Hello and welcome to live coverage of the LaLiga meeting between Atletico Madrid and Sevilla at the Wanda Metropolitano!
Atletico are still looking to finish second in LaLiga and come into this game having lost just one of their previous five league games (W4) although that did come in their last outing when they lost 3-0 to Espanyol. Sevilla are still in with a chance of finishing in the top-four, depending on the results around them. They have won just two of their last five matches (L3), but are winless in their last two.
ATLETICO MADRID STARTING XI (4-4-2): Jan Oblak; Juanfran, Diego Godin, Francisco Montero, Filipe Luis; Koke, Rodrigo, Thomas Partey, Saul Niguez; Antoine Griezmann, Alvaro Morata.
ATLETICO MADRID SUBS: Toni Moya, Antonio Adan, Thomas Lemar, Santiago Arias, Victor Mollejo, Angel Correa, Vitolo.
SEVILLA STARTING XI (4-4-2): Tomas Vaclik; Jesus Navas, Simon Kjaer, Sergi Gomez, Joris Gnagnon; Pablo Sarabia, Maxime Gonalons, Roque Mesa, Franco Vazquez; Wissam Ben Yedder, Munir El Haddadi.
SEVILLA SUBS: Marko Rog, Juan Soriano, Sergio Escudero, Nolito, Aleix Vidal, Bryan Gil, Ibrahim Arnadou.
The teams are out on the field now, with kick-off just moments away.
Atletico have looked the more confident side in the game so far and are causing the Sevilla defenders a lot of problems when they do go forward. Simeone will be hoping for more of the same from his side going into the second half. As for Sevilla, they have struggled at the back and will need to tighten up if they want to stop Atletico getting more goals in the match. The away side have looked a threat when they've moved forward, but Caparros might want to make an early change to add something different when his team go on the attack.
That's all for today, goodbye!
A point was enough to secure runner-up spot for Atletico for the second season running and they will be looking to end their campaign on a high and get back to winning ways when they face Levante next week. Sevilla still have a slim chance of finishing in the top four this season, but they need to beat Athletic Bilbao in their final game and hope the results of Valencia and Getafe go in their favour.
