J. Stones enters the game and replaces David Silva.
Into the first of three added minutes, and Stones comes on to replace David Silva in an attempt to just shore things up for the final seconds here.
90'
K. Ịheanachọ gets yellow.
City deal with the threat, Jesus looks to break away and is taken out by Iheanacho, who sees yellow. Pressure relieved, and City are nearly there.
89'
Gabriel Jesus gets yellow.
Jesus is booked for a foul at the halfway line and Leicester send everyone forward now in anticipation of this free-kick being floated into the penalty area.
87'
Gabriel Jesus enters the game and replaces S. Agüero.
And Guardiola goes to his bench for a second time as Jesus replaces Aguero, who takes his sweet time making his way off the pitch, fixing his shin pads on his way off.
85'
D. Gray enters the game and replaces M. Albrighton.
A final Leicester change sees Albrighton give way for Gray in a like-for-like change.
84'
Time winding down here and there's not a ton of tempo to this match, which is just the way City will like it. Leicester have some fresh legs in attack, but they're not finding a way to get them the ball. It's time for them to throw everything forward.
80'
K. Ịheanachọ enters the game and replaces J. Maddison.
A second change for the Foxes sees Iheanacho join Vardy up top, as Maddison is replaced.
79'
City are just knocking the ball about now, with Leicester doing very little pressing to win it back. It almost looks as though the Foxes are scared to send bodies forward, but there's absolutely nothing for them to lose here. The difference between 1-0 and 3-0 for them is non-existent.
77'
Leicester are spending less time in defence since conceding, but the damage has already been done. That was always the worry with them dropping so deep, giving City all the space they wanted outside of the penalty area. And it was the unlikeliest of men who took advantage.

Description
75'
H. Barnes enters the game and replaces Y. Tielemans.
Rodgers brings on another attacking option as Barnes comes off the bench to replace Tielemans.
72'
It's absolutely deafening in the Etihad now as all the tension has been relieved. The metaphorical roof has been blown off the stadium as they serenade their heroes. This is far from over just yet, though. City still have a job to do and they know it.
70'
V. Kompany has scored a goal for Manchester City! Assist by Aymeric Laporte.
Laporte is credited with the assist, but it was a simple square pass from the defender to his centre-back partner. The rest was all on Kompany's shoulders.
THE SKIPPER SENDS CITY TOP! Unbridled delight as the Etihad as Kompany picks out the top corner from 25 yards! It's a strike of the highest quality from the captain, who runs off to celebrate with the fans. What an incredible moment in an incredible career in Manchester for the Belgian defender! Absolutely outstanding!
68'
It's edge of the seat stuff at the Etihad. All of Manchester and Liverpool are glued to the action as the match approaches the final 20 minutes. This is going to be an all-out barrage from City, but can they find some late magic like Liverpool have done time and time again this season?
66'
Guardiola is ageing a year with every minute that passes right now. Time must feel like it's flying by for City, who continue to huff and puff without being able to blow the house down. Leicester are defending so deep though, that it just seems like it's going to take everything they have in them to hold out another 25 minutes.
62'
The whole of the Etihad collectively hold their breath as Leicester venture forward on a counter. They can't get a ball through to Vardy as it eventually fizzles out on the right flank without ever developing into much of a threat, but the tension is absolutely through the roof.
56'
L. Sané enters the game and replaces P. Foden.
Guardiola isn't wasting any more time. Sane - the man who scored the winner against Liverpool in January - is brought on to try and fill the role of hero once again, as he replaces Foden. Bernardo Silva will drop into midfield as a result.
54'
And now Bernardo Silva comes close, cutting in onto his left but getting the contact wrong as he drives a shot high and wide at the far post, evoking another look of frustration from Guardiola.
51'
Guardiola sprints 15 yards down the touchline to recover the ball in order to quickly restart play after it ran out for a City throw. That just about echos the sentiments of everyone here in the ground. There's plenty of time, but they have little interest in leaving it late.
49'
Leicester have started the second half sharply, with City just lacking that same edge. Guardiola's facial expression on the touchline says it all. You can sense that he's starting to feel a little uncomfortable.
47'
David Silva catches Albrighton with a high boot, and he's got to be walking a tight line here, having committed a couple of fouls now since being shown that yellow card. It's a free-kick for Leicester which they play short for Pereira to swing into the area, but City clear their lines rather comfortably.
46'
The second half is underway, following a false start by Albrighton, who flew beyond the halfway line a few seconds before kick-off.
45' +1
HALF-TIME: MANCHESTER CITY 0-0 LEICESTER CITY.
45'
The board goes up to indicate one minute of stoppage time, as Bernardo Silva sees a relatively tame shot from 20 yards saved by Schmeichel.
44'
V. Kompany gets yellow.
Laporte heads the ball away carelessly into the path of Vardy, who plays it immediately forward for Maddison. That puts Kompany under pressure, as he's forced to slide in to try and break it up. He arrives a split-second too late, and that sees him into the book as a result.
43'
Mike Dean has a few words for Schmeichel, whom the Etihad crowd feels was doing his best to run the clock down. Still plenty of time to play here, but City supporters know as well as anyone that every second counts.
41'
Into the final five minutes of the half and despite Leicester continuing to drop deeper, they've dealt well with the ever-growing pressure being applied by City. It's appearing more and more like this game will be heading into the break scoreless, which is welcome news in Liverpool.
39'
Well isn't it remarkable how this Premier League script is playing out? The inches were in favour of Aguero a week ago as his goal just barely crossed the line in the 1-0 win over Burnley, but they work against them here. You can sense the anxiety growing in the Etihad with each passing minute that it remains goalless.
