Mooy clumsily concedes a throw in and Fulham are presented with one final opportunity to push forward, but they're unable to take it and Huddersfield win back possession once again. That should be that.
90' +3
Huddersfield work the free kick short once again, and this time Depoitre wins Huddersfield a throw in. The home side continue to frustrate their opponents as they try to run down the clock, but Fulham are eventually able to earn themselves a goal kick and blast the ball up the pitch.
90' +2
Mbenza breaks towards the Fulham penalty area once again before unleashing a shot that deflects behind for a corner. Unsurprisingly, Huddersfield take their time with the set-piece before Mooy rolls a pass to Depoitre, who is then fouled on the byline.
90'
J. Bacuna enters the game and replaces T. Kongolo.
Huddersfield have made another late switch, with Bacuna coming on to take the place of Kongolo.
The fourth official has indicated that there will be four minutes of added time.
89'
I. Mbenza gets yellow.
Billing muscles his way through the middle of the pitch before eventually losing the ball and conceding a free kick. He then tries to stop Fulham from taking the set-piece quickly and receives a yellow card that will rule him out of the game against West Ham.
87'
Another dangerous pass is dealt with by Huddersfield, but Kongolo concedes a corner. It's whipped into the middle of the box and finds Mitrovic, whose headed effort seems to receive a deflection on its way over the crossbar but doesn't result in another corner.
85'
A lofted pass is blasted up to the hosts' penalty area and towards Mitrovic, but Lossl rushes out to deal with the danger with a strong header. This is desperate stuff from Fulham, who are piling bodies forward in search of a late equaliser.
83'
Mbenza is immediately presented with a great chance to score after Fulham are hit on the counter-attack, but the Belgian's rushed shot from the edge of the box is woefully hit and misses the goal by quite some distance.
82'
I. Mbenza enters the game and replaces A. Pritchard.
Space opens up for Schurrle, who darts past Jorgensen and towards the Huddersfield penalty area. He then unleashes a low shot with the inside of his foot, but he fails to strike the ball cleanly and sends his bouncing strike several yards wide of the far post.
Pritchard receives a rousing round of applause from the home fans as he's replaced by Mbenza.
Minute
Description
80'
Huddersfield are starting to look tired as we head into the final 10 minutes of the game, and it's no wonder why. They've worked incredibly hard this evening, and they're now agonisingly close to picking up their first Premier League win of the season.
78'
Cairney is fouled by Schindler and Fulham are presented with a free kick in a promising position 25 yards away from goal. Seri steps up and shoots, but his curling effort is a poor one and sails well wide of its intended target.
76'
A. Mitrović gets yellow.
Once again, Schurrle is able to break through the Huddersfield defence as Fulham sprint forward, but the linesman's flag is raised for the second time in as many minutes just as the German is about to shoot.
It's been a frustrating night for Mitrovic, who has no goals but a yellow card after being booked for dissent.
72'
Huddersfield quickly counter-attack after Mitrovic's chance and almost carve out an opportunity of their own, but Pritchard is unable to find a team-mate after doing well to burst into the left-hand side of the box.
71'
Johansen pokes a pass up to the edge of the Huddersfield penalty area and picks out Mitrovic in a promising position. The Serbian then manages to get a shot away, but he's surrounded by defenders and can't guide his effort through on goal.
69'
Sessegnon does well to dart down the left flank and towards the edge of the box, where he cuts a pass back to Mitrovic. The striker quickly shoots, but he's closed down by Jorgensen and can't test Lossl.
67'
Pritchard goes close to making it 2-0! Hadergjonaj is left in space over on the right flank, allowing him to unleash a bouncing cross that Odoi clears for a corner. Mooy steps up and sends the set-piece towards the edge of the penalty area, where Pritchard blasts a brilliant half-volley just over the crossbar.
65'
S. Johansen enters the game and replaces K. McDonald.
McDonald will play no further part in this evening's game, and he's forced off to be replaced by Johansen.
62'
Fulham keep trying to find some joy going forward, but once again it doesn't work out for them. This time it's Schurrle who heads down the left wing and towards the byline, where he's closed down and concedes a goal kick.
60'
Huge appeal from the home side! A Mooy pass is chipped up towards the edge of the penalty area and finds Depoitre, who then touches the ball towards the arm of Odoi. The Huddersfield players and fans all scream for a free kick, but the referee doesn't agree and play continues.
58'
Cairney darts down the right wing and tries to latch on to a forward pass, but it's slightly overhit and the midfielder can't quite reach the ball. It just isn't working for Fulham inside the final third of the pitch.
56'
L. Depoitre enters the game and replaces S. Mounié.
Huddersfield have made their first change of the game, with Mounie making way for Depoitre up front.
