Juventus quickly work the ball around as they push forward on what will surely be their final attacking move of the game. They're unable to find a way past the Bayern back line, however, forcing Bonucci into launching a deep cross into the penalty area, but Neuer does well to rush out and cut out the danger before it can find Pogba, who had made a lovely run into the box. That is surely that for the Bundesliga champions...
120'
Another chance for Bonucci! Pogba is fouled by Vidal on the left wing, resulting in Juventus being awarded a free-kick in a dangerous position. It's curled into the middle of the box, where it bounces around before falling to the centre-back, but once again he's unable to beat Neuer, this time with a close-range header.
118'
Bonucci goes close! The centre-back now seems to be playing as a makeshift centre-forward, and he remains camped on the edge of the Bayern penalty area as Juventus push forward once again. Sturaro charges towards the box before teeing up the defender, but he ends up firing a low strike straight into the hands of Neuer in the middle of the goal.
116'
What a chance for Sturaro to pull a goal back! Pogba picks up the ball on the left flank and immediately curls a brilliant cross into the heart of the penalty area, where it finds Mandzukic unmarked. The striker meets the ball with an outstretched foot and forces Neuer into making a strong diving save before the Italian midfielder somehow skies his follow-up shot over the top of the crossbar from close range.
114'
It's all Juventus at the moment as they desperately try to find a way back into the game, but it is now Bayern who are on the back foot and desperately defending their lead. As a result, the visitors are continually being frustrated and finding it difficult to carve out chances on goal.
112'
S. Sturaro gets yellow.
Juan Bernat gets yellow.
The referee then turns to Bernat and shows him a yellow card as well, much to the annoyance of the Spaniard.
After taking his time making up his mind, the referee eventually shows Sturaro a yellow card for his challenge on Alaba.
111'
Sturaro attempts to break into the Bayern penalty area as he tries to latch on to a lofted pass forward, but he's unable to find a way past Alaba and ends up cynically dragging the defender to the ground. The Italian's actions result in an angry response from Bernat, who shoves the midfielder before squaring up to him inside the box, leaving the referee with a choice to make about what to do...

GOAL! Bayern have taken the lead! A dangerous cross from the left flank can only find Evra inside the Juventus penalty area, but the left-back's attempted clearance is poor and is sent straight into the feet of Thiago. The Spaniard plays a lovely one-two with Muller as they break into the penalty area, and the midfielder then fire a brilliant curling strike past Buffon and into the bottom right-hand corner of the net. What a way to score what could be the winning goal of the game!

And we're off once more!
105' +1
Juventus win themselves a free-kick on the right wing after Pereyra is fouled, and it's quickly thumped up towards the edge of the penalty area. It almost finds Pogba, but just as he's about to make contact with the ball it's stolen away from him by strong defending by Kimmich.
104'
Big call by the referee! Lewandowski breaks into the left-hand side of the Juventus penalty area as he tries to latch on to a loose ball forward, but he ends up barging Bonucci to the ground, resulting in the referee awarding a free-kick to the visitors just as the striker goes through on goal. The defender looked to go down slightly too easy, however, and the number 9 definitely seems to agree.
103'
R. Pereyra gets yellow.
Pereyra and Vidal are involved in an off the ball coming together in the middle of the pitch, and the Argentine becomes the latest player to receive a yellow card as a result.
101'
Thiago Alcântara enters the game and replaces F. Ribéry.
Bayern have made their final change of the game, with Ribery making way for Thiago.
100'
Wonderful play by Coman! The youngster has made a huge difference since coming on to the pitch, and he's been causing an increasing amount of problems for Sandro down the right wing. He takes on the Brazilian and skips past him with ease before trying to tee up Lewandowski with a low cross towards the edge of the six-yard box, but Bonucci is just about able to cut out the danger with a vital interception at the near post.
99'
Once again, Ribery picks up the ball in a dangerous position on the left-hand side of the Juventus box. This time he's quickly closed down by a group of defenders as he tries to weave his way towards goal, and he's eventually dispossessed before he can test Buffon with a close-range strike.
97'
Ribery goes close! The Frenchman, who has looked far better since suffering a disappointing first half, twists and turns on the left-hand side of the penalty area before finally being able to get a shot away, but his strike deflects off the foot of Barzagli before being parried away by a strong save from Buffon.
95'
A half-hearted Bayern attack breaks down deep inside the Juventus half of the pitch, and the Italian side quickly break away on a swift counter-attack. They initially work the ball around well before Hernanes tries to tee up Sandro on the left wing, but his pass is completely mishit and sails harmlessly out of play for a throw-in.
