L. de Jong enters the game and replaces M. de Roon.
Luuk de Jong is brought on for De Roon as the Dutch look for a late equaliser. Just two minutes have been added on.
90'
N. Schulz has scored a goal for Germany! Assist by M. Reus.
GOOOOAAALLLL!!!!! NETHERLANDS 2-3 GERMANY! Unbelievable! Germany have not really looked interested in scoring in this second half, but Schulz has just snatched them all three points. Gundogan slots the ball through for fellow sub Reus, who cuts it back to Schulz 12 yards out. The midfielder's right-footed shot spins away from Cillessen for what will surely be the winner.
Reus did well to look up and pick out Schulz, who was given far too much time and space to get his shot away. The Netherlands have been caught out right at the death.
89'
Ginter gets across to cut out the danger. It is constant pressure from the home side now, with Germany not really looking interested in finding a winner.
88'
M. Reus enters the game and replaces S. Gnabry.
Gnabry, who had Germany's brightest moment in the second half with his on-target attempt three minutes ago, is replaced by Reus.
87'
Rudiger is congratulated by his team-mates for making a crucial block. The pressure remains, however, and Kroos throws himself in front of Wijnaldum's shot to deny the midfielder. Bodies on the line time for Germany!
85'
CILLESSEN MAKES THE SAVE! Gnabry, whose name has not been mentioned at all in this second half, brings the ball down superbly and twists Van Dijk inside out. The angle is against him and his shot is kept out by Cillessen at his near post. That is by far the visitors' best moment of the second half.
84'
Germany have gone back into their default defensive mode. Bergwijn lines up the shot 20 yards out but hammers it into a visiting player.
83'
Some rare respite for the Germans as Frenkie de Jong goes right through Kroos to give away a free-kick. Thirty yards from goal, it is Kroos who stands over the ball. The shot is off target, though, missing the near post by a fair distance.
81'
If any side is going to find a winner, it will be the hosts. Depay gets at Germany's tiring defence and tries to slot the ball through for Wijnaldum, who is happy to gamble by powering forward from midfield, but Neuer races off his line to cut it out.
Minute
Description
79'
This German backline has looked incredibly shaky all half. A corner is win by the Dutch and Van Dijk turns it goalwards, but it is blocked before it can make it as far as Neuer. Low's men could do with the full-time whistle.
77'
The Netherlands are not getting anywhere fast with their sidewards passing. That was the case for about 15 minutes between their first and second goal, though - they clearly know what they are doing. Germany are struggling to clear their lines when the ball does eventually come forward.
75'
The game has gone flat again, with Germany looking very pedestrian. As the minutes tick down, you have to wonder whether this is a result both sides will now accept? Koeman must decide whether to stick or twist.
73'
Germany have yet to have a shot of any sort in the second half, which nicely sums things up. The Netherlands, by comparison, have had three attempts, two of those finding the back of the net.
70'
İ. Gündoğan enters the game and replaces L. Goretzka.
Goretzka makes way for Gundogan in the visitors' first change of the contest.
69'
Low could do with making a change because the Netherlands are knocking on the door for a third goal. Koeman may not have changed his tactics at the interval, but whatever he said has clearly worked as his side look so much better in every department.
67'
Kroos does just about enough to halt Promes' run, albeit at the expense of a corner. The set-piece is once again worked short and Depay's shot is struck into a sea of bodies. An almighty scramble ensues and the visitors just about see out the danger.
65'
The Netherlands are shooting from everywhere now - they can smell blood! Germany are struggling to cope with their opponents' high press and they are at risk of leaving Amsterdam without anything to show for their first-half dominance.
63'
M. Depay has scored a goal for Netherlands! Assist by G. Wijnaldum.
Wijnaldum, with his back to goal, tees up the shot for Depay. Neuer must have seen it late because he could not react in time.
GOOOOOOAAALLL!!! NETHERLANDS 2-2 GERMANY! Depay drags the hosts back on level terms from two goals down - as was the case when these sides last met. Despite having two players on top of him, Depay refuses to give up the ball and manages to drag his shot away from Neuer into the bottom corner after being teed up by Wijnaldum. Terrible defending!
62'
OFFSIDE! This is one from the training ground as a rehearsed free-kick is met by Wijnaldum in front of goal. The midfielder's first-time shot is kept out by Neuer, who was not to know that the offside flag was about to go up.
60'
Germany are looking pretty comfortable in a defensive sense at the moment. The Netherlands are on top in terms of possession but chances are few and far between. The visitors are happy to sit back and wait for the counter.
58'
Germany are having far less joy on the ball compared to the first half, purely because of the Netherlands' high pressing. The match has gone a little stale over the last five minutes, with the teams taking it in turns to string passes together.
56'
The Netherlands are knocking the ball around but when they launch it long it bypasses their forward players. Koeman's men need to take a few more risks.
55'
Germany have seemingly found their rhythm again, having started this second half very slowly. We are approaching the point in the match when both managers will be looking at their respective benches. Could Werner be an option for Low?
53'
The visitors edged the possession count in the first half, but they have seen just 29 per cent of it since the second-half restart. The home side need to turn their dominance into chances.
