K. Mbappé has scored a goal for PSG! Assist by Neymar.
Neymar picks up an assist to go with his goal, doing well to hold off and pick out that pass at the perfect moment for Mbappe.
MBAPPE APPLIES THE FINISHING TOUCH! 4-1! Mbappe recorded a pair of assists in the first half, but he's finally got himself on the scoresheet tonight as he picks out a tidy finish on the end of Neymar's assist, having got behind a tired Red Star defence.
90'
There will be a minimum of four minutes added on at the end of this match, which are little more than a formality at this point.
88'
J. Draxler enters the game and replaces Á. Di María.
A second PSG change now sees Di Maria give way for Draxler.
87'
M. Gobeljić gets yellow.
Gobeljic clips Neymar with a challenge and is shown a yellow card. The Brazilian has been on the receiving end of a number of physical tackles tonight.
86'
D. Joveljić enters the game and replaces M. Marin.
Marin makes way with the final change of the match for Red Star as Joveljic replaces him.
85'
Red Star spend a period in defence, passing it around at the back, and then PSG respond with an identical spell of their own. The tempo has completely gone here, with no signs of a nervy finish on the horizon.
83'
A. Rabiot enters the game and replaces M. Verratti.
A first change for PSG sees Rabiot replace Verratti in a straight swap in midfield.
82'
The tempo has really fizzled out here with both sides accepting the scoreline at face value. Cavani picks the ball up in attack and opts to go at it alone, shooting from 20 yards but failing to hit the target.
80'
Red Star's comeback attempt has been halted in its tracks. The third PSG goal has really deflated them, as they are set to crash out of Europe tonight. They have put up an excellent fight in this second half, really keeping Neymar and Mbappe at bay, but their efforts are just going to fall short it appears.
Minute
Description
78'
F. Stojković gets yellow.
Stojkovic slides through the back of Mbappe to try and win the ball, but you can't do that. It's a yellow card for the Red Star skipper and a free-kick for PSG.
74'
Marquinhos has scored a goal for PSG! Assist by Á. Di María.
Absolutely terrific delivery, that, from Di Maria, who provides the assist.
THAT SHOULD DO IT! 3-1! PSG restore their two-goal advantage and are surely headed into the knockout stage now! Di Maria picks out an exquisite delivery from a free-kick to pick out the head of Marquinhos, who thumps his header home!
72'
L. Ebecilio enters the game and replaces V. Simić.
R. Boakye enters the game and replaces M. Pavkov.
Boakye is also on, replacing Pavkov in a straight swap up top.
A double change for the hosts sees Ebecilio replace Simic. His pace could cause PSG problems out wide.
70'
A free header at the other end goes begging now as Jovancic can't find the target from six yards on the end of Marin's free-kick following a foul from Kehrer! Red Star are really pressing now!
68'
Lifted over! A fantastic recovery from Stojkovic sees him block Bernat's strike from in close, but the pressure stays on. Cavani rises highest to meet Di Maria's cross in from the left, but he gets the timing of his jump wrong as he lifts it over the bar!
66'
Verratti can't pick out the right pass as PSG break forward in numbers, squaring for Neymar as opposed to sliding through Cavani to his right. That's an opportunity missed for the visitors, who are a bit out of sync in attack.
62'
Juan Bernat gets yellow.
BIG SAVE! A terrific piece of goalkeeping from Borjan to keep the scoreline as is! Di Maria picked out a smart ball for Kehrer to latch onto in the penalty area, but the full-back's effort is kicked aside by the Red Star keeper!
And now Bernat goes into the book for a bad foul on El Fardou to stop Red Star from breaking forward on the counter. It's all become a little worrisome for the visitors.
60'
If Red Star are going to head out of European competition for the season, and it looks that way at the moment with Liverpool leading, then they're certainly not going to do so with a whimper! PSG are all sorts of unconvincing in defence at the moment, while the hosts have a spring in their step.
58'
That goal has completely lifted this crowd and it has turned the match upside down again! PSG will absolutely be feeling a bit uncomfortable now, having let Red Star right back into this match. That wasn't in their script!
56'
M. Gobeljić has scored a goal for Red Star Belgrade!
GAME ON IN BELGRADE! It's 2-1! A cross in from the left is not appropriately dealt with as a headed clearance drops kindly in the path of Gobeljic who lashes a stunning volley past Buffon at the near post!
52'
The busiest Buffon has been all night has come over this last two minute spell, as he eventually catches Simic's cross to snuff out the danger, but it comes after to good chances for Marin and El Fardou in which they couldn't hit the target.
48'
PSG pick up where they left off at the end of the second half, keen to get forward and put this match to bed. A lovely diagonal ball over the top sends Kehrer into space, but his delivery just evades Neymar at the far post.
46'
The second half is underway as PSG get things restarted...
45' +2
HALF-TIME: RED STAR BELGRADE 0-2 PSG.
45'
There will be a minimum of two minutes added on at the end of this first half.
40'
Neymar has scored a goal for PSG! Assist by K. Mbappé.
PSG ON COURSE FOR THE LAST 16! It's 2-0! That's exactly the sort of response they wanted from Neymar, who takes matters into his own hands, sprinting forward on the end of a terrific throughball from Mbappe before cutting into the centre and showing outstanding patience to wait out a pair of defenders and the goalkeeper before chipping in a delicate finish from 10 yards!
It's another assist from Mbappe, who did brilliantly to win the ball at the halfway line and slide through Neymar.
39'
Neymar is lucky not to be booked for dissent, getting up and punching the air in the direction of the referee after not winning a free-kick on the edge of the penalty area. He has to keep his emotions in check, although in fairness to the attacker that certainly looked a foul.
37'
Red Star have grown into the match since a slow start, but they're really struggling to generate much of a threat on the front foot. PSG have sparsely been troubled at the back, confidently dealing with everything asked of them.