93'
Chance for Lichtsteiner! Juventus break away quickly down the right flank before a low cross is fired into the feet of Mandzukic. The striker controls it well and spins before teeing up the Swiss right-back, but his curling shot fails to beat Neuer at the far post and is well saved by the German goalkeeper.
92'
Bayern immediately push forward down the left wing through Lewandowski, who quickly wins his side a corner. It's curled towards the near post by Costa but Barzagli is just about to beat Muller to the ball before clearing it away from danger with a strong header.
91'
And we're underway once again!
90' +3
Bayern keep pushing forward as they look for a goal that woud send them through to the quarter-finals of the Champions League. 90' +1
T. Müller has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by K. Coman.
Assist Kingsley Coman
GOAL! Bayern have equalised right at the death! Vidal picks up the ball in the middle of the pitch and immediately picks out Coman deep down the right wing. The youngster is in a pocket of space and is able to curl a wonderful cross over to the far post, where it finds Muller. The German jumps high and meets it brilliantly before beating Buffon with an excellent close-range header. We're going to extra-time!
89'
R. Pereyra enters the game and replaces J. Cuadrado.
Juventus have made a late alteration, with Pereyra coming on to take the place of Cuadrado.
88'
So close from Costa! The Brazilian has consistently been one of Bayern's best players this evening, and once again he impresses with wonderful skill down the right flank. He breaks forward before cutting inside and unleashing a curling strike towards the back post that bounces dangerously in the middle of the penalty area before beating both Buffon and the goal.
87'
Lewandowski hits the post! Costa picks up the ball in a pocket of space 30 yards away from goal and quickly sends a wonderful cross into the middle of the penalty area. It meets the striker, who immediately nods a lovely header past Buffon and on to the woodwork. However, just as he's about to rush towards the ball the linesman's flag is raised for offside, and the replays show that it was the right decision.
85'
Once again, Coman tries to find joy down the right flank, but once more he's unable to beat Sandro and ends up fouling the Brazilian, who goes down in a heap on the floor and wins his side another free-kick. Bayern are starting to look increasingly rattled every time they push forward.
83'
Bayern push every available body forward once again as they desperately try to find a late equaliser, but Sandro, who has been excellent this evening, forces Coman into fouling him just outside of the Juventus penalty area and wins his side a much-needed free-kick and, more importantly, a rare chance to breathe.
81'
Muller charges into the Juventus penalty area but is quickly dispossessed by a wonderful sliding tackle from Bonucci. The ball falls to Ribery, however, and the Frenchman then chips the ball over to Costa, but the Brazilian is unable to chest it down quickly enough and is tackled by Hernanes before he can unleash a shot from the edge of the box.
79'
Ribery twists and turns on the left-hand side of the penalty area as he weaves his way down the byline. The Frenchman then tries to chip a cross towards Lewandowski in the middle of the box, but Barzagli is able to throw his body in the way of the attempted pass to stop it from finding the goalscorer.
77'
Bayern come back once again before Kimmich chips a deft cross into the middle of the penalty area, but Barzagli is able to rise high above Lewandowski to beat the Polish striker to the ball before he can test Buffon with another close-range headed effort.
75'
Coman and Sandro tangle deep down the right wing, resulting in the referee awarding a free-kick to Bayern in a very dangerous position near to the byline. After plenty of pushing and shoving inside the box, Costa eventually steps up and curls a cross into the penalty area, but it's just about punched away by Buffon. The goalkeeper's clearance can only find Ribery, however, but the Frenchman's thumping 20-yard shot fails to beat the sea of white and black shirts camped on the goal line.
73'
R. Lewandowski has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by Douglas Costa.
Assist Douglas Costa de Souza
GOAL! Bayern have pulled one back! The hosts break down the right wing before Costa finds himself in a pocket of space just outside of the penalty area. He takes a quick touch before firing a brilliant cross towards the back post that flies over the head of Bonucci before finding Lewandowski, who is finally able to beat Buffon with a bullet header from close range. Game on!
72'
M. Mandžukić enters the game and replaces Álvaro Morata.
Morata receives a rousing round of applause from the Juventus fans as he's replaced by the former Bayern striker Mandzukic.
