Francis whips it well and Pickford races out to claw the ball away. Watmore gives away a free-kick in a similar position to Fraser's last set-piece and Cook rolls the ball wide. 50'
McNair is back on his feet and is clutching his shoulder, though the midfielder looks to be able to continue. An injury to him would have been woeful for Moyes as he is already dealing with six first team injuries. The free-kick is taken and Bournemouth clear it, though they have been unable to find their dominance which we saw in the first-half.
48'
Gosling is not happy as he is pulled back for brining down McNair. It was a close call but McNair is down receiving treatment and Sunderland have the free-kick. The stretcher is out for McNair and the fall seems to have been worse than it looked, the midfielder is clearly in some discomfort.

V. Anichebe has scored a goal for Sunderland! Assist by J. Defoe.
Sunderland look lost here at the Vitality Stadium, Bournemouth are sharper and quicker and first to every loose ball. The visitors really need to book their ideas up if they are to get anything from this game.
It was Sunderland top scorer Defoe with the assist for Anichebe. Is two strikers the way forward for Sunderland now?
GOAL! Anichebe pulls Sunderland level with his first goal in 18 months. It's a well worked goal from the front man who manages to convert the ball goalwards from a tight angle and you can forgive Bournemouth for feeling hard done by.
30'
J. King gets yellow.
King picks up a yellow for impeding Pickford. The striker kicked the ball from the keeper's hand and was ultimately punished by Mike Dean. Pickford's distribution is one of his best attributes and at the minute, Sunderland need all they can get.

More good work from King who links up well with Stanislas. Stanislas plays the striker in who gets in behind the Sunderland defence with ease, but Pickford makes a strong save to keep the score line at 1-0.

23'
It's more good work from Bournemouth as Charlie Daniels is able to find space despite having two Sunderland players on him, though thankfully for Moyes' men, the final ball is dealt with well. And Sunderland race forward looking to make the counter attack but Bournemouth's tight defending forces them to take the ball back to the halfway line.
21'
Wilshere and King look to make the break but King is caught offside as he looks to receive the ball from the midfielder. King is without usual strike partner Callum Wilson this afternoon, who misses out due to injury.
20'
Sunderland enjoy a spell of possession in the Bournemouth half and pass it around well. Watmore does well to get it into the box but neither Defoe or Anichebe are there to get on the end of his cross. Frustrating for the winger as there seems to a breakdown in communication between the Wearsiders.
17'
Poor again from Kone has he switches off again and fails to prevent the Bournemouth danger. The centre back lost the ball in the attacking third, but King's heavy ball to Stanislas sees his shot go well wide. Another huge let off for Sunderland.
14'
Clever work from Anichebe and Patrick van Aanholt almost creates a Sunderland equaliser but clever defending yet again from Francis prevents any danger. The visitors certainly have their work cut out this afternoon if they want to take anything from the newfound fortress that is the Vitality Stadium.
11'
D. Gosling has scored a goal for AFC Bournemouth! Assist by A. Smith.
Adam Smith flashes a cross across the face of goal and was able to pick out Gosling.
It was well picked out by Dan Gosling who chested the ball into the Sunderland net. If anyone deserved the opening goal here this afternoon, its Bournemouth, who have domiinated the game since Sunderland's bright opening two minutes.
10'
CLOSE AGAIN! This time it's Bournemouth with the chance! Kone eases off Arter and fails to recognise the danger as the midfielder unleashes a hellish shot from 20-yards out. A huge let off for the defender and the young keeper once again shows us why he is so highly rated.
8'
CLOSE! Anichebe, playing just behind Defoe, plays an excellent looping long ball to his teammate and Defoe does well to chase it down. Simon Francis, though, eases Defoe off the ball and Bournemouth clear their lines.
7'
Steven Pienaar does well to win the ball back from Jordan Ibe but the South African asks a little too much of Duncan Watmore and the winger fails to latch onto the ball. Bournemouth retain possession and look to make an attack but the ball goes out for a Sunderland throw. The hosts are enjoying a lion's share of possession at the moment.
5'
Bournemouth win the first corner of the afternoon and referee Mike Dean pulls up Joshua King and Jack Wilshere for obstructing Jordan Pickford. The corner results in a goal-kick as Steve Cook heads it well over the crossbar.
4'
Anichebe concedes a free-kick but as his side clear they look to break on the counter. Harry Arter impedes McNair and the referee pulls back the advantage to give Sunderland the free-kick, though little comes from it.
3'

