Both teams are just running out the clock now. It's academic at this point.

It's a 'fire drill' at Red Bull Arena as the home team now needs to score four more to survive.
85'
I. Piatti has scored a goal for Montréal! Assist by D. Drogba.
Assist Didier Yves Drogba Tébily
Goal Ignacio Piatti - Oduro, Drogba and Piatti take advantage of the wide open spaces and launch an effective counterattack. Drogba finds the Argentine on the right and Piatti makes no mistake slotting it home.
82'
Mallace gets a decent look at goal but he skies it. I'm not sure if that was the best choice given the numbers Montreal had around him.
81'
Drogba's first touch is a nice one, with the Ivorian chesting down a high ball and dishing off to Oduro.
80'
D. Drogba enters the game and replaces M. Mancosu.
B. Wright-Phillips has scored a goal for New York RB! Assist by D. Royer.
Assist Daniel Royer
Goal Bradley Wright-Phillips - It was an ugly one, but it doesn't matter. BWP gets a deflected cross into his feet and stabs it into the Montreal goal, to give this game some life.
74'
D. McCarty gets yellow.
Yellow card Dax McCarty
72'
Now Royer fails to get on the end of a cross into the Impact goalmouth. This strategy doesn't seem to be working.
71'
The game is starting to get stretched out now...
69'
Bernardello was down near the midfield stripe for a couple minutes, with NYRB continuing to play aropund him. Teams are well within their rights to do so, of course.
67'
It's been all Red Bull as the home side press for the needed goals, while Montreal is content to soak up pressure. Didier Drogba is still on the bench for the Impact, and he could be brought in to help keep the NYRB defenders honest.
65'
C. Mallace enters the game and replaces P. Bernier.
Substitution Patrice Bernier Calum Mallace
63'
L. Ciman gets yellow.
Yellow card Laurent Ciman

That now means New York needs to score three goals in the next 40 minutes to remain alive. Expect this game to open up, folks.
51'
I. Piatti has scored a goal for Montréal! Assist by D. Oduro.
Assist Dominic Oduro
Goal Ignacio Piatti - The Argentine CRUSHES his close-range shot past Robles after burning his defender at the top of the 18-yard box.
48'
NYRB almost find a quick chance, with a cross into the box eluding Wright-Phillips at the top of the six-yard box.
45'
Zizzo finds himself wide open after a corner kick, but his shot is weak and directly at Bush. That needed to be better.
And we're back!
43'
Kljestan trots into the Impact area on the left side and fires just wide. Donadel was isolated on the 1v1 there and chose not to pressure the Red Bulls man, allowing that attack to happen.
41'
Oyongo charges down the right side and, after a fortuitous deflection off a NY defender, unleashes a tight-angle shot that hits side netting. He had Mancosu waiting at the penalty spot, but the Impact full back had his head down and a one-track mind.
37'
Looks like Kljestan is coming back into the match, with a new jersey and a nose full of cotton balls.
35'
Wright-Phillips receives a high ball inside the Montreal penalty area. He's got two defenders draped all over him, but he still manages to make a half-yard of space for himself. Just as he's about to shoot, Ciman dives in wiht a perfectly timed challenge to clear the danger.
33'
Meanwhile, Montreal is enjoying a prolonged stretch of possession as they face an undermanned side.
32'
Davis is warming up on the sidelines as it looks like Kljestan is seriously injured. Red Bulls still trying to patch him up, but it might be a broken nose.
29'
Kjlestan is currently on the sidelines getting tended to after being caught by an inadvertent elbow by Donadel. The Red Bulls playmaker is spitting out blood, and his team is playing a man down as the doctors work on him.
25'
Bush gathers a floated header that Wright-Phillips put on goal after a cross into the box. Not particularly threaening, but NYRB continue to find BWP in the final third.
21'
Penalty saved by E. Bush!
Penalty Save Evan Bush - The Impact keeper dives to his right and parries away the shot! Huge save for Montreal.
Penalty Miss Sacha Klještan
20'
Cabrera plays around with the ball in front of his own goal and loses it to Veron, who forces Bush into a foul inside the area!
19'
Felipe Martins gets yellow.
Yellow card Felipe Martins Campanholi - The Brazilian takes out Piatti from behind after the Impact maestro stole the ball from a teammate. Not smart from Felipe as the ball wasn't in a dangerous spot.
15'
Wright-Phillips tries his luck from 25 yards, but his effort goes way high and wide. First shot for either side.
14'
Bodies are flying everywhere as neither side will give an inch in each challenge. The soccer may not be pretty yet, but the teams came to play.
11'
NYRB seems to be targeting Montreal's right side for early attacks. The Impact are handling it for the time being.
9'
This game is being played at a very cautious pace, with neither side looking particularly eager to try anything high-risk at the moment.
5'
Kljestan stands over a free kick from 40 yards out...
After two attempts, Montreal easily defends the service into the box.
2'
It looks like the Red Bulls are looking to get the most of their high press early, which should be a surprise to no one.

And we're off!
Welcome to Goal's live commentary of New York Red Bulls vs. Montreal Impact. I'm Rudi Schuller (@RudiSchuller) and I'll be guiding you through today's action.
This is the second leg of an MLS Eastern Conference semifinal, with the Impact holding a 1-0 advantage thanks to last week's first leg at Stade Saputo.
The winner of this series moves on to face the winner of New York City FC vs. Toronto FC, which kicks off at Yankee Stadium at 6:30 p.m. EST. TFC holds a 2-0 advantage in at that series.
This match is being delayed by the Colorado-LA match currently still going on, with kick-off at Red Bull Arena now being slated for 4:23 p.m EST.
And that's the half! Neither side can break through in the opening 45 minutes, but NYRB definitely had the better of the chances. The Red Bulls will need to do better in the second half if they want to advance.
As for Montreal, it's a satisfactory half. Another 45 minutes like that will see the Impact through, although Mauro Biello will not want his team to give up nearly as many chances as it did in the first half.
And that's that! Montreal advances to the conference final!
And with that, I'm out of here. Once again I'm Rudi Schuller (@RudiSchuller), and it's been my pleasure taking you through this match.
