FULL TIME - Napoli 2-1 Juve: The defending champions are undone by the Partenopei, with goals Lemina's goal not enough after Insigne and Higuain had put the hosts into a two-goal lead. Álvaro Morata gets yellow.
There are appeals for a handball as Zaza has a shot blocked inside the box, with the ball bouncing off Koulibaly and striking Allan on the arm. Nothing is given and the hosts break, with Morata earning a yellow card for a foul on Callejon.

78'
STAT: Allegri's men have now kept just one clean sheet in their past 10 league games.
76'
Cuadrado's delivery is flicked out of play by Koulibaly, but rather than a corner it's a free kick to Napoli. There was a shove from Chiellini and a couple of Bianconeri players in offside positions, so take your pick of the offences!
75'
Pogba gets clattered from behind by Albiol, but the Spaniard somehow stays out of the referee's book. Juve will deliver this into the box and hope for an equaliser.
73'
SO CLOSE! Morata almost makes the perfect impact, receiving a lovely pass from Pereyra and taking a touch at the top of the box. He hits a sweet shot that looks destined for the bottom corner but skids outside of the upright!
71'
Álvaro Morata enters the game and replaces P. Dybala.
Allegri makes another switch now, introducing Morata in place of Dybala.
70'
Mertens does brilliantly to squeeze a pass into the box for Hamsik, but the Slovakian's drilled cross towards the back post fails to find a team-mate.

Cuadrado picks the pocket of Mertens and races forward on the right. He squares to Pogba who takes a touch before pulling the trigger from 30 yards, rifling a shot straight into the arms of Reina.
67'
GHOULAM! The left-back lets fly with a decent strike from 25 yards. It bounces just in front of Buffon but he's experienced enough to judge it and parry the strike away from the danger area.
66'
Napoli are holding onto possession now, trying to stop Juve from building any momentum on the back of that goal. It will be a boost for Juve, but they need another if they are to salvage something here.
64'
J. Cuadrado enters the game and replaces Hernanes.
Allegri decides to make a change now, replacing Hernanes with Cuadrado.
63'
M. Lemina has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by P. Dybala.
GOOOAAAAL!! AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE FROM JUVE! Albiol and Koulibaly both go for Evra's long ball up to the top of the box, and in doing so they fail to deal with the danger. The ball drops to Dybala, who heads to the byline and drills a cross which Lemina squeezes in at the back post!
62'
G. Higuaín has scored a goal for Napoli!
GOOOOOAAAAL!! HIGUAIN MAKES IT TWO! The Argentine pounces on a stray pass from Hernanes, beating Padoin to the ball and driving into the box. He goes down the outside of Bonucci and fires a hard, low shot across Buffon, who cannot keep it out of the corner despite getting a hand to the strike!
60'
Dybala displays great technique to control a high ball, bringing it down and carrying it forward. He has Pogba in space to his left but opts to go for goal, rifling a deflected shot off target. The corner comes to nothing, with Bonucci's dreadful 40-yard effort indicative of Juve's woeful evening so far.
HIGUAIN! Napoli are back on the attack wuickly, with Higuain stinging the palms of Buffon with a searing drive from 20 yards. The keeper got enough on it to parry it aside!
58'
Mertens steps in off the left and releases a shot that deflects off Padoin and loops towards the goal. Buffon is forced to backpedal but the ball ends up dropping onto the roof of the net! The resultant corner is taken short by Jorginho, before his cross is nodded wide by Albiol.
56'
Pogba takes the set-piece and slams it straight into the wall! Lemina picks up the loose ball but sees his cross cleared away by Albiol. Napoli fail to make the most of the chance to break on their opponents as a pass out to Callejon ends up with the Juve defence.
55'
José Callejón gets yellow.
54'
Yet another booking! Though this one is probably deserved as Callejon barges into the back of Pogba after the Frenchman had stepped inside of Hysaj. Juve now have a free kick in a great position, but can they make it count?
53'
P. Evra gets yellow.
The referee has his yellow card out again here, booking Evra for taking Callejon's legs out from underneath him as the Spaniard span away from him. The official let so much go in the first half but has changed his tact in this period.
51'
L. Bonucci gets yellow.
Bonucci is now shown a yellow card as Dybala and Hernanes stand over the free kick, he clearly saw something he didn't like from the centre-back. The eventual delivery finds the head of Chiellini, who got to the ball ahead of Koulibaly and Reina, but he nods it over the top!
