Wales are running the clock down now as they keep the ball in the corner. There's not long left and Mexico don't look like they have many ideas.
90'
Mexico win a corner down the right as the ball deflects out of play, but they can't capitalise on the set-piece and it comes to nothing. Wales certainly have a height advantage from these situations.
88'
Mexico are probing but they just can't find a way past Wales' stubborn low block. The hosts have everyone back and are doing a good job of denying the visitors any space in dangerous areas.
86'
C. Roberts enters the game and replaces J. Williams.
Page makes a conservative change in response, bringing Williams off for natural defender Roberts at right wing-back.
84'
Lozano takes issue with Norrington-Davies at the Wales byline and gives the defender a shove before receiving one in return from Bale. Nothing major comes of it, however, despite the congregation of both sets of players at the scene of the incident.
83'
D. Lainez enters the game and replaces E. Álvarez.
Alvarez leaves the field as Martino makes a positive late change, bringing the defender off for an extra forward in Lainez.
81'
G. Bale enters the game and replaces R. Matondo.
Page makes another change now, bringing on Wales captain Bale for the final minutes of the contest. He replaces Matondo in the side.
79'
G. Arteaga enters the game and replaces J. Gallardo.
Gallardo also leaves the field as Martino makes a double-substitution, with Arteaga taking his place.
78'
J. dos Santos enters the game and replaces O. Pineda.
That shot was Pineda's last major contribution of the match as he's replaced by Dos Santos now.
Minute
Description
74'
Wales have been playing rather more hopeful passes in the last few minutes. The purposefulness of their earlier exchanges hasn't been seen for a little while now.
70'
The flow of the game has been somewhat disrupted by the recent substitutions and it's been a bit flat in the last couple of minutes.
68'
Wales are moving the ball very quickly when they get hold of it, taking plenty of risks in an attempt to catch Mexico out in transition.
65'
N. Williams enters the game and replaces T. Lawrence.
B. Johnson enters the game and replaces T. Roberts.
Two more changes are made as Page responds to the Mexico substitutions. The first sees Roberts make way for Johnson.
Lawrence - having played an unfamiliar wing-back role today - also goes off for a natural wide defender in Liverpool's Neco Williams.
62'
J. Sánchez enters the game and replaces A. Guardado.
Guardado also departs, having had a very quiet game, with Sanchez coming on to take his place in the side.
61'
R. Pizarro enters the game and replaces L. Rodríguez.
Martino makes a double-change of his own for Mexico now, replacing Rodriguez with Pizarro in the first substitution.
50'
Mexico have shown more urgency at the start of this half, but the general trend of their play has continued - they build neatly, but passes go astray in the final third.
46'
J. Sheehan enters the game and replaces D. Levitt.
H. Robson-Kanu enters the game and replaces K. Moore.
The second player to come off is Levitt, with Sheehan taking his spot in the centre of midfield.
Page makes a double-change at half-time, with goalscorer Moore replaced by Robson-Kanu up front in the first alteration.
We're back underway for the second half!
45' +1
HALF-TIME: WALES 1-0 MEXICO
43'
Rodriguez goes for goal from distance, but his effort is too central and Hennessey is able to make the save without much difficulty.
39'
A Mexico free-kick from the right is whipped dangerously towards the back post and it loops goalwards off the knee of Lawrence, but Hennessey spares his team-mate's blushes and catches the ball.
37'
Matondo gets down the right and whips in a dangerous cross, but it just evades Moore in the middle and Mexico hack clear.
33'
Mexico are consistently looking for those long, penetrative passes, particularly down their left side. It hasn't quite come off yet, but the intention is there and it's looking like a dangerous route to goal.
31'
Gallardo is sent racing away down the left after a superb ball in behind, but Hennessey once again just gets there in time and slides in to clear away!
29'
Lozano races towards a ball over the top into space, but he just can't get there ahead of Hennessey, who gathers it and snuffs out the danger.
27'
Wales catch Gallardo offside - they're holding a good line and have looked in sync so far tonight.
25'
Lozano is looking very isolated up front. He's struggling to affect the game as the visitors' focal point - Mexico as a unit are missing Wolves' Raul Jimenez, who is still making his way back from a serious head injury.
23'
Mexico are working it around neatly enough but they're lacking a cutting edge in the final third. They just can't quite carve the hosts open.
21'
Wales' game-plan is clear - and has thus far proven effective. The hosts are ceding possession but looking to break with purpose and numbers when they do have the ball.
19'
A scrappy spell ensues, with a couple of fouls disrupting the flow of the game and interrupting Mexico's rhythm in possession.
17'
Smith floats a corner in from the right that isn't dealt with and it drops to Lawrence near the byline, but he's blocked off and Mexico eventually get it clear. The visitors haven't been convincing in their defensive aerial duels.
15'
Mexico have been very much on the front foot since conceding. They seem keen to make amends as soon as possible and have dominated the ball in the early stages of the game.
11'
K. Moore has scored a goal for Wales! Assist by J. Williams.
Wales put together a lovely, flowing move down the right featuring quick interchanges and sharp movement, and Williams' final ball into Moore was excellent, allowing the striker to set himself and place the ball past Ochoa.
GOAL!! WALES TAKE THE LEAD!! The corner is half-cleared and Smith delivers it back into the box, but Ochoa punches away instead of claiming the cross. It's worked back down the right once more and a series of neat interchanges sees Roberts feed Williams in the box, who turns and fizzes a low to ball into the feet of Moore, who takes one touch and pokes it into the far corner from six yards out! It's 1-0 to Wales!
9'
Wales win a corner of their own down the right as they exert some pressure of their own on the Mexico goal, with Williams looking bright on that side.
7'
Matondo is forced to chest awkwardly behind after a dangerous cross is delivered from the left, and the resulting corner is flicked towards the near post, but doesn't trouble Hennessey and bounces wide.
5'
Lawrence is left on the ground in some discomfort after a coming-together with Rodriguez on the left wing. There's a brief pause as the referee checks on the Welshman, but he eventually gets to his feet and is able to carry on.
