtic’s 22 efforts on goal, but will hope home advantage can help spring a surprise passage into the next round.
Stjarnan manager Runar Pall Sigmundsson makes two changes from the previous leg as Thorri Runarsson comes into midfield to partner Michael Praest just ahead of the defence. Pablo Punyed is the other change, starting in an attacking trio behind the lone striker. Atli Johannsson and Halldor Bjornsson drop to the bench.
Its two changes for Celtic as well as Ronny Deila brings in Virgil van Dijk and Gary Mackay-Steven. Van Dijk, who was suspended for the first leg, comes in at centre-back which switches Charlie Mulgrew to left-back – taking Emilio Izaguirre’s position. James Forrest is the other to lose his place, with both instead taking spots on the bench.
Moments away from kick off now with both sides out on the pitch waiting for the signal from the referee.
At 1-1 Celtic will be happy with how this tie is shaping up - although it could be far more comfortable. An early goal for Stjarnan came against the run of play, but Deila will be unhappy with the manner of their goal with Finsen afforded far too much space as he eased past Mulgrew and got his shot away.
Biton's goal all but ends this tie, bare a miracle. Celtic are 3-1 up on aggregate but have a crucial away goal which should see them through against Icelandic minnows Stjarnan.
Celtic took their time getting into this game - and were set back with the early Stjarnan goal - but were always in control of this game and two late strikes from Griffiths and Johansen were more than deserved.
Their Champions League dream continues for another round at least, where Qarabag stand in their way after beating Rudar Pljevlja by a single goal.
