The referee blows the final whistle and that is 11 wins in a row for Juventus!
90' +3
R. Nainggolan gets yellow.
V. Torosidis enters the game and replaces A. Florenzi.
Nainggolan is shown a yellow card after bringing down Morata. The Roma man was desperate to get the ball back, but did so illegally.
A final throw of the dice from Spalletti sees Florenzi come off to be replaced by Vassilis Torosidis.
90' +1
Juventus deal with the corner and have four minutes of stoppage time to hold out for the three points.
90'
U. Sadiq enters the game and replaces Mohamed Salah.
Before they take it, Roma make another change as the disappointing Salah makes way to be replaced by Sadiq Umar.
89'
Pjanic steps up to take the free-kick but the Juventus wall stands firm to deflect his delivery behind for a corner.
88'
P. Evra gets yellow.
Roma have a free kick right on the edge of the area and to the right of the goal after Evra charges down Florenzi's effort with a raised arm. The left-back is booked and this is a good chance this is for the visitors...
86'
Evra goes in search of a second goal that would put the game beyond Roma. He cuts in from the left flank and unleashes a right-footed shot, but it is easy enough for Szczesny to gather.
85'
Álvaro Morata enters the game and replaces P. Dybala.
The Juventus Stadium rises as one to give Dybala a wonderful reception, as he makes way to be replaced by Alvaro Morata.
83'
Allegri is screaming at his players to keep things tight as the clock ticks down. This would be an 11th consecutive win for the Bianconeri and would keep the pressure on Napoli, as they seek for a fifth straight Serie A title.
81'
Dzeko almost does so as he latches onto a long ball into the area. The linesman has his flag up on the far side, however, and his neat finish is quickly ruled out by the referee.

Description
79'
What can Roma do in response? They have defended well all night, but have finally succumbed to Juve. The visitors have 11 minutes to find an equaliser here.
77'
P. Dybala has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by P. Pogba.
Pogba embarked on a surging run into the heart of the Roma defence before neatly sliding the ball through for Dybala.
DYBALA DOES IT AGAIN!!! Juventus finally have the breakthrough and it is Dybala's 12th goal of the season. Pogba creates the opportunity by threading the ball through for the Argentine, who's close control and instant shot is too quick for Szczesny as he gives his side the lead 13 minutes from time.
76'
Pogba tries his luck from distance with a highly ambitious effort, which has plenty of pace but is nowhere near troubling Szczesny as it fizzes wide of the target.
75'
The Juve fans are starting to get a little restless with their side. They will be very keen to maintain their winning streak and keep to within two points of Napoli at the top of the table.
73'
Dybala stands over the free-kick but, once again, the delivery is poor and easily dealt with by Roma. The 10-match unbeaten run will disappear unless Juve sharpen up in the final third.
71'
S. Kéita enters the game and replaces W. Vainqueur.
Juventus are awarded a free-kick to the right of the penalty area but, before they take it, Seydou Kéita comes on to take the place of Vainqueur.
69'
CHANCE! Cuadrado keeps the ball alive by hooking it high into the box. Mandzukic lays it off for Evra to strike and Szczesny shows great reactions to make a good block, albeit at the expense of self-sacrifice and a lot of pain.
68'
Cuadrado looks to make an instant impact after Juve's initial free-kick delivery is cleared. He unleashes a sweet strike from 25 yards, but Szczesny does well to hold.
66'
J. Cuadrado enters the game and replaces S. Lichtsteiner.
Juve make the first change of the night and Lichtsteiner makes way to be replaced by Juan Cuadrado. The Colombian will provide another good outlet down the right wing for the Bianconeri.
65'
Roma have won just one of their last 12 visits to Juventus and they will not break that poor run if they fail to take advantage of set-piece opportunities like they did with that corner. Juve found that far too easy to deal with.
64'
Digne's long throw into the box causes Juventus problems and they can only clear as far as Nainggolan, who's shot is deflected behind for a corner. Good pressure from the visitors...
