ANOTHER MISS! Cavani gets the ball in that position on the left side of the box again and shapes to curl it into the bottom corner with his right boot, but he telegraphs his intentions and his shot is blocked.
90'
Just before that third goal, Cavani missed another chance, trying to take on a defender but losing his balance on his finish, sending it over the bar from a position where the keeper should have been tested.
88'
M. Corujo has scored a goal for Uruguay!
SAVED! Blake springs acrobatically to stop Lodeiro's shot, and a slight touch from Morgan takes the ball back into the keeper's path! Very hard for the referee to call a back pass on that one.
THERE'S THE THIRD! Corujo pounces on a lapse in the defence to stride through and confront Blake, before slotting a neat finish home! A pleasing scoreline for Uruguay to take home now.
86'
HEAVY TOUCH! Silva carves his way to the top of the box from the left flank and plays it infield to Cavani. The PSG man exchanges passes with a team-mate at the top of the box, but can't bring down the return ball!
84'
R. Austin gets yellow.
Austin hacks down Lodeiro recklessly, and the referee immediatly stops the game to book the substitute. However, Uruguay are displeased because the bakk broke kindly for them and they weren't allowed to play the advantage.
81'
M. Corujo enters the game and replaces Á. González.
Gonzalez has been pulled for Corujo.
Cavani starts his run a tad too early, and he's called for the narrowest of offsides that would have otherwise put him in the clear with Bravo. It seems that the striker can't buy a goal in this game.
80'
M. Binns enters the game and replaces J. McAnuff.
Binns is in and off goes McAnuff.
79'
PENALTY? Cavani appears to have streaked goalside of Taylor, but Blake launches himself at the ball, which rolls away from the trio, who collide and collapse. The keeper is the first up to get to the ball, and the referee decides to let him play on.
77'
A few halfhearted Jamaican attacks ends as Morgan makes his second foray forward of the game, showing neat footwork but ultimately failing to uncover a passing option, giving the ball away.
75'
Orgill shows his fresh legs off the bench to motor down the right-hand side, but he's confronted by Silva, who puts out that fire, as he has done all night from the left-back spot.
Minute
Description
74'
G. Ramírez enters the game and replaces A. Hernández.
Hernandez departs and on comes Ramirez.
73'
D. Orgill enters the game and replaces G. McCleary.
Orgill is on for McCleary.
72'
Frustration for McCleary, who tries to race for a ball down the right-hand side but pulls up as he can't catch up with it. Did he tweak something ever so slightly there? The medical staff will soon find out as he's about to be replaced.
70'
Donaldson leads Jamaica on a promising attack, but he decides to hold the ball up to lay it off. McAnuff gets involved, but also hesitates. There's simply no belief in the Jamaican ranks, and they soon turn the ball over.
69'
R. Austin enters the game and replaces L. Williamson.
Austin gets a run out in place of Williamson.
68'
Well that may just do it in terms of the direction of this game. Jamaica will find it almost impossible to grab two goals, I'm afraid. Far more likely for Uruguay to manage a third.
66'
J. Watson is unfortunate, scores an own goal!
M. Vecino enters the game and replaces C. Sánchez.
OFF THE POST! Moments after Jamaica skew another shot wide, Cavani drifts across his marker and glances a header towards goal, only to see it crack off the post! That could have been all she wrote!
Sanchez is off and on comes Vecino.
OWN GOAL! Poor Watson couldn't help that. Lodeiro makes inroads from wide to centre once again, and he tries to tee up Hernandez, who scuffs his shot badly, but sees the ball fortunately bounce off the arm of the Jamaica defender.
65'
Uruguay are sitting pretty in World Cup qualifying, topping the CONMEBOL qualifying section. Jamaica, meanwhile, need a result in their next match against Panama, or they are in serious danger of being eliminated from CONCACAF qualifying.
63'
Cavani is snuffed out down the right before down at the other end, Barnes lashes an ambitious effort off target. A few signs of life from the Reggae Boyz as we enter the final half-hour.
61'
WIDE OF THE MARK! Jamaica work a considered move in the opposition half, passing up a few shots before McCleary eventually attacks a lay-off from 20 yards, spinning the ball wide.
59'
It's been all Uruguay in the second half, with Jamaica barely able to cross the centre circle with the ball. With the score as it is, they always have a chance, but it would be hard to see them coming back from two goals down.
57'
OVER THE BAR! Cavani has been out of sorts in this game, and shows his lack of form again as he cuts towards goal at the top of the box, but curls the ball onto the roof of Blake's net.
55'
DISAPPOINTING! Jamaica are caught in no man's land as Hernandez breaks, holding the ball up to force a three-on-three attack for Uruguay, However, his attempted killer ball is well off.
53'
A ball into the area for Hernandez catches the defence unawares, but luckily for them, the striker can't bring it down in time, with the flag slowly creeping up on the far side in any case.
51'
Jamaica lost all three of their games at last summer's Copa America by a score of 1-0. They are the only team to fail to score in the Copa America so far. They have just under 40 minutes to change that.
48'
Not a whole lot going on here to start the second half. Both managers have decided to stand pat with their starting XI's. One more goal for Uruguay and you feel that they would be confident of the points.
46'
And we're back.
44'
Barnes drifts out to the left-hand side this time, and splits a pair of defenders with a clever dribble, but there's simply no one else in support that allows the forward to turn it into a shooting chance.
42'
Jamaica just trying to play their way into a goalscoring chance, but Uruguay are happy to soak up the pressure and prevent them from advancing into any sort of dangerous area.
