The referee blows his whistle and brings proceedings to a close.
90' +2
The clock is ticking down and Fiorentina have the ball. This has been a very professional performance from the Serie A leaders and should got their European campaign back on track.
90'
The fourth official raises his board to indicate that there will be three minutes of stoppage time at the end of this game. Fiorentina look like they will take all three points.
87'
It just has not been Poznan's night. They are awarded a free kick on the far touchline that is well met by Gajos, but he can only direct his header just wide of the target with Sepe flat-footed.
85'
Poznan are being made to pay for their lack of creativity in the final third. They really need to up their game in these last five minutes if they are to salvage an unlikely point.
83'
J. Iličić has scored a goal for Fiorentina! Assist by M. Fernández.
KILLER BLOW!!! Fernandez releases Ilicic clear on goal with a crisp through ball. The Slovenian races away from the defence and calmly chips over the advancing Buric. Surely, that is game, set and match for La Viola.
82'
Their approach has not changed a bit in this second half. They are continuing to play in a conservative manner of keeping the ball well and away from their opponents.
80'
M. Badelj enters the game and replaces Mario Suárez.
Sousa's final change of the evening is like-for-like, as Badelj comes on in midfield in place of Suarez. This would be a good victory for Fiorentina and would get their Europa League campaign back on track.
78'
SO CLOSE! That is Poznan's best chance of the game so far. The ball runs kindly for Lovrencsics, who lets fly from just outside the area and sees his effort flash just wide of the far post.
77'
M. Gajos enters the game and replaces K. Hämäläinen.
This is the last throw of the dice from Urban, as he sends on Maciej Gajos in place of Hamalainen. He scored the winner in the reverse fixture and another goal this evening would be equally as important.
Minute
Description
74'
GOOD EFFORT! Hamalainen lines up an ambitious effort from 30 yards, although his attempt is not too far away from the target. The hosts need to get into positions like this more often.
73'
D. Thomalla enters the game and replaces A. Tetteh.
72'
Marcos Alonso enters the game and replaces J. Błaszczykowski.
71'
At the other end, Fiorentina are very nearly in for a second goal but the ball just runs a little wide for Blaszczykowski, who looks to find a team mate before Poznan clear.
69'
Poznan burst forward again on the counter attack. The ball comes wide for Pawlowski to fire across the area, but the visitors recover to deal with the situation and clear.
67'
The hosts pounce on an error in the Fiorentina midfield and dart towards goal. The ball eventually comes to Pawlowski, who fires well wide of the target.
65'
The game is certainly in need of an injection of some kind. It has gone fairly flat over the last few minutes and is in need of some creativity and chances.
63'
N. Kalinić enters the game and replaces G. Rossi.
Paulo Sousa has boosted his side's attacking credentials by introducing Kalinic, who is La Viola's top scorer this season with seven goals. He comes on in place of Rossi.
61'
Fiorentina are still looking very comfortable in possession, but they will be keen to get a second goal and give themselves breathing space given the difficulties they have experienced so far on the continent with one win and two defeats.
60'
G. Lovrencsics enters the game and replaces D. Formella.
59'
The hosts are unbeaten in their last five matches in all competitions, but that run looks like it will go unless they start creating some decent goalscoring opportunities.
57'
WHAT A WASTE! Chances have been few and far between for the hosts. Therefore, they should have made the most of the corner they were just awarded rather than play it short and see the ball cleared.
55'
The home fans are absolutely livid as the referee is once again too keen to blow his whistle. Linetty was judged to have fouled Gonzalo, but replays show that he clearly just outmuscled the Fiorentina skipper.
53'
Urban shows his frustration as Linetty is wrongly penalised after clearly taking the ball in his challenge on Tomovic. The referee certainly got that one wrong.
51'
Much like in the first half, Fiorentina have settled into their rhythm the quicker of the two sides at the start of the second. They are comfortably knocking the ball around in anticipation of chances opening up for them.
48'
GET UP! Ilicic goes down very easily after Tralka accidentally caught him when trying to hold off his challenge. Contact was minimal but Poznan sportingly put the ball out of play, much to the frustration of their fans.
46'
KICK OFF! The referee blows his whistle and Fiorentina get us back underway.
45' +1
And that's that for the first half as the referee blows his whistle.
45'
The fourth official raises his board to indicate that there will be a minimum of one minute of stoppage time at the end of this first half.
44'
Poznan look to respond immediately as Pawlowski latches onto a long ball over the top of the Fiorentina defence. He just started his run too early, though, and is rightly ruled offside.
42'
J. Iličić has scored a goal for Fiorentina!
WHAT A GOAL!!! Ilicic stepped up to the kick and swept it beautifully into the far corner beyond the dive of Buric. Fiorentina take the lead three minutes before half time.