62'
Nainggolan tries to launch a quick counter attack as he looks to fizz the ball into Dzeko. Chiellini reads the situation well, though, and steps in to make an important interception.
60'
Juventus still very much on top in terms of possession since the restart. They are yet to test Szczesny, however, and need to start getting a few shots on goal.
58'
Evra goes down on the edge of the area under a challenge from Pjanic. The left wing-back is rolling around in agony, but the referee remains unmoved and allows the play to go on.
56'
Dybala shows good quick feet again in a tight spot before sliding the ball through for Lichtsteiner to run onto. The Swiss international is stopped on his tracks, though, by the offside flag.
54'
There is a slight worrying sign for the hosts as Barzagli goes to ground. He is soon back up, though, and quickly shakes off his knock.
52'
Juve have made all of the early running at the start of this second half. A goal would really settle them down, you feel.
50'
M. Mandžukić gets yellow.
M. Pjanić gets yellow.
Mandžukić is booked by the referee after catching Rudiger in the face with a trailing arm. The Roma defender made the most of the situation and the striker is incensed by the decision.
Pjanić also goes into the book. It appears to be for something he said to the referee.
48'
Juventus have scored in each of their last 12 home meetings with Roma, but need to start testing Szczesny a lot more in the second half if they are to continue that run.
46'
HERE WE GO: The referee blows his whistle and Juventus get the ball rolling once again.
45' +1
Dybala appears to be fine and the referee swiftly blows for half time.
44'
There is a worrying sign for Juventus as Dybala randomly pulls up after weaving away from a couple of challenges. The Bianconeri will he hoping it is a knock that can easily be shaken off.
42'
Juve look to turn the pressure up in the latter stages of the first half. Evra tries to catch Szczesny out by trying to steer his cross inside the near post, but sends it into the side netting.
39'
PENALTY?! The ball catches Pjanic on his trailing left arm in the area and takes it off the toes of an almost certain Dybala volley on goal. The referee had already blown his whistle, however, after penalising Lichtsteiner for pushing.
37'
The initial throw-in is dealt with but Roma launch another stream of attack. Dzeko is crowded out in the area as he looks to connect with a deep cross from the left, but the ball reaches an unmarked Florenzi at the far post. He gets too excited, however, and lashes it high into the stands.
35'
Evra charges down Nainggolan's cross and Roma have a throw-in on the near side. This is a good opportunity for them to really ask questions of the Juventus defence...
33'
An opportunity almost opens for Khedira on the edge of the area as he drifts unmarked into the space. Roma shirts are quickly around him, though, and take the sting out of his shot on goal.
31'
Florenzi climbs well to flick De Rossi's long ball into the path of Dzeko. Juventus are relieved, however, as the linesman quickly has his flag up.
29'
STAT ATTACK: Roma will have known they faced a tough test this evening. After all, they have lost each of their last four visits to the Juventus Stadium.
27'
There are no real surprises when Roma win the ball back that they use the opportunity to just slow the pace of the game right down and enjoy some time in possession. They need to make the most of any opportunities that come their way this evening.
25'
It is only a matter of time before Juventus break the deadlock, you feel. They are currently on an incredible resurgence following their poor start to the campaign and it is going to take a brilliant effort from Roma to stop them in their tracks this evening.
23'
Evra is the next player to try his luck as the ball breaks nicely for him in the area. His first effort is well blocked, before his second flashes across the face of goal and behind for a goal kick.
21'
His efforts may have counted for nothing but that was a piece of individual brilliance from Dybala. The way he brought that ball under his control was top class and he was unlucky to have hit the bar and been flagged offside.
19'
WHAT AN EFFORT! Dybala wonderfully latches onto a long ball over the top of the defence and delightfully lobs Szczesny, only to see his effort rebound off the crossbar. It would not have counted, however, as the linesman had his flag raised on the far side.
18'
At the other end, Roma enjoy a rare venture forward and some space opens for Florenzi to try his luck from distance. He really lets fly with his effort and Buffon has to be alert to hold on to his effort.
