87'
The Foals are keeping possession well along the back, forcing Zurich to chase them down.
85'
Zurich are showing very little adventure. They clearly would rather get through without conceding any more, rather than pull one back.

Description
74'
Der Stadtclub win a corner on the left, and Schonbachler whips it towards the near post where Brouwers heads it behind. The midfielder has another go at finding a team-mate, but once more the centre-back is the first to get his head on the ball.
73'
Zurich would need four goals in the remaining 15 minutes or so if they were to keep their European campaign alive, but that seems immensely unlikely now. They are being allowed more of possession again, so they may just be happy to make it count.
71'
Gladbach are just looking to keep hold of the ball and force Zurich to chase it. They will want to see this out with minimal fuss and preserve themselves for their match against Bayer Leverkusen at the weekend.

64'
B. Hrgota has scored a goal for Borussia M'gladbach! Assist by G. Xhaka.
GOOOOOOAAAL!! HRGOTA GETS HIS SECOND! Xhaka sends an exquisite pass over the top of the defence from inside his own half, and the Swede latches onto it. He bears down on goal and shows great composure to scoop the ball over Da Costa and into the back of the net!
62'
WHAT A SAVE FROM DA COSTA! Traore finds Raffael in acres of space in the box and the Brazilian has time to take it down and pick his spot. The keeper stays big, though, and makes an important stop to keep it out of the net.
61'
That goal will come as a real sucker punch for the visitors. They were gaining confidence and looking more likely to test Sommer, but the hosts proved too difficult to break down.
58'
B. Hrgota has scored a goal for Borussia M'gladbach! Assist by Raffael.
Close for Kramer! The Germany international makes a surging run from deep, receiving the ball from Traore and driving into the heart of the box. He shows good feet to beat the first man but then Cedric Brunner gets an important leg to the ball to deny him.
GOOOOOOOAAAL!! HRGOTA MAKES IT TWO! Raffael initiates a one-two with the Swede, and the return pass sends the Brazilian down to the byline. The striker spins and makes a dart for the near post, where he pokes home his team-mates cutback! A lovely move, there.

Zurich are again enjoying a lengthy spell in possession and they have the hosts penned back inside their own half. Gladbach are keeping two solid lines, though, making it difficult for der Stadtclub to find a way through.

50'
Etoundi finally manages to get a shot away, but rather than try and beat Dominguez into the box he has a go from an awkward angle, and it results in a goal kick.
48'
Hrgota releases Raffael down the right and the Brazilian circles around to try and hold up the play and allow for support. He is caught on the ball by Kukeli, though, and the move breaks down.

41'
Chiumiento attempts to spread play out to the right, but Chikhaoui had strayed offside. Gladbach come straight back at the opposition and Herrmann gets in behind. He has no support as he comes in along the byline, and his shot is kept out by Da Costa.
40'
Rather than shoot, Traore opts to float a cross into the box after cutting onto his left foot, but Hrgota is unable to get on the end of it.
38'
OFF THE POST! Etoundi's cross fails to find the only target in the box in Chiumiento, and Wendt clears. Xhaka picks up the ball and moves brilliantly through the centre of the park before sending possession out to Traore on the right. The midfielder cuts inside and curls a left-footed effort that curls off the base of the upright, and Hrgota cannot reach the rebound!
37'
Villarreal have just gone 1-0 up against Apollon in Cyprus. It doesn't affect the standings for the time being, as Zurich still need to win the game.

