We're underway at Craven Cottage.
Spurs have lost back-to-back matches to Liverpool and Gent over the past week. Mauricio Pochettino's men were outplayed in their trip to Anfield, while they put in a meek performance in their loss in Belgium in the Europa League.
Fulham come into the contest off a run of back-to-back wins over Wigan Athletic and Nottingham Forest. The Cottagers beat Cardiff and Hull to reach the this stage of the competition, and have not reached the last eight of the FA Cup since the 2004-05 season.
Good afternoon and welcome to the live commentary of the FA Cup fifth round clash between Fulham and Tottenham at Craven Cottage.
Tottenham have a proud history in the FA Cup, having won the competition eight times. However, they've reached the quarter-finals only once in the past six seasons, something which Pochettino will be determined to change this afternoon.
The team news has been announced and we'll start with the home side.
Tottenham subs: Janssen, Sissoko, Dembele, Onomah, Wimmer, Lopez, Carter-Vickers.
Slavisa Jokanovic has made four changes to his team from their win over Forest last time out. Marcus Bettinelli gets the start in goal, while Scott Malone, Tomas Kalas and Neeskens Kebano all come into the line-up.
Jan Vertonghen has handed a massive fitness boost to Pochettino by returning to fitness for the clash after five weeks out with an ankle injury.
The Belgian is one of five changes made from the defeat to Gent. Michel Vorm, Kieran Trippier, Christian Eriksen and Son Heung-Min also return to the line-up this afternoon.
The players are making their way out on to the pitch, so we should be underway shortly.
HALF-TIME: FULHAM 0-1 TOTTENHAM
Harry Kane's strike separates the two teams at the break as Tottenham head into the interval ahead. Mauricio Pochettino's men have dominated the first half, but other than Kane's conversion they have been far from clinical against the Championship outfit.
Fulham struggled for the majority of the half, but could have pulled level right at the death when Floyd Ayite missed his kick from close range. The Cottagers are still in the contest, but will need to improve significantly in the second half.
The players are back out for the second half, so we should be underway again shortly.
FULL-TIME: FULHAM 0-3 TOTTENHAM
Thanks for joining our commentary this afternoon. Until next time, goodbye.
Fulham were outclassed from start to finish by Tottenham today. They didn’t have an answer for Kane, but will not face players of his ilk every week. Slavisa Jokanovic and his men now turn their attention back to the race for promotion to the Premier League.
Spurs secure a comfortable victory this afternoon thanks to Harry Kane’s hat-trick. As a result, the club reach the quarter-finals of the FA Cup for the first time since 2012 – in their bid to win their first trophy under Mauricio Pochettino.
