The visitors did get the ball in the back of the net late on, but Boga was ruled to be offside. They will be confident of getting back into this game after troubling the hosts defence, meanwhile Milan need to try and control possession better and create more chances in front of goal, which could wrap up the victory.
That's all from us today folks, we hope you enjoyed the game!
Milan remain fourth in Serie A, just two points behind their city-rivals Inter, but only one point ahead of Roma in fifth. Next up for Milan is Chievo next Saturday at the San Siro. Sassuolo meanwhile currently occupy 11th position and they face a tough test next time out, facing second placed Napoli.