Kecojevic appears to have picked up a knock so he will be replaced by Cedric Brunner.
23'
Traore goes on a superb run down the right, beating Elvedi and pulling a pass back for Raffael. The Brazilian is unmarked eight yards out, but he blazes his shot over the top!
22'
The atmosphere inside Borussia-Park remains electric. That has to be a big boost for the hosts as they gun for top spot.
20'
Zurich look bereft of creativity in possession, with Sommer remaining unstretched despite their increased possession.
18'
The pair played out a 1-1 draw when they met on matchday two, with Havard Nordtveit scoring a stunning equaliser to earn the German side a point.
16'
Gladbach's early dominance is beginning to fall away, with Zurich enjoying a far greater share of possession across the last five minutes or so.
14'
Chiumiento is again offered too much space inside the Gladbach half and he uses it to release a shot at goal. He fires it from 30 yards out and, although it is on target, Sommer gets across to make a comfortable save.
12'
Chiumiento carries the ball through the centre of the park, breaking on Gladbach. He slides a pass right for Chikhaoui but his pass is behind the Tunisian, and he is quickly dispossessed by the opposition defence.
11'
Herrmann showss his pace, bursting away from Elvedi down the right and racing him to the byline. The defender stumbles over the ball and puts it behind for a corner, with the Gladbach man's claims for a penalty ignored by the referee.
10'
Zurich push forward for the first time this evening, and Koch plays a neat give-and-go with Chikhaoui to break into the box from the right flank. Dominguez gets between him and the ball, though, and does just enough to get it back to Sommer who clears.
8'
The corner is whipped in from the left and Hrgota flicks it on at the near post. Kramer runs into space behind him and gets up well, but he can only send his header into the side netting.
7'
Gladbach are beginning to control possession, and Wendt is sent into space down the left. He tries to drive inside along the byline but Rodriguez and Koch can only put it out for a corner.
6'
Traore knocks the ball away from Kecojevic down the right, but his touch is a little too heavy for him to keep it in touch. It has been a positive start from the midfielder, though.
4'
TRAORE! Herrmann comes inside before sliding a pass out to the left for Hrogta. Gladbach work the ball across the top of the box and it reaches Traore on the right, and he fires a curling effort just outside of the far post. Da Costa was at full stretch just in case.
3'
It has been a rather tepid start to proceedings at Borussia-Park, with Gladbach seeing a lot of the ball but struggling for space in the centre of the park. The pace of Traore and Herrmann could be key for them tonight with Zurich playing three at the back.

We are underway in Monchengladbach as Zurich get the ball rolling!
Hello and welcome to this evening's LIVE commentary on the Europa League meeting between Borussia Monchengladbach and Zurich. Both teams are vying for qualification from Group A, so we can expect plenty of drama at Borussia-Park tonight! My name is Tom Webber, and I will be guiding you through all the action.
First, let's set out the permutations for this evening. A win will guarantee Gladbach top spot, but they will also qualify for the round of 32 with a draw. Zurich, however, must win in order to progress. A draw would not be sufficient for the Swiss outfit due to Villarreal, currently in second place, holding the upper hand in their head-to-head record.
GLADBACH TEAM NEWS: Lucien Favre makes three changes from the side that ended a run of four games without a win by defeating Hertha Berlin 3-2 on Saturday. Julian Korb, Thorgan Hazard and Max Kruse drop to the bench, with Oscar Wendt, Ibrahima Traore and Branimir Hrgota moving into the starting XI.
ZURICH TEAM NEWS: Urs Meier's side fell to their second consecutive league defeat at the weekend, and the coach opts to make four changes to his team for the journey to Monchengladbach. Alain Nef, Asmir Kajevic, Armin Alesevic and Amine Chermiti are the players who drop out of the side. Francisco Rodriguez, brother of Wolfsburg left-back Ricardo Rodriguez, is one of the players to come in.
Zurich substitutes: Favre, Alesevic, Kajevic, M. Brunner, C. Brunner, Sadiku, Chermiti.
The stats point to the most likely outcome tonight being a win for the Gladbach. The Foals are unbeaten in six European home games, while Zurich have won only one of their previous 11 away games in continental competition.
Furthermore, der Stadtclub have a woeful record in Germany, losing five and earning just one draw on the six occasions they have ventured north of the border.
Gladbach forward Raffael played at Zurich between 2005 and 2007, winning two titles under the stewardship of his current coach, Lucien Favre. The Swiss coach defeated another of his former sides, Hertha Berlin, on Saturday and will no doubt be hoping for a similar outcome tonight.
The teams are out on the pitch so the game will commence in just a few short moments!
Gladbach are wearing their alternate black kit, with Zurich donning all white.
HALF TIME - Gladbach 1-0 Zurich: The German side started positively, but allowed the hosts to enjoy a great share of possession as the half wore on. Eventually, though, they got the breakthrough thanks to Herrmann, and it could have been two had Traore not been denied by the post. Top spot is theirs for the taking, and Zurich need two goals to stop that and secure qualification for themselves! Join me for the second half in 10 minutes.
FULL TIME - Gladbach 3-0 Zurich: The Foals qualify for the Europa League round of 32 with a confident perofmance at Borussia-Park. Herrmann opened the scoring before a second-half double from Hrgota ensured their place as group winners, eliminating der Stadtclub from the tournament in the process.
That is all from me, Tom Webber, for tonight. Thanks for joining me!
