Napoli have everyone forward, with Atalanta camped in their own half. Can the hosts find a winning goal in the final minutes of the contest?
90' +2
Lammers is found just outside the box and his first touch pops the ball into the air. The substitute swings at it, but his effort is wild and he swipes his shot well wide of the target.
90'
There will be SIX minutes of added time to come. Plenty of time for either side to come up with a winner.
88'
K. Koulibaly gets yellow.
Koulibaly's challenge on Ilicic is tired and clumsy and he earns himself a yellow card. Atalanta now have a free-kick in a very dangerous position to the right of goal.
84'
The final minutes of the contest are approaching but there hasn't been a great deal of goalmouth action lately. Neither side appears to be able to produce a sustained spell of pressure.
82'
V. Osimhen enters the game and replaces H. Lozano.
Lozano goes off for Napoli now, with a more natural striker in Osimhen taking his place.
80'
S. Lammers enters the game and replaces D. Zapata.
Zapata is the last member of the front three that started the game for Atalanta to be substituted, with Lammers coming on to replace him.
75'
Ilicic's introduction has been positive so far, with the substitute increasing the urgency and sharpness of his side's combination play in the final third already.
73'
J. Iličić enters the game and replaces L. Muriel.
M. Pašalić enters the game and replaces M. Pessina.
Meanwhile, the lively Muriel makes way for Ilicic as Gasperini makes a second change to his front three.
Gasperini makes a double-change of his own now as he looks to turn his side's dominance into something tangible. Pessina is replaced by Pasalic in the first alteration.

Description
69'
P. Zieliński enters the game and replaces L. Insigne.
Gattuso makes a third change in quick succession, replacing Insigne with Zielinski in an attempt to control the game more.
67'
E. Elmas enters the game and replaces D. Demme.
Demme has to be stretchered off now and Gattuso brings Elmas on to replace him in midfield.
Insigne finally takes the free-kick from the edge of the area, but he gets under the strike and blazes it high over the bar.
66'
A. Petagna enters the game and replaces M. Politano.
The Napoli boss uses the stoppage to make a change, replacing the quiet Politano with Petagna.
65'
Demme, who was struck in the head by a clearance not long ago, has sat down and collapsed off the ball. He's conscious, but there was real concern from both sets of players for the Napoli midfielder and he is receiving urgent medical attention.
64'
C. Romero gets yellow.
Romero is booked for a clumsy challenge on Insigne as the winger attempted a clever turn on the edge of the box. The free-kick is in a very promising position.
59'
Di Lorenzo draws a foul from Gosens on the flank, but Napoli haven't looked threatening from set-pieces and once again fail to make the most of the opportunity.
57'
Napoli work the ball down their left and Insigne feeds Demme down the line, but the midfielder has no support and is forced to turn back as he's closed down on the wing.
49'
Muriel and Ospina collided as the latter rushed out to smother the ball and the pair are in need of some treatment. It doesn't look serious for either, thankfully, and the pair are able to carry on.
46'
We're back underway for the second half!
45'
HALF-TIME: NAPOLI 0-0 ATALANTA
40'
Atalanta will be kicking themselves. They've created chance after chance but they've hardly tested Ospina and really haven't made the most of their opportunities to this point.
32'
Lozano wins a corner as he takes a shot on from distance that is deflected behind by Djimsiti, but it comes to nothing and Atalanta clear.
26'
Di Lorenzo is felled by Djimsiti in a promising position on the right wing, but Napoli can't make the most of the free-kick and Atalanta clear their lines.
24'
Atalanta have been the better side so far and have certainly looked the more likely team to open the scoring. Napoli just can't seem to assert themselves on the game.
19'
Insigne fires high and wide from a outside the box after wriggling into space and, just a minute later, Zapata follows suit, blazing over the bar from range.
17'
Atalanta again come close to crafting a chance with a series of sharp passes, but the final ball is a fraction behind Zapata and his touch is subsequently heavy, causing the attack to break down.
15'
Atalanta attempt to carve their way in behind the Napoli defence with a series of quick passes, but Toloi - up from the back - puts too much on his ball in behind and it rolls out for a goal-kick.
9'
Lozano gives chase to a splitting pass in behind, but Romero is in a good position and gets his body between the Napoli forward and the ball, shielding it well and putting an end to the danger.
5'
Atalanta have a spell of possession of their own but have yet to do anything meaningful with it. It's been a cagey start from both sides.
3'
Di Lorenzo surges down the right and gets Napoli on the front foot before offloading to Politano. The winger can't find a way through but the burst has enabled the hosts to pin their opponents back for the time being.

Yesterday's clash between Inter and Juventus in Milan ended with a 2-1 victory for the Bianconeri away from home. Can Atalanta follow suit and claim a lead in Naples, or will Napoli make home advantage count? Kick-off is imminent.
Gasperini can take heart from the way his side played, although he will certainly want to see far more clinical finishing if his team are to be ahead at the end of the first leg. Gattuso, meanwhile, will be disappointed with how passive his men were and needs to get a reaction from them in the second half.
Both these teams return to Serie A action next, with Napoli travelling to face Genoa, while Atalanta host Torino.
Thank you for joining our coverage, we hope you enjoyed the game. Until next time, goodbye.
