Minute
Description
51'
Dinamo are beginning to exert their influence as Domagoj Antolic is fed well by Brozovic, but his deflected shot is held well by Gordon. Brozovic then breaks in the middle, but the chance comes to nothing.
49'
End-to-end stuff here as Simunic is well placed to hack away a fine low cross, while Wilson then attacks and Gordon has to be alert to come and claim a cross.
47'
Stefan Johansen is clean through on goal after a fine pass from Commons, but can't quite get up to full speed and Leonardo Sigali does really well to steal the ball off his toes in the Dinamo area!
45'
We'll have one minute of injury time now...
We're back underway at Celtic Park - the hosts kick off, but Dinamo immediately win possession. A sign of things to come?
44'
El Arabi Soudani wastes a fine chance as he wins an aerial battle and bears down on the Celtic area, but drags his 20-yard shot wide. He knows how good a chance that was.
43'
Virgil van Dijk tests Eduardo from range, but the Dinamo keeper beats his strong drive away! A strong performance from the Celtic defender so far.
41'
Dinamo are looking to get back into this one before half-time, and are winning the ball back with far more regularity. This tempo is wearing Celtic down a little.
38'
Josip Simunic is a giant in the middle, and swats the ball away with a strong header as if it were a fly troubling him on a calm summer's day.
37'
Izaguirre gives Celtic a breather as he gets down the flank and flashes a cross in, and Commons wins a free kick after Dinamo only half-clear.
36'
GREAT SAVE BY GORDON! Wilson Eduardo is getting closer, this time hitting a fine volley at goal which Craig Gordon does really well to bat away with strong wrists! Dinamo are edging closer...
35'
Aleksandar Tonev is eager to get a goal tonight, dribbling in from the right wing and hitting a crisp effort from 30 yards that Eduardo holds well. Good work all round.
32'
DINAMO ESCAPE! Goalkeeper Eduardo - so fleet of foot earlier on - gets it all wrong as he tries to take on two Celtic players, and just pokes the ball to Commons. He has time and a team-mate up with an open goal, but he wastes the pass and a certain goal goes begging!
31'
D. Antolić gets yellow.
Scott Brown looks to have a problem with his foot and has to get treatment on the touchline, but he's fine to continue. Stokes then breaks forward and draws a yellow card from Antolic.
28'
OFF THE BAR FOR DINAMO! Wilson Eduardo comes so close to netting a spectacular equailser as he picks himself up off the floor after an apparent foul by Johansen to smash a 25-yard effort off the Celtic bar! So close...
27'
Jasin Denayer does really well to clear away a wicked swerving cross from the left with no fuss whatsoever - the 19-year-old looks a real talent at the back for Celtic.
26'
The corner is quickly turned into a counter and Marcelo Brozović - a reported target for Arsenal - turns quickly and tries to fizz a cross-field ball over the top, but it's well watched and cleared.
25'
Efe Ambrose does really well here to see a stray pass out of play under pressure from Wilson - and Celtic then push forward to win a corner. Really positive work from the hosts so far.
23'
Ronny Deila will want his defenders to take note of El Arabi Soudani, as the Dinamo man looks dangerous every time he gets on the ball - his pace and power could be problematic.
20'
Murabak Wakaso tries his luck from range after riding a couple of challenges on the left flank, but he bends it well wide on his weaker right foot.
19'
Saying that, this is a real chance for Wilson Eduardo - Dinamo break on the right and fashion a cross, but the forward heads over when unmarked 10 yards out!
17'
Wilson Eduardo has just tried a backheel for Dinamo on the flank, but the ball runs through his legs and out for a goal kick. I'm not even sure he really was trying a backheel, but whatever it was, it was terrible.
15'
We're fifteen minutes in, and Ronny Deila will be suitably heartened by his side's form. They've dominated the play so far, and are retaining the ball extremely quickly when Dinamo try to get forward, with his defensive midfielders holding their positions well.
13'
The visitors have just punted the ball clear and it runs out for a Celtic goal kick - that's about as far forward as they've gone so far.
11'
Dinamo are resorting to a few more fouls now - they have yet to mount a meaningful attack, and the Celtic fans are enjoying themselves so far. Izaguirre gets forward again and wants a free kick for a push, but there was little in it.
9'
Emilio Izaguirre cleverly wins a free kick out on the left wing, and Dinamo continue to struggle with the intensity of the hosts. They need to gain a foothold in this game before it passes them by.
7'
Aleksandar Tonev fancies a hit, but his wild effort from 35 yards flies a few feet wide. Celtic are really up for this one, and Dinamo look rattled.
6'
K. Commons has scored a goal for Celtic! Assist by A. Stokes.
GOAL FOR CELTIC! WHAT A START! Celtic have had the better of the ball in the opening stages, and Anthony Stokes and Kris Commons cap a really fine team move by playing a neat one-two before the latter buries the ball past Eduardo from 12 yards out on the left!
4'
Dinamo look to have set up in a 4-2-3-1 formation - the standard practise for European nights away from home. They'll be looking to catch Celtic on the counter.
3'
Fancy footworrk from Dinamo goalkeeper Eduardo as he quickly turns on the ball in his own box to evade a sliding challenge from Antonhy Stokes. Calmness personified, there.
2'
Emilio Izaguirre tries to get the hosts started early with a curling cross from the left, but it's headed away in the box. Dinamo will have to watch out for Izaguirre's bursts up that flank.
1'
We're underway at Celtic Park! The Scottish side like to call it Paradise, though they're already heavily booing every touch the Dinamo players take. How will the Croatian side cope with the atmosphere?
Good evening and welcome to our Live Text Commentary of Celtic's Europa League clash with Dinamo Zagreb! I'm Tom J Doyle and I'll be guiding you through all the action as it happens at Celtic Park, with the match set to kick off at 20:05 BST.
So Kris Commons, Jason Denayer and Aleksandar Tonev all return to Rooney Deila's starting XI, replacing trio Eoghan O’Connell, Callum McGregor and John Guidetti after last weekend's 2-1 win over St Mirren.
The hosts got a commendable draw away to Salzburg to kick off Group D, and a win today would give Deila's side a huge chance of qualifying for the knockout stages of the competition - but Dinamo will be no pushovers, having beaten Astra Giurgiu 5-1 in their opening game to lead the group.
Dinamo coach Zoran Mamić has named the same side that ran out comfortable winners in the first European fixture this term. Celtic will also have to be wary of Angelo Henriquez in the later stages, who is on the bench tonight for Zagreb after joining them on loan from Manchester United.
Celtic have largely underperformed this season, failing to make it past the Champions League playoffs despite being handed a golden ticket by Uefa after they threw out Legia Warsaw. With the Socttish giants sitting fourth in the league, their fans will be desperate for a morale-boosting performance tonight.
Just five minutes to go until kick-off at Celtic Park - this stadium was build for European nights just like these, and with the international talents of Zagreb to contend with, this should be a corker.
The sides are out of the tunnel and line up on the pitch for the Europa League anthem - it's not quite the Champions League belter, but it's still rather catchy. Now long now...
That's the interval, and Celtic lead Dinamo Zagreb 1-0! Ronny Deila's side gave the home crowd the perfect start with a fine move finished off in style by Kris Commons, though the Croatians ended the half the stronger of the two sides, with Wilson Eduardo going close a number of times. How will the hosts deal with the Croatians' growing confidence? We're set for a thrilling second half.
The sides are back out on the field - Celtic have the lead, but Dinamo have the fight to get back in this one. This should be tasty...
