Giroud tries to volley in a fifth off the outside of his boot with what is the last attack of the game - but he sends it sailing well over the crossbar and into the stands behind.
90' +2
R. Loftus-Cheek has scored a goal for Chelsea!
LOFTUS-CHEEK BRINGS IT UP TO FOUR! 4-0! A hat-trick in midweek and now a goal here, the England international wrestles a shot in at close-range after Burnley couldn't stop David Luiz in a crowded box. A pair of deflections take it to the youngster - and a slight deflection off some desperate Clarets defence helps it in behind Hart.
90' +1
Hart with the save! It's such a shame the former England keeper has let three in today as it's mostly been another excellent showing from him. Giroud bangs a short-range header in towards goal, only to see it pushed up onto the crossbar and back into open play.
90'
There will be four added minutes of injury time at Turf Moor.
88'
Gudmundsson cuts back upon himself close to the edge of the Chelsea box and whips a left-footed effort wide and over the far top corner. The Clarets aren't keeling over quite just yet.
86'
Loftus-Cheek rattles the side netting under pressure from Mee on the right wing, just pulling it wide of the near post.
84'
There was much made of how Chelsea might cope without Eden Hazard today and for the first 15 minutes or so, it looked like Burnley had them figured out. But this has been a sensational showcase for the Blues, full of star turns and quality performances.
82'
Kepa is alright to continue, though the home fans are less than impressed with his dramatics.
80'
What was Kepa doing there? The Chelsea keeper dithers in his box and allows Barnes to race in with a crunching tackle. The Burnley man does put the ball out for a goal-kick with his effort - but also leaves the Blues shotstopper winded on the ground.

Cesc Fàbregas enters the game and replaces Jorginho.
Chelsea now do bring on Fabregas, who replaces Jorginho with just over 10 minutes left on the clock.

This has been a torrid second half showing from Burnley - and a wonderful one from Chelsea. Blues boss Sarri looks like he's set to to bring on Fabregas shortly, to see out this imperious display.
74'
O. Giroud enters the game and replaces Álvaro Morata.
Chelsea also make a change, taking off the booked Morata and introducing Giroud in his place.
73'
A. Westwood enters the game and replaces J. Cork.
Westwood will be brought on by Burnley to replace Cork as the injured man is helped from the field.
71'
Cork comes in late on Barkley and sends them both sprawling. The Chelsea man is furious at the challenge, yet his fellow Blues players seem more concerned with the Burnley man, flagging over medics as the Clarets man lies prone in pain.
67'
Lowton cracks a looping pass downfield for Barnes to tap on towards Wood, but the flag catches the latter pair marginally offside.
65'
A. Barnes enters the game and replaces J. Hendrick.
The Clarets now bring on Barnes to replace Hendrick; Sean Dyche must know that he needs a miracle to claim a point now though.
64'
J. Guðmundsson gets yellow.
That quick double has destroyed Burnley's composure. Gudmundsson is shown a yellow now following a messy challenge on Alonso.
62'
Willian has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by R. Barkley.
Barkley gets his second assist of the game. Coincidentally, he also has become the first Englishman to score in three consecutive Premier League games for Chelsea since Frank Lampard over five years ago in February 2013.
WILLIAN MAKES IT THREE! 3-0! Chelsea are running rampant and the Brazil international becomes the latest man to get on the scoresheet as he cuts in off the left wing, nips around two defenders and curls a low effort beyond Hart in at the far-right corner.
61'
R. Brady gets yellow.
Loftus-Cheek embarks on a swift break for the Blues, looking to pile more misery on the hosts; Brady has a nibble at his ankles to cut him down though and picks up a booking in the process.
59'
C. Wood enters the game and replaces S. Vokes.
The Clarets need to find an immediate response if they are to rescue anything and Wood is now brought on by Sean Dyche to replace Vokes up front.
