Pasalic has found a second wind from somewhere, and now Dzemaili is booked for a challenge. The last chance has gone for Bologna now.
90' +4
Corner to Bologna...
Milan get it clear! Da Costa was forward there, almost winning a header, but the ball would not fall for a home player in the box.
90' +2
Á. Nagy gets yellow.
Brilliant from the goal-scorer! Pasalic steals space on the left and draws a foul from Nagy. Booking.
90' +1
There's five minutes to be added! Can Bologna find a way back now?
89'
M. Pašalić has scored a goal for AC Milan! Assist by Deulofeu.
Of course, the assist came from Deulofeu. He has ran and ran and ran, and this time beat Maietta and nutmegged Krafth with his inch-perfect pass.
GOAL! Incredible! Milan may just have won it! Pasalic pops up in the area to turn the ball home - and, out of nowhere, Milan lead. 0-1.
88'
SAVE! This is easy for Donnarumma. Torosidis centres, but Dzemaili is a full 15 yards from goal as he meets the cross with his head. A tame effort drops kindly for the goalkeeper.
87'
CLOSE! Verdi gets the free-kick up, but not quite down. Donnarumma, at full stretch, sees the ball behind.
85'
Petkovic is everywhere! He tracks back to make a superb challenge in his own half, and then links up on the edge of the Milan box. Zapata dives in on Viviani and concedes the free-kick...
84'
With two up front, Bologna are hammering crosses into the middle. One misses Destro, Zapata hacks a second clear, then Viviani shoots from distance but his effort fades wide of the far post.
Minute
Description
82'
This time Petkovic dallies as he looks to find a shooting opportunity. He loses possession, but Verdi can eventually get a shot off. It flies high and wide.
81'
Petkovic tricks his way through a couple of challenges, finds Destro and the ball is slipped in for Torosidis to storm on and win a corner. The delivery, though, just strikes the unwitting Domenico Maietta.
80'
F. Viviani enters the game and replaces E. Pulgar.
Still limping, Milan are trying to patch Poli up with a bandage around his knee. On he comes again.
Federico Viviani replaces Pulgar in the middle of midfield.
78'
Poli is down for Milan, apparently in some pain. The visitors have used all three substitutes, and could potentially end the game with eight men if the substitute cannot recover...
77'
V. Torosidis enters the game and replaces I. Mbaye.
More of a straight swap for Bologna this time as Mbaye is replaced by Vasilis Torosidis.
76'
CHANCE! Now Destro makes contact! Verdi crosses, but the forward's volleyed finish is wayward. Milan cannot get out.
75'
CLOSE! Krejci delivers again, and Destro is inches from making contact with the driven cross. Bologna are banging on the door now.
73'
CHANCE! Krejci and Verdi combine again - the latter should have scored! A sumptuous cross picked out Bologna's number nine, but he somehow nods back across the face of goal.
71'
L. Vangioni gets yellow.
Another card as Vangioni trips Verdi. It's yellow this time, though, to the relief of Montella.
70'
CROSSBAR! Deulofeu has underhit corners throughout this game, but this time gets plenty on the delivery and whips it against the woodwork at the far post. Da Costa was beaten this time.
69'
SAVE! Deulofeu is causing problems now! He slides in Pasalic at the opportune moment, but the consequent shot is too close to Da Costa. Good stop.
68'
Brilliant from Deulofeu! Left as Milan's sole outlet, he accelerates past the Bologna defence and wins a corner from nothing. Again, though, the delivery is poor.
67'
Verdi has been superb in this second half. He crosses deep for Petkovic to volley, but the acrobatic effort was mishit and drops behind.
65'
SAVE! Incredible from Donnarumma! The hosts cut through the Milan defence, with a pass layed into the path of Krejci. The finish was firm, but the visiting goalkeeper was alert to brilliantly parry away from the target.
62'
A. Poli enters the game and replaces C. Bacca.
B. Petković enters the game and replaces D. Gastaldello.
Milan are shutting up shop here. Bacca goes off, and Andrea Poli comes into the midfield.
Bologna, on the other hand, are going for broke. Gastaldello is replaced by Bruno Petkovic.
61'
The entire Bologna side are now encamped in the Milan half. Can they find a breakthrough in the remaining half an hour?
CHANCE! Milan are hopelessly outnumbered, unsurprisingly. Destro returns from an offside position to take the ball on the right, but drags horribly across goal.
59'
J. Kucka gets a second yellow card and is sent off.
RED! Dear, oh dear. Nagy just has too much trickery for Kucka, and it's a lazy trip from the Milan man. He joins Paletta in the changing room, and the visitors are down to nine.