52'
Germany have another corner to defend and, after doing so, they attempt to break through Sane. The makeshift striker has been quiet early in this second half but he does well to force a foul out of Dumfries here, giving his side a chance to regroup.
50'
What a turnaround this has been. The Netherlands are looking a lot brighter in this second half, injecting more pace into their game and forcing their opponents back. A corner is won, which Germany just about deal with at the second attempt.
48'
M. de Ligt has scored a goal for Netherlands! Assist by M. Depay.
This is a great delivery from Depay. It is one of those that needs just the smallest of touches to help it in, and De Ligt was there to provide it.
GOOOOOAAALLL!!! NETHERLANDS 1-2 GERMANY! De Ligt, at fault in the build-up to Germany's opening goal, gives his side a lifeline. The Netherlands make a mess of the corner, but it is only half-cleared by the visitors and Depay's flat delivery is glanced goalwards from the edge of the six-yard box by De Ligt, finding the inside of the net.
47'
Germany squandered a two-goal lead when the sides met in their second Nations League clash last year - will history repeat itself? Frenkie de Jong barges into Kimmich to concede a free-kick early in the second half.
46'
S. Bergwijn enters the game and replaces R. Babel.
RESTART! The Netherlands, heading for a third defeat under Koeman, get us back underway at the Johan Cruijff ArenA!
Koeman has indeed made a substitution ahead of the second half by bringing on Bergwijn for Babel out wide. Looks as though it will be the same formation, though.
45' +1
HALF-TIME: NETHERLANDS 0-2 GERMANY
45'
Wijnaldum goes to ground under contact from Rudiger, but the midfielder appeared to be leaning into his opponent, almost looking for the penalty. The referee is right to wave away the weak appeals.
43'
The Netherlands win a corner, temporarily relieving some of the pressure on their defence. Sule does well to get across and cut out the danger, and the subsequent set-piece is also nodded clear on the penalty spot.
42'
GERMANY CLOSING IN ON A THIRD! The Dutch defence are being ripped apart by Germany's attacking players. Sane gets the better of Van Dijk - not for the first time today - and gets a shot away on target from a good position. Cillessen makes a pretty routine stop, but a third goal for the Germans appears to be on the cards.
40'
NEARLY! From one wing-back to another, Schulz's cross makes it right the way across to Kehrer, who guides the ball on target. Cillessen watches the ball all the way and collects it with both hands. Good goalkeeping.
38'
D. Blind gets yellow.
Blind shoves Kehrer to the ground and is shown a yellow card by the referee Jesus Gil Manzano. It appears to be a harsh call from the official, though it may have been for something the Dutch defender said - or possibly a case of totting up all his fouls, perhaps?
36'
The Netherlands are probing away but they are struggling to find that one moment of inspiration. Babel's two misses in the space of a couple of minutes between Germany's two goals are looking pretty costly now, with his side a couple of goals down.
34'
S. Gnabry has scored a goal for Germany! Assist by A. Rüdiger.
Rudiger is credited with the assist as it was his ball over the top that Gnabry chased down, before cutting inside Van Dijk and picking out the top corner of the net.
GOOOOOAAALLL!!! NETHERLANDS 0-2 GERMANY! This is a special goal from Gnabry! Van Dijk does not close down the German attacker quickly enough, which proves costly as he cuts inside from the left and curls the ball past Cillessen from 18 yards. Far too casual from Van Dijk.
33'
Germany are attempting to take a bit of the sting out of the match by passing the ball around. For about 10 minutes now the ball has pretty much bypassed midfield, but the visitors are starting to tighten their grip on the game. Van Dijk and De Ligt appear to have swapped positions, leaving the former to man mark Sane.
31'
TAME EFFORT! Depay picks up a loose ball in midfield but his attempted throughball is cut out by Rudiger. The ball only makes it as far as Dumfries, whose shot from range is weak and aimed right down the middle for Neuer to collect.
29'
The Netherlands appear to have worked out how to get at their opponents. Germany are still looking dangerous when they attack, though, and Sane would have been clean through on goal if not for a good piece of defending from Van Dijk. The match has become end-to-end.
23'
Goretzka's first touch is superb after being played in over the top, but the offside flag goes up before he can consider taking on the shot. The visitors are looking so much better than the Dutch in midfield. It would not be surprising to see Koeman change things slightly at half-time should it continue to pan out this way.
21'
Sane and Gnabry are staying high up the field when the Netherlands attack. Low is taking a few tactical risks, with Ginter also carrying the ball out of defence, but it appears to be paying off so far. The hosts are enjoying a prolonged spell on the ball.
19'
Koeman's men are struggling to get hold of the ball. Germany, by comparison, look very lively when they turn over possession and burst forward in numbers - they now have the advantage of being able to sit back, having scored the key breakthrough goal.
17'
It will be interesting to see how the Netherlands' youngsters cope with falling a goal down. The hosts have been second best so far, struggling to cope with their opponents' interchanging forward players. De Ligt in particular will be kicking himself after slipping just before Sane pulled the trigger.