35'
Liverpool have taken the lead in the other Group C match over Napoli, which is a welcome sight for PSG who would go through as group winners if the two results held firm. Still a lot of football to play, however.
29'
T. Kehrer gets yellow.
Moments later and the second booking is produces as Kehrer sees yellow for a hard foul on Simic, who certainly felt the brunt of that.
28'
M. Pavkov gets yellow.
The first yellow card of the match is shown to Pavkov, who gets an elbow up into the face of Marquinhos in an attempt to win the ball in the air.
27'
It's getting a bit heated as both sides are feeling decisions are going against them. Verratti, always a fierce competitor, has continuously held talks with the referee, and should be a bit more careful. He's trending towards being booked for dissent.
25'
Neymar has drifted into a more central role for the visitors, and he works a clever move with Di Maria, who then plays a ball through for Mbappe. The forward goes down on the edge of the penalty area, appealing to have been pulled down by Degenek in an attempt to prevent him from running through, but the referee isn't interested.
23'
Penalty appeals denied! Di Maria's cross was blocked by the arm of Degenek who was close to it, but made no attempt to pull his trailing arm away. There's certainly a case to be made, but the referee is having none of it.
19'
Pleading their case with the referee are Red Star, who take a free-kick quickly following a Verratti foul on Pavkov, but are forced to take it again. The Scottish referee didn't allow play to continue quickly, denying the hosts a counter, which they certainly didn't like.
17'
Finally the hosts enjoy a bit of possession on the front foot, but Bernat does well to break up an intended througball, before then getting his body in front of a shot moments later. Still, it's an encouraging spell for Red Star who are starting to believe a bit, perhaps.
15'
Red Star are struggling to find a way out in defence, but Stojkovic does well to deny Mbappe a good chance from in tight. Still, the subsequent ball out from the back winds up being won by PSG, who will get forward once again.
13'
Well that certainly changes the complexion of the match! Red Star can't just sit back and defend now. They will be forced to open up at times and attack, which works right into PSG's plans. An early goal is exactly what Tuchel's side needed.
10'
M. Borjan gets yellow.
Yellow card Milan Borjan
9'
E. Cavani has scored a goal for PSG! Assist by K. Mbappé.
PSG HAVE THEIR EARLY LEAD! 1-0! Mbappe sprints down the left as he leads a clinical counter attack, getting beyond Stojkovic before squaring unselfishly for Cavani who turns it into the empty net from five yards!
Terrific pace from Mbappe to lead the break and wonderful vision to serve that up on a platter for Cavani.
7'
This match is really going to test PSG's patience. They're used to teams defending deep against them, so that shouldn't come as a shock, but it's awfully congested in and around the Red Star penalty area with so many red and white shirts behind the ball.
5'
Bernat orchestrates a dangerous attack down the left before trying to thread through Mbappe, but the striker can't keep his balance and goes to ground as he sprints hopelessly to try and get on the end of it. Red Star are really being hemmed back early on.
3'
Off to a composed start are PSG, winning the game's first corner, though it doesn't amount to anything. The visitors are dominating possession as they set up camp in the attacking half.
1'
AND THEY'RE OFF! Belatedly underway in noisy Belgrade as Red Star get the match underway in their red and white stripes, with PSG in dark blue.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of this massive Champions League match as PSG look to take care of business and seal their place in the last 16 when they visit Red Star Belgrade!
Group C remains brilliantly poised heading into tonight’s final matchday as Napoli, PSG and Liverpool vie for two places in the knockout stage – the good thing for each of them is they all control their own destiny.
PSG would secure their place in the last 16 with a win in Belgrade, while a draw – or even a defeat – would also be enough should Liverpool fail to beat Napoli in the other group match at Anfield.
If Liverpool win and PSG lose, the Ligue 1 outfit are headed to the Europa League, while a Reds win coupled with a PSG draw would create a three-way tie atop Group C. In that instance, barring a high-scoring, one-goal defeat for Napoli, it would be Liverpool and PSG who progress.
Red Star will look to play spoiler, as they did against Liverpool in Belgrade, and could still lock down a Europa League spot with a win coupled with a Reds loss to Napoli. While that’s all a lot to take in, don’t fret about the details just yet as updates will be provided throughout the match and right through to full-time.
CONFIRMED TEAM NEWS:
RED STAR BELGRADE (4-2-3-1): Milan Borjan; Filip Stojkovic, Marko Gobeljic, Milos Degenek, Milan Rodic; Dusan Jovancic, Goran Causic; El Fardou Ben, Marko Marin, Veljko Simic; Milan Pavkov.
SUBS: Branko Jovicic, Srdjan Babic, Richmond Boakye, Lorenzo Ebecilio, Milan Jevtovic, Zoran Popovic, Dejan Joveljic.
PSG (4-2-3-1): Gianluigi Buffon; Thilo Kehrer, Thiago Silva, Presnel Kimpembe, Juan Bernat; Marco Verratti, Marquinhos; Kylian Mbappe, Neymar, Angel Di Maria; Edinson Cavani.
SUBS: Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, Alphonse Areola, Moussa Diaby, Thomas Meunier, Dani Alves, Julian Draxler, Adrien Rabiot.
PSG are on course for the knockout stage on the back of a clinical first half. Edinson Cavani got the party started inside of 10 minutes, before a sensational second from Neymar doubled their advantage as they are on course to go through as winners of Group C as things stand.
Red Star enjoyed a couple of decent spells over the opening 45 minutes but were unable to generate any momentum. Expect them to have an honest go at it over the final 45 minutes as they have nothing to lose, but that might only play into PSG's hands, with the Ligue 1 outfit certainly looking capable of scoring a couple more tonight.
That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