16'
Dybala is carrying a huge threat for Juve this evening. He has already scored 11 goals and claimed seven assists in Serie A this season and you would fancy to add to that based on his current performance levels.
14'
A. Rüdiger gets yellow.
He was lucky to escape a booking for a foul on Marchisio seconds earlier but there is no escape for Rüdiger this time, as he has his name taken a late challenge on Dybala.
13'
Roma deal with the resulting corner and are eventually awarded a free kick after the follow-up delivery, as Pogba is penalised for pushing.
12'
After another neat spell of passing from Juve, some space opens for Dybala to turn and shoot. He is quickly charged down, however, and the ball deflects behind for a corner.
10'
After much deliberating, Dybala finally steps up to strike the free-kick. There is plenty of power in his delivery, but it is straight down the throat of Szczesny.
9'
D. De Rossi gets yellow.
De Rossi receives the first yellow card of the game after tangling with Mandzukic on the edge of the penalty area. This is now a very good opportunity for Juve...
7'
The Bianconeri are slowly starting to settle into their rhythm and put themselves on top of proceedings. They have enjoyed almost all of the possession in the last couple of minutes and Roma are struggling to get near them.
5'
Juventus launch a decent attack after building the play nicely from inside their own half. Pogba produces some neat trickery out on the left, but his subsequent cross is poor and Roma deal with the pressure accordingly.
3'
Both sides have made a purposeful start to this game. Each have enjoyed a good spell of possession, but to no avail for the time being.
1'
KICK OFF: The referee blows his whistle and Roma get the match underway kicking from left to right.
Good evening and welcome to LIVE text coverage of Serie A. We are at the Juventus Stadium tonight, as reigning champions Juventus host Roma.
The two sides come into this game on the back of very contrasting runs of form. Juventus are currently on a 10-match winning streak, while Roma have won just one of their last 11 in all competitions.
Massimiliano Allegri made six changes for the win over Lazio in the Coppa Italia quarter-finals on Wednesday, but makes just three alterations to the side that thumped Udinese 4-0 last time out in Serie A. Andrea Barzagli replaces Daniele Rugani in the three-man defence, while Paul Pogba takes Kwadwo Asamoah's place in midfield. Patrice Evra was sent off in the reverse fixture in August and starts in the left wing-back position, with Alex Sandro making way.
Luciano Spalletti's second spell in charge of Roma began with a disappointing 1-1 draw against bottom club Verona last weekend. Nevertheless, he makes just two changes from that game as Antonio Rudiger comes into defence, while William Vainqueuer takes his place in midfield. Leandro Castan and Vassilis Torosidis drop to the bench alongside veteran Francesco Totti, who would look to make an impact against the Bianconeri.
ROMA (3-4-1-2): Szczesny; Manolas, De Rossi, Rudiger; Florenzi, Vainqueur, Pjanic, Digne; Nainggolan; Dzeko, Salah.
ROMA SUBS: Lobont, Leandro Castan, Totti, Iago Falque, Keita, Gyomber, De Sanctis, Emerson, Torosidis, Umar.
HERE THEY COME: The teams are making their way out onto the field and kick off is just moments away.
HALF TIME: JUVENTUS 0-0 ROMA
Juventus have been on top in the first half. Their possession and build-up play has been very crisp, but they need to get more shots on goal in the second half.
It has been rare but Roma have looked good whenever they have got themselves forward. They have been stubborn at the back, too, but cannot afford to let Juventus keep coming forward. The visitors should look to gain a reasonable foothold in the contest after the break.
The players are making their way back out onto the field and the second half is imminent.
FULL TIME: JUVENTUS 1-0 ROMA
That is all from the Juventus Stadium this evening. Thank you for following LIVE action from Serie A - hope you have enjoyed it. Until next time, have a very good evening!
Paulo Dybala was the hero for Juve as his 12th goal of the season sees the Bianconeri keep up the pressure on Napoli at the top of Serie A. Roma will be disappointed, as they now have just one defeat from their last 12 matches in all competitions.
