Tottenham get us under way here at White Hart Lane. The man in charge of the cards for tonight's encounter is Orel Grinfeld from Israel.
Good evening and welcome to our LIVE text commentary on tonight's UEFA Europa League clash between Tottenham Hotspur and Anderlecht from White Hart Lane. I'm Matthew Judge and I will be your host for the match, which kicks off at 8:05pm.
Revenge will be firmly on the mind of Spurs tonight when they take to the field against Belgian giants Anderlecht. The latter came back from behind to beat the north Londoners 2-1 in the reverse leg last time out and this game could also be decided by the tightest of margins.
Qarabag and Monaco shared the spoils in a 1-1 stalemate in the other Group J affair earlier today and that means there is still nothing to split the four sides and their current points tallies. Spurs and Anderlecht are both on four before this evening's match and either team can take top spot with a win.
TEAM NEWS: Mauricio Pochettino has made three changes to the side which started Tottenham's 3-1 win over Aston Villa on Monday. Kieran Trippier, Ben Davies and Ryan Mason all come into the first eleven for this evening's match.
TEAM NEWS: Besnik Hasi has made three alterations to the team which started Anderlecht's last outing against Mouscron-Peruwelz. Fabrice N'Sakala, Steven Defour and Frank Acheampong all get the chance to impress from the first whistle tonight.
Both sets of players are stripped and ready to go as they walk out in front of the supporters packed into White Hart Lane tonight. We are just moments away from seeing the action start to unfold now.
HALF TIME: TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR 1-0 ANDERLECHT
Kane scores the only goal in the first half as Spurs lead 1-0 at the half-time interval. Anderlecht had plenty of chances to break the deadlock before the England international did, primarily through Okaka, but they couldn't take them at White Hart Lane.
N'Sakala was in the thick of things for Anderlecht and Defour tested the palms of Lloris with a wicked strike from distance, but Spurs boasted that extra bit of quality when it mattered in the opening period.
FULL TIME: TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR 2-1 ANDERLECHT
Dembele continues his fabulous goalscoring run for Tottenham as he powers home a lovely strike to give Spurs a 2-1 win over Anderlecht. The visitors can feel hard done by after bossing the game for large spells, but it's Pochettino's men who will be the ones singing tonight.
Kane buried a superb opener for Spurs after a neat pass from Eriksen against the run of play and that had the hosts in front at the break. But Anderlecht picked up from where they left off in the opening period after the interval, levelling through Ezekiel.
Son came off the bench and helped make a difference, sliding the assist through to Dembele as Spurs moved into top spot in Group J in the Europa League this evening.
That's all from me, Matthew Judge, and it has been a great pleasure talking you through all of tonight's action from White Hart Lane. We hope you can join us again very soon. Take care!
