The team news has been announced and we'll start with the home side.
Inter were stunned in their Europa League opener as they were defeated 2-0 at home by Hapoel Be'er Sheva. It was a rare blemish on a solid start to the season by Frank de Boer's men, who are currently third in Serie A. They trail leaders Juve by only five points after six matches, but need to kickstart their campaign on the continent.

Sparta Prague got their Europa League campaign off to a poor start, losing 3-0 to Southampton at St Mary's Stadium. However, their league form has been solid as they are currently fourth in the Czech Liga after eight matches this term. However, they did lose 2-0 at the weekend to bitter rivals Slavia Prague, which brought an end to the tenure of coach Zdenek Scasny. David Holoubek takes charge of his first match this evening.

It has been a dream start for new Sparta coach David Holoubek as his side take a 2-0 lead into the break over Inter. They've been excellent in the first half, putting the visitors under pressure and have been clinical in the final third. Vaclav Kadlec has taken advantage of some ordinary defending from Frank de Boer's men to put his team in command, which will leave the Dutchman with a few choice words for his team at the break.

Vaclav Kadlec was predatory in front of goal, notching two strikes in the first half to put the game beyond the Italian outfit. Rodrigio Palacio gave his team hope, but Andrea Ranocchia's dismissal and the home side's third goal immediately after through Mario Holek secured the three points.
