Chelsea continue to come forward as the spaces are now everywhere.
90'

GOOOAALLLLLLL!! PULISIC MAKES IT 4-0!! Abraham squares it to Pulisic in the box and the American turns and squeezes a shot through the legs of Safonov who will be desparate for this game to end. 4-0!
Abraham, who has looked lively since coming on, gets a good assist for his efforts.

Minute
Description
79'
H. Ziyech has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by T. Werner.
ZIYECH MAKES IT THREE! Pulisic and Werner link up well before the German feeds Ziyech in the box. He still has plenty to do but gets the ball out of his feet and fires a shot into the bottom corner. Game over. 3-0!
Werner gets the assist in what has been a solid all-round performance by the German.

Martynovich is carded for the handball.
74'

Kovacic's game is over and he is replaced by Pulisic as Lampard goes in search of a second goal.
Kante is on for Jorginho.
70'
Ziyech is pulling the strings in the middle and feeds Chilwell on the right-hand side. The full-back's delivery is good but well defended. Azpilicueta then has the chance to cross from the other side but it's too near the keeper who gathers.
68'
The delivery is no good this time and Chelsea are off the hook, for now.
67'
Straight up the other end and Berg has an effort on goal from a tight angle. It's on target but Mendy is able to parry clear before the hosts win another corner.
65'
Utkin wins a free-kick in a dangerous area for the hosts after being clipped by Kovacic. This is a chance.
63'
Mendy plays it short from a goal-kick which highlights the issues Chelsea are having. The play is too slow and the movement poor which is making it easy for Krasnodar to crowd the spaces.
60'
Havertz shows his defensive qualities, sliding in to dispossess Kaio who was attempting to break from the back.
59'
Werner and Smolnikov come together and the Krasnodar man is down, but Chelsea keep playing. Chilwell has space on the left flank to pick out a cross but it's well overhit before play is halted.
57'
Zouma is down after a clash but I think he will be fine to continue. Tomori is warming up just in case.
54'
Ramirez breaks and finds Olsson in space on the right. The midfielder feeds Gazinskiy whose shot is deflected for another corner.
53'
Ramirez gets the better of Azpilicueta and fires a low cross into the box. It can't make it past the fist man however, and Chelsea come away with possession.
52'
Olsson plays it short to Smolnikov again before receiving it back in an offside position. Another waste.
Jorginho slips and gives the home side another corner.
48'
That's another short corner from the hosts and again when the ball comes in it's straight out of play. They need to do better in these situations.
47'
Krasnodar have a corner after some nice play from Berg and Olsson. Azpilicueta had loads of time to let it go for a goal-kick but didn't get the call from Mendy.
46'
We're back underway here in Russia. No changes for either side.
Hudson-Odoi is caught offside early as the Blues look to make a fast start.
45' +2
HALF-TIME: KRASNODAR 0-1 CHELSEA