57'
R. Barkley has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by N. Kanté.
Barkley rescued a point against Manchester United and now looks to have made it 10 games unbeaten for Chelsea. Kante supplied a lovely pass to spark the move - but that finish is pure class from the goalscorer.
BARKLEY DOUBLES CHELSEA'S LEAD! 2-0! It's a magnificent finish from the midfielder who runs on the angle from right to left past three defenders before turning a low thunderbolt of a shot into the bottom-right corner past Hart's outstretched gloves. It's a long way back for Burnley now.
54'
Brady spins another corner in and Chelsea get the free-kick following a nudge on Kepa by Tarkowski. The Blues keeper looks a little nervy under set-pieces at the moment.
52'
Willian cuts back upon himself to allow support to arrive and feeds it in-field to Barkley who leathers a shot into the quick-thinking Burnley defence. Taylor herds a second touch out for a goal-kick a moment later and the hosts survive.
50'
Burnley win a corner and Brady whips it in off the right; Morata heads it clear and sparks a slick counter-move spearheaded by Willian down the left wing.
48'
J. Hendrick gets yellow.
Rudiger is crashed into by Hendrick and the latter is booked for his rather dubious attempt to win the ball.
46'
We're back underway in the second half at Turf Moor; can Burnley turn this game around or will Chelsea keep a firm hold on their lead?
45' +2
HALF-TIME: BURNLEY 0-1 CHELSEA
45'
Willian gets yellow.
Willian goes looking for a penalty as he goes down in the Burnley box now on the back of another swift move - and the referee books him for diving instead. Two added minutes to come in this opening half.
43'
Álvaro Morata gets yellow.
J. Tarkowski gets yellow.
It's all got a little testy at Turf Moor. Another wonderful Chelsea move puts Morata into the box but Tarkowski stops him with a fantastic slide tackle. There's afters however when the Blues striker squares up to his opponent and promptly throws himself to the ground looking for a penalty. Referee Craig Pawson duly books him and awards a corner.
Tarkowski is also shown a yellow for his part in the drama. Burnley clear the corner and break down the other end quickly; Cork can't get a shot away in a crowded box though as he trips over his own feet.
41'
What a stop from Hart! It's another great chance for Morata, who times his run to perfection in meeting a Jorginho cross into the box. At close-range, he cracks a powerful shot in and the Clarets keeper makes a brilliant save to deny him.
39'
A Burnley free-kick just inside their own half is sent sailing into the Chelsea box by Brady with a lead foot; Kepa leaps to claim with little trouble in the end.
34'
Tarkowski makes a scrappy challenge on Morata and Chelsea are awarded a free-kick in the attacking half, though they are unable to create a clear chance out of it.
32'
The visitors have restricted the early skill shown by Burnley in exploiting the wings so far through Brady and Gudmundsson again; the Clarets just look short of ideas through the middle.
30'
R. Loftus-Cheek enters the game and replaces Pedro.
Indeed, Pedro's game is over as he departs - and Chelsea introduce Loftus-Cheek in his place.
29'
Chelsea look set to make an early change here; Pedro is in some pain and will have to be replaced.
27'
The set-piece is rather weak from Willian however and Lowton heads it away from danger for Burnley.
26'
Tarkowski now reads a rocket of a shot from Willian off the left side of the Clarets box to head it away round the far post for a corner.
24'
The hosts waste little time in coming again and win a corner from the restart. Brady whips it in with a brisk delivery; Tarkowski just nudges his header over the crossbar.
22'
Álvaro Morata has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by R. Barkley.
Having been on the back foot to begin with, Chelsea have exploited some slow Burnley defence there ruthlessly. The hosts will be frustrated to go behind given their early dominance.
MORATA GIVES CHELSEA THE LEAD! 1-0! It's a sublime pass from Kante and a wonderful one-touch tap-on from Barkley to put the Spaniard in the box and he duly drills it low beyond Hart as the keeper races out to cut him off.

17'
Brady! The Clarets man lashes a shot wide of the far post from the left of the box after Burnley take their set-piece quickly and Lowton fires a cross in. Chelsea were almost caught napping there.