50'
F. Ghoulam gets yellow.

48'
Juve have set about their task of finding an equaliser immediately, but the partnership of Koulibaly and Albiol proves impenetrable this time around. Higuain drops deep to collect the ball and holds it up effectively before winning a free kick.
46'
We are back underway in Naples!
45' +3
There is the half-time whistle!
45' +2
MERTENS! Moments after Zaza fails to capitalise on a moment of madness from Koulibaly, Napoli go on the counterattack. Mertens carries the ball forward on the left and tries to bend a shot inside the far corner with his right foot. He doesn't find the back of the net, though, with another chance for the Partenopei going begging.
45' +1
We are into the first of a minimum of three added minutes.
CALLEJON! The Spaniard really ought to do better there, skewing wide with Buffon on the deck after parrying Ghoulam's cross straight to him!
44'
Chiellini releases Zaza in behind with a long pass but the striker's touch lets him down and the ball runs straight to Reina. He was in an offside position anyway, but that won't spare his blushes too much.
42'
Callejon has been tracking back consistently in this first half, and his defending helps ensure Pogba doesn't advance inside from the left wing. Evra sends the throw straight to his compatriot, but the former Le Havre man gets caught in two minds and ends up nodding the ball out for a goal kick.
40'
D. Mertens enters the game and replaces L. Insigne.
Well, that is going to be the end of Insigne's night as he walks off to be replaced by Mertens. He's enjoyed a great start to the season so hopefully this won't be another lengthy lay-off for the former Pescara man.
38'
Higuain attempts to clip a diagonal out to Insigne on the left, with Allan surging up from midfield to try and help open up some space. Padoin manages to intervene with a header, but it looks like the Napoli goalscorer may have injured himself with his spring forward.
36'
Chiellini has been forced off the pitch, seemingly bloodied by a recent challenge. He receives medical attention and gets a change of shirt.
35'
Insigne has been bright tonight and he clips a delightful cross to the back post for Callejon. His header is diverted behind by Chiellini for a corner, which Jorginho takes. Once more the Juve defence deal with it, though, as Hernanes clears before being caught by Koulibaly.
33'
Again Pogba lets out a shout as his pass towards Zaza goes astray, with the striker clearly on a different wavelength. The Bianconeri are going to need some strong words from their coach, and perhaps a bit of guidance. They are really struggling in the final third.
31'
Padoin steps out from the back to try and intercept the ball but fails to get there and Insigne dribbles down the left into space as a result. His cross towards Higuain is cleared by Bonucci, though, and the move breaks down.
30'
Pogba vocalises his frustration as a loose touch sees him knock the ball straight out of play inside the Napoli half. Nothing seems to be going Juve's way at the moment, with the Partenopei defending well with quick pressing in numbers.
28'
Juve quickly go on the hunt for an equaliser, but a high foot from Pogba on Ghoulam brings their latest attack to an end. Allegri needs a response from his team or their dismal start to the season could be set to continue!
26'
L. Insigne has scored a goal for Napoli! Assist by G. Higuaín.
GOOOOOAAAAL! INSIGNE WITH THE OPENER! The San Paolo erupts following a fabulous finish from the winger! He stroked the ball home from the top of the box after a quick one-two with Higuain, and the Bianconeri are behind once again.
24'
Hernanes leads Juve forward before offloading to Lemina on the right. The former Marseille man tries to pick out Pogba once again with his cross, but he doesn't get the delivery right and Napoli come away with possession.
23'
Chances have become few and far between in the past 10 minutes, with the frantic start to the match having died down. The first goal could well be crucial here, though.
21'
Insigne exchanges passes with Hamsik to assist the Italian in finding space in the channel. He attempts to curl a shot inside the far corner with his right boot but sends it wide of the upright, beyond an unfazed Buffon. Moments before Napoli felt they could have had a penalty as Ghoulam's cross was blocked by Bonucci, though there was no clear evidence of the suspected handball.
19'
Lemina comes inside from the right and witches the play to Pogba with a fantastic pass. The Frenchman throws a few tricks at Hysaj before breaking for the byline and sticking a low cross into the middle. Jorginho is positioned perfectly to intervene with a strong clearance.
