Cuadrado goes down in a heap on the right flank, but looks ok to continue after treatment.
78'
The only thing Juventus have to worry about now is injuries as this game looks to be all-but over. Sampdoria were well in the contest, but the mistake from Puggioni and Pjanic's resulting strike has spared Juve's blushes.

Problems now for Allegri as his team have been extremely sluggish since the interval. Now they have a lot of work to do to ensure they see out this victory.
57'
P. Schick has scored a goal for Sampdoria! Assist by D. Praet.
GOAL!!! Sampdoria are back in the game as Schick scores on his Serie A debut. Chiellini made a rare mistake by giving the ball away, allowing Praet to raid forward then tee up Shick, who finished well with a left-footed effort into the bottom corner.
Good work from Praet as he seizes on the loose ball before cutting it back to Schick to finish.
54'
A loose ball almost allows the visitors to break in behind as Praet attempts to release Budimir, but Chiellini snuffs out the danger to win possession on the edge of the Juventus box.
52'
Judging by Juventus' approach in the second half they seem quite content to sit on their two-goal lead, which will force Sampdoria out of their shape to come and attack them.
50'
Juve have started the half attempting to build a passing rhythm starting at the back. It might be a test of their patience considering how deep the Sampdoria defence is dropping.
48'

28'
MISS! Pjanic and Mandzukic combine in the box to tee up Higuain. The striker takes a touch to get the ball out of his feet, but he drives his effort wide of the post.
27'
The pace has just dropped out of the game slightly, which will favour the visitors as they figure out a way to attempt to get back into the match. Juventus don't concede many goals, especially at home, so the task at hand for Giampaolo's men is a difficult one indeed.
25'
SHOT! Praet has space to run into and without the benefit of options he takes on a strike from 25 yards, sending his effort narrowly past the post.

20'
CLOSE! Mandzukic robs Silvestre in possession and attempts to lift the ball over Skriniar into his strike partner Higuain, but the defender does just enough to head the ball away. Good positioning from the Sampdoria man.
19'
For once the visitors are able to cope with the danger from I Bianconeri's set-piece as Sala clears the ball downfield.
18'
Manduzkic has time and space, but not enough support so he opts to play the ball off the legs of Skriniar, winning a corner for the home side.
17'
Juventus have the freedom of the pitch in the final third thus far. Sampdoria's match against Genoa seems to have drained them of every ounce of energy, while the home side are eager to bounce back from their defeat the weekend. Juve are making their point tonight.
15'
CHANCE! Sampdoria struggle again with another cross in from the right as Pjanic's delivery is deflected towards the near post. Bonucci latches on to the cross, but he can only steer his effort past the post.
13'
Juventus are all over the visitors at the moment. Giampaolo will have to hope that his side can ride out this spell of intense pressure with only a two-goal deficit.
12'
Sampdoria clear the initial danger from the corner, but the ball comes back across to Pjanic. He lifts the ball into the box, but his cross proves to be too high for Mandzukic and travels out for a goal-kick.

9'

Pjanic lifts a pinpoint cross into the box and is rewarded with an assist by Chiellini.
8'

3'
Barreto gets caught on the back of the head and goes down in the need of treatment. After a slight delay play resumes.

We're underway in this Serie A clash.
Massimiliano Allegri's men suffered their second defeat of the season in a 1-0 loss to Milan at the San Siro, just weeks from succumbing 2-1 at the hands of Inter. Juve bounced back with four-straight wins following their last defeat, and Allegri will be hopeful that they can kickstart a new run tonight.
Good evening and welcome to the live commentary of the Serie A clash between Juventus and Sampdoria.
Sampdoria are currently languishing in 15th place in the table, although they moved five points clear of the relegation zone with an important 2-1 win over Genoa at the weekend. Marco Giampaolo will know that his side are in for a tough task this evening, but a win could lift them into the top half.
The team news has been announced and we'll start with the home side.
Allegri has rung the changes from his side's defeat to Milan, making six in total. Gianluigi Buffon, Andrea Barzagli, Mehdi Benatia, Alex Sandro, Hernandes and Paulo Dybala all drop out of the line-up and are replaced by Neto, Patrice Evra, Giorgio Chiellini, Claudio Marchisio, Mario Mandzukic and Juan Cuadrado.
Sampdoria have also made several changes as Giampolo has alterered his team from their win over Genoa. Ricardo Alvarez, Dennis Praet, Luca Cigarini, Ante Budimir and Patrik Schick all get the nod to start this evening.
The players are making their way out on the pitch, so we should be underway shortly.

Juventus take a 2-0 lead into the break and are looking fairly comfortable against Sampdoria. Mario Mandzukic put them on their way with a strike in the fourth minute, while Giorgio Chiellini doubled their advantage five minutes later. I Bianconeri dropped their intensity, which allowed Marco Giampaolo's men back into the game, although they could only muster one threatening effort on target.
The players are back out for the second half, so we should be underway shortly.
FULL-TIME: JUVENTUS 4-1 SAMPDORIA
Thanks for joining our commentary this evening. Until next time, goodbye.
Juventus run out comfortable victors in the end over Sampdoria.
