Provided they don't lose the clean sheet in the dying moments, the Bianconeri will equal the record set for fewest goals conceded in a 20-team Serie A campaign (20, Juventus in 2011/12). Yet another reason for the hosts to celebrate this evening!
86'
A. Ponce enters the game and replaces F. Quagliarella.
The final change of the night sees Quagliarella replaced by Andres Ponce.
85'
L. Bonucci has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by Álvaro Morata.
Morata is credited with the assist for his delivery from the corner.
MAKE IT FIVE! It gets better by the minute for Juventus! Ranocchia whiffs on a header from a corner, allowing the ball straight into the path of Bonucci who turns it in from five yards!
83'
Neto called into action! It's a rare moment of involvement from the keeper as he has to be quick to scurry across to his near post to prevent the visitors from scoring straight from a corner! Strong hands shown by the keeper there to knock the ball away and subsequently start his side forward on the break.
81'
Morata is keen to get in on the fun, getting on the end of Evra's ball across the face of goal, only to be denied by Brignoli from point-blank range. It wouldn't have counted anyhow, as the striker was flagged for offside in the build-up.
79'
It's all unfolding perfectly for Juventus this afternoon. They couldn't have scripted this match going any better. The atmosphere inside the stadium is electric, and it's going to get even better soon as the Serie A trophy gets set for an appearance.
77'
G. Chiellini has scored a goal for Juventus!
HE'S GOT HIS GOAL! Fired up doesn't begin to describe Chiellini as he sprints off in celebration! Brignoli came out to parry a corner, but knocked it only as far as Chiellini who unloads a half-volley into the top corner from atop the area with the keeper stranded!
76'
R. Soriano enters the game and replaces J. Correa.
Roberto Soriano is introduced by the hosts, at the expense of Correa.
75'
S. Zaza enters the game and replaces M. Mandžukić.
The hosts make their final change, bringing on Simone Zaza for Mandzukic.

Description
74'
STAT: Juventus (88 points) have already beaten last season’s point haul (87) with one game still to spare, while also amassing more wins (28 to 26) and a better goal differential (+50 to +48) despite recording just one victory from their first six games of the season.
72'
S. Sturaro gets yellow.
Dodo is tripped up by Sturaro near the far touchline and that will see the Juventus sub into the referee's book - the third yellow today issued to a member of the Bianconeri.
71'
Has to be better! It's the first time we've heard Quagliarella's name all match, and it's not the sort of moment he was hoping for. Ricky delivers an inviting free-kick to the near post, with eyes for his strike partner the whole way, but Quagliarella swipes at the air as he fails to make contact, with the ball rolling harmlessly behind for a goal-kick.
69'
It's all become a bit stale now as Juventus close up shop as they turn their sights to the trophy celebrations that are to follow at full-time. They're more negative in possession now, though you can always rely on Pogba for a spark, as the Frenchman sends another effort at goal from well over 30 yards, missing the far post by just a couple of feet.
67'
Álvaro Morata enters the game and replaces P. Dybala.
The second brings with it the arrival of Alvaro Morata - for what could be his last appearance with the club - while Dybala gives way. The Argentine will finish the season with 19 league goals.
66'
S. Sturaro enters the game and replaces R. Pereyra.
The first Juventus change sees Stefano Sturaro - who has been with the club for each of their last five successive titles - enter the fray at the expense of Roberto Pereyra.
63'
Sampdoria make a rare foray into attack, and it ends with Dodo appealing for handball and a penalty, though he hardly has a case. Correa needed to do more in the build-up. The midfielder had space to run into but seemed uninterested as he rolled a square ball across for the left-back to go in alone down the flank.
61'
STAT: Among managers with 25+ appearances in the current Serie A, only Frosinone's Roberto Stellone (0.84) has averaged a lower points-per-game rate than Sampdoria's Vincenzo Montella (0.96).
59'
Dybala is denied by the sure hands of Brignoli, getting across to his right to make another fine save - but the flag had gone up anyhow so it wouldn't have counted. The Argentine remains very keen in and around the area as he searches for the hat-trick that would take him to 20 league goals on the season.
57'
The tempo has slowed again as Juventus patiently work the ball around inside the attacking half. They're trying not to rub salt in the wounds, but with Sampdoria sitting back and hardly pressing the ball, it's making it hard for the hosts not to want to advance the ball and add to their lead.
55'
A. Ranocchia enters the game and replaces J. Sala.
Sampdoria make the first change of the evening as they bring on another centre-half in the form of Andrea Ranocchia, with Sala giving way.
54'
TWO MORE FOR BRIGNOLI! The keeper is being peppered with shots and he's helped prevent what could be a 7-0 or 8-0 scoreline right now. Pereyra and Pogba are the latest to try their luck from outside the area, but Brignoli is on high alert, corralling both efforts rather comfortably in the end.
52'
HE THOUGHT HE HAD IT! What a terrific bit of interplay that was from Juventus, as Pogba delivers a throughball into the area for Chiellini, aided by a dummy by Dybala. The defender has eyes on his first goal of the season, but Brignoli is off his line in a flash to thwart him at the near post!