17'
The two defences have begun to tighten up after an open start to proceedings. Napoli are starting to see more of the ball inside the Bianconeri's half now, but Buffon remains largely untested.
15'
STAT: Napoli have won only one of their last nine Serie A games against Juve, a 2-0 win in March 2014.
13'
Juve continue to try and take this game by the scruff of the neck, much to the chagrin of the home fans. Zaza is released down the right-hand channel and unleashes a low effort that forces Reina to dive down and get a hand to! Albiol couldn't get near the former Sassuolo man.
11'
The Bianconeri draw whistles from the home fans as they hold onto possession and apply some prolonged pressure on the hosts. Hernanes tries to carve open the Partenopei with a clipped diagonal into the box, but it is too long and Reina collects.
9'
It's a very open game at the moment! Allan dinks a clever ball into the box for the run of Higuain, but Buffon steps off his line and gets to it just ahead of the former Real Madrid man.
8'
Lemina angles a deep cross in from the right and Pogba towers over Hysaj to nod it into the middle. Zaza goes for an ambitious overhead kick but Koulibaly rises up and gets to the ball first, causing the referee to blow for a foul by the Juve man.
6'
Insigne steps inside onto his right foot, flicking the ball away from Lemina and drilling a pass into Higuain. The Argentine fires it at goal on the spin but blazes his effort over the top of the goal. The hosts quickly get back on the attack and Hamsik warms the gloves of Buffon, who needs to attempts to gather the ball.
4'
Pereyra feels he should have a free kick 20 yards out after going down under pressure from Jorginho, but the referee sees nothing in it. Moments later Bonucci fires a long ball in behind the defence for Zaza to chase. He loops a shot over Reina and into the net but the flag had already gone up for an offside decision.
2'
Chiellini nearly gives possession away inside his own half as his cross-field pass almost falls straight to Insigne, but he's beaten to it by Padoin. Juve go up the other end with Pogba looking bright on the left and supplying a cutback that ends in a blocked shot. Napoli hit back on the break, but Insigne holds onto the ball for too long as he dribbles in from the left wing.

We are underway at the San Paolo!
Good evening and welcome to tonight's LIVE coverage of the Serie A clash between Champions League-chasing Napoli and reigning champions Juventus. Expect a fiesty atmosphere at the San Paolo as I, Tom Webber, guide you through all the action.
Despite their lofty expectations for the season, both sides are languishing in the mid-table after five games. New coach Maurizio Sarri has led Napoli to just one victory in Serie A this campaign, but since their defeat to Sassuolo on the opening day they are unbeaten in five games in all competitions. Inconsistency has been their problem, though, as evidenced by their following of a 5-0 thumping of Lazio with a goalless draw against Carpi in midweek.
Juventus, too, have been plagued by inconsistency in a poor start to the season. Also with just one Serie A win to their name thus far, a 2-0 victory at Genoa last weekend, they are currently 10 points behind league leaders Inter. A 1-1 draw at home to Frosinone in midweek saw coach Massimiliano Allegri draw plenty of criticism, and he will need to turn things around quickly.
NAPOLI TEAM NEWS: Sarri makes two changes from the side that were held by Carpi, replacing Mirko Valdifiori with Jorginho and dropping Dries Mertens in favour of Jose Callejon.
JUVENTUS TEAM NEWS: Stephan Lichtsteiner is left out after suffering breathing difficulties during the previous fixture, so Simone Padoin comes in at right-back. Giorgio Chiellini returns to take the place of Andrea Barzagli, while Alex Sandro makes way for Patrice Evra. Stefano Sturaro is also benched as Allegri favours Hernanes, and Pablo Dybala comes in for Juan Cuadrado. No messing about from the Bianconeri boss.
The last eight meetings between the pair at the San Paolo have resulted in just one victory for Juve, with Napoli triumphing on five occasions. Despite it being so early in the season this is a huge night for both clubs, and both coaches will be keen to come away with the three points.
The teams are out on the pitch and kick off will be upon us shortly!
HALF TIME - Napoli 1-0 Juve: It's been an exciting first period at the San Paolo, with the hosts holding a slender lead thanks to Insigne's strike, though the Italian was then forced off through injury. The Bianconeri are struggling to forge chances with Zaza and Dybala barely involved so far. Stay tuned for the second half.