15'
L. Sané has scored a goal for Germany! Assist by N. Schulz.
Kroos deserves credit for chesting down the ball, taking a touch or two and releasing Schulz down the left. The cross itself from Schulz was decent enough, picking out Sane to open the scoring with a good finish.
GOOOOOAAAALLL!!! NETHERLANDS 0-1 GERMANY! He may not be a striker by trade, but Sane knows how to play this role and he has repaid his manager's faith by opening the scoring in Amsterdam with a fine finish across Cillessen. Kroos plays the ball in behind for Schulz and the left-sided cross falls nicely for Sane, who makes the most of a costly slip from De Ligt to rocket it into the far corner.
14'
Germany turn over possession in midfield and Kimmich has time and space to get a shot away on the edge of the opposition box. He takes for too long to do so and Frenkie de Jong does very well to nick it back, making amends for his earlier error.
13'
This is a brilliant turn from Depay to get away from a couple of men. Kimmich sticks out a leg and Depay trips over it to win his side a free-kick. The former Manchester United ace brushes himself down and fires the 40-yard attempt into the stands.
11'
Dumfries' cross from the right takes a slight deflection and it is there for Babel to strike first time. He opts against doing so and in the end a corner is the best he can manage. All of a sudden it is the Netherlands who are well on top.
9'
Germany have had just short of 70 per cent of the ball in the first nine minutes. A rare attacking move for the hosts sees Babel swing the ball into the middle, where Ginter is well positioned to head it clear. This is better from Koeman's side.
7'
Ginter is being given permission to push very high up the field, helping to force the home side back. Netherlands boss Koeman will not be entirely happy with the way this match is panning out early on.
5'
Germany are dominating the early proceedings in Amsterdam. The visitors, having already come close through Gnabry's shot, are knocking the ball around well and are looking a lot sharper than their in-form opponents.
3'
SAVE! Germany have made a bright start to the match and nearly take the lead inside the first few minutes. Sane works the channel well and cuts into the middle, where he manages to feed the ball to Gnabry. The Bayern star's shot is a good height for Cillessen to dive across and push to safety.

KICK-OFF! Germany, seeking revenge for their Nations League thrashing here, get this Euro 2020 qualifier underway!
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Euro 2020 qualifier between Netherlands and Germany at the Johan Cruijff ArenA .
Germany had a fresh look about them in their 1-1 draw against Serbia earlier this week, aiming to put a hugely disappointing 2018 behind them by somewhat overhauling their squad. Joachim Low still remains in charge, despite last summer's group-stage exit at the World Cup, and he has made a huge call by effectively ending the international careers of Bayern Munich trio Mats Hummels, Jerome Boateng and Thomas Muller. The 2014 world champions may be out of form, but they are favourites to finish top of their qualifying group and they will fancy their chances of collecting a positive result from their trip to Amsterdam.
NETHERLANDS (4-3-3): Jasper Cillessen; Denzel Dumfries, Matthijs de Ligt, Virgil van Dijk (c), Daley Blind; Marten de Roon, Georginio Wijnaldum, Frenkie de Jong; Quincy Promes, Memphis Depay, Ryan Babel.
Netherlands subs: Jeroen Zoet, Patrick van Aanholt, Steven Bergwijn, Luuk de Jong, Marco Bizot, Nathan Ake, Tonny Vilhena, Pablo Rosario, Donny van de Beek, Kevin Strootman, Steven Berghuis, Hans Hateboer.
GERMANY (3-5-2): Manuel Neuer (c); Niklas Sule, Matthias Ginter, Antonio Rudiger; Thilo Kehrer, Leon Goretzka, Joshua Kimmich, Toni Kroos, Nico Schulz; Serge Gnabry, Leroy Sane.
Germany subs: Timo Werner, Kevin Trapp, Ilkay Gundogan, Maximilian Eggestein, Marco Reus, Kai Havertz, Julian Brandt, Jonathan Tah, Marcel Halstenberg, Niklas Stark, Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
The Netherlands have failed to qualify for back-to-back major tournaments, but the future looks bright for the Oranje as they have lost just two of 11 games under Ronald Koeman and come into this match on the back of a convincing 4-0 win over Belarus in their opening Group C fixture. Koeman's side also took four points off today's opponents in last year's Nations League campaign en route to finishing above their arch-rivals and France, setting up a semi-final with England next summer, but for now all focus is on qualifying for Euro 2020 via the traditional method.
The Netherlands have won their last six competitive home games and are unbeaten in 17 of their previous 19 matches. That run includes a 3-0 win over Germany at this ground when the sides met last October in the inaugural Nations League.
The two teams are now out on the field at the Johan Cruijff ArenA and we are moments away from kick-off.
Low will be delighted with the way the first half panned out. Van Dijk and De Ligt, one of the best defensive partnerships in the world, were made to look ordinary and Germany looked good value for a third goal in the five minutes or so before half-time. Koeman will surely consider changing formation at the break, which could mean the introduction of one of his subs.
Germany join their opponents on three points at the top of Group C, and they do of course have a game in hand to play. Low's men have a trip to Belarus up next on their return to qualifying action in June, while the Netherlands face England in the Nations League semi-finals the same week.
Thanks for joining our coverage today. Until next time, goodbye!