71'
J. Cuadrado gets yellow.
A rare Juventus foray forward ends on the edge of the hosts' penalty area and results in a throw-in for Bayern deep inside their own half of the pitch. They try to take it quickly but Cuadrado cynically pushes the ball away, resulting in him becoming the latest player to receive a yellow card.
70'
Juventus are continuing to defend incredibly diligently, and as a result Bayern are constantly failing to cause too many problems for the visitors' back line. Costa cuts inside from the right flank before unleashing a low shot that is deflected away to Muller, but the German's follow-up shot isn't much better and sails harmlessly over the top of the crossbar.
68'
S. Sturaro enters the game and replaces S. Khedira.
Juventus have decided to make their first change of the night, with Sturaro coming on to take the place of Khedira.
66'
Bayern come back once again, and this time it's Ribery who is presented with the latest opportunity to send a corner into the Juventus penalty area. He's able to do so but it's a poor one, and as a result it ends up sailing straight into the hands of Buffon in the middle of the goal. It just hasn't been the Frenchman's night thus far.
64'
The hosts switch the ball out to the right flank, where it finds Coman in a pocket of space, but the youngster is quickly closed down by Sandro, who darts back to put the winger under pressure before forcing him into running the ball out of play for a goal-kick.
62'
Bayern continue to dominate possession deep inside the Juventus half of the pitch as they desperately move the ball around just outside of the visitors' box. It eventually bounces into the path of Ribery on the left-hand side of the penalty area, but his toe-poked strike fails to find a way past Bonucci.
60'
K. Coman enters the game and replaces Xabi Alonso.
Bayern have made their second change of the game, with Alonso making way for Coman.
59'
Ball after ball is flung into the Juventus penalty area as Bayern try to find a way back into the game, but each one is well dealt with by the visitors before they are eventually allowed a chance to breathe after Lewandowski brings down Pogba with a flailing arm.
58'
Another chance for Morata! The first corner quickly results in a second for Juventus, which is taken short before Sandro curls a cross into the heart of the penalty area. It flies past a sea of red shirts before finding the Spanish striker, but his bullet header is sent straight into the hands of Neuer.
57'
So close from Morata! Once again, the Spaniard breaks through the disjointed Bayern back line before flying into the hosts' box. He then skips past both Kimmich and Alaba before unleashing a thumping strike, but it takes a slight deflection off the outstretched foot of the Austrian that sends it looping just over the top of the crossbar.
56'
Chance for Morata! A half-hearted Bayern attacking move breaks down, allowing Juventus to fly forward on a brilliant counter-attack. Sandro quickly sends the ball into the path of Morata, who skips past Alaba far too easily before heading into the penalty area. He then tests Neuer with a low shot, but it's sent straight into the hands of the German goalkeeper.
54'
The resulting set-piece is flung into the middle of the Juventus penalty area, but it's initially well dealt with by the visitors and cleared out to the left wing. Costa picks up the ball and quickly sends it back into the box, but his attempted cross is overhit and misses Ribery before bouncing out of play for a goal-kick.
53'
L. Bonucci gets yellow.
And now Bonucci becomes the latest player to receive a yellow card after he clatters into Lewandowski as the striker tries to break forward through the middle of the pitch. The flow of the game has been completely eradicated by a series of cynical fouls.
51'
R. Lewandowski gets yellow.
Lewandowski, clearly frustrated with Sandro's tackle on him a few moments ago, ends up running into Evra off the ball, leaving the referee with no choice but to add his name to the ever increasing list in his book.
50'
Sandro charges into Lewandowski and barges the striker to the ground, leaving him in a heap on the floor. Juventus play on, however, and quickly break down the right flank, but the attacking move ends up coming to a disappointing end when Morata carelessly strays into an offside position.
48'
S. Lichtsteiner gets yellow.
A. Vidal gets yellow.
Lichtsteiner is also shown a yellow card for his part in the melee, much to his bemusement.
It's kicking off! Cuadrado flies into Vidal as two players battle for the ball down the right flank, but the Bayern midfielder isn't at all happy with the Colombian's challenge. He then angrily reacts by pushing the winger, resulting in a sea of players piling in to join in with the action. The situation eventually calms down after a minute of angry exchanges, and the Chilean is shown a yellow card.
46'
Juan Bernat enters the game and replaces M. Benatia.
Bayern have decided to make one substitution during the half-time break, with Bernat coming on to replace Benatia, who really struggled during the first half.
And we're underway once again!