There will be one minute of added time.
45'
Chelsea have a corner as we approach half time.
The ball in misses its target and Krasnodar break with Vilhena. He feeds Olsson who gets a cross in but Mendy catches comfortably.
41'
Ramirez surges forward looking for the equaliser. he tries to find Smolnikov who has made a good run but the pass is misplaced and the chance is gone.
39'
That really is a howler from the promising young keeper.
37'
C. Hudson-Odoi has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by K. Havertz.
GOOOAAAAALLLL! 1-0 CHELSEA! Ziyech fires the ball in to Havertz who feeds Hudson-Odoi on the left. The Englishman cuts in and fires a low shot that somehow squirms under Safonov and into the net. He won't want to see that one back. Chelsea will be delighted. VAR is checking but it looks fine.
It's a simple assist for Havertz who simply laid the ball off to his team-mate.
36'
Havertz attempts to find Werner but Kaio is alert and defends well.
34'
The hosts have a free-kick but Olsson's delivery is poor. Werner breaks and finds Hudson-Odoi whose ball in is just waiting to be met in the box but there's nobody there.
33'
Lampard is encouraging his players to move the ball faster. They could do worse than to listen. It has been a little laboured.
32'
Rudiger's long diagonal ball finds Azpilicueta exquisitely. He links up with Ziyech before losing possession. The away side are lacking quality in the final third so far.
31'
Ziyech is crowded by three Krasnodar players before being clipped by Utkin. It looks a sore one but goes unpunished by the referee.
29'
Ziyech cuts in from the right and works some space to get a shot away from just outside the box. It lacks the sting to trouble Safonov who gathers easily.
28'
The home side look very well drilled in what they're trying to do. They are allowing Chelsea's back four to saunter up to the halfway line before they press in numbers and attempt to counter.
26'
Up the other end and Havertz was inches from finding Ziyech in space for what would have been a great chance to open the scoring.
25'
Lovely play from Kaio who surges forward from the back. He feeds Berg who gets a shot away which is well blocked by Jorginho.
23'
Far from vintage stuff from Chelsea so far.
22'
K. Olsson gets yellow.
Olsson picks up the first yellow card of the game for a challenge on Havertz.
21'
Olsson steals the ball off Chilwell and Krasnodar attempt to break again but Chelsea are able to recover and avert any danger.
18'
Chelsea continue to attack in numbers. Krasnodar are content to sit back and strike on the counter.
14'
MISS! Jorginho sends the keeper the wrong way with his usual run-up but he is denied by the post before Werner misses on the rebound. What an escape for the home side.
12'
12 minutes in and Chelsea have had over 75 per cent possession.
10'
Ziyech is back in the box after being well found by Havertz. He tangles with Ramirez and goes down claiming a penalty but the referee is having none of it.
8'
Hudson-Odoi and Werner link up on the left before the play switches to Azpilicueta on the other side. The Spaniard's touch lets him down and Krasnodar reclaim possession.
6'
Krasnodar are making it very difficult for Chelsea to find any early rhythm here.
5'
The corner is taken short before a cross comes in, but it's straight out of play for a goal-kick.
3'
Hudson-Odoi makes the first move forward but can't make any inroads into what looks like an organised Krasnodar defence.
Sloppy from Chelsea and Berg gets the first shot away for the hosts. It's well over the crossbar, though.
2'
Chelsea are dominating the early possession, passing it around comfortably at the back.

Referee Ali Palabiyik blows his whistle and we’re underway here at Krasnodar Stadium.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of this Champions League Group E clash between Krasnodar and Chelsea.
This is the first time these sides will lock horns, and both come into the game sitting on one point after the opening round of group games. Krasnodar recorded a very respectable 1-1 draw with Rennes in their inaugural Champions League outing, while Chelsea and Sevilla finished goalless.
In their respective league campaigns, a much-depleted Krasnodar squad are languishing down in eighth in the Russian Premier League after a 3-1 defeat to Spartak Moscow at the weekend, while their opponents aren’t faring any better. The Blues sit 10th in the English Premier League, without a win in their last two, and after playing out a dour 0-0 draw with Manchester United at the weekend.
KRASNODAR (4-2-3-1): Matvey Sofanov; Evgeni Chernov, Aleksandr Martynovich, Kaio, Igor Smolnikov; Tonny Vilhena, Daniil Utkin; Cristian Ramirez, Yuri Gazinskiy, Kristoffer Olsson; Marcus Berg.
KRASNODAR SUBS: Andrey Sinitsyn, Leon Sabua, Maksim Kutovoy, Vladislav Litvinov, Shapi Suleymanov, Evgeni Gorodov, Eduard Spertsyan.
CHELSEA (4-2-3-1): Edouard Mendy; Cesar Azpilicueta, Antonio Rudiger, Kurt Zouma, Ben Chilwell; Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic; Callum Hudson-Odoi, Kai Havertz, Hakin Ziyech; Timo Werner.
CHELSEA SUBS: Willy Caballero, Karlo Ziger, Reece James, Fikayo Tomori, Andreas Christensen, Emerson, N’Golo Kante, Mason Mount, Christian Pulisic, Olivier Giroud, Tammy Abraham.
The teams are emerging from the tunnel and kick-off is moments away.
Lampard won't be happy with what he's seen so far with the Blues looking slow and sloppy going forward. However, they have a lead that he'll be hoping can be extended early into thie second period. For the hosts, they have created a couple of half-chances on the counter, and probably deserved to go in level at the break. It's far from a lost cause for Musaev's men who came from a goal behind last week to secure a draw with Rennes.
Anyway, that’s all from me this evening. Thank you for following our live text commentary. Until next time, goodbye!
That's a return to winning ways for Frank Lampard and Chelsea as well as a third clean sheet in a row. And the Blues now top Group E with Sevilla and Rennes in action later this evening. Next up for Lampard's side is a trip to Burnley in the league before returning to Stamford Bridge to welcome Rennes. And for Krasnodar, they'll be hoping to record a much-needed league win against Akhmat Grozny before travelling to Sevilla in next week’s Champions League game.