50'
STAT: The Bianconeri are only one clean sheet away from equalling the single-season record in a Serie A campaign (22, held by AC Milan in 1993/94 and Juventus in 2013/14).
48'
The second half is off to a slower start, with Juventus not as keen to add to their lead just yet. They're still bossing possession, and with Sampdoria hardly putting up a fight, the chances do figure to follow sooner rather than later for the Bianconeri.
46'
Here we go again!
45'
HALF-TIME: JUVENTUS 3-0 SAMPDORIA.
43'
IT CLIPS THE BAR! What an outrageous, yet incredible, effort from Pogba! The Frenchman catches Brignoli off his line and tries to chip the keeper from near the halfway line, and he's nearly successful! It just clips the top of the bar before landing on the roof of the net.
41'
Sampdoria can't get anything going in attack. They're at a disadvantage in personnel following Skriniar's sending off, but even with 11 players on the pitch they only managed to test Neto once, inside the first three minutes. From then on the ball has hardly entered the Juventus half.
39'
STAT: Both teams have found the net in each of their last six league meetings at the Juventus Stadium, combining to score 25 goals.
37'
J. Sala gets yellow.
P. Dybala has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by Hernanes.
Hernanes picks up a deserved assist for all the hard work he's done in midfield up to this point. He's proven a creative catalyst thus far.
IT'S BEEN COMING! JUVENTUS HAVE THEIR THIRD! Buffon leads the applause from the touchline as Dybala latches onto a pass in space atop the area, picks his head up and sees there's no defender closing down on him. Diakite plays the role of spectator as Dybala punishes a finish in at the near post with Brignoli wrong-footed!
Sala is issued a yellow card, though it's come just after the goal so it's not entirely clear what it was for.
35'
Hernanes gets yellow.
Hernanes goes into the referee's book for a late challenge, which will give the visitors the opportunity to send a ball into the Juventus box - a rarity up to this point.
33'
INCHES WIDE! How they don't have a third yet is beyond me! Mandzukic does so well to fend off a challenge before cutting onto his right. He takes a step towards the centre and tries to pick out the far corner, but a slight deflection takes it just beyond the woodwork!
31'
OFF THE BAR! Juventus are inching ever closer to a second! Dybala turns provider this time, chipping a delightful ball over the top as he places it on the head of Mandzukic. The Croatian striker lobs an improvised header over the keeper, but it rattles off the crossbar and stays out!
29'
GREAT SAVE! It's an exceptional piece of play in the build-up as well, as Hernanes wins the ball in his own half and dribbles his way beyond two challenges before springing Dybala into attack. The striker sprints in search of his second, but his attempted curler is knocked aside quite brilliantly by Brignoli!
27'
STAT: Sampdoria are poised to finish 15 points worse off than they did a season ago. Their 17 defeats entering the final matchday are more than double the eight they suffered last season.
25'
The intent from Juventus has been evident from the start. They would be lifting the trophy after the match regardless of the result today, but they had every intention of ending their season with another victory - just par for the course for the Bianconeri in this campaign.
23'
NEARLY A THIRD! That's an excellent piece of goalkeeping from Brignoli who managed to navigate his way through a mess of bodies in the area before knocking a corner to safety, just when it looked like Pogba was going to get on the end of it with the keeper stranded. It was a risky challenge from the keeper, but it has to be said he got it right there.
21'
G. Chiellini gets yellow.
Chiellini becomes the first Juventus player to be booked in the match, as he steps up into a very firm challenge on Ricky right at the halfway line. The striker will undoubtedly be feeling the effects of that one tomorrow.
19'
It's getting worse by the minute for Vincenzo Montella and Sampdoria. They thought they had sunk to a new low last weekend when they were demolished 3-0 in front of their own fans in the derby against Genoa, but it's looking like it could be a lot worse for them here this afternoon, already trailing by two goals and down a man all inside of 15 minutes.
17'
STAT: Juventus have won all of their last 15 Serie A matches on home soil and they have not conceded any goals in their last 10 home games.
15'
Penalty goal scored by P. Dybala for Juventus!
DYBALA CONVERTS FROM THE SPOT! The striker makes no mistake, slotting a confident penalty into the left corner, leaving Brignoli no chance regardless of whether he had guessed correctly or not.
14'
M. Škriniar goes off after a red card!
IT'S RED! The referee had a decision to make and after a bit of deliberation he issues Skriniar a straight red! It's the right decision, as he was the last defender and denied a clear scoring opportunity, but what a nightmare this is for the centre-half, making just his second start for the club.
13'
PENALTY TO JUVENTUS! Mandzukic is sent through on goal by Dybala, with Diakite playing the striker onside, forcing Skriniar to try and recover, but the defender gets the challenge all wrong as he takes the striker to ground and concedes a penalty!
11'
There's a lovely tempo about the match. With no pressure on either side, these sides are free to approach the match as they please, and both have taken the liberty in stride as they're quick to get onto the front foot when possession is won back.
9'
Full of life now are the Bianconeri as they heavily pursue a second in quick succession. A delightful ball through from Pogba appears to have Dybala in alone against the keeper, but the flag rightfully goes up for offside to bring the move to a halt.
