Just two minutes have been added on at the end of the match at Signal Iduna Park.
90'
Hummels attempts to pick out Haaland - incredibly quiet today - with a deep pass that Posch calmly heads back to Baumann.
88'
Dortmund are attempting plenty of tricks and flicks in and around the Hoffenheim box but are getting nowhere fast.
87'
Zagadou gets to the ball just ahead of Nordtveit to prevent what surely would have been a fifth Hoffenheim goal. Zagadou is caught by his opponent and looks to be in some pain.
85'
Larsen, looking to make an impression against the club he left in January, waltzes past a couple of players and sends in a low cross. Burki is unable to keep the ball under control but nobody in a blue shirt can capitalise.
83'
H. Nordtveit enters the game and replaces D. Samassékou.
E. Bičakčić enters the game and replaces B. Hübner.
Kaltenbach's final change sees Bicakcic take over from Hubner.
The injured Samassekou is replaced by Nordtveit for the final seven minutes of normal time.
80'
There is very little action at either end at the moment. Hoffenheim look strong defensively, while Dortmund have also plugged the gaps at the back - albeit having already conceded four times!
78'
Space opens up for Witsel to try to bend one around a sea of bodies, but he is quickly closed down by Posch.
77'
Zuber again carries the ball a long way up the pitch and this time manages to feed it to fellow substitute Baumgartner. The shot from the edge of the box is blocked.
Minute
Description
76'
Hoffenheim send in crosses from the right and then the left, both of which Dortmund deal with. The visitors look as though they have a fifth goal in them.
74'
Zuber puts his fresh legs to good use by leading the Hoffenheim counter. He carries the ball almost the whole length of the pitch but his fancy flick towards Bebou is cut out.
72'
Wolfsburg trail champions Bayern Munich 2-0, so it is looking increasingly likely that Hoffenheim will finish sixth. That will see them qualify automatically for the Europa League group stage, rather than having to go through the qualifying rounds.
70'
N. Schulz enters the game and replaces Ł. Piszczek.
S. Zuber enters the game and replaces R. Skov.
J. Bruun Larsen enters the game and replaces A. Kramarić.
Four-goal hero Kramaric is replaced by former Dortmund player Larsen.
Piszczek is off and Schulz on in the last of Dortmund's five changes.
Time for another substitution now as Kaltenbach brings on Zuber for the impressive Skov.
68'
You get the impression that Dortmund will accept the full-time whistle now. There is a lack of any real urgency to their game, knowing that the contest is all over.
65'
D. Zagadou enters the game and replaces G. Reyna.
T. Raschl enters the game and replaces L. Balerdi.
Balerdi is replaced by debutant Raschl for the final 25 minutes. It has been a tough day at the office for the departing player.
Zagadou comes on for Reyna in the latest of Dortmund's substitutions.
64'
WITSEL DENIED! Hakimi is unable to get a shot away after cutting inside from the left. He tees up Witsel, whose powerful drive is parried by Baumann and eventually cleared by one of his team-mates.
63'
Still Dortmund are offering little in an attacking sense, even with Sancho now on the field. In fact, Hoffenheim have looked far more likely to score the game's fifth goal.
59'
SAVE! After some patient build-up play - something Dortmund cannot really afford to do when 4-0 down - Brandt decides enough is enough and lets fly from a long way out. The effort is a decent one, but Baumann comfortably keeps it out.
56'
C. Baumgartner enters the game and replaces M. Dabbur.
Dabbur is replaced by Baumgartner in the first of Hoffenheim's changes.
52'
Bebou leaves Dortmund's defenders in knots but he is unable to find the target with his blocked shot. BVB have been all over the place defensively today - what a terrible way for them to end their Bundesliga campaign.
50'
Penalty goal scored by A. Kramarić for Hoffenheim!
GOOOOOAAAAALLLL!!!! DORTMUND 0-4 HOFFENHEIM! FOUR FOR KRAMARIC! Incredible! Burki dives the right way to his right but is unable to keep out Kramaric's powerful penalty. What a day this is turning out to be for the Croatia striker.
