Substitute Lepik earns himself a yellow card for a poor foul on Di Lorenzo. That's a frustrated challenge.
90'
There will be three added minutes as the game draws to a close. Can Italy grab a fifth before the game is over?
88'
Gagliardini gets to the edge of the box and swings a boot at the ball, slicing it well wide of the target. It's an awful effort, but Meerits is furious at his team-mates for allowing the midfielder to get forward and shoot with such ease.
86'
Penalty goal scored by R. Orsolini for Italy!
Orsolini, having won the penalty, dusts himself down and takes the kick, stuttering slightly in the run-up before placing his shot just beyond the dive of Meerits and into the bottom-left corner! It's 4-0 to Italy now!
80'
D. Calabria enters the game and replaces D. D'Ambrosio.
S. El Shaarawy enters the game and replaces V. Grifo.
It's Italy's turn to bring on fresh legs and D'Ambrosio makes way for Calabria as part of a double-substitution.
Meanwhile, Grifo is denied the opportunity to net his hat-trick and is brought off for El Shaarawy on the left wing.
79'
G. Tunjov gets yellow.
Tunjov has a fistful of Di Lorenzo's shirt to prevent him from breaking away and the referee - who was standing just a few yards away - doesn't hesitate to brandish the yellow card.
78'
H. Järvelaid enters the game and replaces A. Pikk.
The changes continue to flow in this half as Estonia left-back Pikk goes off now to be replaced by Jarvelaid.
75'
Penalty goal scored by V. Grifo for Italy!
GOAL!! Grifo has a second!! The winger takes a short run-up, but hits the ball with plenty of power to the left and it's enough to evade Meerits, who had dived the right way, and nestle in the back of the net! It's 3-0 to Italy now!
71'
R. Orsolini enters the game and replaces F. Bernardeschi.
P. Pellegri enters the game and replaces K. Lasagna.
L. Pellegrini enters the game and replaces Emerson.
The final change of the three sees Emerson - who hasn't had a great game, replaced at left-back by Pellegrini.
Bernardeschi - certainly Italy's main threat in the first half - has faded since the restart and goes off for Orsolini.
There's a triple-substitution for Italy now and Lasagna, who wasn't moving freely, is replaced up front by exciting young striker Pellegri.
Minute
Description
67'
Italy haven't quite clicked in attack in the second half so far, as another pass into the box towards Emerson goes astray, running ahead of him and out of play for a goal-kick.
65'
Lasagna is feeling his left hamstring and trudges to the sidelines for some treatment. He seems reluctant to go off, however, and returns to the fray after being seen to briefly.
63'
Italy work the ball quickly in a neat triangle on the left and Emerson is released to run into the box, but he gets his shot all wrong and skews well wide from a good position. That's a real waste.
61'
Emerson tries to skip away to the byline on the left, but he's muscled convincingly off the ball and it runs behind for a goal-kick.
59'
M. Lepik enters the game and replaces R. Sappinen.
Sappinen is also replaced up front, with Lepik coming on in his stead.
58'
E. Sorga enters the game and replaces M. Miller.
Voolaid makes a double-change now as he continues to rotate his side, with Miller going off for Sorga in the first alteration.
56'
The resulting corner ends in Soriano shooting from the edge of the box and seeing it deflected behind for another set-piece opportunity. This one is worked short but the routine doesn't come off and Estonia break away, forcing a couple of corners of their own that Italy don't defend confidently, but eventually the ball is cleared.
54'
Soriano crosses from the right and Pikk comes out to make the block, but the ball strikes him in the head from close range and play is stopped so that the dazed defender can come round. He seems okay, thankfully, and will carry on.
52'
Liivak skips away from Emerson and gets down the right to float a cross into the box, but nobody is there to capitalise and it drifts out of play for a goal-kick.
50'
There's a very scrappy passage of play by the touchline as neither side can keep hold of the ball, each turning the ball over almost immediately after gaining control of it before it goes out for a throw.
48'
There's a stoppage after an early foul by Bastoni on Sappien, with the Italy defender actually coming off worse and requiring treatment. However, it's not serious and he's able to carry on.
46'
M. Lilander enters the game and replaces T. Teniste.
M. Pessina enters the game and replaces S. Tonali.
G. Tunjov enters the game and replaces M. Ainsalu.
E. Tur enters the game and replaces P. Marin.
Right-back Teniste goes off for Lilander in Estonia's second half-time change.