Arter receivd a booking for his foul on McNair and now has a long to go in this game on a yellow card.
2'
It's a positive start from Sunderland, with Duncan Watmore and then Victor Anichebe winning a throw-in. However, Bournemouth clear the ball from the box well and at the other end of the pitch, Jordan Ibe looks to create an opening for the hosts. Thankfully, the recently underfire Lamine Kone was there to clear.

All at the Vitality Stadium observe a moment of silence ahead of Remembrance Day and Jermain Defoe gets us underway this afternoon.
TEAM NEWS:
Eddie Howe’s men will look to extend their unbeaten home run to five matches today, having won three and drawn one of their past four games at the Vitality Stadium. And who better to extend that run against than rock bottom Sunderland, the Wearsiders are in search of their first Premier League win of the season having equalled the record for the worst ever start to a Premier League season. David Moyes’ men have just two points on board and things aren’t getting easier for the Black Cats with Moyes serving a touchline ban for today’s game.
Hello and welcome to our live text coverage of Bournemouth v Sunderland.
Bournemouth have conceded just one goal at home during their four match unbeaten run and Sunderland are without a goal in their last three away games. The Cherries are ten points above Sunderland and sit comfortably in tenth place, though they have not scored in their past two games since their 6-1 thumping of Hull and succumbed to a 2-0 defeat at Middlesbrough in their last game. Sunderland, on the other hand, lost 4-1 to Arsenal, conceding three goals in just six minutes, twenty seconds. It’s a sorry state of affairs at the Stadium of Light, since Bournemouth’s surge towards the Premier League, starting from League One in 2013, Sunderland have won just 26 games. Will Bournemouth continue their misery today?
Junior Stanilas and Dan Gosling come in for the injured Callum Wilson and Andrew Surman for Bournemouth. Wilson is set to be a big miss for the Cherries, however, Pugh’s return to the bench is a welcome sight for the home fans. The visitors have made a number of changes to their line-up against Arsenal. Papy Djilobodji replaces the injured John O’Shea in defence, Paddy McNair comes in for Jack Rodwell in midfield and Victor Anichebe replaces Wahbi Khazri in attack.
The sides head in for the break with the score line at 1-1.
There's no question that Bournemouth have been the better side for the majority of the game and can feel hard done by not to be ahead. King and Stanislas have caused Sunderland a number of problems and the visitor's defence has struggled to cope. Though, following Anichebe's well worked equaliser, the Black Cats have started to show more confidence and delivered a spirited performance for the remainder of the half.
If Bournemouth can take their first-half performance into the second-half and not allow the equaliser to let their heads drop then they can still snatch all three points from Sunderland. But the hosts may face a more difficult task if Sunderland can continue their performance since the equaliser. Sunderland have failed to win a Premier League away win that kicked off at 3:00PM since May 2014, a 1-0 win at Old Trafford under Gus Poyet, so we're certainly in for an interesting second-half, if so.
FULL TIME: Bournemouth 1-2 Sunderland.
It was an action packed second-half and Pienaar's red card seemed to boost Bournemouth massively. Sunderland couldn't get a sniff and until the penalty, it looked like Bournemouth might just snatch a win. Defoe made no mistakes with the spot kick and fired Sunderland into the lead. Jordan Pickford was called into action at the end and the highly rated youngster pulled off some excellent saves to deny Bournemouth a late equaliser that would undoubtedly break Sunderland hearts.
Sunderland win their first game of the season here at Bournemouth and there is some europhic scenes in the away end. Gosling gave the hosts a deserved lead on the 11th minute and then Anichebe equalised for Sunderland, against the run of play. The equaliser changed the game for Sunderland, who until then, were chasing every aspect of the game.