40'
As good as Jamaica's pressure has been at times in this half, Uruguay look like scoring almost every time they launch a genuine attack. It shows the difference in quality, quite frankly.
38'
OVER THE BAR FROM GODIN! From a corner, Gimenez wins the initial header, and flicks it back towards the near post for his defensive partner, who can't keep it down from only a few yards out!
36'
ANOTHER SAVE FROM BLAKE! Whoever is in charge of marking Hernandez is doing a terrible job, as the striker gets free again, with his low finish parried around the post by the Jamaica keeper.
34'
Jamaica keep pushing forward and Barnes, who has pulled out wide to good effect in this game, slides a low ball into the box, but it's intercepted by Godin before McAnuff can pounce.
32'
M. Hector gets yellow.
Hector has been inthe thick of things today, and he gets involved in a battle for the ball with Gonzalez, inadvertently elbowing his opponent in the chops and earning a yellow card.
31'
Great little spell this for Jamaica, who once again show that when they put their minds to it, they can cause danger in attack. Three corners in a row fail to seriously trouble Muslera, however.
29'
Hector links with Barnes, who hoists in a dangerous ball to the back post, where McAnuff nearly makes contact, but for a great clearing header from Pereira to get rid of the danger.
27'
GREAT MOVE! Williamson slaps a tremendous volleyed pass out wide for McCleary, who drives to the top of the box before unleashing a shot that is smothered by Muslera in the centre.
25'
Hernandez takes control of the ball on the edge of the area, but has Morgan and Taylor for company. He appears to shake off the latter, but is eventually crowded out as he attempts an acrobatic shot.
23'
Uruguay simply have looked more purposeful whenever they've attacked. The last time these two teams met was in this tournament last year, and la Celeste ended up prevailing 1-0.
21'
A. Hernández has scored a goal for Uruguay! Assist by N. Lodeiro.
Lodeiro took advantage of a decoy run by Sanchez, and laid on a beautiful throughball.
SMASHED IN! Hernandez peels away from Taylor and is found succinctly by Lodeiro. The striker keeps his speed up and hammers a finish high into the back of the net! Uruguay in front.
19'
JAMAICAN KAMIKAZE! Blake nearly gifts the opener to Uruguay with a terrible clearance that falls right to Cavani, but the PSG striker never moved confidently with the ball and whacked it into the side netting.
17'
Athletic run from Morgna, who charges through two players but lets the adrenaline go to his head as he hits a wayward pass that Muslera strolls out to gather. Good start, but questinonable ending.
15'
McAnuff yanks back Gimenez near the touchline in another blatantly illegal interaction. Quite what the referee has planned in terms of an approach to this game is still anyone's guess.
13'
Another tough Uruguay challenge sees Hector take a moment to get back to his feet - perhaps coming as retribution for his tangle with Godin earlier. How long before we see a booking?
11'
SNAP! Arevalo plows right through the back of Barnes with two feet, sparking an incensed reaction from Jamaica. He's saved from a booking by the fact that he made sufficient contact with the ball, but it was still reckless from him - what a surprise.
9'
OVER THE BAR! Cavani flicks an attempt into the roof of the net, with half the crowd convinced that he had scored the opener! Jamaica living dangerously - they need to tighten up.
7'
MASSIVE SAVE! Hernandez splits the static Jamaican centre-backs and races towards goal. He never looked to have the ball truly under his control though, but his finish still drew a lovely reflex stop from Blake.
5'
Uruguay are soon on the attack, with Jamaica looking vulnerable out wide. Lodeiro frees Silva on the overlap for a fizzing low cross, but Cavani's ambitious attempted finish goes wide.
3'
Hector gets into it with Godin, which leaves the Atletico Madrid man down on the deck in need of treatment. The referee opts against showing a yellow card though, and Godin is soon able to rejoin us.

Here we go!
Hello and welcome to our live commentary of Uruguay's clash with Jamaica in the Copa America. Tonight's match counts for little more than pride, as both teams have been eliminated from the tournament after losing their first two games. Stick with us for all the action.
Jamaica are the only team left at this tournament who have not scored a single goal. The Reggae Boyz saw Rodolph Austin sent off early on in their 1-0 loss to Venezuela in the Group C opener, before they spurned a number of chances to fall 2-0 to Mexico.
Uruguay also fell to Mexico by two goals, with el Tri winning 3-1 eight days ago. Their subsequent 1-0 defeat to Venezuela also saw Luis Suarez confuse everyone with his hyperactivity to enter the match despite being ineligible to play.
No Lus Suarez tonight for la Celeste, who stick with Edinson Cavani up top, with Abel Hernandez coming in to partner the PSG man, replacing Christian Stuani. Nicolas Lodeiro also steps in for Gaston Ramirez.
Surprisingly, Winfried Schafer names an unchanged XI for Jamaica despite their elimination from the tournament. Giles Barnes and Clayton Donaldson will share the attacking burden while Austin returns from suspension, but will have to settle for the bench.
With Mexico and Venezuela playing out a draw, we're just about set for kick-off here. The teams are out and the anthems are in full swing.
And that will do it for now from Santa Clara, as Uruguay take a 1-0 lead into the break, thanks for Hernandez's fine finish - the first goal a forward has scored for la Celeste in this summer's Copa. Jamaica have only impressed in small flashes, and need to do a lot more to get back into this one. Stay tuned for the restart soon.
And that will do it from Santa Clara for both of these teams, who exit the Copa America. Uruguay at least left with a notch in the W column, dispatching Jamaica here with some ease, thanks to goals from Harnandez and Corujo either side of Watson turning the ball into his own net. That's all the time we've got, thanks for tuning in!