16'
Morata comes in heavily on the back of Cork and Burnley are awarded a free-kick 40 yards out in the central flank.
14'
Burnley successfully repel the soft Blues corner but Chelsea have given themselves a footing in this encounter with that attack, having been rather sheltered in their early exchanges.
9'
The hosts win the ball back quickly too with a free-kick inside the centre circle following a nudge by David Luiz on the marauding Vokes.
8'
Chelsea are awarded a free-kick of their own now following a hefty challenge by Mee on Morata, but the Clarets force them back into their own half at once, refusing to give the Blues an inch.
6'
Another set-piece chance for Burnley sees Brady loft a free-kick in from the left flank. Kepa comes off his line and makes a soft connection; David Luiz is there to blast it away downfield before Vokes can poach it.
5'
Burnley are keeping the pressure up on their visitors during these early stages, with Gudmundsson attempting to pepper the Blues defence with cross after cross from the right wing.
3'
Brady finds Mee on the right edge of the Chelsea box now with a free-kick from distance. The centre-back heads back in towards goal; David Luiz is there to mop up the danger for the Blues.
2'
A sparky start from the hosts puts them on the front foot and Brady sees a low shot sprayed into the box off the left flank take a deflection off Rudiger.

We are underway in this 2018-19 Premier League encounter between Burnley and Chelsea!
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the 2018-19 Premier League as Burnley host Chelsea at Turf Moor.
The Clarets have struggled to replicate the heroics of last season, with their much-vaunted European campaign extinguished in the qualifying stages of the Europa League, and they currently lie only three points above the bottom three. The Blues meanwhile are in imperious form, unbeaten so far in nine games; can they make it 10 without loss in Lancashire today?
Subs: Tom Heaton, Chris Wood, Kevin Long, Matej Vydra, Ashley Westwood, Ashley Barnes, Phil Bardsley.
CHELSEA (4-3-3): Kepa Arrizabalaga; Cesar Azpilicueta, Antonio Rudiger, David Luiz, Marcos Alonso; N'Golo Kante, Jorginho, Ross Barkley; Pedro, Alvaro Morata, Willian.
Burnley are yet to beat Chelsea at Turf Moor in a Premier League match – their last home league win over the Blues was in April 1983 in the second tier.
Chelsea have lost just one of their eight Premier League games against Burnley too; a 2-3 home defeat on the opening day of last season.
The terms have emerged at Turf Moor and kick-off is just around the corner.
There will be a minute's silence before kick-off now for those affected by the tragic events at Leicester City and for Armistice Day.
BURNLEY (4-4-1-1): Joe Hart; Matthew Lowton, James Tarkowski, Ben Mee, Charlie Taylor; Johann Gudmundsson, Jack Cork, Steven Defour, Robbie Brady; Jeff Hendrick; Sam Vokes.
Alvaro Morata's excellent close-range finish on the back of a wonderful Ross Barkley pass means that Chelsea have a hold on this Premier League encounter at Turf Moor against Burnley - and a firm one at that following an early wobble. The Clarets will be annoyed to have not made their early pressure tell - and an increasingly hostile final few minutes will mean both coaches have some work to do calming things down at the break. At half-time, it's Burnley 0-1 Chelsea.
Maurizio Sarri is already down a substitute following Pedro's injury, but his main concern will be calming down his players. Both Morata and Willian ended up needlessly in the book for their attempts to win a penalty late in the first half and his side looked a little edgy in their last few plays. As for Sean Dyche, he will have to focus his side's anger into a greater attacking threat for the next 45 minutes; though on the back foot, Burnley are not out of this game yet.
Sean Dyche has to regroup his side now as they look to get their season back on track against West Ham on November 3 - but Maurizio Sarri's side have an earlier challenge too as they take on giant-killers Derby County in the EFL Cup round of 16 on October 31.
Until then though, thank you for joining us - and have a good week!
