One of the sides out there is running down the clock with short passing play, and you may be surprised to learn that it is Swansea who is implementing this tactic, and not Leicester. The home side are just sitting back waiting for the attacks to come, but the Swans just want to go home now and reflect on this poor performance.
89'
Three minutes of added time have been allocated by the referee which only prolongs Swansea's suffering. The Welshmen in the stands for the away side probably wish they never even bothered making the trip today, as they have been outclassed in every department. This is what happens at the end of the season when you have nothing to play for!
87'
Leicester have been outstanding today, but it also must be said that Swansea have been absolutely dreadful in their defensive organisation. Williams, who is usually so composed in the centre of the backline, really has had a horror show and it has filtered out into the performances of his team-mates, who have been equally as abject.
85'
M. Albrighton has scored a goal for Leicester City!
GOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLL FOR LEICESTER! What a day this is turning out to be for the Foxes! A goalmouth scramble ensues inside the Swansea box and King and Gray both have cracks at goal which are either blocked or saved. Albrighton gets a subsequent chance, though, and makes no mistake with a rifled finish into the roof of the net! Four-nil!
83'
Third and final change now and yet another standing ovation rounds out in the stadium as Schlupp makes his way to the side of the park to be replaced by Marc Albrighton, who was actually given a rest for this game which allowed the former to make the starting XI.
82'
M. Albrighton enters the game and replaces J. Schlupp.
81'
R. Huth gets yellow.
Even with the game won, Huth receives his customery yellow card for a needless foul on Ayew when the Ghanaian was going nowhere inside the centre circle. The German just can't help himself to leave a little something on the opposition strikers...
79'
A. King enters the game and replaces L. Ulloa.
The King Power faithful rise high out of their seats to applaud two-goal hero, Ulloa, who has just picked up a bit of a back injury and will be unable to complete his hat-trick. He came in to replace Vardy so there were some big shoes to fill, but he has contributed brilliantly to his team's pursuit of the title today.
77'
Even with the scoreline the way it is, Swansea have barely changed their playing style even with the need to grab some goals. Yes, the match may be gone now, but it was the same case when they were only 2-0 down after half-time, so the club needs a bit of a shake-up you would feel.
76'
Ki Sung-Yueng enters the game and replaces G. Sigurðsson.
Third and final change from Guidolin now and it sees Ki Sung-Yeung enter the action for a cameo appearance in place of the ineffectual Sigurdsson.
Minute
Description
75'
There are 15 minutes remaining at the King Power Stadium and Leicester have had this game dead and buried ever since Ulloa slid home for the third goal. The Swansea fans really have not had much to sing about today as they never even looked like getting back in contention for the draw when the hosts took the lead early on.
73'
D. Gray enters the game and replaces S. Okazaki.
First change of the match from Ranieri now and it is the customary withdrawal of Okazaki at this time in the match. He will be replaced by Demarai Gray, who can enjoy the last 20 minutes without too much pressure. A talented lad, and he may just win the league in his first season in the top-flight!
72'
A. Williams gets yellow.
71'
This day has certainly been one to forget for Ashley Williams, who sums up his inability to get close to the Leicester players by cynically hauling Drinkwater to the floor to stop a counter-attack and earn a yellow. His recent form has not been promising, especially with the European Championships coming up in the summer with Wales!
69'
The confidence oozing among these Leicester men is there for all to see and each and every one of the attacking players is eager to get involved in the goalscoring action against this leaky Swansea defence. Everyone has been waiting for the moments to spot some cracks in their mentality or ability to handle the pressure, and they have been disappointed so far.
67'
JUST OVER FROM OKAZAKI! Schlupp is involved in the action positively for the home side once again with a marauding run into the box, looking to find space for the shot. The ball eventually comes to the Japan international, who attempts to lift a strike high into the top left corner, but unfortunately for him, it goes just north of the crossbar.
65'
SAVE FROM FABIANASKI! Schlupp, who has been superb this afternoon, almost grabs a deserved goal with a drilled left-footed strike aimed towards the bottom right corner, but he is thwarted by the Swansea stopper, who gets down to make the save with a solid left glove. The Foxes are probing for more goals!
