Wimbledon pulled off one of the shocks of the competition thus far, defeating West Ham United in the fourth round to advance. A brace from Scott Wagstaff and a goal from Kwesi Appiah had put the Dons in front, only for the Hammers to respond in the second half through Lucas Perez and Felipe Anderson. However, the League One outfit secured their spot in the fifth round with a late strike from Toby Sibbick.
Good afternoon and welcome to the live commentary of the FA Cup fifth round clash between AFC Wimbledon and Millwall at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.
Millwall pulled off an equally impressive performance to see off another Premier League outfit at The Den. Everton had taken the lead through Richarlison, but Lee Gregory brought the home side level before the break. Cenk Tosun helped the visitors regain their advantage, but Neil Harris' men responded again through Jake Cooper before Murray Wallace won the game for the Lions at the death.