Voolaid makes a triple-change at half-time, replacing Ainsalu with Tunjov in the first alteration.
We're back underway for the second half!
Marin completes the treble of substitutions, with Tur entering the field in his stead ahead of the second half.
There's a half-time change for Italy as well as Tonali goes off for Atalanta midfielder Pessina.
45'
HALF-TIME: ITALY 2-0 ESTONIA
43'
A left-wing cross deflects into the box and Lasagna gives chase, but the ricochet takes it too close to Meerits, who gathers confidently at the striker's feet.
39'
Italy are working to pick the tempo of their play back up again. They lost the momentum they'd gained after Bernardeschi's goal, but are starting to move the ball a little quicker now.
37'
Italy have lost a bit of their edge over the last few minutes, with final balls getting a little sloppy. Estonia are comfortable in their low block at the moment.
35'
The rhythm of the game has been disrupted over the last couple of minutes as the game is halted twice for free-kicks. It's gotten a bit scrappy.
33'
Italy are piling on the pressure as they look for a third, winning another corner, this time off Baranov, but it comes to nothing.
29'
Estonia go up the other end and try to pull one back, but Soomets' shot from outside the box is blocked away.
27'
F. Bernardeschi has scored a goal for Italy! Assist by G. Di Lorenzo.
GOAL!!! Bernardeschi puts Italy 2-0 up!! Italy's brightest spark so far tonight glides in from the right past several challenges and calmly steers a low shot through a defender's legs and into the bottom-right corner from the edge of the box! That's a fine finish.
Di Lorenzo found Bernardeschi with a simple ball down the line, but the Juventus man had plenty of work to do before finding the net.
25'
The ball is lofted forward for Emerson on the left wing and he looks to take on his man, but the flag goes up to indicate that he had come back from an offside position.
18'
D. D'Ambrosio gets yellow.
D'Ambrosio picks up an early yellow card for handling the ball - he's the first to go into the book this evening.
14'
V. Grifo has scored a goal for Italy! Assist by K. Lasagna.
Grifo's finish was sublime, but Lasagna deserves plenty of credit for his cushioned first touch that sat up so invitingly for the winger to strike.
GOAL!! Grifo breaks the deadlock for Italy! The ball is lofted towards Lasagna from the left and, with his back to goal, the striker takes a deft touch to set Grifo up on the edge of the box. The winger rushes onto the bouncing ball and steers a volley unerringly in off the far post! It's a lovely strike and Italy are 1-0 up!
12'
The hosts work the ball to the byline on the right and Di Lorenzo cuts it back sharply into the box, but Estonia have plenty back and hack it away.
10'
Italy are totally dominant on the ball now and Estonia have been firmly entrenched in their defensive third for the last few minutes as the hosts probe for an opening in the low block.
6'
Italy have succeeded in disrupting Estonia's momentum by slowing the game down and keeping the ball well over the last few minutes.
4'
Italy, having been caught seemingly by surprise at the tenacious nature of Estonia's start, have got hold of the ball and are now working it around in a patient, considered manner.
2'
OVER! Estonia follow up with a shot from Pikk - in the box for the corner - but it doesn't trouble the goal and sails over the bar.

Italy host Estonia in what serves as a warm-up fixture for both sides ahead of their respective Nations League clashes, with Italy entertaining Poland and Estonia travelling to face North Macedonia on Sunday.
Italy find themselves second in a tight Nations League group after three draws and just one win, and will hope to build momentum and confidence tonight with a win ahead of their crunch clash with group leaders Poland this weekend.
Estonia, meanwhile, are bottom of their Nations League group with just two points from their four games so far. A win over Sunday's opponents Armenia would go a long way towards their bid to avoid relegation, however, and an encouraging display against a much-changed Italy side tonight would certainly boost morale.
Bernardeschi was by far Italy's brightest player in that half, and his link-up with Di Lorenzo caused Estonia all kinds of issues in the first 45. Both have certainly done themselves no harm as they seek to earn a starting berth against Poland on Sunday.
Italy host Portugal next, while Estonia visit North Macedonia as both these sides return to competitive action with crunch Nations League fixtures.
Thank you for joining our coverage, we hope you enjoyed the game. Until next time, goodbye!