63'
F. Fernández gets yellow.
First booking of the match now and it is a deserved one for Federico Fernandez, who compounds his poor overall display by scything down Mahrez who was making his way dangerously into the final third. Swansea need to be careful to keep their discipline as the last thing they need now is a man sent off...
60'
L. Ulloa has scored a goal for Leicester City! Assist by J. Schlupp.
Electric pace displayed by Schlupp as he leaves Rangel for dead before assisting Ulloa.
GOOOOOAAAAAAAAALLLLLLL FOR LEICESTER! THAT SHOULD SEAL THE THREE POINTS! Schlupp displays an oustanding bit of pace to just nick the ball beyond Rangel in behind to run one-on-one with the keeper. He unselfishly manages to find Ulloa at the second attempt after a poor initial pass, and the former Brighton striker slides home from a yard out! Three-nil!
59'
Swansea need to come up with a plan B here, as the passing out to the wings for subsequent crosses into the box really isn't working, for the simple reason that Leicester have two giant central defenders in the form of Huth and Morgan who are clearing everything aerial away from danger with ease.
57'
It really is odd to see a team playing at home in the Premier League allow the opposition so much possession whilst sitting pretty much as deep as possible intside their own half. It certainly works for Leicester, though, and they have no real need to press ahead for more chances to create due to the current, comfortable scoreline.
55'
Ten minutes into the second half now and we have seen a noticeable improvement from Swansea in terms of their ability to get into the final third with any kind of intensity or authority. The problem for the visitors is that they just haven't been able to test Schmeichel apart from a couple of speculative long-range strikes that were easily dealt with.
53'
This new line-up from Guidolin is certainly very brave in an attacking sense, but the former Udinese head coach will need to be wary of his midfield duo of Cork and Britton, who look slightly lightweight compared to the combative Drinkwater and Kante. As long as Swansea have the ball they'll be fine, though.
51'
Mahrez receives a loose ball to feet around 25 yards out and wonderfully skips past a challenge with a delightful stepover. However, on this occasion it is one touch too many for the Algerian, who attempts to nutmeg the oncoming Cork, only to be disappointingly dispossessed.
49'
A rare miscommunication at the back from Leicester here as Huth and Morgan get themselves into a debate about who should mark Ayew at the back post. In the end nobody takes initiative to stay close to the Ghana international, but luckily for the hosts, his resulting header on goal poses no problems to Schmeichel in between the sticks.
47'
As well as bringing on a couple of substitutes, it looks like Guidolin has also changed things tactically, as Swansea look to be deploying a 4-2-3-1 formation now, with Ayew, Montero, and Sigurdsson sitting in behind the central striker, Paloschi. Let's see if it pays off for the Italian boss.
46'
J. Montero enters the game and replaces W. Routledge.
A. Paloschi enters the game and replaces L. Fer.
Confirmation of Montero replacing Routledge.
Two changes to report at the break, and unsurprisingly they both come from Swansea. Leroy Fer and Wayne Routledge are the men coming off, and they'll be replaced by Alberto Paloschi and Jefferson Montero.
We are back underway in this Barclays Premier League clash!
44'
Routledge pops up down the right flank this time and receives the ball into space from Rangel before whipping a wicked low cross to the post, but the retreating Huth is on hand to divert behind for another Swansea corner. The visitors need to do a lot better from these set-piece opportunities they are being awarded.
42'
Schmeichel has had very little to do in this first half but he is finally called into action as Sigurdsson dips a cracking free-kick low towards the bottom corner. Fairly routine in the end for the Denmark international, but he takes no chances and palms behind for a Swansea corner-kick.
40'
Leicester are just reeling Swansea into a fall sense of security at the moment by sitting extremely deep inside their own half. The visitors are happy to have the ball as they always are, but Ranieri's men are, of course, looking to create space in behind to pounce on the counter-attack.
38'
Williams has had a nightmare of a first half so far as not only did he gift Leicester the lead with that shocking clearance to Mahrez, but he has been guilty of taking the pressure right off the Foxes in dangerous areas with needless challenges. The latest foul comes with a barge to the back of Ulloa just in front of the dugout.
36'
Guidolin's idea to stick Sigurdsson in the central attacking role may have looked good on paper, especially with the pacey Routledge and Ayew running in behind from their respective flanks, but the Iceland international has barely landed a glove on the braun of Huth and Morgan at the back.