54'
Fulham manage to win themselves a corner, which is swung into the heart of the box and results in another after Mitrovic's header is blocked. The second set-piece also picks out the Serbian striker, but this time his headed effort is poor and bounces well wide of the goal.
49'
Excellent chance for Jorgensen! A long throw is launched to Mounie, who then nods the ball down to Jorgensen. The Dane shoots from close range but, under pressure from Christie, sends his first-time effort over the crossbar.
47'
Christie immediately bursts down the right wing and manages to win Fulham their first corner of the night. It's fired into the box and towards Mitrovic, who quickly shoots but has his effort brilliantly blocked by Jorgensen.
46'
C. Christie enters the game and replaces T. Fosu-Mensah.
K. McDonald enters the game and replaces L. Vietto.
And the second is McDonald, with Vietto making way.
Fulham have understandably decided to make a double substitution before the start of the second half. The first player to come on is Christie, who replaces Fosu-Mensah.
We're underway once again!
45' +3
HALF-TIME: HUDDERSFIELD TOWN 1-0 FULHAM
45' +2
Fulham push forward as they try to carve out a rare chance on goal before the half-time break, but they're unable to do so quickly enough and Huddersfield comfortably hold on to their lead.
45' +1
Sessegnon is put under pressure once again, and this time he concedes a corner. Mooy whips a cross into the box that's cleared only as far as Schindler, whose looping header is dealt with unconvincingly by Rico.
45'
The fourth official has indicated that there will be two minutes of added time.
44'
Hadergjonaj easily gets the better of Sessegnon as Huddersfield push forward once again. He then sprints towards the byline and looks to cross before going down under a tackle from the teenage full-back. The home players and fans all appeal for a penalty, but the referee doesn't agree and signals for a goal kick.
43'
Mounie charges into the penalty area on a powerful run before working the ball over to Hadergjonaj. The wing-back is closed down and has to tee up Billing, who can't cross and instead concedes a throw in by the corner flag.
41'
Odoi blasts a lofted pass deep down the pitch and into the Huddersfield box. Vietto bursts forward and tries to reach the ball, but Lossl is just about able to rush out and clear the danger.
39'
Schurrle sets up Sessegnon to quickly fire a low cross into the feet of Vietto. The teenager is slightly offside, though, and the linesman's flag is raised as soon as Vietto latches on to the ball in front of goal.
37'
Mitrovic muscles his way through a group of Huddersfield players before winning Fulham a free kick. It's fired into the box and towards Odoi, who goes down after tangling with Hadergjonaj. The defender immediately appeals for a penalty, but the referee isn't at all interested and allows play to go on.
34'
T. Fosu-Mensah gets yellow.
Fosu-Mensah, clearly frustrated about his underwhelming cross, flies into Lowe and catches the wing-back with a poorly timed challenge, leaving the referee with no choice but to book him.
33'
Fosu-Mensah shrugs off Lowe and heads down the right wing. He manages to get himself into a good position outside of the penalty area and unleashes a low cross, but it's poorly hit and easily collected by Schindler.
31'
Huddersfield win a free kick over on the right flank and cause more problems for their opponents with a high ball into the box, but this time Mounie isn't quite able to spin and get a shot away, allowing Fulham to hold on.
29'
T. Fosu-Mensah is unfortunate, scores an own goal!
GOAL! Huddersfield have scored in a home Premier League game for the first time this season! The second corner initially fails to find a team-mate before bouncing back to Lowe, who then sets up Schindler to easily beat Rico with a downward header that deflects off Fosu-Mensah.
28'
Great strike by Pritchard! Hadergjonaj cuts inside from out wide and pokes a pass over to Pritchard. He easily spins round Anguissa and shoots, but Rico is able to palm the effort behind for a corner.
26'
A lofted ball is launched into the Fulham box and towards Pritchard. A poor first touch from Le Marchand looks as if it's going to allow the Huddersfield midfielder to get a shot away, but the Frenchman recovers quickly and eventually clears the danger.
24'
A poor pass from Seri can only find Mooy and presents the Australian with a good chance to counter-attack, but he's quickly dispossessed by Le Marchand before he can cross the halfway line.
22'
Mooy twists and turns deep down the left flank before swinging a dangerous, looping cross into the heart of the penalty area. It manages to find Mounie, but the striker is put off by Le Marchand and can't hit the target with his header.
21'
The pace of the game has dropped slightly, with Fulham now starting to get more involved. They're managing to enjoy a decent amount of possession but are yet to do much with the ball, leaving the Huddersfield back line relatively untested.