48'
A. Kramarić has scored a goal for Hoffenheim! Assist by I. Bebou.
GOOOOOAAAAAALLLLL!!!! DORTMUND 0-3 HOFFENHEIM!! HAT-TRICK FOR KRAMARIC!! Sloppy defending from Dortmund once again as they fail to deal with a loose ball. Bebou plays a simple ball through the heart of the hosts' defence and Kramaric cuts inside Piszczek before tucking through the legs of Burki.
This was as simple as you like for Bebou. He spotted team-mate Kramaric unmarked high up the pitch and the hat-trick hero did the rest.
46'
J. Sancho enters the game and replaces Raphaël Guerreiro.
A. Hakimi enters the game and replaces T. Hazard.
Hakimi is on for Hazard in what is expected to be his final game for Dortmund.
Favre has made a double substitution at the interval. Sancho is on for Guerreiro in the first of those changes.
RESTART! Hoffenheim, boasting a two-goal lead from the first half, get us back underway at Signal Iduna Park.
45' +2
Hazard's long-range shot trickles wide of the post, with Baumann watching it all the way.
HALF-TIME: BORUSSIA DORTMUND 0-2 HOFFENHEIM
45' +1
Kramaric unselfishly slots in Dabbur to his left. The striker cuts inside but his shot is miscued and Dortmund survive a scare.
45'
The home side's lack of end product in this first half has been startling. They once again fail to make the most of a promising opportunity, this latest attack ending with Mosey overhitting a cross from the right.
43'
Hoffenheim hit their opponents on the counter. Kramaric glides past Piszczek as though he is not even there, but credit to the Dortmund skipper for sticking with his man and blocking the cross.
41'
L. Balerdi gets yellow.
Two-goal Kramaric swings in a cross from the right. Bebou misses it at the front post and it is just out of team-mate Dabbur's reach behind him.
Balerdi is booked for a foul on Bebou, or possibly for kicking away the ball in frustration after the whistle was blown.
39'
Reyna looks tempted to shoot but instead attempts a give-and-go with Brandt. That proves the wrong choice as Hoffenheim turn over possession.
38'
Skov is left one-on-one with Witsel out wide. The Dortmund midfielder does not let his opponent down the line and when the cross eventually arrives it is cut out.
36'
Dortmund win a free-kick out wide on the left. It is floated into the box and Baumann comes off his line to collect in a routine manner.
35'
Brandt is picked out on the edge of the opposition box but is unable to get the ball under control.
34'
BVB appear to have a bit more urgency about them following that second Kramaric strike. Favre was furious with his players for the manner of their defending for Hoffenheim's second.
32'
SHOT! Hazard blasts a powerful effort on target from range. It lacks any real precision, though, and Baumann has a comfortable save to make - his first of note.
30'
A. Kramarić has scored a goal for Hoffenheim! Assist by R. Skov.
Skov was going for goal with his shot but in the end it turned out to be a good assist.
GOOOOAAAAALLL!!! DORTMUND 0-2 HOFFENHEIM!! Kramaric doubles his personal tally for the day to give the visitors a two-goal lead! Skov collects Bebou's pass and gets a shot away. The effort is not on target but Kramaric is stood in an onside position in front of goal and helps it on its way past Burki.
29'
Hoffenheim are looking particularly threatening down their right. Rudy gets away from his man and has a couple of team-mates for support, but he is unable to pick out either of them with his cross.
28'
Haaland drops deep to help link up play with Brandt. The ball is spread down the left and then worked back through the middle, but the hosts are forced back into their own half without managing a shot.
26'
Play resumes with Dortmund back in possession. For all their passes, though, opportunities in front of goal are still proving hard to come by. Indeed, Hoffenheim have managed double the number of shots - four to two.
24'
With 24 minutes on the clock, the referee signals for the first water break of the match.
23'
Kaltenbach will be delighted with the way the opening quarter of the contest has panned out, with his side leading through Kramaric's impressive early strike and not really looking under any threat since then. Skov goes in hard on Brandt and a free-kick is awarded.
21'
Hoffenheim are looking very strong defensively. Hazard and Reyna are seeing more of the ball, as is Haaland, but the hosts have struggled to create much of anything.