34'
You really do get the feeling that Leicester are a team that thrives on confidence, and when they take the lead so early in the game everyone looks so composed and professional when on the ball or attempting o take someone on. They might indeed crumble when confidence is low, but luckily for them that hasn't been the case at any point this season!
32'
All the speculation this week has been about how Leicester would cope without their talismanic striker, Vardy. However, all this chat looks to have been for nothing as they are handling the situation with ease, with Ulloa stepping up in his team-mate's absence to get on the scoresheet.
30'
L. Ulloa has scored a goal for Leicester City! Assist by D. Drinkwater.
Another excellent assist from Drinkwater this season as he tees up Ulloa with a cross from the wide area.
GOOOOAAAAAAAAAALLLLL FOR LEICESTER! THE HOSTS DOUBLE THE LEAD! Drinkwater stands over a free-kick on the left wing and steps up to swing a lovely cross to the edge of the six-yard box, and Ulloa is on hand to bullet a superb header into the bottom corner past Fabianski! Two-nil!
28'
The Leicester fans have been outstanding in this first half and have barely stopped singing for a moment since Mahrez opened the scoring with that outstanding finish. There really is an atmosphere of belief surrounding the Foxes, but they need to guard against complacency as Swansea do have the tools to hurt them.
26'
Mahrez is starting to turn on the style now and open up his great, big bag of tricks. The Algerian twists and turns on the edge of the area and takes on Taylor before shifting back on to his right foot to have a crack at goal from the tight angle, but Williams does well on this occasion to turn behind for a corner.
24'
Schlupp bursts a gut to get on the end of a lofted ball over the top of the Swansea defence down the left wing, and eventually collects possession near the corner flag. With not much support inside the box, he is forced to play back to Fuchs, but Leicester do well in the end to keep the pressure heaped upon the visitors.
22'
Midway through the first half at the King Power and it is so far, so good for Leicester as they are seemingly pretty comfortable with their 1-0 lead. In recent weeks, apart from last week's game against West Ham, the Foxes backline has been pretty much impenetrable, so Swansea have their work cut out.
20'
Ranieri has been fairly blessed this season with his chance to field pretty much the same starting XI for the majority of the games in the campaign, but today it is not only Vardy who misses out, but Albrighton also features on the bench after being given a bit of a rest. We will likely see the former Aston Villa winger at some point, but at the moment Schlupp is looking dangerous on that left flank.
18'
Guidolin's charges are awarded a free-kick deep down the left wing and it looks like Britton has been tasked with it. The Swansea veteran decides against sending a cross into the box and instead plays short to Sigurdsson, who takes a touch down the wing before teasing a cross along the six-yard box, but there are no takers to smuggle the ball home. Great ball, that!
16'
Swansea attempt to get back into the match the only way they know how, and that is with patient possession play from the middle of a park. It is a very interesting clash of styles today as Leicester have been praised for their stunning counter-attacks, while also criticised for their inability to pass the ball about better as they have the worst possession retention figures in the league. It is doubtful the Foxes will care about these stats should they be crowned champions!
14'
The King Power faithful are in full voice now after that Mahrez goal, and chants of 'ARE YOU WATCHING TOTTENHAM?!' are sounding out in the stands as Leicester's title rivals are taunted. Perhaps a bit premature from the home fans, but you can't really blame them for showing such passion considering the circumstances!
12'
Well, if there were any nerves before the match for Leicester in regards to their need for three points today then it is safe to say they won't be as bad now as the Foxes have been given a complete gift by Swansea to take the lead. It is up to the visitors to bounce back now.
10'
R. Mahrez has scored a goal for Leicester City!
GOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLL FOR LEICESTER! A HORROR MISTAKE FROM WILLIAMS! Swansea play the ball around at the back with ease and it all seems pretty comfortable, but the club captain lets his team-mates down with a slack pass straight to the feet of Mahrez, who makes no mistake with the chance by whipping a low strike into the bottom right corner! One-nil!
9'
Swansea have started the match pretty positively so far and are attempting to implement their short passing game. With the pace of Routledge and Ayew running in behind too, they have the ability to drift into the space beyond the defence, but they could be doing with a little more penetration through the middle as Huth and Morgan have been comfortable.
