Both teams can secure qualification to the knockout stages of the Champions League, Ajax are currently top with 10 points and will go through with a draw tonight, or if Chelsea lose against Lille. They are top of the Eredivise, but suffered a 2-0 defeat against Willem II at the weekend.
Meanwhile Valencia are second on eight points, level with Chelsea, but they have a superior head-to-head record, so they will go through if they beat Ajax, or match Chelsea's result. The Spanish side have won back-to-back LaLiga games, beating Villarreal and Levante, to move up to eighth.
The teams are out on the pitch and kick-off is just a few minutes away, stay tuned for all of the match action!
The other game in Group H is between Chelsea and Lille, which the English side are currently winning 2-0. Ajax will have to come out fighting in the second half and level the scoreline, if they are to avoid the Europa League. There have been a few too many sloppy passes by the hosts, which is starting to frustrate their supporters.