35'
H. Maguire gets yellow.
Something seemed to upset Maguire there amidst all the chaos, and his words are not received well by the referee who shows the defender a yellow card for his troubles.
34'
Pressure really building now as City are starting to look quite business-like. First Ndidi puts in a perfectly timed challenge to halt Sterling's run in the penalty area, before David Silva flashes a strike narrowly wide of the far post on the end of an acrobatic clearance attempt from Ndidi.
30'
Delicious stuff from Bernardo Silva! Wonderful bit of individual skill from the winger, who dances into the area. A couple of interventions see the ball eventually come to Gundogan on the edge of the area, and his first-time effort deflects behind for a corner.
28'
David Silva has to be careful. He commits another foul at the halfway line - this one late but not as cynical as his first. With the Spaniard already on a yellow, the referee will certainly have taken note of that.
26'
This has been a wonderfully combative contest as we pass the quarter mark, with the game very much in the balance. Leicester remain a threat on the break, and City are being made to work - and work hard - in attack. Patience is going to be vital for the hosts.
22'
David Silva gets yellow.
David Silva commits quite the cynical foul near the halfway line, sensing the danger as Tielemans was sprung forward by Maddison. He trips up the midfielder to halt the break, and apologises after, knowing very well what he did. But it had to be done.
21'
Pereira is certainly proving a handful. The full-back has been very lively going forward, eager to sprint up on the overlap when the chance to break presents itself. City do well to avert the threat on this latest break, however, as he runs out of room out wide resulting in a goal kick, before Sterling is blocked out at the other end moments later to snuff out a City attack.
19'
City have adopted a more patient approach in possession, forcing Leicester to drop a bit deeper in defence as they look to maintain their shape with possession stats climbing in City's favour. This is a bit more of what was expected here.
17'
The frantic opening tempo has slowed a bit as City's early attempts at an onslaught have been thwarted confidently by Leicester, who actually carved out the best opening in those exchanges. It's certainly shaping up to be a competitive encounter with the title race coming to a head.
15'
Decent effort from Tielemans, who is picked out by Vardy in all sorts of space in the centre, about 25 yards from goal. He's certainly capable of scoring those, but his effort here is far from his best as he bends a relatively tame strike at Ederson. Back the other way come City, who win a free-kick on the flank, but Leicester deal with it.
7'
Great work from the Foxes two centre-backs. A giveaway allows City to break quickly and Aguero is quickly presented with the ball on the edge of the penalty area. Maguire does well to get a block in, before Evans wins a free-kick seconds later as the pressure is relieved.
5'
There's a delicious tempo to this match in the opening exchanges, with City setting the pace and Leicester eager to match it. There's a lot of bodies back for the Foxes, but they certainly appear well-prepared to fight. This won't be a first-round knockout for City.
3'
As expected, City begin the match with a spring in their step, needing no invitation to sprint forward and attack from the off. They're relentlessly direct in possession, getting the ball forward in a hurry, but Leicester do well to match their intensity in defence, and a first chance for the Foxes to break sees them win a free-kick at the halfway line.
1'
AND THEY'RE OFF! Anticipation, eagerness and hope aplenty greet kick-off as Manchester City get the match underway.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of this match as the Premier League title race rounds the final corner as Manchester City welcome Leicester City to the Etihad!
The constant turnstile atop the Premier League table has swung the way of Liverpool once again by virtue of their late 3-2 win at St. James’ Park on Saturday night, leaving them two points clear at the summit coming into tonight.
It’s still advantage Manchester City, however, as the Citizens can reclaim top spot should they respond here with a victory, as they have done time and time again this season. Liverpool jump ahead, and City respond. It’s a story set on loop over the season’s final couple of months.
The task is simple for Pep Guardiola’s side. Win their last two matches and be crowned Premier League champions for a second successive season. Nothing can be taken for granted in the Premier League, but with Brighton on tap next week, this may be the last true hurdle for City.
Standing in their way tonight is a Leicester City side led by former Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers, who will be out for revenge after his Reds were pipped to the title five years ago by City. Can he guide the Foxes to a shock result that will leave them partying long into the night at Anfield?
MANCHESTER CITY (4-3-3): Ederson; Kyle Walker, Vincent Kompany, Aymeric Laporte, Oleksandr Zinchenko; David Silva, Ilkay Gundogan, Phil Foden; Bernardo Silva, Raheem Sterling, Sergio Aguero.
SUBS: Gabriel Jesus, Leroy Sane, Riyad Mahrez, Arijanet Muric, John Stones, Nicolas Otamendi, Danilo.
LEICESTER CITY (4-5-1): Kasper Schmeichel; Ricardo Pereira, Jonny Evans, Harry Maguire, Ben Chilwell; Marc Albrighton, Youri Tielemans, Wilfred Ndidi, Hamza Choudhury, James Maddison; Jamie Vardy.
SUBS: Wes Morgan, Kelechi Iheanacho, Christian Fuchs, Danny Ward, Nampalys Mendy, Demarai Gray, Harvey Barnes.
City will be keen to force the issue a bit more in the second half, but the second they start pushing the pace they will leave themselves vulnerable to the threat of Vardy at the other end. It will be very curious to see how Guardiola wants to play this, and just how patient he's willing to be.
Manchester City now shift their focus to Sunday's trip to the south coast as they set their sights on a 14th successive Premier League victory that would see the title retained in Manchester. Leicester, meanwhile, close their season out against Chelsea at the King Power Stadium. That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