41'
Fiorentina are now awarded a free kick in a dangerous position just outside the penalty area after Dudka tripped Rossi. They have numerous candidates for this...
40'
Poznan are awarded a free kick in a good position near the right touchline. Linetty stands over the kick and whips in a decent delivery that is met by Kedziora, who heads straight at Sepe.
37'
The home fans are getting a little restless as their side are penalised for giving away a cheap foul. They can have few complaints, though, and Poznan need to cut out silly errors like that.
35'
We are still awaiting the first goals of the evening in Group I. The other match in the group between Belenenses and Basel is also goalless in Portugal after 35 minutes.
32'
Pawlowski receives the ball 25 yards from goal and slightly to the left. He tries his luck but sends his effort just wide of the target. That was better from the hosts, though.
30'
Given Fiorentina's strong start to the Serie A season, it is strange to think that they are currently propping up Group I coming into this game. They are still very much on top here, though.
28'
Rossi cuts in from the right onto his favoured left foot, but his resulting shot is very disappointing. There is no power in the effort and it trickles into the hands of Buric.
26'
K. Linetty gets yellow.
La Viola are starting to gain the upper hand in this contest. They are confidently knocking the ball around the field, but just need to be a bit more clinical in front of goal.
24'
NOT FAR OFF! Fiorentina apply the pressure and the ball eventually falls to Fernandez, who looks for the far corner with a bending effort. It is whiskers away from nestling in the net.
22'
Blaszczykowski is very unlucky! He latches onto a neat through ball and is through on goal, but is denied by the offside flag. Replays show that he was clearly onside when the ball was played.
19'
The hosts have put their opponents under good pressure so far. They come into the contest in a confident mood having won the reverse fixture 2-1 in Italy and would love to complete an unlikely double.
17'
The free kick is blocked initially before Kaminski unleashes a vicious follow-up effort that has plenty of power behind it, but is straight at Sepe who gathers.
15'
Bad challenge from Bernardeschi! The utility man slides in on Linetty, with the Polish striker taking a tumble on the edge of the box! Sepe has no option but to put plenty of men in his wall, with the ball set in a dangerous position.
13'
Tomovic comes across brilliantly to deny Pawlowski, with the left-sided midfielder trying to get his legs moving early on! Chances have been few and far between, with neither goalkeeper having much to do. Sousa's men have controlled possession fairly well thus far.
11'
Just wide from Pawlowski! The midfielder is found in space on the edge of the penalty area, but drags a shot slightly beyond the far upright! His low drive had Sepe worried! Fiorentina go up the other end, with Rossi challenging for a lofted through ball, but Buric claims with ease!
9'
The home side are trying to get a touch of the ball and settle down, with Sousa's men leading the current tempo. Fernandez clips a pass towards the edge of the penalty area, before a cross is swung in from the left! Rossi tries to get across the front of his marker, but is dominated by his man.
7'
Rossi tries to get in behind the hosts' back four, but the Italian striker is caught narrowly offside. The ex-Man United forward just leaned his way the wrong side of his marker! Fiorentina are getting closer.
5'
The visitors are very much on the front foot inside the opening five minutes of this game. They are putting a heap of pressure on the hosts and are unlucky not to be in front.
3'
GOOD SAVE! Fiorentina have started brightly and have had two chances in a matter of minutes. Shortly after Suarez fired just wide of the target, Vecino was brilliantly denied by a smart stop from Buric.

We are underway in the first half in Poland!
Hello and welcome to live coverage of Fiorentina's away visit to face Lech Poznan in Poland! Not too long ago, the hosts managed to take a late 2-1 victory against La Viola in Florence, leaving Paulo Sousa's men with a must-win contest tonight. The visitors currently sit bottom of Group I, with their opponents having a one-point advantage as it stands.
Lech Poznan have managed to progress into the knockout stages in both of their last two Europa League group-stage campaigns, which is a good omen for Jan Urban. The Polish coach is hosting his first ever home match in this competition tonight, with Sousa definitely much more experienced in this particular footballing arena. Fiorentina need a win tonight, with the hosts needing to be switched on from the start.
There was a flashpoint right at the end of the half that left the hosts incensed when the referee blew his whistle, as Bernardeschi caught Kedziora with a flying elbow. He was lucky to escape without a card but, had the referee seen it properly, it is more than likely that he wouldn't have done.
The visitors deserve their lead at the break having been on top for the majority of the first half. They will be keen to really hammer home their advantage after the break, while Poznan need to make the most of their opportunities.
The teams are making their way back onto the field and the second half is just moments away.