45' +1
Bayern desperately try to push forward on their last attacking move of the first half as they look to find a way back into the game. Costa twists and turns down the right flank as he tries to beat Sandro, but the makeshift left-winger ends up sticking to his task and stays close to the attacking midfielder before forching him into sending a poor pass straight into the feet of Evra.
45'
The fourth official has indicated that there will be just one minute of added time.
44'
Juventus go close to making it 3-0! Pogba flies down the left wing before cutting into the penalty area and beating Benatia far too easily. He then cuts a lovely pass across the face of goal that bounces past two Bayern defenders before reaching Cuadrado at the far post, but the Colombian's first-time strike is just about clawed away by Neuer. Lichtsteiner then picks up the ball on the edge of the penalty area, but his follow-up flies a yard or two over the top of the crossbar.
43'
J. Kimmich gets yellow.
Yellow card Joshua Kimmich
42'
Bayern almost pull one back! Vidal picks up the ball just outside of the Juventus penalty area and quickly sends a lovely pass into the feet of Muller, who is in a dangerous position in front of goal. He controls it well before firing a low shot, but it's pushed away by a strong save from Buffon. However, Pogba's attempted rushed clearance flies straight into the chest of Lewandowski, but it takes the striker by surprise and the ball ends up bouncing narrowly wide of the near post.
40'
After spending the past 10 minutes largely on the front foot, sloppy passing by Bayern allows Juventus to break away on a quick counter-attack down the left flank. Sandro gets forward well before sending a cross into the penalty area, where it's half dealt with by Benatia. The centre-back can only send his attempted clearance to Lichtsteiner, however, but the right-back ends up handling the ball just as he's about to shoot and the referee awards a free-kick tot he hosts as a result.
38'
Álvaro Morata gets yellow.
Morata flies into Kimmich and catches the defender in the face with a raised boot, resulting in a yellow card for the striker and a free-kick for Bayern on the right flank. It's flung into the middle of the box but, not for the first time this evening, it's poorly hit and fails to cause too many problems for the Juventus back line.
37'
Once again, Costa picks up the ball in a dangerous position out on the right, but this time he decides to fire a low cross towards Muller. The German does well to meet it and, with his back to goal, tries to spin round Bonucci to shoot, but the centre-back comes out on top and heads the ball away from danger with a vital clearance.
35'
Chance for Costa! Alaba picks up a pass from Alonso and charges down the space left on the left flank. He then curls a bouncing cross into the Juventus penalty area that is missed by everyone before falling to the Brazilian on the right-hand side of the box. He takes a quick touch before firing a low shot towards goal, but it fails to find a way past the sea of white and black shirts camped just a few yards in front of him.
33'
Once again, Bayern try to patiently and methodically work their way towards the Juventus penalty area, but the visitors continue to put them under an incredible amount of pressure and force them into turning round and sending the ball all the way back into their own half of the pitch.
31'
It just isn't working for Bayern tonight. The hosts are seeing plenty of the ball but are really struggling every time they push forward, as they're lacking the quick movement or intensity needed to find a way past Juventus' compact and well-organised back line. The visitors are pressing brilliantly and it's causing their opponents a huge amount of problems.
29'
S. Khedira gets yellow.
Khedira becomes the first player to receive a yellow card, presumably for time wasting after the referee decides that he was spending too long tying his shoelaces.
28'
J. Cuadrado has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by Álvaro Morata.
Assist Álvaro Borja Morata Martín
GOAL! Juventus have doubled their lead! Bayern sloppily lose the ball on the edge of the visitors' penalty area, allowing the Italian side to fly away on a blisteringly quick counter-attack. Morata breaks forward on a brilliant run as he weaves through a sea of red shirts, none of whom can get anywhere near him. He then cuts a pass over to Cuadrado, who fakes to shoot and skips past a tackle from Lahm before slotting a wonderful strike into the top right-hand corner of the net. What a wonderfully worked goal that was!
27'
Ribery goes close! Once again, Costa cuts inside from the right flank before sending a dangerous cross into the Juventus penalty area. This one finds the French winger, who peels off to the back post, but his spinning header is unable to find the back of the net and is well saved by Buffon.
25'
Lahm charges down the right flank but is barged into by Sandro, leaving the referee with no choice to award a free-kick to Bayern. Costa steps up and attempts to curl a low cross into the middle of the box, but it's poorly hit and fails to beat the first man.
23'
Morata scores, but it's offside! Neuer is put under pressure as he tries to play out from the back, resulting in him sending a poor attempted clearance straight into the feet of Hernanes. The Brazilian then knocks the ball over to the Spanish striker, who immediately chips a lovely shot over the head of the Bayern goalkeeper and into the back of the net, but he was several yards offside and the linesman's flag is quickly raised as a result.