58'
CHANCE! Verdi wide for Krejci to cross, but Dzemaili, arriving at the back post, gets his legs in a muddle and cannot volley on target. The Bologna midfielder was unmarked there.
56'
SAVE! A rare test for Da Costa, but this is a weak one as Deulofeu cuts inside to send a bobbling effort straight at the goalkeeper.
55'
More good defending! Verdi delivers a deep cross and Destro looks set to shoot on goal, but a Milan player is on hand to smuggle clear.
54'
BLOCK! Gomez is back on the pitch and it's a good job for Milan! Krafth makes progress on the right, laying the ball back, and twice shots are blocked - the second, brilliantly, by the previously injured defender.
53'
J. Kucka gets yellow.
Another booking as Kucka flies in on Dzemaili. That was rash.
52'
Now this really is the last thing Milan need. Gomez is down, clutching his shoulder, as Abate motions to the bench. Montella cannot afford to lose another defender.
50'
And now Bologna are off and running. Verdi spreads a wonderful ball out to Krejci, who delays and picks out Pulgar on the edge of the area. His dinked pass is delicate, but the attacking runs are all caught offside.
49'
Bologna are yet to get going in this half, but Milan are visibly feeling the loss of Paletta. With fewer options, Deulofeu comes in from the left and has no-one to look for.
47'
S. Verdi gets yellow.
Verdi brings the ball out of the air beautifully, but turns into a clattering challenge on Vangioni. Yellow card.
46'
G. Gómez enters the game and replaces M. Locatelli.
KICK-OFF: Bacca gets the second half started for the 10 men of Milan.
Gustavo Gomez replaces the ineffectual Locatelli.
45' +3
HALF-TIME: Bologna 0-0 AC Milan.
45' +2
Bologna are playing some lovely stuff now, with off-the-ball runs complemented by deft passes and neat flicks. They force a corner on the right, but it's easily cleared.
45'
D. Gastaldello gets yellow.
Gastaldello gets far too tight to Bacca, and earns a yellow for his challenge.
44'
SAVE! Another shot from distance for Donnarumma to hold - this time from Dzemaili. Simple stuff.
43'
Milan want a penalty! Zapata spins in the area onto a lofted free-kick, falling to ground as he swings at thin air. The referee does not fancy that one, though.
42'
CHANCE! Krejci has been the danger-man for Bologna and he goes close now. Deulofeu's counter breaks down and the hosts slowly build another attack. That ends with a cross onto Krejci's head, but he nods wide.
41'
Bologna really fancy this now! They're hassling Milan all over the pitch, and such pressing allows Destro to be played in. He loses his balance, though, and Milan defenders are back to push him away from goal.
38'
Verdi fires the free-kick into the wall from a promising position, and Donnarumma ultimately claims a second delivery. How will Milan deal with this situation now, though?
36'
G. Paletta gets a second yellow card and is sent off.
RED! Unbelievable! Paletti is sent off for the third time this season - and rightly so! Dzemaili picks up the ball in space and sprints at the defender, pushing the ball into space and taking an ill-timed lunge before hitting the ground. Paletta never looked like getting there, and Milan have now lost both of their starting centre-backs.
35'
Abate has not been at his best in the first half here. He dallies on the ball, tries to win a throw-in and instead concedes one. Bologna quickly attack, eventually breaking into the box through Krejci, but Milan are able to see the ball behind.
32'
A couple of important blocks in the middle after that corner came in. Mbaye swings at the ball twice, but cannot turn a shot goalwards from just inside the area.
31'
C. Zapata enters the game and replaces A. Romagnoli.
Alessio Romagnoli picks up a knock as he bails out his goalkeeper - and cannot continue. On comes Cristian Zapata.
30'
SAVE! Just... Bologna get in on the right, with Donnarumma coming out to parry a low cross. However, he fails to make a clean connection with the ball, allowing Blerim Dzemaili a momentary sight of goal before it's smuggled away for a corner. The Milan keeper is struggling so far in this one.
28'
The possession is Bologna's at the moment, but, as with Milan earlier, the final pass is lacking. The visitors remain a threat with Suso, Bacca and Deulofeu up the other end, too.
26'
The game has just settled down a little in recent minutes. The only flashpoint saw some excitement from the crowd as Mbaye caught Abate out of position, but the attack fizzled out.
23'
I. Abate gets yellow.
With the action flying from end to end, Abate stops Verdi illegally and the Milan captain goes into the book.
That foul came after Bacca was so nearly slipped in for Milan. Deulofeu had led a break and played a beautiful pass inside, but Manuel Locatelli could not pick out the forward.