19'
Vietto does well to win back possession for the visitors, who then quickly break forward. Sessegnon heads down the left wing and fires a cross into the box, but a deflection off the leg of Hadergjonaj sends the ball safely into the hands of Lossl.
17'
A poor attempted clearance from Jorgensen can only find Vietto, who then immediately sends a pass through to Mitrovic. Jorgensen is quickly able to get back, though, and he dispossesses the Fulham striker before he can advance any further.
13'
Pritchard is caught from behind by a clumsy challenge from Le Marchand, resulting in a free kick for the hosts in a dangerous position. Lowe steps up and crosses, but he can't quite pick out Mounie at the far post.
11'
Huddersfield get forward well once again after Fulham cheaply lose possession, but Lowe is unable to carve out a chance on goal and instead sends a looping cross straight into the hands of Rico.
9'
It's been a good start to the game from the home side, who are managing to get a decent number of players forward when attacking. This time it's Billing who gets himself into a promising position just outside of the penalty area, but he's flagged offside just as he's about to shoot.
7'
Two looping crosses are fired into the Fulham box, and the visitors are just about able to deal with both. Hadergjonaj is then set up over on the right flank, but his pass towards Mounie is overhit and sails high over the crossbar.
5'
There's almost a terrible mistake at the back from the home side, as Kongolo's pass towards Lossl is underhit and puts him under pressure. The goalkeeper is immediately closed down by Vietto, but he's able to clear the danger before the Argentine can latch on to the ball.
3'
After an even start to the game from both sides, it's Huddersfield who push forward on the first attack of the evening. They're unable to make it count, though, as a misplaced pass can't quite find Hadergjonaj out wide.
1'
We're off! It's Huddersfield who get us underway.
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of today’s Premier League game between Huddersfield Town and Fulham at the John Smith’s Stadium.
Both of these sides find themselves in precarious positions at the foot of the table, with Huddersfield’s prospects looking particularly poor after a dismal start to the campaign. The Terriers are the only side in the top eight tiers of English football yet to win a single game, but tonight’s clash presents them with a great chance to bring that run to an end.
While Fulham have a solitary win to their name, a run of four consecutive defeats has seen them tumble down the table, and they now sit just two points ahead of their opponents. A record of 28 goals conceded in 10 games is comfortably the worst in the division, but they’re about to take on a side that are struggling terribly at the other end of the pitch.
As was often the case last season, Huddersfield’s difficulties in front of goal have hurt them badly, and with over a quarter of the campaign gone the whole side have already been outscored by 17 different players. It’s now almost a month since they last found the back of the net, while their fans haven’t been able to celebrate a home Premier League goal since the middle of April.
There’s just over 15 minutes left to go until kick-off, so let’s have a look at how the two teams will be lining up today…
Huddersfield Town substitutes: Tommy Smith, Juninho Bacuna, Ben Hamer, Ramadan Sobhi, Rajiv van La Parra; Isaac Mbenza, Laurent Depoitre.
Huddersfield Town XI (3-5-1-1): Jonas Lossl; Mathias Jorgensen, Christopher Schindler, Terence Kongolo; Florent Hadergjonaj, Aaron Mooy, Jonathan Hogg, Philip Billing, Chris Lowe; Alex Pritchard; Steve Mounie.
Fulham substitutes: Marcus Bettinelli, Calum Chambers, Kevin McDonald, Stefan Johansen, Tim Ream, Cyrus Christie, Alfie Mawson.
Fulham XI (4-3-3): Sergio Rico; Timothy Fosu-Mensah, Dennis Odoi, Maxime Le Marchand, Ryan Sessegnon; Jean Michael Seri, Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa, Tom Cairney; Luciano Vietto, Aleksandar Mitrovic, Andre Schurrle.
The two sides are making their way out onto the pitch, with just a few minutes to go until kick-off.
For the first time since April the Huddersfield fans were finally able to celebrate a home goal in the Premier League, and it means they deservedly lead at half-time for the first time this season. Fulham just haven't turned up tonight, and unless things drastically change they're set to lose for the fifth consecutive league game.
Fulham impressed going forward at the start of the season but are on course to fail to find the back of the net for a third game in a row. Mitrovic has been a mere spectator so far, with Schurrle and Vietto doing very little either side of him. The visitors need to work the ball forward with more speed and press with greater intensity if they're to get back into the game.
The two teams are making their way back out on to the pitch ahead of the start of the second half.
That's all we've got time for tonight. Thanks for tuning into our live coverage. Until next time, goodbye!
The defeat piles even more pressure on Jokanovic and Fulham, who have now suffered five consecutive league defeats and have moved to the bottom of the table. They'll next be in action against high-flying Liverpool, while Huddersfield will be aiming to make it two wins from as many games at home to West Ham.