22'
Sandro is clumsily fouled by Lahm, resulting in a free-kick for Juventus on the left flank. The Brazilian sends a lovely curling cross into the heart of the penalty area, where Morata makes a good run towards the ball, but he's beaten to the pass by Neuer before the linesman's flag is raised for offside.
20'
Almost a lovely move by Bayern! Vidal beats Khedira to the ball in the middle of the pitch and receives possession in a pocket of space. He immediately sees a great run from Lewandowski and chips a lofted pass towards the Polish striker, but it ends up flying mere inches past his outstretched foot. He was completely unmarked on the right-hand side of the Juventus penalty area and in a great position to test Buffon, but the flight of the ball let him down.
18'
Costa has looked to be one of Bayern's biggest attacking threats thus far, and he's starting to find an increasing amount of joy when darting down the right wing. He takes on Sandro before cutting inside and unleashing a curling shot from 30 yards out, but there's slightly too much power on the strike and it ends up flying a few yards over the top of the crossbar.
17'
Lewandowski is slowly starting to see more of the ball in front of goal, and each time he does he's causing problems for the Juventus back line. This time he receives possession just outside of the visitors' box and almost picks out Vidal, who had made a great run forward, but this time the Chilean is unable to make contact with the ball, despite his best efforts.
15'
Juventus are unable to fully clear the ball out of their own half of the pitch, allowing Bayern to come back once again. They work the ball around quickly just outside of the penalty area before Lewandowski pokes a deft pass towards Muller, but just as it's about to meet the German it's cut out by a vital interception from Sandro.
13'
And now Muller is presented with a good opportunity to equalise! Lahm finds himself in a pocket of space on the right flank, and he immediately swings a cross towards the back post. It looks set to sail harmlessly out of play but a defensive mix-up results in Lichtsteiner sending it bouncing back to Alaba. The Austrian then tees up the Bayern 25, who is in a good position on the edge of the six-yard box, but he is unable to beat Buffon with his downward header.
11'
Chance for Ribery! Bayern come back again quickly and continue to put pressure on the Juventus defence. Lewandowski receives the ball just outside of the penalty area and immediately cuts a bouncing pass over to the French winger, but his first-time volley is far too powerful and ends up flying comfortably over the top of the crossbar.
10'
Ribery and Lewandowski link up well on the left wing, with the striker drifting out to the flank to pick up the ball in space. He then squares up to Bonucci before curling a cross past the centre-back and into the heart of the penalty area, but there's slightly too much power on the attempted pass and it ends up sailing past Muller and out of play for a goal-kick.
8'
Understandably, Bayern immediately push forward on a determined attacking move from the restart. They initially move the ball around well before Costa tries to pick out Vidal with another quick pass towards the Juventus penalty area, but this time it's completely mishit and can only find Hernanes, who then breaks away on a swift counter-attack.
6'
GOAL! Juventus have taken an early lead! Khedira picks up the ball in the middle of the pitch and immediately chips a lovely pass over the head of Alaba and into the path of Lichtsteiner. The right-back flies past the Austrian before penetrating the penalty area, where he's beaten to the ball by Neuer. However, the goalkeeper completely mishits his attempted clearance and sends it straight to Pogba, who is then easily able to tap the ball into the back of the net from the edge of the box. What a start by the visitors!
5'
P. Pogba has scored a goal for Juventus!
4'
Bonucci pushes into the Bayern half of the pitch and is clattered to the ground by Alonso, resulting in the first free-kick of the game going Juventus' way. Sandro curls the set-piece into the middle of the box, where there are several white and black shirts waiting, but the cross is slightly overhit and misses all of them before bouncing out of play on the right wing.
3'
Bayern embark on a patient start to the game as they slowly work the ball towards the edge of the Juventus penalty area. Costa then quickly cuts inside from the right before sending an excellent pass into the feet of Vidal, who is completely unmarked just inside the visitors' box, but his first touch is poor and sends the ball rolling into the hands of Buffon.
1'
And we're off! Juventus get us underway, attacking from left to right.
Good evening and welcome to our live text commentary of today’s Champions League last-16 second-leg clash between Bayern Munich and Juventus at the Allianz Arena.