20'
SAVE! This is superb from Bologna! Destro holds the ball up after Ladislav Krejci dives into a challenge in the midfield. The ball is returned to the Czech Republic international, and he runs at Paletta, going by the defender, before finding Donnarumma out to smother his shot.
18'
G. Paletta gets yellow.
I. Mbaye gets yellow.
Mattia Destro claims a free-kick and, as Verdi lines up to deliver, Paletta clashes with Mbaye. The referee soon arrives to separate the players, booking the Milan man.
Mbaye is cautioned, too - and the free-kick comes to nothing.
15'
A couple of speedy breaks at either end, but it is again Milan who make the most of their opening, winning yet another corner through Carlos Bacca. The delivery, though, once more, is poor from Deulofeu.
SAVE! And from the corner, Bologna break. There are options right and left, but Verdi goes alone and fires straight at Donnarumma. That could have been a chance for the home side.
13'
Donnarumma's kicking does get Milan in trouble this time! Bologna instantly create a passing opportunity, and a last ditch Abate header is required to keep the hosts out.
11'
After his fine earlier work to deny Deulofeu, Da Costa is a little lucky as he spills a high ball under pressure from Juraj Kucka on the right of the area. The goalkeeper clings on as the Milan player closes in.
10'
Another three corners, with the first again wasted by Milan, the second cleared, too, and the third bouncing out for a throw-in as Adam Nagy inadvertently flicked the ball across his own goal. The final ball is lacking, but this is great pressure from Montella's side!
8'
Milan force corners on either side. The first is cleared, the second tempts Gabriel Paletta into extending a leg at the near post, but it bounces beyond him and into the arms of Da Costa.
6'
A slight delay as Da Costa receives treatment after taking a knock as he denied Milan an early goal. What a let-off for the hosts.
5'
SAVE! What a chance for Milan! Gerard Deulofeu profited on an awful defence header from Krafth, streaking in behind to shoot at goal from a tight angle on the left. Da Costa blocked well, the ball falling for Mario Pasalic, who lashed over the bar.
3'
Suso wins a corner from Erick Pulgar on the right, but the same man delivers twice and fails to beat the near post.
Bologna looked to counter from that failed set-piece, forcing Milan back towards their own goal. The ball arrived at Gianluigi Donnarumma's feet and his clearance was poor, but the visitors escape.
2'
Despite that heavy defeat at the weekend, there's a great noise rattling around Renato Dall'Ara in the early stages as Milan boast the possession.

KICK-OFF: Bologna get us under way!
Welcome to our live text commentary of the Serie A clash between Bologna and AC Milan!
Both sides endured miserable weekends - Bologna thrashed 7-1 by Napoli, Milan losing at home to Sampdoria - but this game represents an early opportunity to bounce back.
Unsurprisingly, Bologna make five changes from Saturday's humiliation - in come Angelo Da Costa, Emil Krafth, Daniele Gastaldello, Ibrahima Mbaye and Simone Verdi. For Milan, meanwhile, there are three switches: Ignazio Abate, Leonel Vangioni and Manuel Locatelli all start.
While Bologna appear marooned safely between the drop zone and the top half, Milan had designs on a European place prior to a run of three straight league defeats that has left Vincenzo Montella's men in eighth.
If Milan are to get their season back on track, though, this may well be an ideal place to do so. Bologna have not beaten the seven-time European champions on home turf since 2002.
Montella, too, has happy memories of playing Bologna. He made his Serie A managerial debut against today's opponents in a 1-0 win for Roma. The Milan coach will be desperate for a similar result here...
The teams are in the tunnel, and we are now just a few minutes from the kick-off!
Hoping to avoid suffering four straight league defeats for the first time since 1986, that half did not go to plan at all for Milan. They may be level, but Paletta's red card has already changed the pattern of the game.
Krejci has been the star of the show, but Dzemaili was influential in getting Paletta sent off and others are now joining in, too. What masterplan can Montella conjure up to keep his side in this game?
The players are back out on the pitch. Surely Milan cannot go on and win this game? We shall soon find out...
Montella embraces Deulofeu - and so he should! The former Barcelona man may not have netted the decisive goal, but he certainly created it for Pasalic. He offered an outlet, too, while Gomez, from the bench, was brilliant at the back.
Bologna will wonder how they did not win that match, and yet they could not even take a point. With Paletta and Kucka dismissed, the hosts could not take their opportunities and were hit by a sucker punch.
After 90 minutes full of drama, Milan take the three points and end their winning run. That's all from us. Goodbye!