17'
Haaland pulls the trigger inside the box but his shot is blocked. The Dortmund striker, on target twice last weekend, is seemingly still trying to find his feet.
16'
BVB are patiently probing away in search of an equaliser. With 16 minutes on the clock they have still managed just one attempt, which failed to test opposition goalkeeper Baumann.
14'
Dortmund are struggling to make the most of their possession, whereas Hoffenheim look dangerous whenever they get forward. The onus is now on Favre's men to start creating chances.
12'
Kaderabek is causing Dortmund all sorts of problems down their left-hand side. He is again played in around the back but on this occasion his low cross is cut out by Hummels.
10'
That really was an impressive strike for Kramaric for Hoffenheim's early opener. As things stand, the visitors will leapfrog Wolfsburg into sixth place.
8'
A. Kramarić has scored a goal for Hoffenheim! Assist by P. Kadeřábek.
Bebou spotted the run of Kaderabek and the wing-back in turn looked up to find an unmarked Kramaric. This goal was all about the quality of the finish, though.
GOOOOOAAAAALLL!!!! DORTMUND 0-1 HOFFENHEIM!! Dortmund may have started the match well, but they find themselves a goal down inside eight minutes. Kaderabek is slipped in down the right and pulls the ball back for Kramaric, who sends a first-time shot spinning away from Burki from 20 yards.
5'
Dortmund may not have a great deal riding on this match but they certainly seem up for this one. They have already created one chance and have dominated possession in the early stages.
3'
NEARLY! Dortmund have made a positive start to the match and almost have an early lead. The ball is flicked on and Baumann tips it into the air, but Haaland cannot quite turn it goalwards at full stretch.
1'
KICK-OFF! Dortmund, looking to end 2019-20 on a high, get us up and running in this final-day clash at Signal Iduna Park.
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Bundesliga clash between Borussia Dortmund and Hoffenheim at Signal Iduna Park.
Dortmund have won six of their eight matches since returning to action last month, most recently seeing off RB Leipzig 2-0 last weekend through a couple of Erling Haaland goals. That victory ensured Lucien Favre's men can now finish no higher or lower than second place heading into this final fixture of the season.
While the hosts have little to play for on the face of it, opponents Hoffenheim are looking to climb from seventh to sixth in this final league outing of 2019-20. Matthias Kaltenbach's side have won their last two matches and are level on points with Wolfsburg in sixth, which would mean automatic qualification to the Europa League group stage.
DORTMUND XI (3-4-3): Roman Burki; Lukasz Piszczek (c), Mats Hummels, Leonardo Balerdi; Mateu Morey, Julian Brandt, Axel Witsel, Raphael Guerreiro; Giovanni Reyna, Erling Haaland, Thorgan Hazard.
Subs: Nico Schulz, Chris Fuhrich, Jadon Sancho, Achraf Hakimi, Marwin Hitz, Marco Rente, Immanuel Pherai, Tobias Raschl, Dan-Axel Zagadou.
Subs: Ermin Bicakcic, Kevin Akpoguma, Ilay Elmkies, Jacob Bruun Larsen, Lucas Ribeiro, Philipp Pentke, Havard Nordtveit, Christoph Baumgartner, Steven Zuber.
HOFFENHEIM XI (3-5-2): Oliver Baumann; Stefan Posch, Florian Grillitsch, Benjamin Hubner (c); Pavel Kaderabek, Sebastian Rudy, Diadie Samassekou, Andrej Kramaric, Robert Skov; Ihlas Bebou, Munas Dabbur.
The teams are coming out onto the pitch at Signal Iduna Park, with kick-off just moments away.
Toothless Dortmund offered little in response to Hoffenheim's two goals, managing just two shots on target in the first half - neither of those efforts seriously troubling Baumann. Favre will surely be tempted to make a change at the break, with Sancho among his back-up options.
This is a big win for Hoffenheim as it means they climb above Wolfsburg, beaten 4-0 by champions Bayern Munich elsewhere today, into sixth place - enough for automatic qualification to next season's Europa League group stage. As for Dortmund, they remain second despite this disappointing end to the 2019-20 campaign.
That's all for today's live coverage. Thanks for joining!