7'
You can see already that Leicester are attempting more lofted passes up top than usual, and into an area in the middle of the pitch too. Normally, Vardy is tasked with chasing speculative balls into the channels, but Ulloa is being utilised as more of a target man, which is leaving Okazaki free to buzz around to hustle and hunt for loose balls.
5'
Sigurdsson, who is playing in the most central role out of the front three, collects the ball to feet with his back to goal then turns sharply before stabbing a pass down the channel for Routledge. The cross subsequently is flashed into the box near the front post, but Huth is on hand to make the fairly comfortable interception. Decent link-up play from the Swans!
3'
A fairly scrappy start to proceedings in this Sunday afternoon clash as both sides attempt to find their feet in the early stages. With Ulloa up top instead of Vardy for Leicester, it will be interesting to see what alterations Ranieri has made to his tactics in order to get the best out of his starting XI.

WE ARE UNDERWAY AT THE KING POWER!
Good afternoon football fans! Welcome to LIVE coverage of the Barclays Premier League clash between Leicester and Swansea from the King Power Stadium.
Like Vardy, Mahrez has been one of the breakout stars of this Premier League campaign, and is one of the front-runners to be named the PFA Player of the Year alongside the Englishman and another one of his team-mates, N'Golo Kante. With 17 goals and 11 assists to his name, the Algerian will certainly take some beating to be named the best player of the season.
Leicester's ascendancy in the past year has gone hand-in-hand with the accompanying rise of England international, Jamie Vardy, who has worked his way up from the lower leagues to become one of the most predatory strikers in the country. However, the fixture today will see him miss out due to suspension after being sent off last week against West Ham in that fiery 2-2 draw, so the onus will be on the likes of Shinji Okazaki and Riyad Mahrez to provide the quality in front of goal against the Swans.
The last clash between Leicester and Swansea took place in December, and the result was the fixture in question which lead to Monk getting the sack after 11 years at the club as a player and manager. In that match at the Liberty, Mahrez was the star of the show with a fantastic hat-trick as the Foxes ran out comprehensive 3-0 winners away from home.
The enthralling title race in England's top-flight continues today as the Foxes attempt to take another big step towards being named as champions, in what would be one of the greatest achievements in the history of club football. The scale of Leicester's rise this season really cannot be underestimated as, at this point a year ago, they were battling to avoid relegation, while now they are on the cusp of finishing at the summit of the table.
Swansea have endured a campaign to forget this year and are currently down in 14th with 40 points taken from their opening 34 matches. With poor form leading to the dismissal of Garry Monk at the start of December, Francesco Guidolin was brought in as head coach to steady the ship and, although the Swans' Premier League status is secured, there is certainly a cloud hovering over the Liberty Stadium at the moment.
Earlier on in the season, Claudio Ranieri's outfit relied on moments of magic from Mahrez and Vardy, but in recent times it has been the defence who has shone in order to claim wins. They have kept five clean sheets out of their last six matches and are unbeaten in eight, and when you combine this with the fact that Swansea have only managed to notch up two wins out of their last 12 away from home, all signs point to a home win.
The teams have made their way to the pitch and we are almost ready for kick-off!
Swansea subs: Nordfeldt, Naughton, Amat, Ki, Barrow, Montero, Paloschi.
Half-time at the King Power. Leicester are making this title race thing look like a walk in the park at the moment as they go into the break with a comfortable 2-0 lead over a disappointing Swansea side. The visitors actually started proceedings positively, but all the good work went out the window when Ashley Williams' awful clearance gifted Mahrez the opportunity to run in and score, while Ulloa doubled the lead not long after with a bullet header into the corner. Nerves? What nerves! Second period to come.
Full-time at the King Power Stadium. Leicester's march towards the Premier League title shows no signs of slowing down as they run out comprehensive 4-0 winners over Swansea and go eight points clear at the top of the table in the process, with Tottenham not playing until tomorrow. The hero on the day was Leonardo Ulloa, who deputised for Jamie Vardy with a brilliant double, with Riyad Mahrez and Marc Albrighton also getting on the scoresheet to seal the three points. Thanks for joining us, see you next time!