7'
STAT: Juventus are unbeaten in their last five Serie A clashes against Sampdoria (W4 D1), after having won only one of the previous 10 encounters.
5'
P. Evra has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by P. Dybala.
A GOAL FOR ALL OF JUVENTUS! Celebrations underway early in Turin and their opening goal comes from one of the more unlikely sources as Evra sprints towards the far post to get on the end of a free-kick from Dybala, stretching out to head a terrific finish beyond Brignoli! It's just the second goal of the season for the French left-back.
Lovely delivery from Dybala who lifted that free-kick over the defenders, placing it perfectly onto the head of Evra from over 30 yards.
3'
It may be Juventus' day, but it hasn't stopped Sampdoria from getting off to an encouraging start. They win back possession in their own end and break confidently into attack, leading to a Ricky strike that forces Neto into a smart save at his near post.
1'
And we're off! Juventus get the match underway, attacking left to right.
Hello and welcome to live coverage from the Juventus Stadium as the Bianconeri close out their fifth successive title campaign against Sampdoria. Win, lose or draw, Massimiliano Allegri’s side will end the night celebrating as they are set to be presented with the Serie A trophy following the final whistle, where they will share in the joyous occasion with their home fans for a fifth year running. From here it’s off to Rome, where they will attempt to secure a second consecutive domestic double next weekend when they take on rivals Milan in the Coppa Italia final.
Sampdoria were trounced 3-0 last weekend at home to rivals Genoa, putting the cherry on top of the sundae that has been this abysmal season in Northern Italy. It continues to get worse for the Blucerchiati, who have now won just twice from their last nine, leaving them in 15th place, just five points clear of the bottom three entering the final weekend. It caps off a remarkable dip in form from the club in 2015/16, coming off a seventh place finish just a year ago, narrowly missing out on a spot in Europe.
Vincenzo Montella half-heartedly took the blame for what has been a catastrophe of a season at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris, stating it was all his fault, but going on to explain that sometimes a coach needs to take the blame even if it isn’t true. It’s a telling statement from the famous Roma striker, who was rumoured to have asked to be sacked following the conclusion of the season – a report which he went on to deny. Regardless, the Sampdoria fans staged a protest against Montella in their final home game last weekend and it would be a great surprise if the coach, who only took the helm in the middle of November, stayed on for another season.
As expected, Massimiliano Allegri has rotated his squad after resting many of his first-team regulars last weekend in their surprise defeat to Serie B bound Verona. Giorgio Chiellini is back in defence, while Stephan Lichtsteiner and Patrice Evra are restored as the first-choice wing-backs. Roberto Pereyra, Hernanes and Paul Pogba are brought back into midfield, while Mario Mandzukic is chosen to partner Paulo Dybala in attack. Giving way for these players are Daniele Rugani, Juan Cuadrado, Stefano Sturaro, Mario Lemina, Kwadwo Asamoah, Simone Zaza and the suspended Alex Sandro.
The Juventus players make their way out of the tunnel with their kids by their sides, a lovely touch from the club as they get set to celebrate their success with their families.
Juventus clinched the title in style this season, after a tumultuous start to the campaign left them reeling, Allegri’s men went on to win 25 of 26 in the league to vault Napoli at the summit and secure the trophy with more than a couple of games to spare. It was a 2-1 victory over rivals Torino, granted through Juan Cuadrado’s 93rd minute strike, which sparked a run of 15 and 10 league wins in a row for the Bianconeri, separated only by a scoreless draw at Bologna, as they made easy work of their opposition en route to a competition record 32nd Serie A championship.
The referee shows mercy in not adding any stoppage time at the end of the first half, as Juventus head into the break with a commanding lead. Patrice Evra opened the scoring inside of five minutes, but it was the Paulo Dybala show for the Bianconeri in that first half as the Argentine scored twice and picked up an assist as he continues to carve the Sampdoria defence to shreds. It remains to be seen if the hosts will take their foot off the gas in the second half, or continue to make the most of their numerical advantage, while the visitors will be eager to get through to full-time and put this disastrous campaign in the books.
Sampdoria have made a wealth of changes to their starting line-up as well following their heavy derby defeat. Albero Brignoli, Milan Skriniar, Jacopo Sala, Joaquin Correa, Nenad Krsticic, Edgar Barreto and Ricky Alvarez are brought into the team, at the expense of Emiliano Viviano, Mattia Cassani, Lorenzo De Silvestri, Angelo Palombo, Fernando, Roberto Soriano and Antonio Cassano. Brignoli will try and keep a clean sheet against his parent club.
Cue the celebrations! Juventus end the season in style as they ship five past the 10-man Blucerchiati, with Milan Skriniar seeing red. Patrice Evra opened the scoring for the Bianconeri, before a Paulo Dybala brace made it 3-0 before the interval. It stayed that way for a while before defenders Giorgio Chiellini and Leonardo Bonucci added insult to injury, bringing Sampdoria's season to an appalling end.
That's all for our live coverage from the Juventus Stadium. Thanks for following along - goodbye!