Just 10 minutes into the second half in last month’s first-leg tie in Turin, it looked as if Bayern were comfortably on their way to a place in the quarter-finals of the Champions League. Goals either side of half-time put the Bavarians into a commanding position against a Juventus side that were struggling to deal with their attacking talent, but the Serie A leaders embarked on an excellent comeback and scored twice in the final half an hour to give themselves a chance of beating the five-time European champions. As a result, tonight’s hosts still have one foot in the next round of the competition thanks to the two away goals firmly under their belts, but it’s not going to be easy, as their opponents continue to go from strength to strength in what is proving to another brilliant season for the Old Lady.
A thumping 5-0 thrashing of Werder Bremen on Saturday kept Bayern five points clear at the top of the Bundesliga table, but it hasn’t been entirely plain sailing for the league leaders in recent weeks. Including the first-leg draw with Juventus, the four games leading up to last weekend’s clash resulted in just one win for the Reds, who suffered a shock defeat at home to Mainz before going on to be held to a goalless draw by fellow title challengers Borussia Dortmund. Whilst it is far from a crisis, only one victory from four games represents their worst run of form since their minor blip after wrapping up the title towards the end of last season. Nonetheless, their home form is excellent and will fill them with confidence about their chances of reaching the last eight of the competition. Mainz’s shock win was the first time that Pep Guardiola’s side had lost at the Allianz Arena since the start of May, whilst their last home defeat in the Champions League came almost two years ago.
As for Juventus, they are on an excellent run at the moment and have fully turned around their season after a tough start to the campaign. A 1-0 win at home to Sassuolo last Friday extended their unbeaten run to an excellent 19 games, keeping them at the top of the Serie A table and on course for a fifth consecutive league title. The Old Lady struggled in the first half of the first leg three weeks ago but improved dramatically after the break, and another performance like that tonight will no doubt cause real problems for Bayern. However, their task has been made even more difficult by the omission of three key players in Claudio Marchisio, Giorgio Chiellini and Paulo Dybala, all of whom are injured and unavailable for selection on what is a hugely important night for the club.
Pep Guardiola has decided to make three changes to the Bayern side that started the 5-0 thumping of Werder Bremen on the weekend, with Douglas Costa, Arturo Vidal and Roberto Lewandowski coming into the starting line-up to replace Kingsley Coman, Thiago Alcantara and Mario Gotze.
Meanwhile, Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri has decided to make five alterations to the side that featured in win at home to Sassuolo, with Daniele Rugani, Claudio Marchisio, Kwadwo Asamoah, Paulo Dybala and Mario Mandzukic all making way for Stephan Lichtsteiner, Patrice Evra, Hernanes, Paul Pogba and Alvaro Morata, respectively.
The two sides are making their way out on to the pitch, with just a few minutes to go until kick-off. The atmosphere inside the stadium is electric, with both sets of fans in fine voice.
HALF-TIME: BAYERN MUNICH 0-2 JUVENTUS
What a first half it's been for Juventus! The visitors have done everything right thus far, and as a result they've made Bayern look extremely average. The hosts have bossed possession but have done very little with it, with both Lewandowski and Muller struggling to find much joy in front of goal as a result. The Old Lady have defended diligently and stuck to their task perfectly, and their high pressing has constantly caused problems for their opponents, who time and time again have looked far too open at the back and susceptible to counter-attacks.
The two teams are making their way back out onto the pitch ahead of the start of the second half.
The referee blows his whistle and brings an end to 90 minutes of excellent football. Bayern's late equaliser, made possible thanks to a brilliant second-half performance, means that we're going to extra-time, and the hosts will fancy their chances of breaking down a Juventus side that have defended diligently but are quickly starting to tire.
The first half of extra-time comes to an end and it remains all square between the two sides. As has been the case since the start of the second period of normal time, Bayern are continuing to boss possession as they push forward time and time again, but Juventus are just about managing to hold on. Will it go to penalties, or can either side find the back of the net during the final 15 minutes?
FULL-TIME: BAYERN MUNICH 4-2 JUVENTUS
The referee blows his whistle for the final time and Bayern have finally managed to confirm their place in the last eight of the Champions League! It's been an incredibly tough night for the hosts, who were made to work incredibly hard by Juventus. The visitors were brilliant in the first half and continued to defend resolutely right until the end of normal time, when their opponents finally broke them down with excellent attacking play. From then onwards the Bundesliga leaders remained on the front foot, and they were able to pick apart a tiring Old Lady side who struggled to rediscover the momentum and high pressing that characterised the early stages of the game.
